    I have morning stiffness only when I do excessive walking, lifting heavy bags, standing in cold outside for long time. But, I have left hip joint and knee pain while walking, it even hurts. similarly my left shoulder is frozen
    However, the RF, ESR, Anti-CPP, CRP, creatinine and uric acid levels are quite perfect. no inflammation or anti-body signs…

  • My knees swell so bad that it’s hard for me to even walk without pain. What I don’t understand is that my knees will swell from just doing minor activities. I can drive to the store and walk around for 30 min or so and by the time I get back home, my legs are hurting really bad and both my knees are swollen.
