  • I think this mentality is for the 9-5ers…some of us work PM jobs, I get out of work at 1130, hour communte to the house, shower, and finally get to bed at 1am…waking up at 4am isnt going to make me productive. I want to know HOW MUCH SLEEP SHOULD YOU ALLOW YOURSELF. thats the question….

  • I am a 15 year old American. I am going to start getting up at 04:00. For each day, I will leave a list here of everything I accomplish before 7 A.M.

    Day 1: slept at 9:40, woke up at 4
    Completed: read 35 minutes, meditated, ran a 5k, did an ab workout. summary: not as good as i would have liked, but i spent a while lying around i was so tired.

  • i agree with this and i use to wake up at 5 am in school just to get there at 8,but most millionares dnt wake up at 4 they wake up from 5-7 am and this is factual from multiple studys like buisness insider

  • I study in a boarding school and we get to sleep at around 11:20 pm and we have to get up around 5:40. Really wanna wake up early but it makes me so dizzy during the class. ������
