  • Hi May I ask because whenever I put down my lifted right knee (extend my knee) I feel and hear a crack or pop at my lower back. It doesn’t cause any pain but the crack is really annoying especially during workout. It has been like that since 2 months now.   • I was only able to do the first two stretches I could not get my body to cooperate for anything else. But the first two did help with the discomfort.

  • This is not good for lower back and I can say as I have L5-S1 disk herniation. This is flexion and one should rather do hyperextension exercises as the herination happens facing the belly hence this flexion will detoriate your condition….rest depend I’m just shairing experience.

  • Man I’ve spent like 7 months doing every stretch known to man, chiro, physio, ems machine, sleeping with a pillow between my legs, yoga.
