  • I cant take them i brake out in hives and bad blisters I’m allergic two acid in the meds so I been taking kids vitamins and I have to drink at least 1 Cup of orange juice a day everyday

  • US has the most vaccinations of any country and coincidentally we have more infants who die on their first day in the US than the rest of the industrialized world combined…think about that. More infant deaths here in the US on their first day than the other top 20 nations combined!

-54% of children in the US have a chronic illness such as asthma, diabetes etc. (this was only 12% in 1986 when we had 1/5 of the vaccines 11 which became 53 after 1986, now 72)
-1 in 6 children in the US has a developmental disability such as ADD, ADHD or autism etc..
-1 out of 32 children now becoming autistic (the rest can be somewhere in between even if they get by in school )
-the media claims only roughly 1 in a million children have a severe reaction to vaccines. If we just chose autism that would mean we would have only 72 autistic children in the United States (320 million citizens/ 72 million children), not even including anything else.
Unfortunately we have closer to 1 million which is a significant problem, especially when you consider we had almost no recognizable autism before vaccinations.

The science is not settled because there has never been any real science or testing conducted. Safety tests are not performed on vaccines. Neither Health and Human Services or the pharmaceutical companies will ever compare vaccinating someone vs. someone who is unvaccinated (A placebo controlled study). This is the most basic scientific protocol, to establish a placebo controlled baseline for comparison. No, Instead they compare the new vaccines to the most deadly other known vaccines and toxins, then claim it wasn’t any more dangerous. Often thousand die, become paralyzed or have permanent neurological damage during the trials and millions in the real world, but this also is ignored because they only record adverse events that are “solicited” or in other words what they have decided to look for such as a “sore arm.”

Human and Health Services who is responsible for testing all vaccines and the vaccine schedule uses and endless myriad of trickery, deception and lies to continue their pre-biased agenda of increasing vaccinations and defending against liability for all adverse events in the vaccine injury court.

That’s right, vaccines have NEVER even had the most basic science conducted for safety. All government entities have fully refused any basic scientific tests because they area already well aware of what the outcome will be: check initial statistics of infant deaths, auto immune disorders, autism etc.

Doctors DO NOT give informed consent or inserts showing adverse effects of vaccines prior to giving them, this is highly unethical.
The CDCs own inserts state the following are just a few side effects of vaccines: slowed learning, seizures, stroke, autism and death, yet doctors omit informing their patients of this.
    Vaccine Insert Side Effects

$4,000,000,000.00 Billion has been paid in compensation to victims for vaccine injuries This $4 billion is a tiny fraction of the trillions in liability HHS and the pharmaceutical companies will have once real scientific, placebo controlled studies are conducted and people find out all the injuries being caused by vaccines.

The government boards that approve the vaccines allow the pharmacy company to place the pharmacy reps on the government approval board, approving their own vaccines and allowing the pharmacy reps who approve their own vaccines to collect up to $10 million apiece from the pharmacy company who then makes billions. This is a massive conflict of interest.

Our politicians accept more money from the pharmacy companies than anyone else, twice over. Many accept 6 and 7 figure sums who are on boards and committees responsible for our health and safety laws.

The irrefutable truth against vaccine safetyDel Bigtree

Details of all Fraud and Deceit by HHS

The stated purpose of vaccination is to improve the overall quality of health of Americans and reduce mortality. Yet, the increase in HHS’s childhood vaccine schedule over the last 30 years from 8 vaccine injections to 50 vaccine injections (plus 2 injections during pregnancy) has occurred in lockstep with the increase in the rate of autoimmune, developmental and neurological disorders in children from 12.8% to 54%.434 HHS has no explanation for why U.S. children today are plagued with a chronic disease and disability epidemic.

Please understand if you have children that even though only 1 in 32 may become autistic and 54% will obtain a chronic illness, many will have some form of mild brain damage, if not the majority of all children receiving vaccines. Mild levels of neurological issues and brain damage are likely undetectable to the majority of parents due to the age your child receives vaccines, starting on day 1. Your child may get through school fine, he may seem okay, but if even 20% of his ability has been taken from him or her, is that acceptable to you? Especially when you consider you’ve been completely lied to about the benefits of vaccines.

Vaccines did not actually wipe out most diseases, this is another huge lie. In fact, most vaccines were implemented when many of these diseases were already nearly eradicated from better standards of living. Most of the diseases vaccinated for have less than a handful of deaths in the last decade, regardless of vaccination, meanwhile the vaccines are damaging significant numbers of the population.

  • How early do I have to start taking prenatal vitamins before I conceive? I’ve been taking a woman’s multivitamin for 6 months now. Should I switch to prenatal vitamins?

  • Don’t take synthetic medicines. Eat food. These man made meds is what’s causing all those cancers and illnesses in children these days.

  • Hi Dr.thank you so much about this video. Our OBGYN tell us we can take more folic acid so my wife take 800mcg folic acid and beside that I also bought her 400mcg folic acid. But my wife was healthy and never have nerve iness in the family. She is being taking during first trimester. Until I saw this video I notice how serious to stop the 400mcg one I bought. I wondering if it will make any damage to my baby.

  • Was just diagnosed with the MTHFR gene yesterday and I’m 13 weeks pregnant with my first! Bought the active b-12 with l-5 mthfr from seeking health to supplement my mega food prenatal. Hope my baby is okay!!

  • I don’t know but when I was pregnant with my daughter my hair was super long and thick,im guessing it was from the prenatal vitamins

  • Praise god my vitamins made me so nauseous that I couldn’t take them I was craving beans like crazy which I realized have a ton of folate in them. Thank you for sharing as this will help many people.

  • Hi sister dani…I’m from India…I had a miscarriage on December 21st 2017…it was immediately after 3 week this happened…and after that I had my periods on 3rd Feb 2018… so when is the rite time to plan pregnancy again….pls reply…thank u

  • in america we’re told to take prenatals anytime you’re of child bearing age incase you do get pregnant, because the vitamins are important as soon as pregnancy starts, before you even know that you’ve become pregnant. the folic acid is especially important because it prevents spinal cord defects. excess folic acid isn’t a problem if you’re taking a supplement with natural folate, synthetic folic acid does cause those problems though.

  • Watch Next: Unexpected First Foods for Good Brain Development (and babies love them!):

  • Hi doctor!I’m 28week pregnant and I’m taking baby and me 2 prenatal vitamin which contains 1020 mcg dfe (600mcg L-5-MTHF) folate…is this good?

  • I don’t think taking these vitamins even if you aren’t pregnant is going to have adverse effects. Obviously too much of anything isn’t good but taking one prenatal vitamin per night isn’t going to do any harm. Your body will use some of those vitamins and get rid of the ones it can’t use. It’s basically a multivitamin.

  • This is very frustrating. Every day I hear about a new thing that can cause autism. I’m being so careful yet I see other mothers out there eating a drinking crap and popping out perfect kids. I’m done. I’m just gonna do the best I can and if I have another autistic child I accept it and move on with life.

  • Just curious what vitamin you took that you regret? I was taking garden of life raw prenatal, assuming the folate in it was methylfolate. Just realized today it’s not. I hope I don’t have a gene mutation I’m 13 weeks and looking for a new vitamin.

  • PROPAGANDA don’t listen to mainstream media for nutritional advice. Controlled big pharma sponsered NEWS. For example FOLIC ACID VS FOLATE. Folic acid is synthetic oxidized garbage and Golate is various tetrahydrofolate derivatives naturally found in found. The supposed expert on this Brainwashing news disinfo can’t even get that right. She also ignors the numerous health problems cured by proper pre pregnancy and during pregnancy vitamin mineral intake. She calls herself a DOCTOR, thats why she’s so clueless or just evil lying b**ch. you choose.

  • how can that be dangerous for people who just want those ingredients…..I don’t see why it would not benefit the regular person that is not pregnant…

  • This video is extremely valuable. It really needs more views and shares. I had no idea about the upper limit of folate and the link to autism or the need for choline (or it’s possible correlation with atherosclerosis!). Seriously quality content. Please keep making more videos.

  • Karen ur hair style in this video was simple but catchy. I love it.
Does post partum hairloss happen to every women. Wooo…. Wooooo…. I’m not pregnant just a doubt

  • I’m taking folic acid 400mg. Also taking new chapter prenatal perfect and me my husband trying pregnancy,. Can you me any advice,.

  • Oh.. yeah I have seen about this on Google years back.. but didn’t dare to try it out.
A pregnant woman have good hair growth because of the diet, suppliments and also hormones. We can’t have them alone with the suppliments itself.
    Good video again..

  • Hair…long.. yawn!!!! do you do anything else in life? Maybe do some hairstyles or just get a hair cut, it really is to long. Also growing hair happens without any of this stuff.

  • what about natural folate in vitamins? How much is required of natural food based folate that is in food-based vitamin supplements?

  • wrong! most prenatals have 800 mcg. that is double of what she recommends, if you’re not diabetic and have no history of neural tube defects in your family. And, although folate ( methylfolate, folic acid) is number one, there’s quite a lot of vitamins/minerals you need if you are not eating properly, especially iodine. iodine deficiency can lead to down syndrome and low iq. dairy products do not contain enough vitamin D and your vitamin D suplementation (you buy bottle, and fortified foods ) can be toxic if you do not take w/ enough vitamin k2, and magnesium. always check your iron levels, before or as soon as you find out you’re pregnant. your child may end up with a low iq with low iron levels. IODINE is a must ( you won’t get enough from food unless it is from sea veggies like kelp, seaweed) And must be taken with selenium (can get it from food). all the other vitamins and minerals you can get from food, but if you can’t, then a multivitamin is best ( they have 400 mcg of folic acid-according to this expert that is all you’d need)

  • Keren; please tell me if I use heat for one day will it be bad? Because I need to straighten my hair for an occasion very important. Please answer.

  • Hello, I’m a ConsumerLabs subscriber looking for a prenatal vitamin. I see you haven’t reviewed MegaFood Baby & Me 2 Prenatal Vitamin which has 600 mcg methylfolate and 300 mg of choline (also 150 mcg of iodine). Have you considered reviewing this supplement? It seems to check most of your boxes. Thanks.

  • Hi i just got to know that i am pregnant and I started to take these vitamins. I have 2 questions first is I am having these vitamins but feeling so dryness in my throat is this ok?
Another, is 800 mcg of folic acid is safe? Coz mine is nature made prenatal multi+dha and it contains 800 mcg of folic acid. Is it ok or harmful for my baby? Pls suggest

  • 20 weeks Pregnant with twins and just taking prenatal vitamins never helped my hair really grow, however having a healthy hair routine and using warm oil to stimulate your scalp will definitely help.

  • I guess im going to find out weather or not it is healthy because I dont trust any doctor from any clinic, they are the ones that are trying to keep us sick us for the dollar. I am going to take half the dosage.

  • I’ve been taking prenatal vitamins for 20+ years because it has everything in it and I’m preparing to conceive. If it boosts other things like hair then cool but nothing in excess ladies. Thanks K.

  • There is no such thing as MTHFR gene mutations. Genes do not mutate.
If you test positive it is because the liver is toxic & failing to methylate, if you detox the liver & take the test again you will test negative, because it is not a gene mutation that causes a positive test, because genes don’t mutate

  • Evidence supports a RDA of 600 mcg DFEs per day to maintain normal folate status during pregnancy (IOM, 1998) (NOT 400mcg! 400mcg is for non-pregnancy adult)

  • Thanks doctor, I found it extremely frustrating to find the perfect prenatal. Every prenatal seems to be either missing a critical nutrient, or using a poor form of a nutrient or having too much of a bad nutrient. Unable to find something good so planning on using two different ones and cycling between them

  • hi
    Thank you for this information
ineed to know something confused me
I noticed that most prenatal and multi vitamins contain calcium and iron in the same supplement, which I know doctors warning mixing or taking them at the same time I need to know what is the right thing

  • Real Food for Pregnancy book by Lily Nichols is phenomenal! Her advice is Seeking Health Prenatal vitamins as the b vitamins and folate are bioavailable and methylated

  • Very helpful video my vitamin b12 is high and i am 5 week pregnant i am having folsafeL, should i stop taking prenatal nd vitamin b12 supplement

  • I am very happy to have found this video. Pregnant with baby #2 (8 weeks)and stopped taking my folic acid supplement on yesterday. My first born was tongue tied and has some autistic characteristics but we received no information as possible causes. I have stopped folic acid immediately and will do more research. Thank you for possible preventing baby #2 those same issues.

  • Great info!! Thank you so much. I have never been tested, but I strongly suspect I have the MTHFR gene mutation. I have struggled with getting horrible migraine headaches since my late teens. I tried a lot of different natural things, and nothing helped until I started taking raw liver every day. I believe that the B vitamins in the raw liver is a form my body can actually use. I had tried B vitamin supplements before, but they did nothing. I was so glad to find a solution to the migraines! Anyway, I took a regular prenatal with my first two, since I don’t didn’t know any better. They are totally fine, thankfully! I just found out I’m pregnant a third time. I’m going to take the prenatal you’re linking here this time. (Oh and by the way: I’m the one who asked you some things about starting my husband on kept. He is doing great!! It helps him so much. He has to eat a ton of food, but he actually gained weight, which he needed! And his brain function is SO much better! He went off keto right around Christmas, and we can sure tell a difference… he is going back on very soon!) Thank you so much for all you do!!

  • Your hair grows more when your pregnant because your body is “holding on” to those nutrients your body needs. That’s why when you see anorexic or bulimic people most of them don’t have good hair or nails. That’s most. Not all. Their body is trying to get nutrients and it winds up sucking it out of those places or letting those areas be the last to receive nutrients. Prenatal vitamins help in making sure your baby doesn’t do that to you. Your body is going to give your baby what they need first.

  • Honestly what a Godsend of a video. I know I’ve been deficient because I’ve been nursing my 5th baby for nearly 2 years and my gums started bleeding a month ago and I knew I needed supplements but didn’t know which ones to get! Thanks for giving us your recommended trusted brand. It saves so much trouble in shopping around. Shucks I just ordered a prenatal but won’t be ordering anymore. I saw the price on seeking health prenatals and it’s less expensive than what I’ve paid for my prenatals in the past! Did I hear correctly that you give your kids the same supplements but just every other day instead of every day? Thanks Cara.

  • Hi sweet keren I hope you do a tutorial about how to trim your hair properly without cuting so much from it, I struggle from little split ends and I know it will develops so I wanna get rid of it no thx I u

  • Typos, corrected version. PROPAGANDA don’t listen to mainstream media for nutritional advice. Controlled big pharma sponsored NEWS. For example FOLIC ACID VS
FOLATE. Folic acid is synthetic oxidized garbage and Folate is various
tetrahydrofolate derivatives naturally found in food. The supposed
expert on this Brainwashing news disinfo can’t even get that right. She
also ignors the numerous health problems cured by proper pre pregnancy
and during pregnancy vitamin mineral intake. For example Muscular Dystrophy is preventable with proper nutrition supplementation. Jerry Lewis you wasted your time or were just Disinfo. She calls herself a DOCTOR, that’s why she’s so clueless or just evil lying b**ch. you choose which.

  • Didn’t even know this was a thing. I hate the prenatal vitamins I’m taking now and I’ve noticed my skin has become really itchy even tho I moisturize and drink lots of water. All this information is overwhelming and it’s hard to know what’s true since everyone has different opinions

  • hey there! I have a rather personal question about your culture if you don’t mind me asking. I have heard that you guys practice a rather non-harmful version of female circumcision, and I was wondering your thoughts on that. do you think the practice is mild and just part of the way of life, or do you think it is harmful and unnecessary? it it only practiced sometimes or is it wide spread? just curious!:)

  • Actually i couldnt take vitamins because them made me very sick and i even tried flinstone gummies and those were actually worse. My mid wife just told me to eat good, exercise, and drink tons of water. I did and my baby was 100% healthy thankfully. We have been truly blessed

  • This video is great, I included it a college research assignment I did on prenatals. The best prenatal I’ve been able to find has been Innate Response Baby and me. A second runner up is Platinum Naturals Prenatal Easymulti. However both are pricey.

  • So what about the prenatal vitamin brand such as “baby & me 2” on the label
‘ Folate’ is listed as 5 -MTHF in brocoli 600mcg
Does this mean it is folate in the natural form and not synthenic? and would this be a good form of folate that would not be considered over Or exceed the recommened amount of folate/folic acid that you had mentioned?

  • The best thing to do would be to test your levels before taking any vitamin. If you are able to get what you need with a healthy diet without the folic acid or any other vitamins added then surely this is the best thing for mother and baby. Methylfolate is a synthetic supplement after all. Best to increase lentils, brocolli, spinach, liver etc.

  • Whole food vitamins are the only way to go. Mega Food vitamins are my favorite, they’re the only certified glyphosate free vitamins.

  • I just bought solaray original formula baby me now prenatal serving size 5 TABLETS per day……….folate (as folate acid) aps 800 mcg %dv 200%,vitamin b12 (as cyanocobalamin) aps 10 mcg %dv 167%, iron (as iron amino acid chelate, iron fumurate) aps 25mg %dv139%, iodine (as kelp) aps 225mcg %dv 150%, choline (as choline bitartrate) aps 20mg %dv not established, magnesium (as magnesium oxide, magnesium amino acid chelate, magnesium ascorbate) aps 400mg %dv 100%, was wondering if I can take 3 tablets four days a week instead of 5 tablets 7 days a week???

  • so does the study of increased risk of autism for excess folic acid include methylfolate and folinic acid ( another absorbable form-not the as same folic acid, btw -for those who would be confused about my question)? lot of prenatals have METHYLfolte in 800 mcgs and some even up to 1000 mcgs.some people think that it’s okay to take high amounts of the METHYLATED form since it is not folic acid.. they have this idea that because folic acid is not absorbed by those with mutations that it stays in the system and that THAT is what causes the issues with autism. since it is not metabolized and was not absorbed. and thank you for the information

  • I am not sure that i believe we absorb more from a man made product compared to a natural source. Also, in a higher percentage of people in the US eating these pre-made terrible packaged foods, there is zero nutrient value. So, i am not as concerned about anyone really over doing it on vitamins if they stick to the recommended amount on the packaging. thoughts?

  • What are your thoughts about Metagenics Wellness Essentials Pregnancy prenatal. Ive shown this to 3 doctors and 1 naturopath and they all seemed OK but Im concerned about the level of Folate
