  • i’m doing the work out. i’m going to do this once a day about 2 or 3 hours before i go to bed or after school i will have to see I will be going for a 20-30 minute walk and have a run and a play with my doggy out side for a good 30 minutes to an hour.

    I really want to lose weight. I use to be soo skinny even when i just rode my scooter which i do sometimes today. when i was younger couldn’t even put on weight no matter how much i ate. I remember being 25kg for a long time and now i gain weight like no other

    Day 1: it was pretty hard. I really can’t do the crunch twist that’s probably the hardest for me ��. I just plop on the floor when i try to go to the side. I feel normal sore tho

    Day 2: Set ups were much easier at the last 3 goes to 10 of the last one was abit hard but better then yesterday. The sit up twists were still hard. I went out to play with my puppy for about 8 minutes. I hope to go for a walk tomorrow or run.

    Day 3: Did the work out. I’m in pain from yesterday but a good pain. I think it got easier i could have got longer on the plank then 30 secs but my big puppy tried to get me up ����

    Day 4: Today i don’t feel as bad. Today i’m a little be less tired then i was the other days. It was pretty easy i kinda gave up on the sit-up crunches. I’m also eating less but not on a diet as i don’t like diets.

    Day 5: Today was pretty easy but i should remind my self not to do it just after i ate as me laying on my stomach makes me feel sick

    Day 6: i went for a walk and did all the exercises it’s getting much easier

    Day 7: i took a break for today i hurt my elbow sooo bad. i did do a walk ate less

    Day 8: i haven’t done my exercise yet as it’s the morning but i can fit my jeans properly already ����. They are not tight. This is actually working plus with my eating less, but i did all my exercises

    Day9-day 12: I will be doing day 13 on a different day as i haven’t done it yet but my exercises are doing well. I think it can be fun i just dislike super man as when i lay on my stomach i get sick. Sorry about not staying updated i just forgot about doing this ����.

  • What defaq man, i eat alot and stuff and sit and do some tiny workouts like pushups for 1 year and i’m still the same weight i try eating less, i’m still the same weight, i eat less but sometime i get pizza once or twice a month and is that ruining me losing weight, i never change in weight.   • This is my new fav video. I have been dealing with sciatic nerve making my leg go numb. At times, the pain was unrelenting. I have done this 2 times in 3 days. I am actually sitting in a chair right now. Today is the first day in about 3 weeks for the lowest amount of pain.   • Serious question. When I do these, I feel my pelvic floor muscles tightening as well, and it feels uncomfortable. What can I do to fix this?

  • Just an information, which might help you.
    I was 82 kg, I was worried about it and began to feel like that everyone is looking at my belly. Then I decided to reduced it, as now I feel shame of it. At first I tried many things like walking, running and also workout (exercise like planck, squat, pushups, etc). It worked for me, I began to loose weights within a single week of doing it(per day 1:30 hours) but eventually I began to gain weight then.
    Then consult a professional gym trainer (he was my cousin). He told me that “not only workouts helps you in fighting with fats, diet also plays an important role in it “.If we constant exercise, we may loose a good amount of weight but eventually we will gain afterwards if we don’t maintain a diet simultaneously.
    Then I began to go with a new routine (given by my cousin).
    Morning: (a) 1 hours of walking (7000 steps) constantly at a medium speed.
    (b) Then 30 minutes workout (especially exercise like Plancks, squats and cobra strech)
    (c) After then, take a shower and have A Lemon-Honey tea

    Evening: Walk for at least 30 minutes with a low speed.

    Remember: Diet is also necessary.
    Eat Chapaties instead of rice.
    Avoid junk food and fast food.
    Avoid restaurant Chicken or egg
    Avoid snacks at you rest time, instead eat fruits.
    Drink minimum 4 litres of water daily.

    Now the main thing if you are reading this,
    I loss around 40 kg within 3 months ��. Yes it is possible. Now I’m 43 kg.

  • Starting this and since I always look for comments to see if it worked, I will myself do a progress comment this time.
    Day 1: Was only able to do one set of each exercise
    Day 2: Able to do 3 sets out of almost all exercises. Feeling a little sore.
    Day 3: Did the plank for a minute and did a few sets. I realized targeted weight loss is not a thing and thus I am going to couple the exercises with some cardio.
    Day 4: I skipped it. Cheat day
    Day 5: Managed to do cardio + 3 sets of all exercises
