U can eat the skin of an apple, but avoid apple juice. �� strawberry and as well as blueberries are very healthy for u.   • The only way me and partner will eat fruit or vegetables is by juicing them. I make us one juice at 5-6am for a morning boost. I try to limit the fruit in the juices. Still not sure if this is good way for weight loss. Will continue to watch. Do love bananas tho.

  • ahhh thank you!! and i’m not really sure why, but i can’t stand unripe bananas. i love them with small, scattered, brown dots,,, not the completely brown ones, but i’m sure they have relatively the same sugar content�� just the unripe ones taste like chemicals to me, even if i buy organic or wash them. it just tastes and smells awful for me��!! maybe i could try making banana ice cream, where they freeze it, then blend it. i won’t add sugar, maybe that could make it more tolerable for me?? (also don’t really like frozen fruits very much… but fruits in general i’m obsessed with!!!����������✨��,,, so expensive now-a-days though������)

  • I ate all the fruits listed and not in huge amounts ( could not lose weight and I did not eat white flours, pasta, or carbs like that! When I quit all the fruit the weight fell off! I used a glucose meter and saw that 1/2 a small grapefruit spiked my blood sugar more than freaking bread! Fruit is sugar if you want to gain weight eat fruit! All fruits are plain sugar with some fiber but they will raise blood sugar too much to lose weight.
