I think this mentality is for the 9-5ers…some of us work PM jobs, I get out of work at 1130, hour communte to the house, shower, and finally get to bed at 1am…waking up at 4am isnt going to make me productive. I want to know HOW MUCH SLEEP SHOULD YOU ALLOW YOURSELF. thats the question….
