  • I’m only 14 and I have been dealing with ibs pain since I was only 9! Sometimes I will wake up in the mornings with automatic pain and 9 times out of 10 my stomach will hurt on and off for 4-7 days. It really hurts when I get anxious or nervous or even excited. I had cheerleadung tryiuts and everyone around me was practicing jumps and their dance they are trying out to and ill be sitting there in pain. I’ll will have a flare up during school sometimes but I can’t go to the bathroom the first and last 5 mins of class, and it makes me feel like I’m going to explode and the pain makes me cry sometimes, thats how much ut hurts. I can’t drink milk, eat taco bell, ice cream, coffee, or soda. I just wish that I could have worried about things like tests and getting chores done like normal people my age rather than worrying about how much pain I will be in. I go to birthday parties, football games, and sleepovers and my ibs pain is so bad that I bring a full bottle of pepto on me at all times.

  • This is glorious, been searching for “ibs after eating” for a while now, and I think this has helped. You ever tried Mackorny Defeat IBS Blueprint (should be on google have a look )? Ive heard some unbelievable things about it and my neighbour got great success with it

  • I find that nowhere, not from docs, or patients seems to be enough info about the myriad of the symptoms and I also think that some effects are not discussed entirely because people are not aware of the full monty on this disease.
I have seen this with many of my other health challenges before and around 100 different corners and often years of trying I find out how to cure a disease. So far I have been successful with everything that did hurt my health.
I think what is tricky with this disease is that the symptoms can be complete opposite, that the disease is also related to a myriad of other diseases and a nutrient deficiency is also true. And that the disease can lay barren without any symptoms and then all of a sudden reappear.
Most websites just scratch the surface on this disease and I find that it is completely insufficient information for patients, what is out there.

I had tests done on my stomach and bowel, everything is good.
    Warm water, no ice.
Wait 15 min after you eat, relax. Let your body absorb.
I started having to run to the BR if I eat salad, fresh fruit, then it’s ok.
Oily food is bad too. No grease.
    Thanks.

  • For IBS-C i can’t help anyone unfortunately but if you suffer from IBS-D like myself I can tell you what worked for me, “Methadone” a highly addictive narcotic 10X stronger than heroin and when people see the word “heroin” or anything associated with it they are automatically concerned which is normal. I am not a drug addict but at one point in my life I went through 3 surgeries and was prescribed percocet to deal with the pain and I ended up getting hooked on them so my doctor recommended I go on what is called MMT (Methadone Maintence Treatment) which is a small bottle of tang juice mixed with the methadone and you drink it thus gradually weens you off of the opiates so you do not suffer withdrawal and once I was on it I noticed I wasn’t having any IBS-D symptoms anymore AND I was able to tolerate the things that I wouldn’t even dare think of consuming before such as alcohol, caffeine (coffee, soda), greasy foods, carbonated beverages and even stress itself I thought it was too good to be true and here I am almost 3 years later still on a low dose of methadone and no attacks, no excruciating painful cramps absolutely no symptoms and I don’t ever have to watch what I eat/drink it’s literally a miracle I tried telling my family doctor and she laughed and said “Yeah well go tell that to the FDA” anyway, I am just saying what has worked for me I been suffering from IBS for 15+ years prior to the methadone so I know all about it, it’s awful horrible and really impacts your quality of life to the point where you have no life.

  • When I was like 10 or 11 I was diagnosed with IBS and I’d had it for months without knowing because in England it takes alot more for us to want to see a doctor from my experience and when I told my teachers that if I acted strange that’s why and some kids heard and went around telling people I had IBS and they said they didn’t want me “to infect them wih it” because they didn’t believe me and thought it was contagious, it sucked and I didn’t change my diet because I’m a very picker eater so I just took the pain

  • I have this…I can barely get in a vehicle and drive without my stumach hurting, creating gas and making me want to turn around and go home… I don’t think I’ll be able to have a job because I can barely leave the house… I’ll get constipated then I’ll have painful stumach aches and my intestines will empty, sometimes it looks like my stool is fermented, also I’ll get a lot of gas and it’ll feel like I have to go to the bathroom but it’ll just be gas with a lot of mucus… I sleep with a heating pad for pain relief, trapped gas and pain…

  • A few days ago in mid meal I had a diarrhea incident. I can hold my pee and poop up to hours so I don’t know why this happened. It started off my stomach feeling weird and cramps and hurting a little, me feeling like I’m going to throw up, and then the feeling of having to poop. Every since then I’ve been scared to eat after that happened. I have had a past where I’d get stomach pains but not all over. It would only be in one area and would just be a sharp pain. I’ve had gas for the longest though. I just started eating after that incident and but I don’t have any bloating or stomach cramps after. I have been constipated for the longest also. Before after eating meals I didn’t have stomach pains or have to poop. It takes days before I poop and sometimes almost a week. Right now it’s kind of close to that time of the month and I don’t know if this is period cramps or something else but I’m genuinely worried right now. My stomach feels cramps as it keeps grumbling. I feel like I have gas also. It does kind of feel like period cramps but I’m not sure. My legs are also hurting. When I get my period my legs do that but there is no blood….. I also just got off my period not that long ago. Any explanation???

  • im in the middle of having blood work and stool tests done.. I hope its nothing serious but for now the doctor suspects its ibs.. but I’m in constant pain and discomfort daily. I’m so scared and anxious.. any tips anyone? also I’m only 14 and I pray for a normal teen life.

  • it’s so bad…i think i’m doing good then i’m not. it flares for about a week and when it does it’s absolute hell. i am in so much pain i sweat and feel hot and dizzy. i sit on the toilet but nothing helps cause it hurts to bad i cry cause of the pain. i put in hot pads and take hot showers and those seem to really help. i can tell when it’s gonna be one of those days and it sucks cause no matter what i do or how much water i drink nothing happens. i tried to figure out what i eat to irritate my stomach but i can’t find patterns, something that hurts me one day will be my best friend the next. i am practically a pill popper with the amount of pepto i take in when im in pain. it just sucks and i want to not go out and have fear i’ll have an upset stomach

  • I was told I had IBS yesterday because I have dreadful stomach aches every day but I don’t have constipation or Diarrhea and my doctor told me it’s all in the mind and I’m just sad which is causing if

  • Totally feel you on all this Becky, I am now 30 and had this since I was 18 after a traumatic loss of a close family member, So many people I know do not understand IBS and how life ruining it can be, having to always scope out the nearest bathrooms when going somewhere new, being bloated and uncomfortable and still having to battle through work etc. the list goes on! it gets old having to explain it over and over again to people, even my own dad still doesn’t fully ‘get it’

  • I went two weeks with out going— I had to go to the ER. It was so awful. Till this day I have no idea what to do about my IBS, it’s getting to the point where I’m gaining weight.

  • i think i have ibs because i feel the exact same way. one night the pain was so bad in both sides from the cramping & sharp pains from the gas trapped in my stomach. the pain also moves to my pelvis. idk what to do

  • I also suffer from Ibs and its affecting my life a LOT. I literally can’t go anywhere if there is no bathroom. Going on dates, to parties, traveling or even to my local grocery store is almost impossible now. I’m an extrovert myself. I’ve always enjoyed going out and having fun, but nowadays I can’t even leave my house anymore. And is also really hard for me to find a job because most jobs require one to be far away from a bathroom or only having specific bathroom break times.

  • Getting a heating pad to wear out for pain

I’m allergic to everything that triggers my IBS so I can literally only eat certain veggies and fruit if I want my diet to fix it or I can take pills.

I always look pregnant even t shirts and sweat pants and dresses. Mom makes me take tests often then I feel fat

I eat incredibly slow (choke a lot) and eat 2 bites of food and get “pregnant “ and nauseous

I never let people near me during ibs and my bf doesn’t understand and thinks I’m breaking up with him

  • You’re really careful about what you eat ( I am not, I eat anyway and suffer), so is your ibs under control? Does it work like 100 per cent or close to it?

  • I have been in severe pain since 2016. I have been hospitalized 2 times at night due to this problem. I have tried several medications over time but none have worked properly. Recently I found a suspension that includes
    Aluminum Hidroxide gel 200mg
    Magnesium Hidroxide bp 400mg
    Simethicone usp 30mg.
I take 2tsp after lunch and 2sp after dinner and life has been really good. Feeling relived.

  • Yes the instant pain! I had this at work! And people just don’t understand like you were fine 20 mins ago LIKE YES SUSAN BUT NOW IM NOT DONT TEST ME

  • I think IBS is all about pelvic floor mainly
You must do the deep breathing through the stomach (you must feel the pelvic floor area filled and hold for 5 seconds then release through the mouth acout 2 minutes?
And do some stretching exercises related to pelvic floor muscles.. check on YouTube

  • Thank you so much for this video and for your whole channel! I’ve been vegan for 4 years but have only recently started to experience a lot of gastrointestinal symptoms that I feel like are pointing to IBS:( I’m a graduate student, and my seminars run for about 3 hours (!!!). Our professors usually give us a break halfway through, but quite frankly that hasn’t been enough for me and I absolutely hate the idea of being “that person” who’s always stepping out of class. Hopefully I can put these tips to use and manage my condition better

  • I recently got diagnosed with IBS and acid reflux, and it’s making me feel like things will never go back to normal. I also have anxiety issues so I get anxious and then I get a stomach ache, then I get anxious over the stomach ache and it just gets worse. Anybody have any advice? Does it get easier?

  • Does anyone eat the same food more than once, sometimes with flareups and sometimes without? That’s the part that confuses me the most… Renders elimination diets useless.

  • Doesn’t seem as though the Food Maestro app is available in the US? I use a few paid FODMAP apps, but none of them have a scanner.

  • I had COVID and developed IBS from the inflammation in my gut. I’m learning what to eat and what not to eat. ugh, life! Thank you for the video love this video.

And coffee is an enemy to me, which is so saddening. Does anyone else get flareups from nerves like mine?

  • Becky excell need help please write me back I hate running to the bathroom all the time 24 7 it’s awful it’s so embarrassing when it hits me hard and I’m at some ones house and I have to ask to see if I can use their bathroom it’s awful and when I do go it feels like my insides are coming out when I go I hate running to the bathroom all the time I hate being like this all the time even running to the bathroom all the time to I feel really bad and I feel so sick and it’s embarrassing when it hits me hard and sometimes I don’t make it to the bathroom

  • Can I say onething to all suffer from ibs….as she says first two avoid d things tat u should not eat…later eat little bit Wat u like….later only one mindset think tat u r completely fine and iam alright I can watever I want….sure tat mindset will give great change!!!

  • I think I have it I constantly have to use the bathroom and my stomach feels like I’m going to go down a roller coaster but its constant literally sucks this is my first night

  • Thanks for your video. Yes, I too have suffered with this horrible IBS my whole life. It’s affected my life and limited my life choices. I hope you have found a solution since making this video. I’m so sorry you suffer from IBS

  • Ive just been told I have ulcerative colitis not IBS. I’ve been put on the FODMAP diet, I’ve downloaded the app. Doctor has told me no dairy products, no coffee, no carbonated drinks, nothing spicy or fried. I’m not to eat onions or garlic. Bread, I’m to have gluten free. I’m going to try the garlic infused oil and the chives. If you have anymore IBS tips please let me know, I’ve only been diagnosed with IBS for 6 months and diagnosed with ulcerative colitis on Monday of this week. I’m finding your videos extremely helpful, lots of good tips and advice. Stay strong in this fight with ibd. Much love to you xxx

  • I just found your channel when searching for FODMAP and I’m super glad I found you because I can relate to everything…from the bloating to the pain to the discomfort. I just saw my gastroenterologist today and they’re trying to figure out what it is I have. They haven’t figured out if it’s ibs or celiac yet but they did put me on a FODMAP diet and I’m learning all about it now. Your channel helps a lot. Thank you!

  • Hi it’s me again I also find that rice and oats are good for soothing my tummy. I have sourdough or spelt bread with no preservatives. Hope this helps

  • Infused oil and chives! Brilliant. Thank you.
Peppermint tea seems to calm by bloated stomach.
Monash Uni FODMAP app is FAB for keeping a food diary!

  • Ive had IBS since i was 7 and now im 18 years old. Not all the “hacks” in the video is true as everyone that suffers with ibs have diffrent flare triggers and some can be mental triggers like stress and anxiety etc. Sometimes you can just flare up without being triggered. I personally dont follow fodmap diet because off how many trigger foods i have if i was on a fodmap diet i couldnt eat anythink. One piece off advice i have is listen to your body and keep a food diary with drinks and everytime you flare go back to what you ate and drank to rule out foods and drinks also caffine and carbonated drinks can trigger IBS aswell and to eveyone out there that suffers with ibs remeber your not alone and that there will be times where you have near accidents and accidents them selves but remain strong as somepeople dont know what pain we go through everyday and how hard it is on us physically and mentally xx

  • Peppermint tea really helps with cramps but if my intestines are too crampy I will take mebeverine (an anti spasmodic)However for upper tummy bloating which happens in my IBS, buscopan helps a lot

  • wow… I am so happy that I’ve finally come across a video that talks about the mental affects of IBS Bloating. It just makes you feel so insecure about urself every freaking day. Knowing you have abs but you can’t see them is more frustrating than people think lol.
Nothing could ever make me as happy as just finally being free from IBS

  • Hi, I’ve been constantly bloated for over 12 months now and you have described everything I have been feeling, emotions, feelings, physical pain etc etc. It hot so bad it cost me my relationship as you described kept putting every thing off. So low. Take care.

  • This was very useful:) now being pregnant I’m even more worried about what i eat..i had until now 3 days i was in soooo much pain that i vomited. I realized that was someting so silly that i eaten and caused that.

  • HELP!! I’m 14 and I’ve been having stomach pains for about 3 weeks. I get diarrhea and then I get constipated. I have nausea and a lot of gas. Do I have IBS? PLEASE REPLY!!

  • I have very painful stomach pain EVERY MORNING at school. The things that cause this are eating spicy foods, eating late at night, and sitting in uncomfortable positions. My stomach also rumbles sometimes and when it does, my stomach kills me the day after! I don’t know if this is IBS, but if someone knows, can you please help me!!!

  • IBS/D has completely taken over my entire life. Its so frustrating. I’ve been contemplating a completely liquid cleanse for a week or so to just reset my body and then go gluten and dairy free

  • I feel so bloated/trapped gas under my left rib and even causes chest pain. Heat sometimes helps… I don’t know what to do anymore!!

  • Thanks so much for making me aware of that app. Been living with IBS since I was a young adult and some days are worse than others. Last few months it caused me very little grief but then in the last few weeks it has flared up really badly. Mebeverine has been great for me, but can only do so much. I’ll give the app a try, cheers!

  • Not sure if anyone else has done this but I did the keto diet for around 6 weeks and while I was on that my ibs was so much better! I weren’t getting bloated anymore and was able to go to the toilet more than once a week! Only problem was it’s so hard to stick to the keto diet as o missed bread so much!

  • Does anyone burp constantly x_x? New symptom that appear for the last 2-3 months. Just soooo much gas it hurts. I’m hungry but can’t eat. I’m sleepy but cant sleep.

  • What if i have good eating habits all I eat is healthy food and i drink a lot of water and exercise twice a day but im always constipated & bloated and I really wanna have a flat stomach and the pain to be gone

  • Winner of a video, I been tryin to find out about “ibs treatment” for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you heard people talk about Mackorny Defeat IBS Blueprint (just google it )? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my cousin got excellent success with it

  • I had “IBS”. Found out that I was lactose intolerant, had to explain that to my physician, don’t know why they never mentioned that possibility to me, I had been unaware of such a thing and had been drinking milk to coat my painful stomach, found myself on the floor rolled up in a ball on many occasions. I also had bacterial dysbiosis, bacterial overgrowth of the small intestine, which had resulted in inflammation at the bottom of my stomach, had to explain how that worked to my physician, I had intestinal parasites, which created the problem to begin with, and then I had candida overgrowth, which was giving me brain fog. I treated that with Nystatin powder. So, it was much easier for the physician to say, “IBS”, than to sort through all of that.

  • I can eat whatever I want. Food doesn’t affect me 1 bit. I have ibs c. Nothing helps. No food no veggies no water no fiber. Nothing in a year. Only thing I can’t drink or eat is sorbitol. It’s in prune juice apple juice and diet sodas which I don’t drink. I wish there was a Fodmap that would fix ibs c. Most of these fodmaps are for people with D.

  • The real treatment is to learn to stop taking yourself so seriously. I am not being snarky. I used to get upset about “things” believing people were watching me etc. I came to me out of nowhere one day that nobody gives a poop(no pun intended) about how I look or what I’m afraid of etc. Most people just don’t care. Or if they do care it’s very fleeting. This realization was very freeing.

  • The medical community rightly does not recognize IBS as a psychiatric illness. The diaphragmatic exercises only aggravated the condition. With IBS it’s the WHEN and not the WHAT. It has a mind of its own. There are times when you can eat virtually anything without discomfort, and other times when it doesn’t matter what you eat, it’s gonna flare.

  • Omg where is this Dr located i love her all this knowledge. I feel better just listening to her but this stuff is horrible if u dont have ibs consider yourself lucky.

  • Just wonderful, I have been researching “symptoms of ibs with constipation” for a while now, and I think this has helped. You ever tried Mackorny Defeat IBS Blueprint (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now )? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my colleague got excellent results with it

  • Many thanks, I have been researching “symptoms and treatment of ibs” for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you heard people talk about Mackorny Defeat IBS Blueprint (just google it )? Ive heard some unbelievable things about it and my neighbour got amazing success with it

  • Just wonderful, I have been researching “best medication for ibs” for a while now, and I think this has helped. Ever heard of Mackorny Defeat IBS Blueprint (just google it )? Ive heard some decent things about it and my partner got amazing success with it

  • I went to an amazing homeopath, we talked for 2 hrs, her first piece of advice was give up gluten. I’ve never felt better. Often people with gluten intolerance can develop lactose intolerance too. So although this is an excellent webinar, I found her abit dismissive about gluten. Loved the webinar, resonated so much

  • I am beyond happy to have found this video to the point where I might send it to my doctor because it explains perfectly how I feel and what I have been going through for the last 3 years.

  • Jesus so many of these bullet points apply to me., epically the Social/Occupational slide & subtle avoidance. Unreal I finally think I realized what’s been wrong with me for 10-15 years…

  • I feel crap, my butthole feels crap, my stomach is feeling weird, i feel weird in my intestines too and i am pooping liquids like mucus. Going back and forth to the bathroom. This happened after i ate beans…. Or did i eat something wrong…. Save meee.

  • This was great, I been tryin to find out about “ibs symptom checker” for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you heard people talk about Mackorny Defeat IBS Blueprint (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now )? Ive heard some decent things about it and my m8 got cool results with it

  • Many thanks, been searching for “pain in ibs” for a while now, and I think this has helped. Ever heard of Mackorny Defeat IBS Blueprint ( search on google )? Ive heard some pretty good things about it and my colleague got amazing success with it

  • I very rarely have pain but I do have regular nausea, I would take pain any day over nausea. I’m skeptical that people without pain do not have IBS. I have all the regular symptoms except for regular pain

  • I got the same feelings when I’m bloated, I also can’t walk properly sometimes, and lately I’ve been bloated all the time:( But I know it will go away eventually, that’s the only thing that keeps me going.

  • My biggest frustration is when I bloat for no apparent reason. So hard to make plans because you never know when your gut is going to twist up in pain.

  • I just learned I have IBS and take meds for it. The meds seem like they don’t work or I only get a little relief. It’s a constant pain in my stomach and back and sleepless nights. I get in my head and think that if I have this is life worth it but then think about my child. This truly is horrible and I’m happy I found this channel cause I can’t tell you how many times I’ve cried… Thank you for doing this, it really does help to see someone else is going through this and that it all will be okay.

  • Do you ever get a shooting pain where your appendix is? I get it really bad sometimes and it’s an on and off shooting pain. It spreads around my left side but started where my appendix/ovary is. I suffer from terrible IBS and I was wondering if it’s IBS related. We’ve had testing done and it’s not my appendix or ovary. Help please!

  • Thankfully my hyoscyamine manages my IBS pain pretty well. But I still get really bad spasms a few times a week. Mine builds up. So I can feel the start of an awful day. So my lower stomach will start to feel off. Then as the day goes on it gets worse. Then out of no where it hits me and I literally fall to the ground into a ball with how bad I’m in pain. People just don’t understand unless you have it. I always get weird looks and stuff from people. I can’t help it when it feels like someone is stabbing me in my intestines. IBS is just such an inconvenience lol.

  • I got IBS D in march 2018, Homeopathy helped me a lot, it limited my motion to 1 time a day, now i can enjoy parties and i have also started traveling via Bus and train.
Do we have to stop eating Wheat in IBS?

  • i hate when doctors suggest to “drink some more water” and “do some jogging”
or “maybe try dried prunes and flaxseed:)”

dude i’ve been suffering from this condition for over 2 years now, thanks for that bomb advice, haven’t tried this yet

“your intestines seem fine, you’re a healthy young woman”

well i feel like shit and i am having symptoms, so SOMEWHERE in my body SOMETHING must be wrong

it just feels like endless searching

  • I understand this, too. I’ve had ibs-c since I was a toddler, and I’m 17 now. I’ve gotten the constipation under control with miralax & magnesium. However, I still have awful gas pain and bloating. I’ve tried various diets, done tests (including sibo), and nothing has helped. I turn 18 in four months so I’m holding off until then so that I can see an adult doctor to avoid the transfer.

  • Just a heads up if you can’t stand the pain tylenol will dull it. But with cramping and having a episode I’ve found eating saltine crackers to stop the attack.

  • Just wonderful, been searching for “ibs and nausea” for a while now, and I think this has helped. You ever tried Mackorny Defeat IBS Blueprint (should be on google have a look )? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my brother in law got amazing results with it

  • I had this n thought i was pregnant my back was hurting, bloated, couldnt burp it seems like it’ll last forever but it will go away after time

  • I havent been diagnosed at all but i have been experiencing the same things For Almost 2 years now. thank you for making this video it helps me feel better to know there’s others who understand

  • I’m studying for the MCAT and applying to medical school during this pandemic while my IBS chronic bloating continues to annoy me. I am so happy I came across your channel! When I’m bloated really badly, my stomach not only protrudes out into this tight ass balloon, but my back literally gets bloated too. And it causes my back to bend over and it’s just the worst. It is horrible during my period and off of my period. I diagnosed myself with IBS after a colonoscopy, endoscopy, gastic ultrasound, AND a MRI. I realized bananas, kiwis, and stress are my worst enemy and causes my episodes.

  • It’s the worst……. thank god for large pyamas because normal clothes for my actual figure…… not a chance. I’m living in my pyama…..
And you hear others going everywhere without any struggle in the prettiest clothes no effort on anything living their life….
…. And I’m layong sickly in bed aching and suddenly fat after just eating popcorn what’s listed Fodmap free….
But I am NOT alone I see. Hopefully the foodindustry will change…

  • I hate that my IBS literally does not have a trigger food. I can eat pizza one day and be totally fine no issues. Then I’ll have pizza another day and it’s world war 3. Same with dairy and meat. I’ve gone without both and saw no change. So basically I just have to live life as is and if I get a flare up eh whatever ‍♀️

  • my quality of life is at its absolute lowest. seeing my gyn next week to get my hormones checked.. coloscopy didn’t find anything. got my stool checked, blood checked, drinking 3-4 liters of water a day, being really active.. psyllium and flaxseeds didn’t do anything for me in particular either… i am ibs-c and i started crying when i watchdd this because you mentioned so much that puts a strain on my mental state… it takes up every day of my life at the moment and makes me really depressed. i really want to love my body, but ibs is NOT my body, it is NOT healthy and a REAL disease.

i feel like this topic isn’t taken seriously, though 20-30% of women experience at least some form of abnormal bloating at some point. more than one in ten women have serious problem with their digestion (and everything related to it).
i was absolutely shocked when i found out that 2 other friends of mine struggle a LOT with their irratable bowel

i would do anything so i dont have to live like this forever. i feel terrible and so exhausted

  • Thank you for this video! I’m currently having one of the worst ibs flare ups and this helped me so much. Bloating is just awful it’s a beast. I have ibs-d and bloating is one of my worst symptoms as well.

  • Thank you. When I’m bloated I feel very miserable it hurts to walk even eat. I feel really depressed because I cannot do anything to make myself better

  • I haven’t heard anyone else say that onions are a trigger. Raw onions in tiny bits only. Cooked onions rarely give problems. Also the type of onion matters for me. The worst is the white ones. I don’t know what it is about onions that is the issue. Strawberries are so good but even 1 will make me hurt so badly I completely abstain.

  • Just wonderful, I been tryin to find out about “natural cures for ibs” for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you heard people talk about Mackorny Defeat IBS Blueprint (do a google search )? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my work buddy got great success with it

  • Excellent Video clip! Sorry for the intrusion, I would love your initial thoughts. Have you heard about Millawdon Livestrong Way Trick (do a google search)? It is a great one of a kind product for eliminating IBS minus the hard work. Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my m8 got amazing success with it.

  • yes OMG!!!! I cant go on walks because of the pain in my back finally someone feels like me, never being able to burp or fart always having that trap and causing bloating pain,no doctor has ever been able to identify my issue which was ibs, I have found all this info through my own research

  • i’m 16, and i have IBS as well as GERD. my gut health suckssss. i actually stopped eating lunch at school due to horrible bloating. not to mention the IMMEDIATE urge to.. “relieve” myself after i eat, and the heartburn. it sucks bc i’m so hungry but i’d rather be hungry than in pain. it sucks

  • Every time eat I end up messing on myself. I take anti dierria med it helps only a day my pooping won’t stop. Do I have this or what?

  • Apple Cider V capsules with peppermint gel caps and digestive bitters helps a lot. I have had bloating issues for years and this does help. I am in the process of trying the HCL Pepsin Enzymes to balance the PH in my gut and bring the hydrochloric acid back into my system.

  • The worst. I’ve had IBS-C my whole life, but wasn’t diagnosed until yesterday. I did low fodmap for months, and it didn’t help at all. Right now, my treatment is just to take otc stuff for the rest of my life:(

  • I’m 17 now and I’ve had ibs, food allergies/intolerance since I was born, I couldn’t have any formulas because I was allergic to everything in them and to this day I’m allergic to everything that I like and won’t eat things that I don’t like even if I’m not allergic to them.

My allergies that effect me most are whole foods like:

    Corn
    Wheat
    Soy
    Dairy/lactose
    Tomato’s
    Potato’s
    Eggs
    Onions
    Rice
    Etc…

I tried going vegan to lighten the blow but everything consists of soy and rice, I basically live on peas and peanut butter which I like but it gets boring especially since I don’t like drinking water. Upon consuming these whole foods I have to take prescription medicine to get them all out of my system because my number 1 IBS issue that I have when consuming things I’m allergic to is constipation which means that if I don’t get the toxins out they will stay in my body until I go to the doctor but when I do take my medicine I still experience all of the symptoms from bloating and gas to becoming so dehydrated and lethargic/fatigued that I nearly faint. IBS is so underated and I wish it was more openly known in the chronic illness community.

ANOTHER THING THAT SUCKS IS HAVING THE BLOATING THAT MAKES ME LOOK LIKE A
    PREGNANT 17 YEAR OLD GIRL!!!

  • Yep I look seven months pregnant, it feels terrible. The pain travels and makes me feel so tired. I m taking the Mebeverine tablets this morning, fingers crossed they will work.

  • It feels so nice to have someone who knows the pain and daily struggle of bloating. But doesn’t lowfodmap diet supposed to reduce or eliminate bloating.? Has it not helped you.? I still bloat despite it

  • I had really terrible ibs for the last 1 year and managed to eliminate it by cutting down some foods that i doubted e.g eggs, oil and more you can email me on [email protected] hotmail.co.uk and i can share my experience. Please note im not a doctor neither a medical agent.

  • when an ibs attack starts is always with an intense craving for sweets rathen than normal, then a tsunami of emotional changes and after that all the other symptoms that make my life a living nightmare. eating is an odyssey

  • I experience this too and for a year I’ve been trying different diets and nothing works. Recently though me and my doctors finally admitted it is not a gastrointestinal issue but more a gynecological issue to do with ovarian cysts. So for all of you ladies here, if no diet is making you better try to go to your gyno and investigate this option. You never know.

  • It’s nice to know that everyone else feels pregnant with IBS too. Two things that has helped me are incorporating a plant-based diet and drinking ginger tea. But, I still hate this shit. Great video

  • Hey I’m 14 and I have ibs and I can’t have dairy so milk and ice cream in 3rd grade my teacher dint care a bout me and I couldn’t go to the loo have a heat pad etc

  • Cheers for this, been searching for “ibs supplements” for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you heard people talk about Mackorny Defeat IBS Blueprint ( search on google )? Ive heard some interesting things about it and my mate got amazing success with it

  • Winner of a video, been searching for “pain ibs” for a while now, and I think this has helped. You ever tried Mackorny Defeat IBS Blueprint (just google it )? Ive heard some unbelievable things about it and my mate got cool results with it

  • I am miserable in the extreme when bloating hits me and i tend to want to isolate myself. Like you it definitely affects my mood and i can feel totally incapacitated.
It feels like there’s rocks tumbling around in my stomach and the pain can be severe. I’ve had too many times to mention where the pain was so bad i was literally bent over double and could not even stand up straight. It zaps my energy too and makes me feel like i want to crawl out of my skin. It even affects my sleep.
What has helped me somewhat it the past: Ginger tablets, charcoal tabs, digestive enzymes..Peppermint didn’t really help me much. There was a super strength ginger drink called ‘Rochesters’ ginger’
that i used to think helped a little bit, but be warned; it tastes a bit like neat whiskey; you’d need to dilute it.
But none of these helped as much as the low Fodmap diet. Prevention is definitely better than cure.
Also hot teas, chocolate rice cakes & chocolate too (I think the high fat content helped to get things moving!) Like i need any excuse! Ha!
Sometimes i used to suffer for days at a time as it took so long for the food to move through my system, like one day after the other. I can honestly say it affected my personality for the worse.
What i found helped significantly was to take magnesium tablets before bed & they have a slight laxative effect which can help so much also. Not every night however, just sometimes! 😉

  • Yes! Yes! Mine too! It’s like I’ve swallowed a glass ball. And my ribs are dying in pain and it doesn’t go away for hours, then the cramps are immense. I sweat, and I’m freezing cold. Moving never works for me, and that burning dull ache can last for days and I can’t walk properly, no. I cna’t believe how similar our pains are, no one else seems to feel it like I do. It’s why the docs give me that “you’re pampered and whining over gas” look. It’s just so cruel to be treated like that, and that’s what effects me mentally and makes me sad.

I’m sorry that it agitates your eating disorder too, that must be very hard for you *virtual hug*. I don’t care how swelled I am, with the way I look it’s the only meaty looking part of me, a big torso. I look sickly and it’s not getting better, so to feel the pressure of bloat with this body, I just cry. Especially when the weather heats up and I want ice cream and cakes and can’t eat them without that, and palpatations of the heart. Tea really helps, thank you for that. I didn’t know if that would help for me reading it on a website, but hearing it from a person I believe it.

  • I don’t have the bloating issue but I do at times have excessive gas that hurts (all food related). I have changed my diet drastically and am now on a vegan diet and slowly transitioning to a whole food diet. And I must say i feel much better. I still have to stay from certain foods or limit them. I pretty much only drink water or have Yogi or Traditional Medicinals tea.

  • I’m glad I can relate to someone:) I get bloated multiple times a day. Is that normal? I am bloated so often, I sometimes forget what I look like without the bloated belly. I have to wear loose shirts everyday and often walk around with my pants unbuttoned. I make myself feel better by normalizing the situation. I always tell my roomate “Oh look, the baby’s back.” And I sometimes show her how “pregnant” I am:)

  • I hate to be that guy, but I’ve only had bloating 4 times in my life. I hope I’m not jinxing my self, and I hope yours will go a way some day cause bloating isn’t fun. Thank you for sharing your story.

  • The low fodmap diet doesn’t work for me because a lot of the foods recommended make me flare up the most such as oats, legumes, brocoli, grapes and many more so how am I supposed to heal when low fodmap foods aggravate my bloating I’m so lost

  • Hey Becky, I suffer with the same thing. I had a comprehensive stool test done and found out I had gut dysbiosis. I’m going to try and balance out my gut with essential oils. This could be the case for you too. I’ve also tried the low fodmap diet and basically every diet out there and supplements, to no avail. It really does get you down doesn’t it. Hope you’re feeling better soon xx

  • Hey beccy. Great video yet again. I always look forward to them. My bloating also feels like I’m preggers and also no confidence or energy. My tummy is quite tender and sore and I also get the sharp pains when it’s really bad. I use a tablet called Buscopan. Is a natural plant that stops spasms in the gut. This could really help you!!! And I also drink a lot more water/hot water bottle and salad to help calm and clear out my bloated belly. Hope this helps. Looking forward to the next video xxx

  • hi, becky! something i find helps is to lay on my back and bringing my knees up toward my chest. with constipation, trapped gas is the worst. also staying in that position and rolling side to side can help to release some gas. take care! k

  • Hello Becky. Do you believe “ nightshades” aggravates digestive conditions? Potato, tomato egg plant in particular seem to increase my sensitivity. Some people believe this is true others believe it is incorrect. What are your thoughts?

  • My symptoms and attacks are mostly anxiety induced starts with shooting pain fibromyalgia left trap shoulder neck area radiating then nausea shaking stomach pain sometimes dizziness and weakness can last from half hour to two hours max usually ends with incontinence

  • Cheers for this, I’ve been looking for “where is ibs pain felt” for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you heard people talk about Mackorny Defeat IBS Blueprint (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now )? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my colleague got cool results with it

  • Definitely a huge problem in schools it was for me like if I have to go I have around 5 minutes or I’m in trouble and some teacher just blankly refuse to let people leave to use the toilet

  • Positive message thanks Becky x does your ibs get worse with stress and certain foods? (sorry if this is in another of your vids) I found dinking slippery elm in coconutilk helped with the pain and taking out wheat helped with the bloating. Keep making the videos,it really helps to hear of others experiences with this condition

  • I have IBS, I’m currently going on my 5th week of intense consistent pain. The pain gets so bad it causes me to feel nauseous, dizzy, hot and like I’m going to black out on the toilet. If anyone has any medications that helped them please drop it below. I’m active and stay hydrated and currently on hyoscyamine which is a anti spasm medication and that use to help but not anymore PLEASE HELP. Maybe we should do a group chat of some sort to know we’re not alone?

  • Thanks for this video Becky. The systemS and pain your describing is my life and has been since I was born I was 1 of the first people to be diagnosed with ibs in the earlier 80’s. Then no believe it was a really illness no one understood what it was like. I had every test and exam possible saw countless specialists most told me it was all in my head. I live with pain constantly And relate to this video so much. I’m so pleased all who are diagnosed with IBS now are understood and that ibs is now a recognised illness. Again thanks Becky this video makes me feel less alone living with ibs.

  • Just wonderful, I been tryin to find out about “ibs what to eat” for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you ever come across Mackorny Defeat IBS Blueprint (do a search on google )? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my cousin got cool results with it

  • I think I’ve been suffering from this for years but it’s worsened over time. Nearly every time I eat something fatty I end up waking up with incredible pain too the point I’m literally clutching on too my stomache and some times even crying. I havent been diagnosed yet but I’ve got soo many symptoms including abdominal pain, diarrhoea and feeling sick. Been trying too get diagnosis for years now with no luck.

  • I pause your video at 0.40 I have a high pain tolerance but most of the time when I have a bowel movement it is like I am passing glass through my guts

  • Hi first time listener What is the exact name of the Fodmap app ur referring to? There are several, some with out cost.. please let me know if you have info.. thanks

  • The burping from peppermint usually is related to acid reflux its not a good thing it can be related to fructose malabsorption and the best way to tackle this is acid tackling foods. Great vid as usual Becky!

  • omg I never thought to go to the doctor for any of this but I’ve been dealing with pretty much all of these symptoms for years! I’ve just recently learned to manage some of the symptoms (with things like ginger chews, essential oil rollers, and tea) and I had no idea any of this was IBS relatedI get the massive bloating, awful nausea, bad abdominal pain, stress-related indigestion (I used to get it every single morning when I pulled up to school), and just the most temperamental stomachI feel so relieved to know that I’m not alone in this, and that there’s nothing seriously wrong with me, thank you so much for making this video!

  • Kudos for the Video clip! Forgive me for butting in, I would love your thoughts. Have you researched Proutklarton Gold Hour Plan (google it)? It is an awesome one off product for getting rid of IBS Symptoms Immediately minus the normal expense. Ive heard some super things about it and my mate after many years got cool success with it.

  • It sucks when u basically live in fear of food because u dont know what will trigger ur ibs. When I have a episode good lord it’s bad sometimes it’s like I feel it move from one side to the other. I had a episode that landed me in the ER and it lasted 7 hours they had to give me morphine to deal with the episode it was the worst one I’ve ever had

  • i get it for stress mainly but other times it can happen randomly. listening to someone else talk about it really helps. it was effecting my time at school. thanks

  • Thank you for this video Becky. It’s so hard to get others to understand. I can relate to you so much. I have had severe IBS for many years. I can relate so much. Its life changing and it’s a lifestyle. Thank you so much for trying to get the word out. Many thanks for this video from a fellow IBS sufferer.

  • My face gets bloated too.. and I tend to be in isolation a lot simply because of this issue whatever I eat and drink I bloat.. is there any cure

  • I am 15 and been bloated for years and I can relate so much especially as I have ibs-c. Stay strong your not along, I love your videos x

  • Appreciate Video clip! Forgive me for chiming in, I would appreciate your thoughts. Have you thought about Proutklarton Gold Hour Plan (do a search on google)? It is a good one of a kind guide for getting rid of IBS Symptoms Immediately minus the headache. Ive heard some amazing things about it and my mate at last got excellent success with it.

  • Just wonderful, I been tryin to find out about “back pain and ibs” for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you ever come across Mackorny Defeat IBS Blueprint (should be on google have a look )? Ive heard some super things about it and my mate got amazing results with it

  • I’m almost 30 and I’ve lived my whole life untreated for ibs. I’m bloated and uncomfortable everyday some days it’s so severe it’s painful but I’m pretty much always bloated.

  • I’ve been suffering from this for about almost 2 years. The pain is very stressful everything I eat just makes my stomach hurt and cramp up more wonderful thing is I have severe anxiety and it makes my stomach hurt more

  • Hi, Elizabeth here,
Thank you, Becky, for this. It’s good to know I’m not alone with IBS. I’ve become more poorly since 2017. Now, I have chronic IBS. I’ve been prescribed IBS medication for the constant pain.
I also take painkillers. Tomorrow, I’ll start taking additional prescribed medication and book another blood test.
Like you, it’s taking over my days and my nights. I’m keeping a food diary now but nothing seems to be ok for me to eat.
I had a long talk to senior GP today and he confirmed everything I’ve learntscientists don’t know what causes it and it’s a symptomatic syndrome so there cannot be evidence for its existence. Hurrah! Isn’t it so nice to know that!!!!:(

  • Does anyone feel and poke around their lower and upper abdomen/whole stomach and feel hardness and stuff? Also, do any of you experience a long period of pain from it? Like a couple of weeks of pain and discomfort from it?

  • Sooo I’m 11 and have had ALL the symptoms of IBS and think I have it. How do I tell my mom? It’s cause me EXTREME pain and makes me rush to the bathroom. Thank you for any help at all!

  • This is just superb, I have been researching “natural cure ibs” for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you heard people talk about Mackorny Defeat IBS Blueprint (do a google search )? Ive heard some decent things about it and my buddy got great success with it

  • thanx for this video…..my family dont understand how painful and worrying it can be….mine is caused by constipation…..the whole of my abdomen is sore….even chest pain so i panic that something bad is wrong….so anxiety doesnt help matters…..i havent found anything that i can take to stop it….meberivine, buscupan, colpermint….nothing so i need to go to the loo to try and pass a stool….its a horrible cycle….

  • That moment when you cry because you do not feel so alone. Right now I am doing low fodmap elimination phase amd am still having flare ups due to stress. My doctor has diagnosed me with IBS and possibly endometriosis. Either way. Trying to stay positive is hard

  • It is true, your videos make me feel better because i don’t feel so alone. Thank you!
Does anyone else have these wierd pains very early in the morning? So strange!

  • I can relate so much to this especially the one about getting excited or really nervous. And it is the worst pain I will ever feel.

  • On Nov 3, 2016, I was told I will not be getting a kidney transplant because I have blood circulation problems. I live in the US.I had liver disease which I have done everything within medical field with no results. i developed venous statis in which the capillaries pop and my skin darkens on both my legs below my knees and above my ankles.I have a inherited kidney disease as FSGS and minimal change, two kidney disorders. I was diagnosed in 1985. At that time, there was no treatment for me because my blood was normal but I had proteinuria alot of it.My kidney disease didn’t really get bad until 2006, then I was referred to a kidney doctor. He prescribed predisone. It didn’t work on me. It was supposed to slow down the disease. But my problems befan to appear in 2012, when I started to gain weight, I thought at the time I was eating too much, but I later discovered it was excess water. Because later that year, my legs started to leak water. I actually had to squeeze the water out of my socks and trousers. Then I developed claudication which causes pain on my calf muscles in the back of my legs. I would walk a few steps and they would seize up. I would rest a few moments and the pain would go away. Then walk a few more steps and again experience pain. Then in February 2014, my kidneys finally failed and I was put on haemodialysis. Then I lost circulation in my toes, then gangrene then amputations in May 2014 on my left foot then my left leg below the knee in June 2014Then my big toe on my right leg, on October 2014, and theno the rest of my toes in Nov 2014.By July 2014, I lost 40 liters of of water or 88 pounds of water through haemodialysis.I thought since I had 20 other medical problems besides my 2 kidney disorders that I wouldn’t qualify for a kidney transplant. Plus I have 47 chromosomes. But at least, I now know, I won’t be getting a kidney.Unless someone invents a cure for poor blood circulation. Not every one who has a chronic kidney disorder will have the kind of problems I have had.recently I was introduced to a herbalist from China by a doctor friend from India, I have to fly from India where I went for the treatment to meet with the herbalist dr sale bashiru in China.just in about 3 months later I was cured of this diseases with herbs and oil.here is my email address if you need any further information [email protected] gmail.com

  • Just wonderful, been searching for “foods to eat with ibs” for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you heard people talk about Mackorny Defeat IBS Blueprint (just google it )? Ive heard some decent things about it and my buddy got cool results with it

  • Any for tips for retail workers? Being stuck at a register is terrifying when you’re in the middle of a flare up or when you feel one starting. Especially when you’re the only cashier

  • Girl literally the minute something I shouldn’t have hits my tongue my whole digestive system and stomach starts to attack me!! I’m so glad y’all can relate because I thought I was going crazy. I’m losing pounds everyday and my clothes are starting to fit snug.. I feel like a balloon

  • I missed the first 6 days of my job due to me being sick and in and out of the hospital due to IBS. I have such a weak immune system and am currently sitting at home, yet again, when I’m suppose to be at work, due to me feeling so nauseous and sick. Any ideas on supplements or medications I should talk to my doctor about. I’ve seriously considered just quitting everything due to the pain I’ve been in because of IBS. I’m nonstop sick and it’s getting to the point where I cannot handle it…

  • Thank You for this video. My friend has the same issues and I’m going to send him this video. He was diagnosed a few years ago and he’s still having a rough time, but I’m praying with this, he will take heed and do what he’s suppose to do.

  • Does anybody ever get pains just on their right side? That come on suddenly and can range from mild to severe? Sometimes lasting minutes, other times can last a day? I’ve had this pain randomly SO randomly for years on end, I’ve had a colonoscopy that came back clear and MRI that came back clear? Honestly could this really just be IBS?

  • I could imagine it getting only worse by stressing about everything… No food is gna cure this anyway, stressless life will, if something can ever even cure it.

  • No one understands. They say u have anxiety or its all in ur head. I probably spent 3 years testing for what it was. My parents say its reflux but when i search up IBS its just so relatable. I am constantly tired but my IBS is triggered by citric acid, fizzy drinks and cake. But when i finally sit on the toilet with the pain making me scream i feel like committing suicide its so bad.

  • Many thanks, I’ve been looking for “where is ibs pain felt” for a while now, and I think this has helped. Ever heard of Mackorny Defeat IBS Blueprint (do a search on google )? Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my work buddy got cool success with it

  • Does anyone experience this? I have pain only on the right side of my abdomen.. right under my rib. The pain is constant. Doesn’t go away.. i’ve had it for 1 month.. but i’ve also noticed that it hurts more when i stretch.. and i’m confused, i dont know if this is a muscle or a pinched nerve or something. Does anyone else with ibs experience more pain when the strecth to the side? Thank you

  • I dont understand. I cant tell if i have it or not. I have mapped it out rigorously. I believe its derrived from me quitting smoking. It only flares up when i get stressed and it flairs up the most on long drives where a bathroom may not be in reach. Its very debilitating. I had to leave my job as an EMT due to not being able to be in the ambulance for extended periods of time. Does anybody know any possible treatment? So far nicotine gum works well but i need to get off of it sometime soon.

  • Thank you for sharing your story. It sounds so horrible what you go through on a daily basis. I’m finding myself in a situation similar lately because this latest attack doesn’t seem to be going away. It has subsided quite a bit, but still causing cramps and pain where as before, it used to disappear until the next few months or re appear somewhere during the year. Hang in there and God bless you!

  • I’m almost in tears I thought I was the only one… some people think it’s funny and like oh this girl shits her pants all the time but it’s serious. It’s instant and I’m so uncomfortable and it happens in the most un accepted places she is speaking everything I feel thank you

  • I don’t think people will ever understand what it’s like to be in pain everyday like to the point it’s the first things you think about in the morning and the last thing you think about at night

  • This was great, I have been researching “cure of ibs” for a while now, and I think this has helped. Ever heard of Mackorny Defeat IBS Blueprint ( search on google )? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my work buddy got excellent results with it

  • Just wonderful, been searching for “ibs after eating” for a while now, and I think this has helped. You ever tried Mackorny Defeat IBS Blueprint ( search on google )? Ive heard some great things about it and my m8 got excellent success with it

  • Thanks Becky I have given up coffee 2 weeks ago and I’m feeling better. I still have 2 cups of tea and a hot chocolate with almond milk every day. I will need to give these up too I think! I take coleze if I have a flare up and this helps. I also need to limit my red meat intake and yes fat is a big trigger for my IBS. low fat intake makes a big difference, low fat mayonnaise, small amounts of olive oil, no eggs. I have also limited my lactose free dairy foods because it just doesn’t agree with me. I eat mainly potatoes, pumpkin, carrots, lettuce, zucchini, capsicum, tomatoes, green part of spring onion finely chopped, lettuce, oyster mushrooms. Free range chicken, tuna in spring water, lean pork mince. I also have stopped fizzy drinks and much better

  • Yes that’s wat happens to me it’s awful there like labor pains that’s exactly what’s happening to me I cannot wear tight clothes anymore even my under wear when I get the pain it gets so bad I just start throwing up like a Fossett I thought I was the only one, yes am fine then just all the sudden

  • Kudos for the Video clip! Forgive me for butting in, I would appreciate your opinion. Have you tried Millawdon Livestrong Way Trick (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now)? It is a great exclusive guide for eliminating IBS minus the hard work. Ive heard some interesting things about it and my work buddy at last got amazing success with it.

  • This was great, I have been researching “how to cure ibs constipation” for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you heard people talk about Mackorny Defeat IBS Blueprint ( search on google )? Ive heard some great things about it and my cousin got excellent success with it

  • I’m 22 and began this journey with IBS officially 2 years ago. I have had a “sensitive” stomach my whole life but nothing compared to now. Just like her, once I eat something like basil pesto, I instantly feel abdominal pain and nausea. I take famotidine and omeprazole 2x a day. It gets hard sometimes mentally, definitely gets in the way of living a normal life. I wouldn’t wish this on my worse enemy

  • This was great, thanks, I been tryin to find out about “about ibs” for a while now, and I think this has helped. Ever heard of Mackorny Defeat IBS Blueprint (do a google search )? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my work buddy got cool results with it

  • I can’t go to the doctor right now but I really think I have this I had an episode this past Friday where the pain was so bad like someone was stabbing me in the stomach like gas I couldn’t pass and then I was constipated:( I had to work so I just powered through it and tried to breathe the pains

  • My stomach makes a lot of noises. It’s embarrassing. Especially when I’m with a lady friend. Seems like you have to have the perfect diet to feel better.

  • My biggest trouble is staying positive through the pain, and trying to still feel “like myself” and not be rude or snippy towards people. I feel so bad for being rude to the people I love

  • Dealing with this right now it’s horrible my upper abdomen is killing me I can’t use the bathroom I keep burping and I’m so tired but can’t lay down due to the pain ugh I just took a probiotic supplement that’s all I have right now hopefully it’ll work

  • Does anyone have stomach pain in the lower chest kind of 1/2 hours after eating and he feels like his stomach is full and like you feel you have gasses but you don’t. Anyone?

  • I’m from Russia. I will tell my story. I’ve been suffering for 3 years, diarrhea almost every day, pain and all things. the first year I kept a diet, treatment. after I stopped following the diet and recommendations and lived a normal life without paying attention to the symptoms knowing that with IBS it can’t get worse, pain can be endured. Fuck foodmap and all this shit, just drink vodka, eat what you want and be happy

  • It’s so comforting to know that there’s someone else in the world feels exactly exactly exactly the same as me! Thanks so much for the video!!! I think we should be bffs, hehehehe….

  • I watched this video to understand what my son is going through. Food is not his friend, even safe foods.
It is maddening. I really wish I could help him more.

  • I had no idea what ibs was until just recently. My doctor just thought it was like terrible gas pains or something. It wasn’t until I went to the hospital for the worse pain I’ve ever had in my life right next to having my gallbladder explode. that I found out that ibs was a thing. And for a while I remember being ashamed then angry with people because when I was in pain they would just say I’ve had worse or you’ll be find. Like it wasn’t until I was in the hospital crying and gripping my stomach that people really understood the pain. My ibs pain is on a 24/7 basis. No matter what I eat, drink or any activity I do. I’m in pain. Not like the oh I shouldn’t of ate cheese fries I’ll be in the bathroom for an hour pain. But the I’ve tried over 20 medications, pain killers, alternative treatments and surgerys. And the pain level is beyond that of when I’ve broken bones, had terrible misscarrages and gallbladder exploding. I wouldn’t wish this pain on anyone. I wish more people were open about their ibs because it gets embarrassing not being able to relate with people

  • I have this disease for 3 years. It is Soo painful. I wanna cry always.
    Doctor also cannot do anything.
Now the last solution is suicide

  • Thank you! For this video. I thought I’d never come across someone who has the same pains as me with IBS. I just got diagnosed with IBS this week. The last 2 months, I’ve had severe cramping, SHARP pains, dull aches, back pain (which literally makes me cry), spinal pain, shoulder & neck pain, nausea, pelvic pain and this twisting, stabbing pain that jerks me out of my sleep most nights. I’ve had 3 scans, blood tests, urine tests. So many tests. The doctor first told me I had IBS, and I didn’t believe him. I pushed for tests. He keeps saying to me, you may have digestion issues causing the pains. But I kept insisting that my plant based diet was not the cause of my pain. I asked for them to check for cysts, growths, ulcers, anything else. All my tests came back CLEAR. Organs looked great, healthy urine + blood tests, except lack of vitamin D. But otherwise, all seemed fine. I ended up one night in the emergency room a few weeks ago, with my family waiting in terror. I was in agony. I honestly thought I was dying. The hospital kept me for a few hours then sent me home with pain relief saying they couldn’t find out what was wrong with me and go back to the doctor. I was defeated. Then the next day, the doctor provided me a referral to see a gynecologist (here in Australia we need a written referral before seeing a gyno). Endometriosis has been ruled out (for now), the gyno ended up sitting down with me after my exam & confirmed it was my bowel and digestion causing me the pain. For some reason, just having her confirm it made me accept it. I don’t know why I couldn’t accept it with my normal doctor. I guess when the gyno had checked my “parts” down there and said it all seemed well, I just gave in and accepted that I have IBS. It’s a relief but it’s sad. I feel like my mental health has taken a hit. My brain anticipates the pain when I wake up now. And I haven’t left the house to socialise, apart from doctors. I’ve taken 2-3 weeks off work in total. I’ve been told to change my diet & cut out things that I am so used to eating. But if it means being mostly pain free in the future, I’ll do it. Thanks for this video, this makes me feel like the pain is shared and I’m heard! ❤️

  • Idk if I have Ibs (and I can’t speak to doctor/ parent about it) I get diarrhoea when scared and I seem to poop a lot, and recently (past week) I’ve had abit of on and off diarrhoea constipation and stomach ache and I’m so scared I have it:/

  • I’m having difficulty getting and keeping a bloody job consuming me, my life, pisssssed off. Tks for  vid, makes me feel better hearing your story and others here.

  • Lately I haven’t been sleeping cause I feel very nasues when I try to relax to sleep and I only sleep 4 hours here and there since when I wake up I feel really sick again. Tell me am not the only one?

  • my boyfriend got ibs and he is pretty depressed bc of it and almost always in a lot of pain. i think its pretty similar to what u described…

  • Thank you so much for sharing your experience and tips! It so hard to find support b/c many people do not understand it, this is why we need to raise public awareness about IBS so more research can be done. SPREAD THE WORD.

  • I really resonated with your comment on not eating two hours before a commute.
That is the BIGGEST trigger for me. I have had incidents of running off busses and almost not making it that were near traumatic and made me nervous to take long bus rides. I need to check and see if there is a bathroom on board or nearby at stops (psycho…maybe but gives me clarity) and I would rather sit hungry and famished than worry that my stomach is full and is vulnerable.

  • i got diagnosed with IBS 3 week ago now, Doctor wasnt helpful on advise i had to research IBS my self and came across Fodmap and already going through fodmap to see what i can have on the green list lol without any flare ups, the red list i have have managed to pretty much cut out (keeping a record of what you eat and how it affects you, good advice:), touch wood i haven’t been caught short if ya know what i mean, i am very weary atm as to eating when out and about at the mo due to only having a few safe meals gone gluten free for my bread and going to order some chamomile tea as i have been reading this can help with the gas problem and help with irritation, but as you know with IBS it could help me (or Not ) and not help you, each one of us reacts different, been recently diagnosed i ca defo say its stressful at the start i guess it will get easier i was a huge foodie, now i gota have restraint and its annoying, great video ill be going through your play list see what other tips n tricks i can pick up from them:)

  • Something that really helps me is taking charcoal tablets, it helps with decreasing gas as it convert gas into water but it’s healthy for you and no side effects

  • IBS can become very serious if not treated at right time. For IBS i can say ayurved has better treatment then allopathy. Chandigarh Ayurved Centre has developed herbal medicine which helps in curing this disease from root cause. and difinitely treated in 2 months of regular medicine.

  • Does Ibs cause nausea and diarrhea and bloat? I’m sick of it and I don’t know and to take it makes it hard to breath sometimes as well

  • Thanks for the info as always very informative. Also like to say thank you for sharing that you like weaving macrame. Best of luck with it.

  • Slightly off topic but let’s be real. Always keep a extra set of clothes/ baby wipes, etc. in car or in locker at work. I know it’s a real embarrassing thing to even discuss but if you’re having a bad day at work or you’re in a flare and you happen to have an accident it’s going to save you the embarrassment.

  • Thank youu for the videoi girlllkeep shining (lavender essential oil helped me too much last year.. meditation and yoga too.. also the fodmap diet (dairy and gluten free)..
