And we want to understand in this topic why people do what they do. Week 1: Motivation and Professional Goals Introduction Motivation is a fire from within. If someone else tries to light that fire under you, chances are it will burn very briefly.

    Day 1: Messed up, did some Spanish revision for GCSEs but that’s all I’m comin back stronger tomorrow

    Day 2: Revised my sciences but feel like jumping off a goddamn cliff cos I messed up my day, didn’t go as planned, didn’t wake up on time or exercise so the only thing i can do is learn from my mistakes and push forward.

    Day 3: Woke up 4am did a morning run for 20 mins then messed up after school.

    Day 4: Just gotta tell you something, I tried and did this properly before but I quit and messed up. Now I promise myself to work harder and be even more resilient, I am going to BE self disciplined. I have a number of things pulling me down such as being small, being a quitter,being scared of this journey and mainly my bad habits but I know for damn sure these things WONT PULL ME DOWN even if I fall I’ll get back up. Right now I’ve fallen but I’m getting back up stronger and with a better mindset and I’m about to kick these bad habits out of my life once and for all.

    New update: No days all you need to know right now is that I’ve improved I’m motivated and I feel more control over my body

    Day 7: I messed up again I’m coming back though I promise

    Day 9: Day 8 I rested but right now it’s morning I’m not going school today cos I feel like crap but I’ll still work at home and do my exercise No more slacking from now.
