From size 25 of waistline before i become size 27 during lock down and the fat from my legs giving me hardtime while walking because of the skin friction. Yeah without a doubt when I obviously don’t binge on processed foods, drink lots of water (eat healthy and in moderation) and even light workouts….for me I could lose 2-5lbs. In a week(I’m not wanting to lose all of my weight though because I’m already skinny..i just need to lose the belly fat. So once I get to where I want to be again and maintain my muscle, I then want to gain healthy pounds). The struggle has been real though lately and I’ve gained my belly back…CONSISTENCY is key

    Day 1 sore but did it
    Day 2 sore from yesterday
    Day 3 not that sore
    Day 4 I did it so easy
    Day 5 why are sit ups so easy
    Day 6 planks are so easy now

  • i’m doing the work out. i’m going to do this once a day about 2 or 3 hours before i go to bed or after school i will have to see I will be going for a 20-30 minute walk and have a run and a play with my doggy out side for a good 30 minutes to an hour.

    I really want to lose weight. I use to be soo skinny even when i just rode my scooter which i do sometimes today. when i was younger couldn’t even put on weight no matter how much i ate. I remember being 25kg for a long time and now i gain weight like no other

    Day 1: it was pretty hard. I really can’t do the crunch twist that’s probably the hardest for me ��. I just plop on the floor when i try to go to the side. I feel normal sore tho

    Day 2: Set ups were much easier at the last 3 goes to 10 of the last one was abit hard but better then yesterday. The sit up twists were still hard. I went out to play with my puppy for about 8 minutes. I hope to go for a walk tomorrow or run.

    Day 3: Did the work out. I’m in pain from yesterday but a good pain. I think it got easier i could have got longer on the plank then 30 secs but my big puppy tried to get me up ����

    Day 4: Today i don’t feel as bad. Today i’m a little be less tired then i was the other days. It was pretty easy i kinda gave up on the sit-up crunches. I’m also eating less but not on a diet as i don’t like diets.

    Day 5: Today was pretty easy but i should remind my self not to do it just after i ate as me laying on my stomach makes me feel sick

    Day 6: i went for a walk and did all the exercises it’s getting much easier

    Day 7: i took a break for today i hurt my elbow sooo bad. i did do a walk ate less

    Day 8: i haven’t done my exercise yet as it’s the morning but i can fit my jeans properly already ����. They are not tight. This is actually working plus with my eating less, but i did all my exercises

    Day9-day 12: I will be doing day 13 on a different day as i haven’t done it yet but my exercises are doing well. I think it can be fun i just dislike super man as when i lay on my stomach i get sick. Sorry about not staying updated i just forgot about doing this ����.
