  • Best vedio for to be dads. Plz make Hindi version of this same vedio as it is very informative but I can’t spread it to everyone who don’t understand English. Thanks ☺️

  • Hi Dr Trupti,… Thanks for such educarional videos.. I did it mostly, but still i think that, i need to take care more of my wife…

She is travelling by ola uber till now, she is in 9th month 10days.. Still she is doing her job, going for duty… I m caring for her… our relation is very healthy.. But still I m caring for her…

  • I am a husband, I HV lots of work…… Can’t pamper this much with wife…… She sud take care themselves, I HV provided everything to her

  • Thank you so much for doing this video. For saying that this is not normal. I am 34 weeks into my second pregnancy and have been in pain since September. Until just yesterday I’ve made myself go to work despite sobbing during work hours from pain and being utterly useless and in agony once at home. Had this pain been brought on by any other reason, I would never have pushed myself this hard. Even in myself there must be some little voice saying that this is normal and I should just stop complaining, though I know it’s not. So thank you.

  • A good information u have said to all really some times my husband will take care I fell very happy but when I nd my husband is only there at home he wants sex from me I was telling nooo but he want to do i can’t able stop him is there any risk iam now 4th month pregrent this my 1st pregnancy

  • Role of husband when wife is making the money, yes. Don’t generalize to all setups.
Also you say give snacks/medicine on a schedule… does the husband not have a job? (I mean it’s fine if he’s stay at home, but you have to reword your title to specify the setup you have with your husband. Which sounds like he’s stay home).

  • Mam I cry a lot after seeing this video I am pregnant of 5 month but my husband even don’t talk politely with me he never share things with me I want to spend time more with him but…. I don’t want to chat or talk with my friends or relatives I always miss my home…my mother this is my first baby I m not happy because my husband doesn’t spend time with me

  • I like your video. But which language talk to baby and learn thing whenever husband and wife is different culture and different laguage. So which language mom and dad talk to baby. Ex my language is marathi and my hubby is bengoli.

  • I’m only 17 weeks pregnant and I’m having severe lower back pain and front pelvic pain. Idk what to do everyone says it’s normal when I have been pregnant before and never experienced this.

  • Literally Monica u should be on a show telling mommas how to be better moms!!

Many women don’t realize sometimes u need to have a plan so it makes smoother. U should put ur plan so women can see what a plan looks like ☺️

  • Whenever I tell my husband I am not feeling good mentally or physically he thought I tell it bcz I m lazy n not want to do anything. I m leaving abroad without any family members. If a husband is not understanding n caring pregnancy time can be very lonely n tiring… I feel sad all the time but I can’t express that to anyone.

  • My cramps around 5 weeks were soo painful! Like stopped me in my tracks painful esp when I would get off the couch. Also I could not eat meat and nothing seasoned. Plane Jane food. And French fries were my craving throughout my pregnancy!! Not even craving but they tasted EXTRA good! I always kept goldfish next to my bed! And that pregnancy smell….doesn’t ever go away and gets worse post partum it helps baby find your breast because their sight isn’t good when they’re born

  • Great tips! Especially the piece on staying active and eating healthy. I took a walk every day until about 37 weeks when I started having really bad sciatica. But it was so helpful and putting good food in my body, I knew I was doing the best for my baby before she got here.

  • Great tips!!! I agree 100% about being on the same page with your doctor! Great video like always you are a natural in front of the camera

  • If you put the candle lid on while the candle is lit, the fire will go out within a few seconds due to the lack of oxygen. This may be the best way to avoid the smell. Congratulations on your pregnancy!! Such a blessing!!

  • Its not always fine after pregnancy.  My son is 4 (starting school in Sept) and I still get it.  I had physio, prescribed a bump band, followed all the advice and it just got worse and worse.
I couldn’t even get up the stairs or stand long enough to cook dinner.

Even now when I reach the time of the month a couple of hours walking round the shops will cause my pain.

  • You are awesome, I see you already got to 1k, congratulations. Keep up the good job inspiring us twice a week. My favorite tip was “having a birth plan,” I recommend to make our research about vaccination so we can make informed choices in the hospital; because when we are recovering from birth, sleep deprived and trying to Breastfeed, it’s hard to make the right choice about vaccines if we were not prepared for in advance

  • So soooo happy for u. I am praying for u, ur family and of course ur little and precious baby. I pray that ur baby is happy, healthy and a great change to this crazy world. Hope u have an amazing pregnancy!!

  • Such a nice video. I love all 5 tips. I agree so much that we have to accept that we cannot predict the future but that we should still have a plan and be positive about it. I hope you have a fantastic day. I think today is Earth day. so Happy Earth day cutie.

  • Praying for a happy and healthy pregnancy, the symptoms and pains don’t get any better but the blessing that comes after is worth it ❤️

  • You have the pregnancy glow!! So excited for you and your husband. Wishing you a safe and healthy pregnancy! Sending you so much love ❤️❤️

  • Yes there is no telling who you will become! I didnt have the depressed post partum, I had the angry at anyone who came near my baby. All i wanted was my little angel. And yes shes spoiled. I couldn’t get enough of her. But alot of that is who I am naturally and alot to do with my own growing relationship.

  • Research…. develop a vision for how you would like your pregnancy and birth to go… don’t be afraid to switch doctors who aren’t supportive. This is actually a good reminder for me as this issue is something I am working through right now! Lol thanks for sharing!

  • I’m about to be 6 weeks and I’m feeling ALL of this! So glad to have found this so I know I’m not alone
I’ve been through chemo 3 times and it feels very similar to be honest
    ♡ Blessings

  • I worked at Starbucks when I was pregnant and could not stand the smell or taste of coffee I’m so excited for you to be in your second trimester!! Second trimester is so much fun. I would love more pregnancy updates, we’re trying for baby #2 so I’m obsessed with pregnancy updates

  • Love it, these are things Ive thankfully been doing or considering. And thanks for the last tip too, im a looong way away from my due date but its good to know
However at the moment (last week or two) though I have a lot of fatigue and dizziness / nausea and the idea of even preparing meals makes me feel drained. I cant always rely on others to get me stuff so Im worried Im not able to get the right amount of nutrients. Im just having some water, dry biscuits, bananas now and then in between 2 3 meals (breakfast lunch or dinner) depending on if I can get up/make myself or my family is able to make for me. Do you have any tips to deal with fatigue?

  • Thank you!!! Im 26 weeeks pregnant and sometime im in severe pain i cant even walk or put pressure on my left leg..and i work standing long hrs soo that makes it worse.

  • listening to you talk reminds me of my pregnancy last year! My trick to not get nauseated was wake up at 5am just to eat some crackers or dry cereal and go back to bed, always snack before you get hungry! I craved plain cheeseburgers and fries too, went to McDonald’s so often that first trimester. I also got terrible migraines that was the worst part of pregnancy for me but it went away after first trimester, I just made sure to take Tylenol as soon as I felt it coming on, also massages really helped. I had chest acne too I didn’t know that meant boy, but here I am A mom of a boy!!

  • 1K!!! Congratulations friend!! Thank You for these tips!! Saving this video for later lol! I feel like being a nurse and actually experiencing certain thing first hand are sooo different.

  • So funny, I also noticed your a little out of breath and that’s a common thing in pregnancy that gets worse as u get bigger. U look beautiful. God bless you and baby.

  • Give yourself so much grace! Your body is working hard and doing such an incredible thing! My 3 babies grew up way too fast. Just enjoy every minute of it!

  • I was so excited to see your pregnancy announcent. I am also pregnant, and am due on March 19th, so I can completely relate to so many things you mentioned! Praying for you, and your little one!

  • Coffee was it for me too. I love coffee but with each of my pregnancies (all 6 of them) I could not even smell it! Keeping you in my prayers! You look beautiful! Remember you are growing a little human so you do what you need to do! Your body needs to rest! Being pregnant during the winter is better than the summer! The heat just makes it so much worse. You got this! You are going to be a wonderful Mommy & Austin is going to be a wonderful Daddy! “Yes March baby! “Great Month! My B-day is March 12th! Spring is an awesome time to have a little one! ❤❤

  • When I was pregnant I couldn’t eat, smell, be anywhere near fried chicken. Just as that and the rest of my morning sickness was kicking in my husband and I went on a vacation to Tennessee, which was a trip that we had been planning for over a year. We went to all of the dinner theaters while we were there and guess what was on the menu everywhere? Fried chicken. We were there for over a week and I was miserable the whole time we were there.

  • Let me know what you are having?
I bet you are going to have a girl.
I LOVE ❤️ girls, because you can dress them up so beautiful.
    I had 3 girls.
    Now they are 32,31,and 27.

  • Hi guys I was suffering from horrible pelvic pain from 5th month but one day I absorbed a thing if I am moving less the pain is high n if I am working n walking my pain is getting reduced so try it I am 8 months now

  • Great points. As a personal trainer for pregnant and postpartum moms, most of my clients have dealt with low back pain, I find that it’s because they don’t have strong enough glute muscles and use their low back to do everything instead. I’ve created a video showing 4 bad habits I see most moms do, and show you how to fix it to help alleviate low back pain.

  • Hi ladies. Thank you for a wonderfully informative video. My baby is 3 years and I keep getting issues with my PGP.. is this normal? I have regularly visited a chiropractor who has clicked me back into place. However I am starting to feel a bit robbed by the chiro as pain just keeps recurring. What is the long term solution? Physio? Also, mw told me if I ever get pregnant again my SPD may debilitate me..! Was that their way of asking me to use birth control?!

  • It has been 6 months since I gave birth… the pain is still the same in these locations, it’s so painful… I am hearing some clicks noises near my joints when I move my right leg

  • This is so useful Monica. I dont have kids and would love to one day and I’ve always wondered about all the major points you spoke about. Thank you so much for sharing.
