  • it literally feels like someone is stabbing me with a knife over and over again from the inside and I’m going through the cycle of what all girls go through or one day will go through

  • Stop saying stomach flu people! There is no such thing as a stomach flu. Flu means influenza. Influenza is respiratory. It’s a stomach virus.

  • I had this virus in my stomach for 5 days and it felt like i was going to die!
I got fevers, diarrhea, my body couldn’t manage to control walking, i felt dizzy and sleepy, and threw up 3 times
My body hurts, and i took 2 hours in the bathroom in pain, i had gas and it was TERRIBLE

  • This worked for me,1 capsule 500mg Tylenol for crampsthrowing up, every 4 hrs. I had three capsules in 12 hrs total of 1,500mg. Naturally dealt with nausea/dizziness and used the bathroom as many times as needed/bowel movements. When bed time I had a “MidNite” brand 1 pill of melatonin, when I woke up 4 hrs later I felt a lot better, had another pill of melatonin and continued to rest another 4hrs. I only vomited 1 time at the start. Now the virus is completely gone, lasted about 24hrs. Thank God!

  • I’m pregnant n got the stomach bug this sucks so bad! My kids had the stomach bug first n now they r better. I’ve been throwing up since Friday night hopefully I feel better tomorrow

  • This is day 10 for me. This virus is awful you feel like your getting better but all of a sudden your back to square one. Currently suffering from dizziness as this has just completely wiped the floor with me

  • If you are looking for even a ounce of relief i recommend warmth! Get a heating pad place it on your stomach do not do if you are pregnant if you don’t have a heating pad get a empty water bottle and put the hottest water you can stand in it. Then place it on your stomach. It will ease the cramps.

  • I’ve gone to the restroom for 90% water diarrhea Atleast 14 times already and my shoulders are cramping and abdominal pain. I literally can’t lay down to sleep because of the cramps

  • it’s so weird how last time I had gastro i felt sick but just had the runs and now this time around ive had no sleep i feel like complete ass but its just vomiting and no runs.
Guess it’s down to different viruses doing different things probably producing different toxins but im just a guy hugging his bucket here XD

ended up speaking to my doctor waiting for a call back but advised il probably be prescribed an anti sickness drug because ive thrown up 5 times and each time i go to throw up it isn’t once its 3-4 till i just dry heave and 2 mins later BAM feel like imma barf again havent slept since I woke up sunday morning unless you count just falling asleep to instantly wake up and feel like shit again

  • NOOOOO! I HAVE EMETOPHOBIA! Which is basically the fear of vomiting, so I tend to stay the HELL away from people who threw up or are sick , and sadly for me, I’m literally trying my best not to ever throw up this year, NEXT YEAR, OR THE NEXT YEAR!! And yet, I might get sick today:’)
    Me *two minutes later*: I HAVE TO VOMIT!….Oh wait… it’s stomach cramps….
Who else thinks that vomit and stomach cramps hurt like HELL!?

  • i wanna sue my school now i got sick and had to go to the hospital because of this cause they never clean or change the water fountain not even the ones in the classroom

  • Yes, I know!not new to infections with Norovirus. Suprise, this is why I watched this video, I gave been diagnosed with having Noro.

  • all of you so lucky you’re comments are from such long time ago and you are all healthy while i’m hovering over the toilet miserable

  • 1:22 Really no true way to prevent yourself from getting it…yeah there is…. Social distancing, self Isolation, always wear gloves and a mask, only leave your home for essentials, I can almost gaurentee you you won’t catch the stomach flu

  • I watched this video as I currently have a viral infection of rotavirus. Strangely enough, I should have already been immune to rotavirus by now (I had 22 free annual trips about the sun) as mostly infants and small children usually get ill from rotavirus. Evifdently, I never got it and now az 22, I have gotten it bad, the queasy stomach, nausea, vomiting and of course diarrhoea. I have a low-grade fever averaging 37.6C and malaise. How I got this is of course unknown. It is rare for adults to get rotaviral infections, but I seem to be one of them. I also have gas and painful intestinal cramps as well. I had one accident en route to my local NHS clinic in public which was of course very embarrassing. This is similar to a norociral infection as there is virtually no natural immunity developed over the course of time. Supposedly there was a strain of rotavirus in China (yes, long before the current COV-2 and COVID-19 virus spread. It is called Rotavirus-B or ‘adult rotavirus’. This could be what I have got, but I never heard more on this so-called adult rptavirus, thus I am assuming that I have the humane rotavirus and results that normally infants and young children get. Therefore most likely never having been exposed to rotavirus, I have no natural immunity thus have been ill for a few days and no end still not in sight. Mosrtly now I have the gut cramps, gas, andmoderate to severe diarrhoea (not bloody). I am hoping that I can recover soon! I am fatigued from the day and nightly toilet visits!

  • I woke up to go to the toilet every 10 minutes for 4 hours during the night. The last time of those four hours I slept on the toilet and woke up with my but so numb that I couldn’t even feel my toes

  • Might have the same thing here for the 2nd time, had it last summer.
It’s less worser than it was last year so I suppose the system knows about it(?)

Anyways, it really sucks and I feel bad for whoever got it.

  • My stomach just randomly started hurting in the morning and i have to go to school but j can’t cause when i stand uo my stomach twists and i feel like i wanna puke

  • Vomiting every 10 minutes. Feels like the worst time of my life. Pls help… ( wrote this comment on behalf of my son going through this now) he really wanted to share his experience. Pray he gets better cos my heart breaks seeing him in pains.

  • i prayed and prayed and prayed not to get it, but last night i felt awful then threw up all over my floor. no diarrhoea or really bad stomach cramps but i vomited 9 times sincei felt sick lastnight

  • I remember I had this when I was younger, I felt like I was set on fire and I was crying in bed, I threw up a lot and I couldn’t even sleep

  • It started as minor stomach discomfort while I was at work. Ended up with me not eating anything solid for 24 hrs and me throwing up 8 times and using the restroom nearly non stop for 36 hrs. Brutal on the body. My stomach muscles are exhausted from throwing up. My throat is very sore from the stomach acid. Overall a nightmare of a condition. I feel especially bad for the young and old that have to experience it. I debated going to the hospital when I couldn’t stop vomiting, but the vomiting finally stopped after 12 intense hrs. Still using the toilet however 36 hrs later

  • I had this for 3 weeks it’s gone now but what helped a lot was some hot water with ginger turmeric and teaspoon of lemon/lime a teeny pinch of salt. Only drink it once a week tho cus it’ll make you shit even more but it’s very good at stopping the virus.

  • Sooo this is great, I work up around 2 am with nausea. Then like a half an hour later I vomited, it continued for a couple of hours. Now I have to stay home from school, and I am sooo hungry and thirsty but I am worried I will throw anything up that I eat and drink. But right now I am slowly sipping on water.

  • Ive had vomiting and diarrhea for 4 days. then the vomiting went away when i drank fluids at a moderate pace. it is day 8 now and i still have diarrhea and stomach aches….

  • I threw up last night. And my stomach still hurts a tiny bit. And every time I eat healthy stuff I puke it up but when I eat sweets I don’t puke it up

  • Our body naturally create it’s own vaccine from this viruses. That’s why we have fever eveytime we are invaded by this kind of phatogens. It is our Body way to weaken the Virus and create it’s own Natural Killer(nk) cells. I don’t know if that is correct. But God design our Body to heal itself from minor ailments.

  • Why does this make your stomach hurt so bad? The vomiting and diarrhea I can deal with but the pain was so intense. Felt like my stomach was full of lava and no matter what I tried the pain wouldn’t subside. I am in my forties and that was the worst 36 hours of my life.

  • I know How the stomach Flu Spread’s: through Bad food or water, By Touching a Dirty Surface Blanket or Doorknob, and Having Contact with someone who has Stomach Virus

  • Me:my throat hurts
    My mom:it’s ok (gives meds)
    Me: (first period in school)
    Me:(trys not to throw up)
    Teacher:are you ok??
    Me:yes yes I am oka(throws up)
    Me:goes to nurse
    Me:(calls parents) and (doesn’t answer)
SUFFER for THE rest OF the DAYYY!!!

  • I cant eat, i cant drink anything, im awake all the night and i go to WC 15 times in 3 hours, i am at the village, so no medication available, what should i do, my stomach hurts so bad

  • I got it the second time in my Life yesterday. First symptoms are Nausea and heart burn and lack of energy. Then i started Vomiting. After that I feel the acid building up and an hour later vomiting again. After Vomiting 7-8 times all night you get to the point where you have no energy and your skin becomes sensitive to touch. The acid in your chest is a constant annoyance and I developed a temperature but that went away after a few hours. I also had a bad headache which i assume was caused by dehydration. It became painfull to urinate and it was dark yellow.
Today 30 hours later the vomiting has gone to be replaced with frequent trips to the toilet with diarrhoea. I’m sitting up and eating and drinking now so I’m definitely on the mend, though I have low energy levels and my tummy is constantly gurgling away..

  • I have this now, I think. The stomach cramps feel like someone is wringing out my intestines. I’m also nauseous, and the diarrhea is EXTREME.

  • I have not gotten th stomach flu for about 7 years now, and I’m really scared that I’ll get it any time soon, so I watch vids like these to feel better so if I do get it, there is some ways to feel better

  • i knew i should have got my damn vaccine this year, but noooo i kept forgetting or putting it off and then BAM i get sick asf practically die, ugh. vaccines ftw
