I’m also an automotive technician and am on my feet lifting tires and wheels for about 8 hours a day. I’ve never felt better in my entire life and I haven’t weighed this little since I was a freshman in high school. Is what I’m doing unhealthy??? So if u make sure your eating roughly 1000 calories a day 6 days a week, u got 8000 calories to play with for that cheat day once a week.   • It`d have been significantly better if I found out this particular diet guide, I would have shed that 14 pounds years ago. I did not change my very own diet regime in any way or work out.   • What a perfect timing for your video to be recommended since I just recently started changing my lifestyle because of the same problem that you had with continuous eating so I wanted my digestive system to rest. I now do intermittent fasting and eat two meals a day with daily rope jumping and its making my life so much easier not worrying about food all the time and being at ease.     I started my keto diet on 5/05/18 weighing 220 lbs now (July 20th 2018) I’m weighing 175.6 lbs.
    I keep my daily calories <1,320, carbs <17g, fat <110g, and proteins <66g. I haven’t done any exercising yet. I want to start exceeding when I reach my goal weight of 165ish lbs.
    If I divide the 77 days I’ve been dieting, that comes out to me loosing.58lbs per day. That’s 4.09lbs per week, 8.18lbs per 2 weeks, and 17.53lbs per month.
    Lots say weight loss should’t be more than 1 to 2 lbs per week.
    Am I wrong? Can anyone help me?
