At the same time, with the onset of winter, people get out of their house not so often. As the winter progresses, we want to spend more and more time in. Get exercise. Even though the bank, supermarket, friend’s house is just around the corner, in winter we rather take the car instead of walking. So not only are we likely to consume more calories, we also use up less of these calories.

Winter brings an interesting array of challenges each year. Not eating pavement when you walk down any stretch of street or stairs. Leaving the couch to get in your sub-zero run. And, of cours. What exercises to avoid To gain weight, minimize aerobic and cardio exercises.

  • It’s weird how bodies have changed because of social media and in my opinion insecure people copying each other. What you’ve accomplished is amazing and difficult to do but I think your body looks far better as it was before you gained weight. I don’t understand why women want to look bigger in this last decade? Other than the.l fact they copy Kim. Having all that said everyone has there own body and your a good coach!

  • Hi Daysha! If I’m trying to gain muscle, is it ok if I reach my daily protein intake, but if I’m not able to reach my daily caloric intake? I’ve been noticing it’s hard for me to reach my calories, but I try to hit my protein goal everyday. Would that be an issue?
