  • the Buddha bowl looks fireee. Ive always wondered about the repetitive nature of meal prep it seems like something i could get into but nutritional diversity is pretty important. maybe switching out proteins between salmon chicken tofu can be beneficial while also maintaining the ease of meal prep? ive never tried meal prep so i really am unsure.

  • Who cooks for lunch? Takes way too long. Anyone know any healthy ideas that are quick and don’t involve bread? I dip rice crackers in a soft boiled egg at the moment but I am getting a little bored of that.

  • Whoah!!!!! That’s changes the game!!! I hate rubbing seasoning into meat. Ugh!! But leave it in a bag and do it to the outside of the bag! What! This just changed my life.

  • I love your tasty recipes. “You have solved my life. I have been following your advice for over a year and have lost over 70 pounds. This weekend I will plan my meals and be able to follow my keto diet menu. To the letter Thank you, tasty!
hug “I love the keto diet.

  • I’m definitely making the first recepies I love simple easy dishes working 2 jobs make it’s hard to want to cook proper meals and not going straight for the precooked ready microwave meals.

  • These recipes look like pretty good as ideas for meals for those of us well off enough to afford some of the ingredients.

This wasn’t intended for those living below the line, was it?

  • Absolutely perfect timing on my end to decide to eat healthier as you come out with a VERY handy website!! All Stars Aligned!! Thank you and Congrats on your baby!

PS.. many years following.. stayed for the recipes AND the Puns!!

  • As specialist, I believe Custokebon Secrets is good way to lost a lot of weight. Why don’t you give it a shot? perhaps it’ll work for you too.

  • Want cheap pancakes? Mix 1 cup of flour, 1 cup milk, 1 egg add small pinch of salt.. BAM cheap pancakes. Flip over when you start seeing small bubbles popping.

  • I really wish people would stop using that ridiculous phrase “real world”. If you exist, you’re in the real world. You can still live at home and know how crappy things can be/are. Everything that involves existing is the real world.

  • I know it might put me a little over budget, but if I wanted to add a protein to the stew recipe, what protein would you recommend and how would I do it in the context of the lentil stew recipe you show here?

Also, what kind of pot are you using with the lentil stew recipe? Is it ceramic and enamel? Cast iron and enamel? What brand? And what size or how many quarts?

Thank you for helping to liberate me from years of frozen dinners and less healthy food!:)
    Keep up the great work!

  • These videos are so misleading. Stop with the “oh they’re only $1.50 a serving!” Tell me how much you spent at the grocery store to buy all the ingredients. A person actually living on a budget doesn’t care how cheap it is per serving, we want to know how much I’ll be spending when I check out. You only used $0.45 of quinoa? A bag of quinoa is like $3.50. I would not be spending $1.29 on a meal, I’d be spending almost $7 to buy all the ingredients, and that’s a big difference for people who live paycheck to paycheck.

  • This is one of the best videos of meal prep ive ever watched. So entertaining. Loved your sense of humor! Its so real. And your steps are very clear!

  • New subscriber here.. They all look delicious but expensive if you need to buy those spices thats the only thing! I will try many of these recipes thanks for the ideas!

  • You can make the banana pancakes simpler and cheaper:
One egg, one banana, mush it all up (maybe add water if you wanna thin it out) and fry in a pan like normal. Like she said, the spottier the banana the better!

  • Ok, let’s get something straight here… YOU DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT NEED TO WASH YOUR CHICKEN AFTER TAKING OUT OF THE PACKAGE! Especially if you’re using right away after buying it from the store. Washing your chicken can actually lead to an increased risk of salmonella if you’re not careful or don’t take the proper precautions. Think about it; you’ve just washed off your chicken and now the juices from that chicken are just sitting in your sink, on your dishes and utensils, your counter, etc… now let’s say you have a family, a roommate or are just forgetful. What happens if you don’t properly sanitize the area where you washed your chicken? You’re exposing unnecessary bacteria to yourself, your friends and your family. TL;DR: DON’T WASH YOUR FREAKING CHICKEN!

  • Starting Keto this week and I’m gonna try each and every one of these. I have to see if those noodles can really pass for pasta and that keto bread sounds amazing.

  • Do anybody know about Custokebon Secrets? Does it work? I hear many people lost their weight with this popular weight loss diet plan.

  • Baby crying during the majority of the video? I think the editing tried to minimize it but my surround sound processor brought it back in the rear speakers.

  • Oh no man, let me explain how to prepare pasta (every type of pasta) please. You have to put water and wait for it to boil, then put pasta.
    Btw, nice video!

  • The best life is the one where you can eat anything you want. Honestly, are you even living your life if you aren’t enjoying what you eat?

  • Hi! Thanks for this useful video. By the way, I notice many people keep on talking about Custokebon Secrets (search on google), but I’m not sure if it is really good. Have you thought about Custokebon Secrets? I’ve heard many great things about it and my cousin lost crazy amounts of weight with it, but she refuses to tell me:(

  • Buddha because those guys are vegetarians or vegans. They don’t hurt living beings, naturally they don’t eat former living beings.

  • Just a suggestion for the first one: instead of using olive oil, use the oil the tomatoes are in. If you grabbed a good one, it’s likely seasoned and in good olive oil already and you’ll just get more of those flavors in the dish

  • What do you think of lost crazy amounts of weight with Custokebon Secrets? I see many people keep on talking about Custokebon Secrets.

  • I think you could easily replace the butter in the cookie dough with almond-butter (the lighter kind) or cashew-butter… for a healthier version

  • If I want my abs to appear and I only eat proteins and veggies do I still need to burn more calories than I receive? When you burn calories, you mostly burn fat, right? I don’t get the analogy when I don’t wanna lose muscle but just fat…

  • Yeah, I mean… Avocado is healthy and has some good fats, but did you see how much OIL you put in there? Just eat the avocado alone then.

  • Hello.. I just started my YouTube channel please help me out by sharing and subscribe @Liyah Simmons Crazy Foods.. Everybody needs help

  • ok so the featured ingredients here are, salmon, avocado, yogurt, blueberries, black beans, berries and walnuts. gotta buy them right away

  • It would be a shame for you not to get rid of body fat while other typical people are capable to lose weight easily using Custokebon Secrets (search on google).

  • Why do people especially cooks don’t use the article “an” before a vowel? I noticed that on the Food Network too.. They always says “a” energizing treat or “a” avocado toast… use the article “an” before a vowels please or is this a cooking thing?

  • I’m 4 weeks into my custom keto diet plan and I’ve lost 14 pounds which I must say is pretty incredible, it’s actually amazing watching my body transform into something I am actually proud of rather than something I have always tried to cover up.

  • Hey Joe. Do these meals hit your macros when your shredding or bulking? I’ve just discovered your channel mate and about to start a transformation journey. Love it. Great content!

  • 6:47 that feeling when you cut into a PERFECTLY ripe avocado love these low effort meals!! This is why Amina is my fave… she always delivers the content we need in our lives

  • Yeah, if you can get yourself natural salmon.. In USA everything is processed and farmed.. There’s a reason why USA is #1 worldwide in cancer and obesity.. Where’s the real food?

  • all the ingredients you use should be made fresh and not bought from the store as they all contain sodium, sugar, and preservatives..

  • To those that never been in fancy restaurants and never tried anything out of their ordinary ham sandwiches:
Don’t be afraid to try these recipes, trust me.

  • This keeps getting recommended to me when I’ve told YT not to recommend it and I want to stab it.

Healthy though they may be, I have food allergies and medical conditions that are agitated by specific foods and try to avoid videos that use any of those even if I do want to be healthier.

Please stop, youtube. I am begging you.

  • Guys! Stop hating. If you don’t like the recipes, then keep your opinions to yourselves. There’s too much unnecessary hate going around.

  • One of my favorite low effort meals are peanut noodles I do this quite often especially if I have leftover steamed vegetables! so quick and easy.
For one portion you will need:
    20g natural peanut butter
1 tsp date sirup (or any other liquid sweetener)
    1 to 1 1/2 Tbsp soy sauce
seasonings of choice (I always use black pepper, curry-, paprika-, garlicpowder, chiliflakes)
    50g rice noodles
left over cooked vegetables (I really like onion, bellpepper, carrots and zucchini in this recipe)

First mix together peanutbutter, seasonings and soysauce. The mixture gets quite thick so add a few tbsp of hot water and stir until it gets a creamy consistency. Set aside and prepare your rice noodles according to the package. When the noodles are cooked through mix them together with the sauce and the veggies and serve. I also like to top my noodles with crushed peanuts or pumpkin seeds. So yummy!

  • my favorite low effort meals are Tabouleh salad (Bulgur, parsley, mint leaves, cumcumber, tomato, lemon juice, salt, Olive oil), Potato Quiche (slice potatos, put them on puff pastry “Blätterteig”, season with rosemary, salt, pepper, garlic, and bake), pumpkin soup, Peanutbutter-Banana-Ricewaffles

  • Girl, just wanna thank you for saving my life when I come late after school. Never believed that these low effort meals can be that yummy ❤️
