  • I learned from the time I entered 1st grade, if you don’t inhale your food, you don’t have time to eat it. It’s pretty much taught at that time because kids have a really small lunch time window, in which they have to wait in the line, get their food, eat their food and get back to class. This window gets smaller the higher up in grades you go. Sure, a 30 min lunch break is “normal”, however if you have to leave for whatever reason to get your lunch, you may have just a few minutes to actually eat it. My brothers still wolf down their meals, the habit is so ingrained. After I went on disability b/c of my MS, I naturally slowed down my eating. The bad thing is, my nieces and nephews that have just started school, I can see them getting into the “I must finish this meal ASAP” habit, and I know it’s because of the school lunch time issue.

  • Guys you don’t have to go on a diet to lose weight, just eat smaller portions, I do 3 small meals a day, don’t eat any snacks, don’t eat a lot of sugar, DRINK WATER ONLY, maybe milk and juice but soda is a HELL NO same with alcohol, work out at least 3 times a week, do a 10 min hiit ab or full body workout everyday I suggest the ab one and the full body one every other day, and if you’re losing weight I suggest body workouts if you’re skinny but got some fat, I suggest weightlifting but not having a lot of rest and putting your muscles through time under tension, it will help, and yea, don’t don’t eat like shit but you don’t needa eat fricken salads everyday, but you NEED to stay somewhat active everyday, a bike ride, or sports, or working out will be fine or even hikes or anything like that will help

  • I agree that by not eating more than you should and eating healthy you won’t really need to exercise but exercising is more important than they’re making it.   • This makes no sense. If you exercise and you cut down on food, you will lose weight. OF COURSE you won’t lose anything fast if you don’t change your diet!

  • That’s too general there are so many intricacies to eating and working out. From the increase in metabolic response every time you are exposed to a new type of physical activity to the capacity of the body to adapt. So, switching the diet and the type of workout you do goes a long way. But it really comes down to your goal. You’ll never see a person that is super ripped just for dieting. You shape your body by doing exercise, you loose the weight by dieting and resting. Additionally I know that physical activity makes a huge difference for people who are highly sedentary. But I guess you cannot put so much information in a 5 minute video.

  • I’m doing hill climbing and up hill running 2-3x a week in the morning, in the evening i do skipping rope jumps 120 jumps then 25 pushups reapeat it 3 times taking 5 second break in between then i do skipping rope 120 jumps with situps or lunges again 3x. then do normal exercises with bricks for different muscles ( focus on 1 muscle each day), then i play badminton with my cousins for like 1-1.5 hour until it gets dark. Very Very exhausting but i sleep for like 8-10 hours and take 1-2 days off, plus i have completely stopped eating junk food since march.
    Only two things in my mind:have to look lean after this caronna is gone for good
    2. avoid injury while doing all this especially running and badminton.
    have lost 5-6 kgs in 2 month,gained lot of stamina and retained muscle, double chin is almost gone. i was around 88kg (5″11) now I’m 83. i can do better, if i tweak my diet a little which I’ll do after a month or two.

  • It’s been 8 weeks and I lost 6 pounds. Went from 237 to 231. I do treadmill every single day, about 2-3 miles every day. No other exercise aside from that.   • I started this progress from may 26 and on June 2nd, I weighed 72.5kg so I kept going which helped me lose the excess fat from my stomach.   • Diet is what you eat type and quantity. 4,5 and 7-11 are diet changes. Unfortunately, you can do those and not lose weight. The two that help the most are #1 and #6,. but plain water consumption should 2-3 liters/day and drunk not just at meals but at wake and a small amount before bed, with clean water replacing most nonmedically-mandated other liquids.
