Assemble the other ingredients for your tofu salad as follows: Chopped romaine lettuce Sliced cherry tomatoes Sliced cucumber Chopped red bell pepper Grated carrot Chopped spring onion (also called salad onions or green onions) Pickled ginger Chopped Basil Sesame Seeds Avocado. Season with salt and pepper.
