To continue to eat foods prepared in oil and maintain a healthful, slender figure, dieters must carefully count calories and eat tiny portions—not something I recommend because it cycles dieters back to a cycle of failure, as they try to consume only thimble-size portions of food.

  • Thomas, the main takeaway from this video should be that this guy knows his shit, and to watch every video he’s ever made. The fact that you are dropping all this knowledge ON THE FLY is incredible. No script, nothing pre-planned. My level of respect for you could not be higher. THANK YOU for everything you do.

  • The biggest challenge is getting lot’s of calories in without spiking blood sugar too much, which carbs and high protein will do. I am thin despite eating a lot of high calorie, high fat foods like nuts, coconut oil etc, so it would seem that fat, despite being calorie dense, doesn’t lead to weight gain. So in summary, it seems you have to eat a ton of carbs to gain weight, risking diabetes through the constant blood sugar spikes, it’s really difficult?

  • Absolutely awesome video! Talk about being a blind, uninformed shopper (that would be me). I learned an immense amount about what to buy and what to avoid. I especially liked the protein supplements breakdown. Absolutely eye opening. Thank you for giving us the knowledge to make healthy choices

  • bro this actually helped so much,i gained about 7 pounds in the first month.Im 16 and about 5’9 and 115 really skinny guy.Im working for 150

  • So I have a lil problem. If anyone can help me that’d be appreciated.
I’ve been an exceptionally skinny guy my whole life, i’m 19 now. Recently taken somewhat of an obsession with gaining weight and bulking up, don’t think I’ll have too much trouble with eating for that but the problem is the workouts.

See, since early childhood I’ve had pulmonary hypertension (PH for short, google if you’re curious but it’s basically a heart condition that causes high blood pressure in the lungs) and that’s always put quite the limit on any physical activity I can do. I wanna get into a proper workout routine, the thing is I’m not sure if there’s a point. Doctors have told me working out is fine encouraged even, but I’ve been warned to not lift above 20lbs (total, that means only 10 for each arm). Which is extraordinarily light and has got me discouraged, thinkin I could never possibly make any sort of progress with such light weights, and no progressive overload.

Basically what I’m asking is, is it possible to get fit only lifting such light weights? I always thought just increase the reps I do to absurd heights since that’s all I’m really able to change, but I really don’t know if there’s a point. I’ve been having a really hard time trying to figure out a nice routine that works for me

  • As always thank you for all the knowledge Thomas! Does your Costco carry the 15 pack of Kirkland Signature frozen grass-fed beef patties? They run about 19 bucks out here in Vegas. A superb find for ppl looking to stock up. Thanks again!

  • Going solely by the thumbnail, minus the abs, the right side is what I eventually want to look like, but the left is my actual goal, just with more defined pecs and a touch less belly fat to help the top half be more definitive than the bottom.

  • What’s your view on protein powder? Needed or not. I think it’s not needed and can get you fat and hold you back from the results you want.?

  • Thanks Alan. I really needed to hear this. But cutting out milk seems like one of the hardest things and I really need to sleep better

  • Just discovered ur videos, love them lol! Good northern dry banter also! Hopefully your regular ideas and posts will keep things fresh in my own lifestyle choice….

  • Man the biggest thing that helped me was doing 10 pull-ups every time I had a craving for something outside of my diet. After about 1 week of that i developed a totally different outlook on food

  • Weak minded, lazy fucks use the pandemic as an excuse to get fat and not workout. I’ve been fortunate enough to not lose my job as an essential employee and on top of working full time, I always make time for my workouts at home. I have adjustable dumbbells, bench, dip station, and pull-up bar. You can do a TON of different stuff with that equipment and it doesn’t require much space at all. It’s all about making time for what you feel is important in your life. If it’s not important enough to you, you WILL NOT do it.

  • If I’m a 6ft2 ectomorph and eating 3000 calories a day to gain weight and doing moderate strength training, how many grams of protein should I be eating a day?

  • I actually really got real with my training during this pandemic. I don’t have anything but a pull-up bar and a heavy bag and large objects to squat and lift. But somehow, through sheer discipline and having the opportunity, this has been the most productive fitness era of my life

  • This will probably get buried under the 600+ comments but here it goes. If you chop ripe (spotted) bananas and freeze them overnight, then blend them, they come out with a similar texture to iced cream. You can add flavours using cocoa powder, peanut butter or instant coffee when you blend them. Just put them back in the freezer for an hour to solidify and you’ve got what tastes and feels like iced cream without any of the refined sugars or dairy fats, plus you get the nutrients of bananas.

  • This are some thoughts I think will be useful to people who push themselves too hard and then give up. These are thoughts for people who need a little moderation, like myself, and to ease up on their perfectionism if they want to actually achieve, like Alan, in the long term.

I think this is a great video but I don’t fully agree with the ‘ignore your feelings’ and ‘stick to the regimen’ philosophy because we are human and our will power is actually very finite. Like you said, the key to progress is lifestyle and behaviour change that is consitent over time. I argue that by definition of being human, you will run out of will power eventually (rare exceptions being people like David Goggins or Alan Thrall) and when you do, you will give it to your ‘feelings’ and intuitive desires. A frankly, as you should life is for living and to be enjoyed as well as pursuing goals in a meaningful way, not being an automaton.

Long story short, build your life in a frame work where you don’t need will power to stick to your plan every day. Your plan should be in a ‘sweet spot’ of productive and comfortable. You can go for short bursts of being uncomfortable, but it’s not sustainable in the long term. What do I mean in practical real world examples? You will want to eat tasty things eventually, so only keep tasty things in your house that you won’t regret eating. For me, it’s 90% dark chocolate. Don’t schedule workouts for yourself that you despise you will quit that programme eventually and probably take a long-ass break from all exercise during which you could have made progress by at least working out a little bit.

Set up your life with achievable long term goals, not flash in the pan miracle bursts of progress that you probably won’t suceed in.

  • And maybe people will realize how dangerous smoking anything really is. Death rate among smokers and drug uses is more then double what a non smoker. I really have no sympathy for anyone that dies who is a smoker. Its a disgusting habit.

  • @Thomas DeLauer I like these shopping trips/tips. Can you give your opinion of the shopping spree you made at Audi some time ago? In particular, the quality of the items you purchased that day. I personally didn’t like the quality of some of their products, esp the organic eggs. I know this might sound silly, but besides being somewhat small eggs, I noticed every time I purchased them from Audi, the egg shell seems to be very hard to crack as compared to the organic brands I get at Walmart. I still like Audi for no-salt pecans and other nuts. Great info, Thanks!

  • People staring at you bc they dont get what you are doing. Now a days it’s common to say, oh he probably has a channel. If you want to fight inflammation, eat more veggies, berries and some spices like tumeric with pepper, ginger, cinnamon.

  • Excellent advice. I’ve been doing similar things myself. Eating a regular size meal and not loading up on seconds. Cutting back or cutting out the snacks and deserts. I hardly drink anymore. I love eating good stuff as much as anyone, but that bloated feeling and food hangover just makes me feel like shit for hours.

  • All I have had is a barbell and a lot of weight so I have mostly been doing OHP and deadlifts (along with their barbell variants). Think this will safe my bench and my squat at all? Havnt done either of them in months (except some very rare half ass 1pl8 front squats and some half ass 1pl8 floor bench press)

  • Of all the workout, diet and self-help advice out there the end of this video basically sums up in one minute the most basic principle anyone needs to know to attain one’s goals: squash that inner voice telling you to put shit off.

  • “Some of us can’t tell the difference between Tuesday and Saturday” I can’t even tell what month I’m currently in and I don’t even drink

  • Weirdly enough…I bough some kettlebells for quarantine…and having a mix of body weight exercises plus weights made me feel very strong and build a good physique, but, that eating is getting kinda screwed by temptation, I’ll try this! Hopefully I can get back to 68 kg or even 67 in lean muscle

  • I watched this video twice, just cause I wanted to study Alan’s deadlift form, and it is impressive! How you keep that bar in one perfect line is incredible and something I need to think about the next time I’m pulling. Oh yeah, great advice on the routine food thing, I do those anyways and have for years; just part of who I am.

  • That beard is enough to stop anyone watching this. Sorry but that looks like genital hair gone wrong. Short and curlies gone long and straight.

  • Alan, what’s the point of the resistance bands on the bar during a deadlift? Don’t they just replace more plates? Or is it because it’s a small step up instead of +5lb?

  • I already had a few hundred pounds of meat in the deep freeze. Grabbed 15 pounds worth of rice and beans as well as 6 jars or natural organic peanut butters

  • I’m not a guy but I still wanna gain weight because I’m just too skinny i was legit almost a skeleton but I gained weight but my arms still skinny:(

  • Yo people! Time to dig deep, look at yourself in the mirror after Xmas and resist the urge to abandon the bulk. No matter how much you hate yourself now, aim higher lolzzz:). On the serious though, I tried to keep these pretty “clean”/healthy for the most part. Dark choc at the end is the exception haha, but I think we did pretty well otherwise eh? Also, this video was legit sponsored by Isreali medjool dates. Not even kidding. Epic moment for me haha. As always, like my video or live forever with the shame that you’re a horrible person.

K just kiddin’ but it would be nice. x

  • Good video. I wish my Costco sold Kirkland brand, unsalted macadamias. They sell another heavily salted brand with inconsistent quality that costs $20 and is often full of small, burnt and hard rock macadamias. Horrible.

  • Thank you for sharing this, Marcus!
I appreciate your encouragement and ideas, and look forward to renewing my efforts to engage my readers.

  • Here in Norway we eat quite a lot of mackarel in tomato sauce on toast, and you should really try it with some tabasco sauce and black pepper.. its insane

  • A lot of sugars there joe. Doesnt fructose cause a sugar/insulin spike that gets stored as fat because the body cannot tell the difference between sugars?

  • Hummus man… it’s something else… too bad I’ve been in a calorie deficit for 6 months now and counting, can’t wait to get to my goal so I can eat hummus again m8

  • Always liked and respected Thomas but this is going to incite panic buying. Nothing is wrong with the food supply chain. It actual hurts those at risk since they are walking into stores where shelfs are bare. Stop panicking and stop hoarding.

  • You missed when plain whole milk organic yogurt I like Greek better but that whole milk is going to be more calorie dense.

Also fat free Greek yogurt is gross,.has to be high fat. Wallaby full milk Greek yogurt is the best.

  • honestly just get a banana, get the peanutbutterjar and just switch between eating banana and eating peanutbutter.
literally 0 prep time and delicious snack (:

  • Grew up in the middle east.. dates and humus were part of everyday diet really (actually had 5 date trees in our own garden at point)…

  • It sucks joe doesn’t work i tried it on the site but i live in America so rip i guess im tryna gain weight theres skinny people in America too.

  • Recently started back at the gym after a 2 year hiatus. Joeys uploads have been amazing for advice and keeping me interested. The knowledge is awesome and the banter is great. Thanks for making the time to do this mate keep it up

  • The autumn’s gold granola is pretty good, and they make granola bars. Costco has the best deals on frozen producethe price is really good for the amount in the package. Hard cheeses tend to last longer.

  • Thank you for this, it made me feel SO much better!! I only ever a cheat “meal” once every Saturday, I don’t snack unless you count a post workout shake as a snack, i only drink water, and i also only do two beers a week which i was feeling bad about but apparently im not the only one who does it! Im right on track!

  • Hey Joe, may i recommend putting a dazzle of olive oil and salt in your hummus and then using it as a dip. Honestly so basic but makes the hummus go from already a 10 to like a fucken 100:))

  • Avoid whey protein at all costs. It is bad for you and will affect your healt after a few years eventualy resulting in more serious health problems. All this food wouldt be such good for muscles whitout whey protein so avoid it all. Instead try adding hummus to brekfast and lunch. Instead of making this unhealty smootie try just mixing avocado banana and forest fruit with milk.

  • I’ve watched tons of videos that give tips on weight gain foods this was one of the better ones, quite specific but not overly long

  • Since I have to use a feeding tube (can’t swallow) I blend peanut butter, bananas, oats, chia, almond or coconut milk and protein powder after my workout in the morning. I never blend pasta, but I do blend potatoes, yams, chicken and fish as well as fruits. I’d give my left nut for a slice o pizza and a Heineken though.

  • Can I honestly ask how are the ethics of sheep farming different than the ethics of beef and chicken? is it a reference to grass fed grass finished is that less available for sheep

  • Hey Thomas. Great video but you passed an excellent grain free bar called Ratio. Super good macros. I just didn’t like they used soy protein but everything else was legit. Only about 6-7 ingredients. Let me know your thoughts on your next visit

  • Hey Joe! I got inspired to make my own breakfast go to after watching your video. My go to is 2eggs, 3 sauceage links, one bagel with peanut butter on both slices, and a glass of orange juice. And that came up to 1070 calories. But here I was a month ago thinking one egg and a slice of toast was enough.

  • ur a legend m8, that protein toast recipe is fuckin legendary. combined it with myproteins vanilla weight gainer and fucking hell, what a meal. thanks bro

  • I tested the pesto pasta rn and god I can’t eat that, idk why I didn’t liked the pesto, and i used the same one from lidl, but i will give it a try to the red one

  • How long those it take u to Drink the Shake? I’ve a hard time throwing down my protein shake because I’ve a pretty weak stomach, so it’s take me like 40 minutes to an Hour, is that to long?

  • 1 cup of rolled oats (60g)
    250ml full fat milk
    Handful of spinach
    2 Tps Almand butter
    1 Banana
    1 Tps Greek yogurt
1 Tea spoon choc chips How many calories is this i made i was so full

  • My man you are eactly like me (my ”iks” key doesnt work lol) im so glad ifound someone like you….i mean, skinny(in past), small apepite (mainly at morning) high metabolism… im just starting my journey but i believe i can make it

  • Honestly mate if you’re struggling with your appetite you want to try cutting out milk. Sounds crazy but my appetite went through the roof cutting out dairy

  • My recipe of Smoothie up to approx 1500 calories:
2 scoop of whey protein 60g
    Greek Yogurt
    2 bananas
    30 ml of Olive oil
    1 cup of oats
optional [ allergies warning ]: peanut butter, almonds, dates, any milk, ice cream.

  • I appreciate that you’re not like those stupid scams where they’re repeating over and over that they’re gonna give us the tips and show us the food but then after bullshitting for 30 minutes they then say “buy my program now for only $20 a month!”

  • I was at Costco edit, Walmart and all of the meat was sold out except for the grass fed beef and the ground bison both of which was only $6 a pound. No, the beef wasn’t grass finished but it’s still better than the conventional beef which is almost the same price.

  • The german food tester “ÖKO-Test” (engl. Eco-Test) published in june 2020 in their magazine a review about 20 different Pesto products. None of the products got a good grade! (German grade system 1 = the best; and 6 = the worst, like A to F). Only 2 products of 20 got the grade 3. Why? Because every product contains mineral oil, plasticizers and pesticides. The values for some were low for others extremely high.
    2 products = grade 3
    6 products = grade 4
    3 products = grade 5
    9 products = grade 6 (thats disgusting!)
If you eat something like this a few times, that’s not a problem. But if someone goes on a bulking diet and takes this recipe to heart, eats it several times a week, for several months maybe years, that’s unhealthy. Not unhealthy.. rather poisonous.
Those who now think that Öko-Test has certainly tested cheap products and take it lightly, unfortunately I have to disappoint them. Both cheap, expensive and especially bio variants were available in the test.
in short: the world is f*cked up, everything we buy and eat is unhealthy, everyone should know by now. Eat what you want, pesto ftw.
    cheers

  • You know what dude, this is actually a really good channel and I enjoy it a ton. I’m almost 32 and have tried a bunch of stuff but am never consistent. The way you describe your appetite and such are like words from my own mouth. Keep up the great work! You inspire a somewhat old dude like myself lol

  • This may be dumb but could the shake be made the evening before as I get up early for work and wouldnt be able to make it quietly so could I make it the night before, put it in the fridge and then have it the following morning?

  • For breakfast: 4 eggs and 200 grams of oats and a fruit. For lunch: 200 grams of rice 150 grams of chicken and boiled broccoli. Snack 100 grams of cashews and fruit or protein shake. Dinner: 300 gram steak and vegetables and large potato boiled. Second snack last meal: beef jerky banana milkshake. Eat this if you wanna bulk up

  • Just alot of junk calories i have to say. I find that often time why people have a hard time eating enough is overeating fat and sodium. Also You are undereating protein like crazy id say. I personally see way greater results in trying to gain muscle if i upp the protein to about 1,5-2g per lb of bodyweight. Its about teaching your body to use the calories you consume not just to gain fat and water weight on. Some junk is not a bad thing But every meal of junk is just like throwing your appetite in the garbage and making a diet even worse on yourself. Trust me all you guys doing your first bulks Will want to diet. And your first diet Will be hell if youre only used to eating shit. Also just pounding high calorie dense shit wont help you build your appetite it Will just make you fatter.

  • Ok I gotta throw a suggestion out there….

If you need to pack in easy calories for breakfast, eat granola!! There is a brand called “bear baked” and it is literally 400 calories for a cup! Add some milk to that and u already have 550 calories in the morning. You can add whatever else you want on the side, like eggs, protein powder etc. but that is one of the best things that’s been helping me out.

  • Make a load of oats, heat it up with a loud of milk where it’s still liquid and drink it ‍♂️ it’s easier and cheaper, that how I did it

  • Meal time stamps:

    High Calorie Shake:

    Blue Milk 250 ml
    Handful frozen fruit
    Vanilla ice cream 3 scoops
    Whey Protein.
    Ice.
    30G oats.
    Total 988 calories

    Pesto Pasta
    2:35
    200G White Pasta (uncooked)
    190G Pesto (Whole bottle) (Lidl).
    Total 1520 calories.

    Protein French Toast
    3:50
    4 slices white bread.
    2 eggs.
    Sugar.
    Vanilla Extract.
    Cinnamon.
    Protein Powder.
    Blue milk (60ml).
    Total 800 calories.

  • How did you calculate the calories in the French toast recipe? As far as I’m concerned, one slice of toast has 85 calories (340 for the 4 slices), 2 large eggs contain 140 cal, one scoop of protein is 120, and the 60ml of milk is 40, which comes down to around 640 calories total, and I’m pretty sure the vanilla extract drop and cinnamon sprinkles don’t contain the remaining 160 calories.

  • This is amazing. Checkout my skinny to muscular transformation on my channel. Shared my journey, tips and mistakes. Watch now, won’t regret.

  • I started home workouts like 2 days ago and i need 2300 calories a day to gain weight and pack muscle and today in the morning i checked my weight and lost.2 pounds so know i’m gonna try these meals cuz I have a small appetite too and eating is a lot harder than the actual workout in my opinion

  • I am so glad I watched you and flavcity b4 all of this. I will give myself a 86% on my emergency stock up for clean and/or Keto. I would say my doing low carb during this quarantine.

  • one thing that helped me with not having an appetite in the morning was going on power walks first thing not too fast but not a casual stroll

  • joe i have a question!!Is it okay if i eat 5 eggs every day? every morning i eat 3 eggs and every time after workout i eat 2 eggs.

  • Love the channel bro. Really support the grind for YT and in the Gym from .Quick question though. I’m trying to lean bulk and my maintainence calories are around 2700-2800, so would around 3500 calories daily be good or too much? Also considering I’m doing 10 mins runs at 12mph on a treadmill daily as cardio aswell as strength/muscle training 5 days a week. Thanks

  • you know you can gain muscle mass with maintaining calories right? Watch Greg Doucette on YouTube, youll change your mind about bulking.

  • Also remember if your roundabout 1315 you still will need time to naturally grow muscle overtime due to puberty so don’t think you can gain muscle super fast by bulking

  • Donuts are one of the best. They are loaded with calories. I would eat a box a day and gained 40lbs of muscle and fat. Then I hit the clen and dropped all the fat. Bingo!

  • For me Hummus is actually pretty heavy. In Israel we eat it with a flat bread, tahini, hummus whole grains and olive oil… That’s amazing

  • The reason why people are buying cheaper items is because many just lost their income for an unknown period. The money they have has to stretch further $10+ for 23 snacks is not necessarily the best financially. Personally I would opt for fresh greens and red meats first and if able move on to cheesy packaged snacks. If people can afford it then go for it!

  • Intermittent fasting helps me consume a lot of calories for breakfast. I wake up around 8am, and eat my first meal of the day at 12 once my appetite has kicked in. I then have an 8-10 hour (depending on the my schedule for the day) window from there for eating all my meals for the day. I’m consuming around 3800 calories per day, from 3 meals and a couple snacks

  • Could u please make a clean bulk video? Not only 23048KG of sugar:D Please something healthy with a lot of calories! (more than the oatmeal and eggs ofc which was a good tip)

  • Hope everyone is staying SAFE and HEALTHY out there! Hopefully this helps as you are stocking up! Thank you for watching and supporting the CHANNEL!! Don’t forget to LIKE the video and SUBSCRIBE to the CHANNEL, if you haven’t!! Leave any ideas for future videos in the COMMENTS below!!

  • The teton waters ranch products are really good. Grass fed and little to no sugar, although they do have a somewhat high salt content.

  • I’m gonna go ahead and say it: almost everyone would benefit from Alan’s personal dietary rules, plus the sleep/wake structure. Snacking is ridiculous for those who can’t seem to get into caloric deficit; it’s what you do when you’re bored, or aren’t eating properly/enough at mealtime. I bet a lot of those people could chug 16oz of water and be satiated. That said, if it’s part of a plan, that’s different, like having a banana before a workout to spike/provide available glucose.

  • A tip: drink 200g of olive oil and eat 100g of peanuts a day, that an extra 2200 calories. Split the olive oil through the day so you wont throw up

  • Costco has been found to have the highest quality beef you buy in a grocery store anywhere. Many, many, many professional body builders swear by Costco beef.

  • I don’t really understand bulking, usually people gain too much fat and look shit. You should easily be able to eat enough in 3 meals even without protein shakes etc. I think people get worried about losing muscle if they go more than 4 hours without eating but it’s not true. Take red meat for example, it can take like 12 hours for it to be fully digested!

  • Started EXTENDED IF during this time of social distance 3-4 day water fasting 2-3 day IF means less food consumption and less need to expose myself at grocery market stay safe everyone

  • Man, this was a VERY dense video. Pun intended. Tons of information. Had to pause several times to take notes. And I consider myself very well-informed already. You’ve taught me a lot. Thank you.

  • People think the government cares about us but yet push more GMOs. Preservatives in food loaded in sugar carbs. The FDA, CDC are private companies

  • Shortages are coming for corn, wheat, soy, rice… sugar.. very poor planting season and this one will have even more rain from what i am hearing…….

  • I love this channel not just because Joe is the sickest of guys…but because I can actually buy the stuff he recommends in the videos in a UK Tesco.

  • You’re in way better shape than me so take what I’m saying with a pinch of salt… but I would think it would be better to focus on “health improvement” instead of “weight loss” which is what you said your goal is. Hope you find this positive idea helpful.

  • Samson what’s the key to your strength??? Well if I shave this giant clump of pubic hair off my chin…I’ll be as weak as any other man.

  • Please stop buying Israelie products. Support the boycott in support of the Palestinian’s right to a nation.
Sorry if some people think this is the wrong venue for these views but everyone can do there part.

  • It has been a struggle the last few weeks to get my usual foods. (UK). Immediately noticed inflammation /pain. Thank you for addressing this. Keto isn’t always all about weight.

  • When this dude runs out of food he recommends/prefers during this pandemic, he’ll die just thinking about the unhealthy food he’ll consume.

  • Bit confused you say the protein bars are a good healthy choice, but they have natural flavours and soy in there; I thought you don’t like these?

  • Great video, Aaron! I like your channel Just subscribed! Let’s support each other on YouTube and grow the community. Looking forward to continued engagement. Keep working!

  • Thanks for this video, Thomas. So helpful! I was able to find all the good, clean nutrient-dense foods. Now I can stay home for a while and be safe:) (I’m a grandma…)

  • Cool! Thanks for the informative tour. I do miss CostCo. We have S&R in the PH which carries many Kirkland brands but much fewer selections.

  • No such thing as Israeli Medjool dates….medjool is arabic word…dates taken from stolen palestinian land where locals use to grow dates, its a great snack btw:) next thing you going to say that israel invented hummous…good one

  • Hi Thomas! Thanks for such an informative video! I do have a question about the Nutso vs Almond butter. Is the Nutso better in the alpha lineolaic acid because of the Brazil nuts, cashews and hazelnuts?

Or does the almond butter just not have much of it. I’m wondering if I can just add the flax & chia to my almond butter and get a similar health value. Maybe add the seeds in Nutso as well?

I got to say that I just don’t much like cashews personally so since it’s the first ingredient I’m afraid I won’t like it. I can see maybe buying hazelnuts and making butter from it to add in if I must but I’ve never seen Brazil nuts alone just in mixed nuts.

Roundabout way to ask if I take the almond butter and mix in pepitas, flax and chia seeds would I come at all close in the alpha lineolic acid profile?

  • Following your suggestions was how I kept my pre lockdown physique. Even when I heard people say this lockdown is going to make everyone fat I stuck to my plan.

  • Do what you gotta do to get through this. Cost is a HUGE factor for most people. Getting long term keto friendly food is possible but is also damn expensive. If you have to eat less than ideal for a limited time then do it. You can go back to fasting and low carb after the emergency passes. Just my oppinion.

  • I am still trying to stay low carb not keto but lower carb, while most people are just eating the standard American diet. I am also finding that intermittent fasting is helping me make my food last longer.

  • This is more or less how people dieted to look good, before the concept of calorie counting became standard. Calorie counting wasn’t even a standard bodybuilder thing until the 80s. The initial concept came from a diet book for women.

  • Another great video.

But to answer your question ‘why aren’t people buying Moon Cheese?’ Because it’s gross. IMHO It’s pretty much the nastiest keto snack I’ve ever tried.

  • Chloroquine= herb equivalent scull cap, stops replication and high zinc useful for pneumonia, ginsing and cats claw and saint John’s worth… trust me I had the virus and it’s gone now

  • Just got my butcher box order and it blew my parents’ mind! I love them so much!

Also there are a lot of produce delivery services as well that are still running. I go with Misfit Market, but there are many others depending on where you live.

    Stay safe, stay healthy!

  • Great Video! Excuse me for butting in, I am interested in your opinion. Have you heard about Dinanlinson Belly Secret Approach (search on google)? It is an awesome one of a kind guide for learning how to get an amazing toned beach ready belly minus the headache. Ive heard some great things about it and my best friend Jordan finally got great success with it.

  • In my opinion those moon balls don’t taste so good. I taste some kind of after taste like a preservative. Get your favorite cheddar cheese grate it either big or fine. Put your non-stick griddle on or a nonstick pan or if gas stove cast iron griddle or cast iron pan on med to med Hi. Sprinkle enough grated to make chips spread out with spatula or back of spoon if needed. Watch melt, flip if needed or just scoop up and lay flat on wax or parchment or piece of foil. Cheese chips no additives.

  • Ummmm, where is the love button! This is such a great video. Thank you Thomas… this is what I’ve been looking for, the right things to buy at Costco, during this time. As always YOU ROCK!
I’m almost….reluctant to share this video, for fear of my Costco being wiped out, before I get there.
I’ll share it after my Costco haul❤❤❤❤

  • Wait a moment… Marcello come here and take a look at joe, that’s not how you cook pasta. MAMMA MIA
no, seriously that’s totally wrong trust me

  • Truth in purest form. 50 grams of candy (0,11 pounds) per day is not a lot right? It’s 9 kg (20 pounds) a year. Thousands of calories. And if you start adding other things that is the path to being out of shape. Really good video

  • 7 large eggs, 4 turkey sausage patties, 500ml of whole milk, 2 slices of whole wheat toast, side of stewed tomatoes, 1583 calories, 96 grams of protein

  • to say that eating a sausage because it has a small amount of MSG in it is “one of the worst things you could have right now” is suuuuch a fucking stretch. msg is literally sodium bound to glutamate. glutamate is going to be present in any food that has umami flavor like beef, tomatoes, cheese, mushrooms, etc

  • Hey, just want to let you know the “JOE” code isn’t accepted on the Danish MyProtein website, so maybe you should consider trying to make international orders a part of your deal too. If it wasn’t for you I would likely have stuck with Nutramino:)

  • About nuts and seeds, Yep. Some plants will not sprout unless digested first. (That’s why some wild flowers are are at risk or threatened). Also be thankful you have the advantage of warm weather. We are in mid-30’s here. Definitely an effort to get some vitaman D. Thanks Thomas for continuing to support us with advice as we face quarantine.
