  • Hello to all and Mrs Alexandra. Yes…yes…yes, tea is It….especially Celestial Seasoning and Nettle tea. Mandarin Orange is my go to.

  • Do you have tips for maternity bras, belt, and underwear? How about clothes during pregnancy? Please make a video about it. Am I not just finding it on your channel?

  • Thank you for sharing! You’re beautiful inside and out! It really helps to know other people are experiencing these things too. The thing that surprises me the most about being a mom is how fast he grows even though sometimes days/nights can seem long sometimes. Now I miss the newborn phase.

  • Did anyone else buy the Kenzi product?! I’ve been scammed, their “customer service” won’t cancel my order and their website is fake. Does anyone have a contact person for this fake company? I’ve been scammed out of $500!!

  • Even though you just gave birth you are still making videos that’s what I love about youuuu love you always and never give up!!!!!!!!!

  • Loved this video. Thank you so much for sharing! I struggled with PPD and PPA for the first year. Pretty much most things were unexpected. Healing physically, the difficulty of breastfeeding, the insane lack of sleep. I was caught off guard and it took a long time for me to find balance. My first child is 2 now and I just had my second, so I’m trying to find that balance again.

  • You just reminded me of my first postpartum experience with my first and those circular pads really do SUCK! Lol thank you so much for recommending rectangular witch hazel pads. What a game changer! Gotta get them this time round. I’m due May 29th with my second, and can’t wait for him to get here!!

  • I went on Amazon and put in search “post partum essentials”. You can find most of the items from this video on there. Because I definitely want that water bottle wash thing lol and that was the first thing that popped up

  • Omg.. you are looking really gorgeous already after 10 months.. just enjoy motherhood and keep taking care of yourself.. you are very blessed you get to take care of your baby and work at home.. Happy Holidays ❄️

  • Love this! I’m a single mom to twins and I have found it so important to make sure that I am making time for me so that I can be the best for my boys!

  • Suchhhh good items to have. That c section recovery is NO JOKE! I wish I got that colace omg I was soooo scared to poop bc of the stitches!

  • Whoop whoop to being a DIY type of a girl! I’m the same way.
I wax my brows from home
    Do my own gel mani
    Fresh blowdrys
    Teeth whiten
And so much more. Loved your video

  • Omg isn’t it the best feeling ever when your baby sleeps and you get to do your makeup and hair. Ive got a 2month old and i always feel gross most days but the one day a month I get dolled up is THE BEST! #newmomlife

  • I’m 7 weeks now and ran across your channel, before my pregnancy, during the last trimester of your pregnancy and now I get to go through my own journey ❤ I’m so excited and happy

  • A workout is a workout! people that say you have to do a different body part a day are just adhering to the social norm. Being healthy and happy is just about moving and doing what you enjoy, just like you’re doing

  • I get so excited every time I see you post a video!! I was due with my first only a couple days before you were due. It’s been so fun to follow along on your journey at the same time with you. Your videos are always a fun distraction while breastfeeding!❤️

  • My name is amazing chris and beautiful bella we love your baby shower theme and we love all the things and we love all the clothes and all the big things to your friends amazing Chris Martinez and beautiful bella Jimenez

  • As always loved this video! are you going to be doing any diet or changing up your meals for baby weight loss along with exercise?? Would love to see a baby weight loss journey! I’m not pregnant or have a baby but I definitely need to shed a few pounds would love some suggestions/ideas! Love you! ❤️❤️

  • You really fell into motherhood AWESOMELY!! I’m so proud to watch these videos as I’ve been around since the very beginning and you are soooooooo different now. Seeing you as a mom and the baby talk and boops to the nose of sweet baby Arrow warms my heart. So happy for you both

  • Using a donut when siting is very helpful. Used one for both my previous pregnancies. Made things so much easier. I love that you shared your story. Most women go into labor/postpartum alone with no or little knowledge. Thank you for sharing for all

  • Here in Portugal there is nothing like there, we dont have that bottle to squirt hot water, we dont have the pain spray. They just give us pain killers and something if you are not able to poo by youself. The harmpit itchiness is real, I have it sooo bad

  • I am 2.5 weeks postpartum and I completely agree with everything you said here!! We definitely aren’t mentally prepared for that first week but I can agree that after that it has been so much better! ❤

  • Followed you for my whole pregnancy and loved all the workouts. I’m giving birth in a month and I’m totally terrified but this gives some insight so I feel a little better

  • Thank you so much for posting this video and sharing your whole experience. I’m due to give birth in five weeks or less with my first and I have been freaking out!

  • This is nonsense. Moms, if you want to pay for frida (15.99) for an irrigation bottle then go ahead and buy her nonsense too. There is nothing better than the hospital products and I’m so disappointed to see moms being taken advantage of like this. This women is being paid by frida to stop you from making the best decision for yourselves and to benefit herself. Some of this persons descriptions are verbatim from the frida website too! Shame on you

  • You look stunning postpartum!!!
I finally had my baby girl today at 40 weeks and 5 days. 5lbs8oz 16 3/4 inches. Her name is Jenasys Clarity

  • Wow I just had a thought what if I purchase all the post partum after care products I need cuz I been making a list, all just to have emergency c section

  • Hi Sam, thanks for the video. Also do you mind posting the links of the items you’ve used and presented? It makes it much easier for the visual and personal research. Thanks

  • I just realized that you were the first youtuber I had ever subscribed to, dating all the way back 11 years ago to your lip piercing video… and now you’re a mom and I am hoping to be a mom soon myself

  • I’m due MAY 2020(2ND). I hope all new mom who due soon or later on will have a SAFE delivery, baby and mommy all doing good.
Thank you for your info on the spray bottle and pads, very helpful

  • Thank you so much for making these videos! I got pregnant unexpectedly at 23 and I’m so scared. I’m in the first trimester and I’m so sick and I spend all day bawling cause it takes a toll on my mental health to be so sick and laying in bed or in the bathroom. your videos make it seem manageable and like it gets better. I can’t wait to meet my little squish. And your postpartum updates help me so much. You are killing it and just thank you for brightening my day.

  • My little girl is 3 weeks old and is also breast fed. My diet consists of basically no flavour (no onion, garlic, spices, lemon etc) along with no peas / vegetables from the broccoli family, no chocolate/ nothing too sweet, and this she only cries when she’s cold. Not sure if this helps!

  • Man this is so helpful. And the newborn must have vid.
Wrote out my list, thanks to you.. I’m a new subscriber and first time mom❤️ they gonna think imma a pro.

  • Good video
I meditate every day and almost every night. While pregnant I used to put on a guided meditation videos to help me relax. Now I will find the time to go to the hair salon and get a haircut and new hairstyle…. I am donating my hair to children with cancer and I want to have this new change with motherhood to start with my look…
This will create a visual change in my mind that will coordinate with the change my body went through… it’s like a way for me to put both in the same page.

  • I recently started working out at home and have been loving popsugar fitness videos! They have so many different kind of work outs and instructors that I never get bored.

  • I never heard of the frieda mom stuff. Definitely going to have to grab those! Those depends definitely make a big difference for sure.

  • You are glowing, congrats once again mommy soldier because you pushed through and got little princess here, and this is very informative

  • My daughter weight 8lbs 15 oz. And that was 15yrs ago. And I feel like shit still isn’t normal down there. I ripped really bad and I tore. Its was bad so I feel your pain. Its so cool you show all u show cause its not always easy for some of us our body goes threw alot alot.

  • I am SO glad that you are talking about postpartum care in a positive and supportive light! Too many people make jokes about it and people talk about how nightmarish it is, so this is truly refreshing. But I also need to know that you are relaxing, healing, and being loved by the family…I would not be upset if you took a maternity leave

  • After you give birth and wear pads, what exactly is leaking? is it like pee, blood, discharge? No one talks about these things so thank you for the video!!!

  • So do you put postpartum items on your baby registry? I thought about doing but I didn’t know if it was “ proper” to do so. Like do ppl just care about the baby or do care about the mom as well?

  • I’m actually past my due date (03/28) so I think I will make these items an essential for tomorrow before I go into labor at some point. Kinda scary with this Coronavirus out in the community here in Maricopa, AZ. Love your videos lots of information. ‍♀️

  • Would you do a video about baby sleep? Curious if you co-sleep, if Arrow aways sleeps in her crib… etc. I have a baby a week older than Arrow.

  • It’s 1:19 am and I am praying and crying over my kids. I feel so drained from the worry. It comes up in my dreams. I can see my babies blue and cold. The same dream over and over. I’m so tired.

  • Paid Collaboration. Hi Brittany, this is Julian from NOVIAIR, a brand focus on high quality shapewear. I’ve sent you an Paid Collaboration Invitation and looking forward to your reply. Please check your email in spare time. Have a nice day!

  • Thank you for this video. It helped me to gain perspective about how intensely challenging this new experience is as a mother, and how important it is to self love and self care to keep strong.

  • I love your videos!! You were due 2 weeks before me but ended up giving birth late and I got induced a week early so Arrow is only 2 days older than my little boy! I actually watched your “I’m in labour video” whilst I was in the hospital waiting to be induced. Love having you and Arrow to reference to especially seeing your “schedule” as I realise my baby is normal!! I see so many YouTube’s say how there baby is sleeping through the night already and I really question how??? Thank you for creating realistic and inspiring content!

  • Very practical video. Thank you You guys have amazing products available in the States. Yes I know we can get most of it from Amazon but just to be able to walk into a store…

BTW… your braides still look bomb.

As always, sending you love from Africa ❤❤❤

  • My baby is almost 5 months old and I haven’t started working out this definitely inspired me. I definitely need the self care part too but I feel guilty taking too long in the shower to shave my legs or do my nails. I miss doing all this stuff! Although my hubby offers to help so I can do my nails, I just feel guilty.

  • You look so happily vibrant! I really enjoy watching your channel.Your videos are a wealth of education for young first time mom’s who doesn’t know and for those of us who does. Very informative. Keep up the great work.

  • Have u tried the BIBS pacifiers yet? I LOVE THEM! An they come in the cutest colors and BPA FREE and closest to the moms breast, I LOVE THEM

  • I am a single mom, not by choice. But, it’s pretty tough. There’s no support, and of course, I expect to do the work myself, I am the parent after all. But, the problem is, I am not a machine. I haven’t had even one hour to myself in two years. I don’t even remember what it’s like to relax and watch a movie, or eat hot food. I don’t get to take a shower without worrying if my daughter is going to be fine in her crib for 15 minutes, and I wait until she’s asleep. So, I shower two times a week. Because some nights I am so exhausted that after I see that my child has gone to sleep, I relax for a minute and I fall asleep right there. I also have to work, like most adults. I have two family members, but no one has ever offered to take her for a couple hours. I don’t ask. I did ask once, when I was so tired I did not feel good, but, I was told that I don’t need to have any one watch her while I interview on the phone. So, I wait until she is preoccupied before I call a prospective employer back (I was laid off due to budget cuts). Her Father is NOT in the picture, and doesn’t help financially after our engagement ended. So, it’s a lot of pressure to do it all with no help. I know I need to take care of myself so that I can keep it all together, but it’s not possible. I don’t want to be a stressed out mommy, so, I always try to be happy for her so that she doesn’t see me stressed.

  • I thought you naturally just know what to do but as soon as I got to my room with the baby I felt lonely and scared. I am so glad you speak about this. It just started for me when my lil turned 18 months. I have no idea why now and how to handle it. But it makes sense. Sleep deprived, she still nurses alot. Any tips on weaning of quick? Or getting them to sleep in their bed in the same room? Also do you still have anxiety or did self care help you out of it?

  • For cradle cap I just put baby oil in his hair let it sit over night and it’ll come straight off when you comb it xx
I love how real and raw your videos

  • I’m currently 10 days overdue (being induced this week if she doesn’t come naturally before!) and I have just loved watching your videos sooo much and now seeing your baby girl

  • Yess! I would love to see your diet
My daughter is almost the exact same age
And We’ve has the same issues, so trying to get more ideas of what to eat

  • Funny story, I just had my son on July 2, but was due July 9th. I found out my son has a dairy intolerance as well and it has been so hard cutting out dairy I miss all the cheese. I’m super interested in seeing what you eat! We have so much in common so it’s been fun following along

  • omg so my daughter is 9 months now and shes still not sleeping completely through the night… I thought I was alone thank you for this. YES I have these same issues…

  • She’s too cute!!! This is also funny to me because I have a husky named Aero and for a nick name I’ve always called him my squishy

  • Damn your schedule looks like a DREAM!! I have a 7 week old and he doesn’t nap during the day! He will pass out for an hour tops every other day. It amazes me that he can stay awake! ‍♀️‍♀️ Love, one tired momma!!

  • Brittany has become my favourite YouTuber and I found her probably 2 months before both of us gave birth. I love how our babies are the same “age” and we are both going through the same things:D Thank you for the down-to-earth momma videos Brittany!:D

  • You are supposed to use belt unless you had a c-section. Simply because it acts as your abs, so your muscles are not working at all, which basically makes your recovery longer.

  • The breastmilk is produced from the blood, not directly from what you eat this means normally food you eat doesn’t cause allergy, it’s extremely rare to happen, better consult specialist.

  • My daughter didn’t sleep either and the Phantom cries drove me nuts once she began to nap regularly. I already have generalized anxiety my whole life so I was used to noticing when I was behaving anxiously and my husband was great at pointing it out and helping. Thanks for this.

  • Due September 30th and have been following your journey ever since I found out I was pregnant back in January. Love your videos! Also that aerie outfit is super cute! Still don’t know if I should wait to buy postpartum clothes until after I have the baby, or get some things now…

  • Honestly this is the most I have enjoyed your channel. It’s so real, funny, and entertaining. Keep up the great work mama. I go in Friday to have my baby girl

  • I think this conversation about self care for moms is such a timely, important one. We have such a hard time realizing that “self care is not selfish…” Well done –

  • A little tip about dirty diapers, you can roll it up and stick it together with the sticky flaps of the diaper. And then just tuck it into the diaper genie. It makes things a lot easier and less stinky

  • My kid was born 2 weeks after yours! Can you tell us what happened that you knew she reacted to dairy in your diet please??
    Sending love from Dubai

  • You young women are lucky. We didn’t have all this stuff 30 years old. We only had the same stuff that the hospital gave you. The stuff you went out and bought yourself wasn’t available. Lots of time, messy and ruined clothes and sheets.

  • I didn’t know this was PPA. Once I was home alone with the baby and the baby will not take his daytime nap. I was recovering from csection with no help from anyone and I just cried. Cried like a helpless cry. He is now 3 months and he still doesn’t sleep in the daytime. But I now learned to deal with it. I also have trouble sleeping at night ( hence why I’m typing this at 3am!) I know I am not alone in this. First video on YouTube on PP that I can actually relate to.

  • When you ran to her cause the Paci was out felt that!
I have a 1 month old and she’ll freak when her paci falls out. I do have to say though, ever since I switched to Bibs pacifiers, they hardly EVER fall out now! Highly recommend

  • I wish there was a way to prepare moms for this…a lot of us don’t talk about as we should so we can help each other….after i been talkin about it…i found out how many moms have or had this and they gave me tips and it made me feel better that i was not alone in this…..thanq for this video..

  • I love these videos arrow is a doll! Can you do a no makeup video? Show what products you’ve been loving for the makeup In this vid? It’s so fresh and pretty!

  • I work( like at my job) with a personal trainer, and he says you don’t have to do dedicated arm or leg days, it’s more about “weekly doses” of just working on your areas. So if you do your legs stuff three days a week just as effective as doing it all at once and maybe better bc not overly sore after.

  • Exercise is going to be different for everyone! Love this video! Waiting for baby any day now and I’m already excited to get back to working out! Thanks for the inspiration:)

  • So glad I found your videos! Very helpful for a first time mom like me and out of all the postpartum videos, your video gave me less anxiety than most of them out there.

  • Omg I love your videos and how real you are about being a mom. I’m expecting my fourth and I just get so exited about being a mom again. Your baby is adorable!

  • From one new Momma to another, how did your bladder handle jogging? I had my sweet baby a week ago, and am looking forward to getting back on the treadmill, when I’m ready, but I’m nervous about that aspect

  • Yessss new video!!! Literally check YouTube every day to see when you post because I love you so much! I had such a rough week and seeing that you posted was like a treat!

  • Love your videos and well done for being able to fit it to your schedule. It took me 2 years since my little one was born to do routine like yours well done mum also not sure if anyone told you but it takes your internal organs like a nearly a year to come back to it’s own shape/position so some of the exercises you were doing (sit ups on the ball) could lead to more harm than good. Would be worth to check out what abs you can do postpartum there are many videos from physios on YouTube etc.

  • So nice to see a new mom that’s not so concerned with getting back into her size 2 jeans two weeks after she gives birth! And by the way you look freaking awesome just after ten weeks! It took a good 6 months for me to shed all my baby weight

  • Love this!! Can you make a skin care routine that you usually do? What products you recommend and all of that jazz? Love watching you, mama!! Keep up the good work!

  • I struggled with generalized anxiety all my life, but it always came in episodes and was manageable. Things took a turn upon getting pregnant. 3 years later after unsuccessful attempts to treat it with plant extracts it’s getting worse and worse, and considering CBD oil or something more serious. It’s a daily fight. I literally have nothing to be miserable about, yet somehow I can’t feel happy at all. Constantly agitated.

  • Omg baby girl looks like her daddy. I see it. Lol. You both so precious . Hope all is well momma. Especially with this damn heat in Cali. Ugh
