  • As an elementary P.E. teacher this video is very frustrating to watch. That is not how you correctly underhand or overhand throw a ball. He says in the video that the ability to throw is an important P.E. skill and he is correct, however, he did not teach the skill or even do the skill correctly. I understand the intent of the video is to help kids be active at home, but calling this “P.E. activities” is an insult to P.E. teachers who actually know what they are doing and were trained in this field. There is a lot more to teaching skills than people think. For this man to say that these are “P.E. activities” is really demeaning to the teachers and to the subject.
