The study included 227 women undergoing chemotherapy for breast cancer who were randomly assigned to one of three groups. Practicing Tibetan yoga twice a week may reduce sleep disturbances and improve sleep quality for breast cancer patients receiving chemotherapy, according to a study at MD Anderson. Researchers found study participants, mostly women with a history of breast cancer, reported significant improvements in sleep quality and sleep duration when they attended yoga sessions twice per. Is it safe to practice yoga if you have breast cancer?

Yoga can not only be an effective, low-impact exercise, but it has also been shown in numerous studies to reduce fatigue, improve physical. But a study from the University of Texas suggests that breast cancer patients who practice yoga are likely to have better sleep quality over time.

  • I`ve been sleeping badly for over 10 years, at a time not of my choosing. After employing this sleep program “Bαkοkαt Fawam” (Google it) for a week, I was able to achieve 8 hours rest every single night. I didn`t even need to complete the plan just to sleep well again. My insomnia is finally vanished because of this program.
