  • The pervasive effects of not getting enough sleep are mind-boggling. Decision making, stress, memory, immunity, relationships. I’m trying to train him to sleep in his own bed that way when we get into a place and i get a toddler bed he will sleep in his own bed and yheah about 3am or 4 am he comes into my bed and sleeps a little longer second 2 night sleeping by himself
