In the real world, walking isn’t the quickest way to burn but it’s the one that’s the most easiest to STICK TO and not give up doing.

I also feel like I’m gonna puke which never happened to me even in her intense core challenge workouts. I lost my appetite for any kind of cheat meal.
Edit: Can I do it every day? Will it reduce its effectiveness if I do it every day?

  • The key to weight loss is avoiding those foods that spike insulin, usually those that are processed and/or contain processed sugar. For more info, look up Dr. Berg and Dr. Berry on YOUTUBE.

  • I feel like I’m the only girl in the workout community that doesn’t want to grow their butt so instead of doing jump squats I do high knees just in case anyone else feels that way lol

  • Are these exercise is OK for tweens to do because my mom says it’s not good for me if I put so much pressure on myself because I am ages between 11-14

  • This is a joke right? Man, no human being can burn 850 calories in 30 minutes and I don’t care who you are. You can be an olympic swimmer and powerlifter in one person. At least not 850 calories from your fat storage. Your body would shut you off right at the start of such intensity. Even if pro endurance athletes can sustain a decent caloric burn throughout a race, they still replenish their glycogen with energy bars and drinks. And that is simply not applicable to a regular person. Regular person is trying to pull those calories out of their fat storage in order to achieve what they started their workout for in the first place. Isn’t it? You use fancy terms Yuri, but you are simply misleading people. It is all about how big a calorie deficit you can create throughout a day, not how many calories you can burn. Because if I, as an amateur athlete, can burn around 4000 calories in a day (which btw consists of around 6-8 hours of low to moderate intensity exercise) being on my 1500 calorie diet, I can only pull so much. That is my sweet spot for fat loss. I can do it day in day out, but not many people can. Anyone attempting to lose some body fat needs to work out that sweet spot. How big a calorie deficit they can sustain on a daily basis. In other words finding a sweet spot with the minimum calories consumed and the most work done. You are obviously after a demographic wanting a quick fix for a structurally broken system. A lot of disappointment you are selling here my friend.

  • Just wonderful, I have been researching “is veggie pasta good for weight loss?” for a while now, and I think this has helped. Ever heard of Dansaac Unflappable Dominance (search on google )? • I feel like the healthy tips that I’ve read about that make the most sense are: eat enough fiber, drink water, eat a variety of the healthy foods ( the more preservatives and the longer the ingredient list is, the worse it probably is for you), and don’t live a sedentary life.

  • You talk about calories but confuse kilocalories with calories. What you call a calorie is actually a kilocalorie or food calorie which is the energy needed to raise 1 kilo of water 1 degree celsius and it is the kilocalorie we need 2000-2700 per day.

  • Literally this entire comment section:

No seriously, if anyone is struggling with an eating disorder, I hope you recover! Let’s all live long and healthy lives!! ❤️

  • You burn about 1500-1800 calories doing nothing per day
This doesn’t mean you should eat this little, but if you were in a coma, you can’t go below this amount

  • After like a month of consistency I can do this without have to break in the middle of a set to jog in place because I couldn’t keep going.

  • This morning I ran 12kms in 1 hour and 37 minutes at an average heart rate of 135
    929 calories burned.
Slow and steady wins the race injury free.
Fast and vigorous may crash and burnout or may finish however not very maintainable long term.

  • I just ate 2 packs of cookies…
    And here i am….feeling guilty
Watching this video makes me wonder if feeling guilty for 10 min straight before i crack open another pack wud be enough to burn 200 calories….

  • Hey guys! I know I’m just a person on the internet but I wanted to congratulate you for doing this workout! Good luck on your journey!

  • 2000-2700 calories, damn, I don’t even have an ED but I used some calorie need calculator to estimate my daily calorie need (it took things like age, height, weight, body fat percentage, lifestyle) and it came out to like 1350 Granted, I’m a fairly petite woman with a COMPLETELY sedentary lifestyle

  • Now I feel slightly sick, because I’m trying to lose weight (it’s actually working, in case someone wants to knowI’ve lost a few inches in a week and a half) and this gave me anxiety. I don’t think I’m gonna eat anything tonight. Uhh

  • Regular calories are different than nutritional calories, one calories is the energy required to heat 1 celsius degree of 1 gram of water, and one nutritional calorie is equal to 1000 calories.

  • I dont get the same high from other workouts as I do from going on a long run. Running + weights or body weight exercises is a DEADLY combo.

  • Regular soda and Milk both are loaded with sugar… and milk is not necessary in your diet.. unless you are eating the Standard American Diet and if you are, probably obese.

  • Will I be able to keep the fat in my ass but loose the rest with high intensity cardio exercises? Someone let me know cus ion wanna be flat but I needa loose weight although I’m already skinny my face is FAT

  • I’ve never had an ED but I’ve always been on the brink of one. Before I started trying to become more healthy I was on the verge of a binge eating disorder. I’d hide my food from my parents, eat even when I’m really full, ignore my bodies signals and I’d literally never eat anything healthy. Then, when I started losing weight at start of january, I became obsessed with exercising and did it for like 4 or 5 hours everyday until I broke my ankle doing it. And now currently I don’t think I’m on the verge but I’m panicking because people say I eat too little but I’m listening to my body and I genuinely can’t eat anymore food because I just aren’t hungry or I’m already full.

  • The person reading this may you have an amazing day and may you stay blessed with your lovely family and may your dreams come true..I m trying to get to 1k. I been struggling to get there….. your support appreciated ❤

  • 200 calories is a lot for a snack but less for a meal i think?? but yeahhhh ahhhh the number seems pretty high. as much as i would love to calorie count my lunch and dinner, id probably just stick to lessening my portions and eating more veggies and protein. i have a high risk of getting an ed then go back to bingeing. trying to do this healthily hahaha

  • No, sleeping for 3 hours isn’t as valuable as running for 20 minutes. If you choose to take the sleeping route, you will be losing muscle mass as well. Might get skinny, but you will be very very weak and incapable of defending yourself.

  • I’m dead, so so DEAD, but I bet I’ll feel better in half an hour!!
I switched from the 2 week ab challenge for this cuz of bloating… hopefully this works!!!

  • Day 1: i took a brake afther every 6 time i did them oop am a bad girl doing good things am so hot. Like this so i can see it tomorrow

  • There was literally no science behind this how does she know you burn 100calories in 5mins doing this because 100calories is literally not easy to burn, 100Calories is the equivalent of running full speed non stop for 5mins straight, If you think you can even run tht for 30secs straight you have a rude awakening

  • i remember watching this is healthy living in 6th grade a few years back. we were like “WHATTT? there’s no way that’s 200 cals” hahah

  • Shouldn’t it be KILO calories? I mean 200 calories is just a joke lmao. “Calorie” has been so popular in the diet world by now, that they forget that they are essentially talking of Kcal and not cal.

With 2000cal (or 2 Kcal) a day, you would starve to death. An average person needs 1800kcal that is 1,800,000 calories per day.

  • remember: “healthy and balanced” doesn’t mean salads, fruit, and cereal bars only. it can mean a salad for lunch and cake for dessert. it can mean a healthy breakfast and drinks with your friends later. it can mean a milkshake with your soup for lunch or it can mean a bar of chocolate when you’re feeling down. you don’t have to restrict all the foods you love to be healthy. take it from a recovered anorexic. starving yourself will not make you happier

  • “And the way I’m going to calculate the calories burned is with an Apple watch.”

Stopped watching right there. Just kidding…. actually if you have a baseline of wrong readings you can compare all of those wrong readings against each other for a semi-accurate difference between exercises. So while you won’t know the exact calories burned, you could possibly know which exercise burned more. The 13 minutes for the walking sounds about right. I do a 2 mile walk every day and in 30 minutes I supposedly burn about 180 calories.

  • There was one point during the single leg lunge that my leg decided it was done and I collapsed mid jump.
Not a bad thing. It shows I was working hard.

  • You burn a calorie every 24 words?
Explains why I am always on the computer and never seem to gain any weight.
Guess I’ll go back to work burning Calories!

  • 2000-2700 calories? Whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa
I’ve read 1200calories is around the normal intake and I’ve been counting my calories and have never been over 2k, not even close UNLESS I ate a loooooooot of sweets.

  • Actually according to weight everyone has a different amount of water they should drink just don’t drink over 33oz of water an hour since it’s not recommended as you could overdue the water in a short amount of time

  • Also the heavier a pdrson is than u wjen they workout they get stronhrer because they have to work harder and because of that they get stringer than most people

  • How is a plank so low in calories? From experience once you get past a certain amount of time it becomes very difficult and you sweat a lot

  • You say the calories burned from weightlifting probably didn’t measure accurately, but it sounds about right based on some things I’ve read. Walking will burn more calories than lifting weights because keeping your body in forward motion (while it doesn’t seem as strenuous as weightlifting) actually takes more energy than you would think compared to lifting weights. Of course, the weights have more long term benefits.

  • I burnt 75 Calories (according to my monitor), I did all the workouts at a fast pace, even faster than the video.. so I don’t think you should burn 200 in 10 min… which does not mean I didn’t like this video XD.. just eat right and workout according to your needs

These days, I feel YouTube is not only a place to entertain watching random videos but also a great place to learn things of our expertise. I have learned more things on YouTube than at my university. Unfortunately, we don’t get any certificate for learning so many things. Keep making more videos…our blessings are with you.

You’re telling me that Yuri’s workout burns more calories than running 5 miles in 30 minutes? Total bulls#$%.
