  • It very much is a mental thing with processed foods. Just today I was craving oreos right after I had eaten a full meal. My body said no but my brain said you want oreos. I actually went out to the store and bought some. I regret it now cause I ate about 25 of them and my stomach feels horrible. I was satisfied at 5 but I just could get my body to stop eating until I was physically in pain from it. Also when I tried cutting out sugar last year I actually did experience withdraw symptoms for a week and felt horrible which was why I didn’t last that long.
