  • If your parents or family are mentally narcissistically sick, GET AWAY! It only gets worse. Accept you have to do it on your own but do your best to plan and coordinate things that will make biggest impacts in your life. Those family members are sick and from my experience older they get the more miserable and resentful they get to everyone. They are your parents but you don’t owe them anything if they are choosing to abuse you. Soon as they cross that line in the relationship they should work for your forgiveness, but this rarely happens.
