I made it for 4 days only drink plain water when thirsty, i lose 4kgs within that period. Now i know water fasting is the easiest way to lose weight and i do this for the sake of my health and PCOS �� My last time weight was 74kg, my highest weight was 77kg..   • I watched Americans get fat in real time. We were skinny in all our old family photos going back to the 1920s…I started getting chubby in the 80s. Very active. A couple years ago I started researching all my old age illnesses!!! And found this!!! Lucky me. Arthritis/gout…asthma… great relief…and more energy…I wasn’t even overweight…but beaucoup carbs.
