  • This information is outdated, woefully incomplete and over generalized. The diet of an athlete, plumber, roof worker or post man looks VASTLY different in timing, quantity and content that that of the office/knowledge worker. Breakfast is highly dependent on several factors. Content is probably more important than timing these days, as ur body can regulate appetite with higher quality food content and proper amounts. I agree with dinner timing however. ����
