  • Actually, I have a reason, I’ve tried many ways to lose weight but it only goes down 1kg and then stops. I fasted for 14 days once and didn’t go down any weight (when I first tried to lose weight) then I started eating healthy. (Oh yeah btw I weigh 50kg, I’m a kid) I ate healthy, practically no sugar expect for the one time every Saturday where I would have just like a small chocolate bar, for 2 months. Didn’t lose any weight. Tried fasting again and lost 1kg. Tried eating healthy again, fasting again and didn’t lose anymore weight for 4 months, all the time doing daily exercises like squats, weights and pull-ups. My body literally will not go below 48kg so I have to be really careful about my eating.
