The winter months can wreak havoc on the skin. The drop in temperature and moisture in the air can make the skin more sensitive, irritated and dry. Heaters and space warmers can also deplete the air of moisture which can make the skin feel dry and chapped. Transepidemal water loss and break down of the natural skin barrier is increased with the drop in humidity as well. Knowing the changes that can occur in the skin and how to adapt your skin regimen can lessen these effects. People tend to “age overnight” in the winter months as the skin appears wrinkled, dry, thin and saggy. Histological and cellular changes occur that manifest these unwanted changes. Targeting them from within, and on a cellular level, will minimize looking “old” or “weathered” in these cold, dry, months. The Skinny on Winter Dryness Winter brings health challenges whether you live in a very cold climate or a temperate one. Your skin may be one of the first things to suffer. More tips to end winter skin woes: To preserve skin oils, use very mild soaps (not deodorant or scented types) or non-soap bars or gels along with warm water. After a brief (5 to 10 minutes only) shower, pat yourself dry.
Nov. 2, 2017 The sharp nip in the air means that winter is coming — and with it, the blistery conditions that often lead to red, chapped skin. The drop in atmospheric humidity often depletes skin.
Winter 2014 has been one of the coldest, harshest winters on record, and that can mean bad news for your precious skin. Dry, cracked, chapped? Disastrous!
This is no time for your average body lotion. You need to step it up and wrap your skin in the velvety soft, richly moisturizing Water-Free Herbal Body Lotions from Ecco Bella. We’ve got your whole body covered this winter, and. The Cold, Dry Skinny on Combatting Common Winter Foot Woes Cold Feet. It’s the bane of many couples’ bedtimes, but there can be more to it than simple external temperature changes.
Of course, if you want to see faster results, there are some things you can internally to speed the healing process. Do’s and Dont’s of Combatting Dry, Winter Skin. DO: Lower the temperature of your bath or shower water. Hot water literally.
If your skin’s very dry, you must not use a toner that contains alcohol as it’s much too strong for you. We love Caudalie’s Moisturising Toner (£15) for the winter months; it contains Vinolevure (which is extracted form wine yeast) which actively soaks up water, balancing the skin’s moisture levels. For many people, the cold clear days of winter bring more than just a rosy glow to the cheeks. They also bring uncomfortable dryness to the skin of the face, hands, and feet.
However, if the band is wide, then the winter will be a mild and short one. Some consider the woolly’s hair thickness to be another indicator, with a thicker coat signaling harsher, and sparse hairs a milder winter season. (What’s more, the woolly has exactly 13 segments to the length of his body—the same number of weeks there are of winter.).

Dryness predominates during the autumn and winter seasons and is termed cold-dryness, while prolonged dry spell in summer leads to warm-dryness.
from Pediatric Skin of Color by Nanette B. Silverberg, Carola Durán-McKinster, Yong-Kwang Tay Springer New York, 2015
Dryness is worse in the winter when humidity is low.
Excessive dryness in the winter can cause the respiratory mucus membranes to dry out, and if neglected, the mucus membranes will compensate by producing excess reactive mucus.
In the winter, warm clothing is necessary and, due to dry skin conditions caused by heaters and cold weather, people also tend to buy more moisturizers, lip balm, and other health-related cosmetics.
emollient should, in our opinion, follow the principle “the fatter, the better,” particularly in winter.

In winter the skin is thinner and the stratum corneum is looser than in summer.

Even if you live in a cold, dry climate—or stay warm in a home with drying, forced—air heat— you can retain healthy skin that is soft and slightly moist.

You look so elegant and beautiful wish I could be half as beautiful as you are I am in my early twenties but my skin looks awful due to sun damage and I am trying to fix it with adaplene coz that is the only thing I have access to In my country we don’t have access to lasers
My grandma has always put vasoline on her feet at night, as well as on her hands before putting on cotton gloves, at night! She has done this since I can remember
I like to have any recommendations you make for products it’s so helpful. When I go to the store I can look for “Aveeno colloidal oatmeal cream” instead of “humectants” I’m more likely to make the jump to purchase something.
I always hear that we should use a barrier cream with humectants like hyaluronic acid etc. but what barrier creams are good if oils are bad for the skin of the face?
Dr. Kappel, I’m hearing different things about hyaluronic acid in wintercan it be detrimental if we don’t follow up with an occlusive? How can we use a hyaluronic acid serum safely in dry conditions? Thanks!
I couldn’t quite understand what you were saying some of the products for the face mask were! Was it “milk cream”?? Is that what you were saying to use that’s the only one i couldn’t understand!! Thankyou
I always thought that humectants had to be sealed in with a product that contained occlusive ingredients to prevent transepidermal water loss? Won’t just plain humectants draw out more water from the skin, making it more dry over time?
Great advice! Thank you for taking the time to share your sound medical advice and tips. It’s so valuable and I really appreciate it. You reminded me to dig out my humidifier I bought last winter ❄️
Alright, I am actually liking Hyram’s videos less and less because it feels like instead of getting help with certain skin concerns (during winter or whichever theme the video has) and knowing what consistencies and ingredients to look for we just get shown a TON of products that HE “loves” (everyone’s skin is DIFFERENT) and are then told that we should just buy that because it doesn’t dry HIM out or so on and so forth but we are not actually getting any other options or actual help and in the end I actually find myself without anything gained from watching his videos apart from obvious self-promotion and pressured into buying products that I either don’t want or aren’t around in my area.
I live in Canada and KP (keratosis pilaris) is extremely common. Myself, and my son specifically, have it SO bad! Do you have an experience with KP? We have it on our bodies and face would love any recommendations or comments you have on it <3
Hi Ria. Your tips are so helpful! I use coconut oil after I shower and seems to help retain the moisture on my skin. Thank you for your wonderful video. Your cat is so beautiful! Have an amazing weekend
That FAB ultra repair lotion is the best thing ever thank you soo much I’ve never found a lotion that actually keeps my face moisturized all day I’ve been struggling for years since middle school so bless
Excellent video! A lot of great tips. My skin itches so bad I sometimes scratch the skin on my legs raw. I will definitely try these tips. Are you sure you’re not a dermatologist?!!!
I live in Toronto, Canada and its very cold and dry (where I live at least). My tip is to use petroleum jelly like Vaseline on lips, constantly moisturize, I think colloidal oatmeal is a good natural ingredient to keep the moisture locked in! And also coconut butter, aloe vera are some other natural ingredients. Use less chemical, alcohol free, scent free products for sure.
When it comes to fragrances, especially perfumes, I’m like your cats. I can ‘t stand to be around people who use them freely. Nice video, thanks for the tips.
I have tried Eucerin Advanced Repair hand cream I really like it a lot. I wash my hands quite frequently, I work with children. My hands get so dry and irritated. I also like the Cerave in a tub. And I will sometimes use plain old Vaseline on my hands!
Hey Hyram! I just wanted to let you know that I have learned so much from your channel and you’re awesome! I watch all your videos, YouTube needed a skincare specialist like you. I know you always get requests to review different skincare products and you are really busy, but if you ever have time could you do a review on NIOD (a company under Deciem) and there are not a lot of reviews on it on YouTube but their product such as the “hydration vaccine” has crazy claims and I want to know if it could really be as great as they say. Thanks again so much!
Dr have you heard of the AnteAge skin care line? They have stem call/growth factor serums which seem pretty good. Would love your input on whether the $$$ is worth it
Happy Holidays!! In case you see this… I used my TNS Growth Factor serum… it’s been 3 months. I wish I could’ve made it last 6 I always use 3 months on first try. Then learn but bc my hubs wont go for it after 3 months… sad face.. but I really enjoyed it. My skin felt great -my smaller wrinkles that Xeo can’t pick up were tighter. I wish I could go on another 3 months.. but I’ll go back to my Tretinoin/ZoSkin Melamix Wanted to ask… Neocutis.. different companies like SKINRx etc offer samples of the PCR growth. Your thoughts on trying the samples from these online stores? Also they offer some.05 samples of SkinMedica for $40-$6 whether a packet or a tube ( I put the packets in my containers I have from working for Estée Lauder Corp when I would try all different ( very limited) from their 100s of brands. But just wanted to see if you would be ok if I purchased a few to try before I buy. I wanted to try the Neo eye Growth I’m using Biopelle Tensage Growth plus a non Growth/stem cell SkinMedica serum
One more.. I ordered COSRX snail cream and AHA/BHA exfoliator and also the one w the ph level for something else I forget. I went over every single ingredient.. most were “good” and “best” I live on East coast of Florida 4 blocks from beach so my eczema/dry skin loves it here!!
Thank you so much. Aquaphor never leaves our bathroom plus the EltaMD after surgery balm. Xo you are the best!!! I guess I’m just worried since I stopped the TNS.. all that hard work is over. I always restock my GSR And keep Inkey list on hand when the funds are low. But thank you so much for introducing me to these amazing lines.
I love the Nia24 eye cream. That’s a great affordable one!
I have a plethora of bad things stacked up against me. No dishwasher, so I have to do dishes by hand, naturally dry skin to the point of eczema, a super hot, dry house, I have to wash my hands many times per day, dandruff, flaky skin, chapped lips… I apply moisturizer but it doesn’t help my hands. I drink lots of water, but that doesn’t help either. I’m at a loss.
When you said it could get as cold as -10 degrees in Arizona….. I was like, ️️ Bbbbiiiitch, I’m from Minnesota and it gets to be -30 with wind chill and polar vortexes here……
Yeay new video love it. Just a question Dr Stefani. When adding tumeric and cinnamon inside the coffee do you think adding one extra moringa powder in it would be a good idea? As moringa is a very good antioxidant? Your approval pls. Goddess of good skin care! Please let me know ok. I will be waiting. Goddess of skincare ^^❤️
Happy new year 2020 and may your new clinic business will be prosperous ^^❤️
Another request for a hair video addressing hair related changes that come with aging and what can be done to help or maybe an IG post if easier. I value your medical opinions and know you come from science evidenced based treatments and will not waste my money. Thanks you
in case anybody’s reading this, if you have purely dry skin and not combo like hyram, i would actually recommend going for hyaluronic acid like from Fourth Ray Beauty. the snail mucin worked for the first half of the bottle for me, but by the second half it would temporarily hydrate my skin and then later on i would my dry patches even worse! i can still use it but only like a half pump for my whole face so i dont get that deep hydration anymore.
I find this funny. When I first found hyram I went to see if ultra had Cerave and they didn’t. A few days ago I went to order stuff from ultra and they had Cerave. They really be only wanting the popular products
I have a tip. If your hands are dry and your fingers crack like mine and you dread the dishes because it gets even worse….try this. Slather on Aquaphor, put on some cheap plastic gloves and wash a pile of dishes, this time the more the merrier! Hot water is best for me as long as my hands are prepared as described. I get the same type of results as wrapping them at night but in 20 minutes.
Can you recommend products that are available in Europe or in Norway in general. I have dry skin and the products you mention in your videos are not available in Norway which makes it difficult for me to get them.
Many beauty experts say that our skin collagen decreases by 1% every year after the age of 20… do they mean that the skin produces less collagen as we age, or the initial collagen STOCK (collagen precursors or stem cells)decreases to begin with???
I’ve been watching hyram so much this week and I don’t see many videos for dry skin (which is understandable bc hyrax has oily skin) but I feel like I don’t know which products to get since my skin is normal to dry.
so i wanna get all these things but i’m not sure whether i need to have a different skin care routine for winter and summer? do u need them for autumn as well i also need to top up on all these things and want so much skincare products now hyram!
Dr. Kappel, would you recommend halo laser or clear and brilliant laser for anti-aging. I want to get the best possible result for money spent. Thank you.
Apply home made milk cream that’s enough but avoid it on pimple area as well as don’t apply everyday then you end up with acne. That’s what work for me
Thank you for the great informative video as always. I will try applying my moisturizer on damp skin from next shower. I am so excited to hear that your next video will be about digital detox which I have tried many times but never succeeded♀️(well, it did last for one whole day, and I felt so good to be disconnected, but back to checking sns next day…)
Great video, Ria, thank you. I have dry and sensitive skin and I used to walk around with a pouch of moisturisers to re-apply throughout the day during the colder months. I made my own coconut/cocoa butter/shea butter moisturiser and this helps enormously, especially as I can control the ingredients to have only what is nutritious and moisturising for my skin (and hair).
Honestly even tho my skin is dry already and I have this weird cold allergy, I would take winter over summer any day. I am too white, sun is not my friend.
I use the ponds cream and sometimes it literally burns my skin and I just wash my face with soap because I can’t find a face wash that doesn’t hurt my skin HELP PLS
I would love to try these products but I can’t really afford those at the time being. However I do have super dryyyy skin, help! What routine works for the budget friendly, winter dry faces? Lol. Love your dog btw OMG. Cutest dog mom ever.
❤️Dr.K doesn’t do recommendations in description box here, she puts them on instagram, almost everyday there are great information about great skincare products. It is important to know the principles of skincare, so you could choose the right products for yourself as according to your budget. She doesn’t do the thinking for you, you think it for yourself. Honestly there are just a few medical grades brands that do skincare game well, and she talks about them everyday if you follow her on insta. I’m just tired of seeing comments looking for products recommendations, take her knowledge and logic, find products ourselves! She also is really responsive on instagram, almost always answer questions about products. Thanks again for the great content. Hope this channel gets more and more popular!
I recently found sunscreen in a “light lotion” formula, it was pricey but worth it for a huge bottle it is so beautifully lightweight. Camphor cream for excema, aqueous cream, thick cocoa butter Vaseline paired with glycerine
Hi.. How do you use these products lol. Like should I follow the order in which they were reviewed? Also should I apply just during the day or before I sleep?
Love your videos! I didn’t realize there was an exfoliant out there that comes in a liquid form. Do you have a mask recommended for dry skin? And how often should I be using a face mask please and thank you.
Well in a humid country in Texas which is new Braunfels in the winter it only gets down to 57° and that’s the low and the hardest it’s ever got in the summer what is 118 in the humidity levels every day or above 70 in winter so try to move to Texas
hi mam im really big fan of you,, can you please suggest to get clear skin…i have black spots and acne scras my face getting black..is dairy product increases this?
Mine is at my biceps. I applied Chinese medicine on it and it burns. Maybe I applied to much and now the skin is damaged. Not really that bad but I am a how of paranoid person
Question: why does my skin get drier when applying hyaluronic acid? I’ve tried to incorporate it in so many different ways even trying different brands. My skin is dry/dehydrated sensitive so I layer up very well with serums oils creams… I’ve never heard of anyone being allergic to h a so…
I have mixed vaseline with my night cream, for sleeping in, and it’s fixed all my winter skin flakiness! How do you feel about vaseline? I always thought it was grease, and so I didn’t try it til I was 32.
HYRAM PLEASE PLEASE HELP!! I have been trying so many different products an nothing seems to help or work for my skin. I been making sure to try an find clean products, but my face is so irritated with everything I try.. my face is always so hot feeling an sometimes feels burny out of no where then when I try out products my skin right away if my skin doesn’t like it I break out in red patches an it’s super itchy but it seems like everything is doing it even sensitive skin products. My skin is so dry feeling an I need a good moisturizer but I can’t find one that doesn’t hurt my skin. Even face washes are doing it. I don’t know what to do please help if you can.
I put a lot of these tips into practice already! About the body creams in tub format, I love those in the winter, especially after I shave my legs. Their moisture lasts for days after I apply it. I’ll have to get my hands on that book, too!
My dermatologist recommended avoiding hot showers and using cleansing oils (Bioderma has a good one). Also avoid using harsh lofa, just use a soft one. My skin feels great since sticking to his advice. No more dry problematic skin!
I take a lot of meditation for my epilepsy and now have quite dry-normal skin (super dry in winter). All the krave beauty products hyram mentions across his videos seem perfect for my skin type but they’re so hard to get in the UK!
Hi Ria! Fellow dry skin team-mate! I found that dry brushing from the feet towards the heart center and applying a body oil before shower helps with skin dryness. Thank you for your tips and the detailed research you put in.
I was not impressed with the Neutrogena Hydro Boost line. I tried all three products and they were just ok. I found they were not moisturizing enough maybe for the summer but not winter. The butter also did not spread well:( Had high hopes for them.
I don’t know how I’d do the shower one lol, showers for me tend to be relax/thinking time so I tend to get lost in thought I also love how hot water feels on my sore/stiff muscles.
Staying hydrated and drinking enough Water should be added to the tips list. It’s harder to drink the same amount of water in winter as we do in summer months but it’s just as important
Don’t use this please. It will harm your skin more. Use desonide lotion. My dermatologist ( my skin doctor) recommended this. Use that lotion in night for seven days. Other then this don’t use anything on your skin. No facewash, soap nothing. Wash your face twice a day. don’t use anything by seeing any video. Some of them can play with your skin.
Yay new video Dr. Kappel, any recomendations of dermatologist in Northern California? Also, any other hydrators you recommend? Not drug store but a little more affordable than Alastin? Thank you
Same here! Winter can be harsh on the skin. It seems like there’s not enough hand cream to keep them healthy. How do you feel about using oil to moisturize? I love coconut oil! Great video:)
I’ve only heard good things about Vintner’s Daughter but it‘s really expensive. I use Pixi’s rose hip oil. It gives the skin such a dewy glow for around $20 and you can find it at target. I also love FARSÁLI Unicorn Essence from Sephora. It’s $54 but smells so good and also keeps skin dewy. I like to use them as primers in the winter since they fill in fine lines, plumping and smoothing. You can also add them to more expensive face creams so they’ll last longer
It’s probably well outside your field, but…Could you do a video about breathing/breathwork and how it can affect your health and wellbeing? Perhaps the vagus nerve connection? Afterall, breathing is a continuous part of our life, and pretty vital. I enjoy your vids, and the no nonsense-, knowledge/science based approach.
Hi Dr, could you please explain what you mean when you say even perfume free products have perfume? Are you talking about all perfume free products or is it because some brands can also lie and play with that term by using essential oils flower water etc? How do people with perfume allergies chooses products then?
Thanks for sharing. I love your tips. We really need these tips especially now that the snow is here. Is it possible to do a video on what food products can help with your skin? Thanks
I remember the 1st time I used a product with urea. I was in Paris and bought a random cheap body moisturizer that had urea. Now it is in my France fantasies. But also it works!!!
Love your videos! Is there any cure for a split finger nail? My index finger is split from the cuticle to the tip and there’s a fine red line from top to bottom. I manicure every week so take good care of my nails. I’ve read that it’s incurable, is that true. Thank you for your answer in advance.
Is there some alternatives to use to find out what skin type? I’m in Australia and unfortunately we don’t have the Simple gel facial wash here, will any gel facial wash do?
hey I just love watching your videos only prb is most of the brands u suggested are not available worldwide will be great if u suggest brands which will be available throughout
Great video!!! Will something like the truth treatments c balm or the truth treatment omega cream be a hydrated or too? Thoughts on that brand or those products? Thank you!!!!❤️
never buy neutro gena and nivea. theyre basic shit. if u go to cosdna or get an app called yuka to scan the ingredients. they have so many dangerous ingredients inside its horrifying
Your the best doctor!! Always learn from you!!! My goal for 2020 is to have skin likes yours lol not to cover it up with makeup invest in skincare and treatments! happy new year to you and beautiful children
I don’t know if anyone will notice this.. Bt can you suggest me a thick cream like nivea blue tub one.. I have really really veryy dry skin.. Only that cream make my skin moisturize during winter.. Can you please help me finding smtyn good nd thick moisturizer? Within like 20$.
I know I’m posting on an old video, but she mentioned milk cream which in India is a shelf life type milk. Similar to our Parmalat or Carnation evaporated milk. I’m gonna try this though as my skin flakeyness is out of control. My lips are so chapped too. And it’s Summer!!!
I worked for Bath & Body Works for 10 years so I honestly can’t remember the last time I used drug store lotions! I’m still obsessed with the hyaluronic Acid line BBW sells!
What do you think about the SkinCeuticals Triple Lipid Restore? I stopped using oils a few months ago and my skin looks great but I definitely have had a hard time transitioning with the winter weather and the TLR has helped tremendously.
My skin has always been a little dry & sensitive My mom bought a Derma-Planer device & ever since she scraped my face… Thinking it would drag off the dried skin & reveal supple skin underneath… It was a DISASTER!!!!! Ever since then my dry skin has been flakes & patches of flakes & looks like cracked desert, I’ve tried the Argan Oil, Rosehip Oil, Vaseline, Vaseline lotion, Olive oil, Cream with Hyaluronic Acid, EVERYTHING & no change its like scales. I’ve tried face wash that I was told would remove the flakes, it’s horrible & iam in misery.
Again I seriously love your videos! I take notes and love looking up words and other random truth bombs you continuously share with all of us! I can’t wait for your new office to open! <3
i love in the UK so i’ll be using more hydrating items, and in the summer it is quite hot so i’ll guess i’ll just have a mix of products so i can switch when i need them!
Great video — extremely helpful. Love your recommendations and advice, especially since it it backed by science. Congratulations on your new practice — wish I lived in Southern California
You look so elegant and beautiful
wish I could be half as beautiful as you are
I am in my early twenties but my skin looks awful due to sun damage and I am trying to fix it with adaplene coz that is the only thing I have access to
In my country we don’t have access to lasers

Hi Dr kappel!
How can we treat extremely dry lips that burn around the boarders and feel hot and burning? If vasaline isn’t doing the trick thanks!
What can somebody with dry skin from Australia use? I feel every product I find suited can’t be shipped here and we don’t stock it
Thankyou
I totally agree on heat. I live in NY and on icy cold day, I’m tempted to crank up the heat to 75 what temp do you suggest for very cold days?
Hey Ria!! Do you have any specific recommendations for dry lips? Because I have dry lips all year round, all the time. TBH, it’s very irritating..
Unsubscribing if this continues. Sorry.
I live in Canada and KP (keratosis pilaris) is extremely common. Myself, and my son specifically, have it SO bad! Do you have an experience with KP? We have it on our bodies and face would love any recommendations or comments you have on it <3
1Is there any cream I can use to remove sun spots and freckles?
2What would you recommend for foundation for aging skin so it doesn’t pronounce the lines as much?
Me coming along to this video with psoriasis not realising he would talk about weather, my brain thinking to skip to the start but I just watch
Would love your input on whether the $$$ is worth it
I love how you didn’t do a product recommendation. It doesn’t feel like you’re forcing products on us or are bias to certain products.
I wish I could go on another 3 months.. but I’ll go back to my Tretinoin/ZoSkin Melamix
Wanted to ask… Neocutis.. different companies like SKINRx etc offer samples of the PCR growth.
I went over every single ingredient.. most were “good” and “best”
I live on East coast of Florida 4 blocks from beach so my eczema/dry skin loves it here!!
Thank you so much. Aquaphor never leaves our bathroom plus the EltaMD after surgery balm.
Xo you are the best!!! I guess I’m just worried since I stopped the TNS.. all that hard work is over. I always restock my GSR
And keep Inkey list on hand when the funds are low. But thank you so much for introducing me to these amazing lines.
I love the Nia24 eye cream. That’s a great affordable one!
Happy New Year!! xo
I’m at a loss.
dr kappeldoes drinking alcohol break down collagen in the skin? or I guess my question is how bad is alcohol for the skin? just curious thank you!:)
When you said it could get as cold as -10 degrees in Arizona….. I was like, ️️ Bbbbiiiitch, I’m from Minnesota and it gets to be -30 with wind chill and polar vortexes here……
Hawaii, here I come
How does the exfoliant, mentioned in this video, work? Does it remove dead skin/ dry patches and/or just put moisture back into your skin?
Thanks you
Lmao my hands crack and bleed everyday but I’m allergic to everything and the gold bond burns my skin and I do not know what to do
in case anybody’s reading this, if you have purely dry skin and not combo like hyram, i would actually recommend going for hyaluronic acid like from Fourth Ray Beauty. the snail mucin worked for the first half of the bottle for me, but by the second half it would temporarily hydrate my skin and then later on i would my dry patches even worse! i can still use it but only like a half pump for my whole face so i dont get that deep hydration anymore.
Hellooo Ria, anothr great video. Thank you. And you looking gorgeous:) My fav fav winter activity is sipping hot chocolates & going to the beach.:)
Can you recommend products that are available in Europe or in Norway in general. I have dry skin and the products you mention in your videos are not available in Norway which makes it difficult for me to get them.
Many beauty experts say that our skin collagen decreases by 1% every year after the age of 20… do they mean that the skin produces less collagen as we age, or the initial collagen STOCK (collagen precursors or stem cells)decreases to begin with???
can u do a skin care routine for people who get spots but no acne and have combination skin type and have a budget of about 20-60 pounds
So if I apply the humectant on wet skin first, can I apply my vitamin-c after…? Because currently I use vitamin-c first, I am not sure about this
Hyram: my skin is dry in the winter in hawiw
My extreamly dry skin all year around: cries in canadian
Im just making a joke no hate at all
I’ve been watching hyram so much this week and I don’t see many videos for dry skin (which is understandable bc hyrax has oily skin) but I feel like I don’t know which products to get since my skin is normal to dry.
so i wanna get all these things but i’m not sure whether i need to have a different skin care routine for winter and summer? do u need them for autumn as well i also need to top up on all these things and want so much skincare products now hyram!
Can you make a skin scare routine for people with eczema? I have eczema on my face and I want to know what will help tone it down.
Me frantically googling the conversion of Fahrenheit to Celsius. It’s not actually that cold. In the uk 50 degrees is like a nice spring day
I recently found sunscreen in a “light lotion” formula, it was pricey but worth it for a huge bottle it is so beautifully lightweight.
My skin is dry/dehydrated sensitive so I layer up very well with serums oils creams… I’ve never heard of anyone being allergic to h a so…
Yes definitely sell medical grade at your new practice but for those who don’t live in your state any possibility of mail orders? please please
I have mixed vaseline with my night cream, for sleeping in, and it’s fixed all my winter skin flakiness! How do you feel about vaseline? I always thought it was grease, and so I didn’t try it til I was 32.

Aloe vera gel don’t direct apply on face it’s very dry and not for dry skin.. if u use natural aloe vera gel is better for dry skin
