  • FABULOUS Ideas. My only concern, particularly for somebody with gut issues ( which I have too) is the raw spinach. I absolutely LOVE raw or cooked Spinach, but after all the E-Coli scares with Spinach and Romaine, I heard a Bacteriologist ( Reputable) on the Radio say that he would personally never eat Raw Spinach due to the high incidence of contaminationthat you should at least steam it. Just a thought.

  • As specialist, I’m sure Custokebon Secrets can be good way to lost crazy amounts of weight. Why not give it a shot? maybe it’s going to work for you too.

  • That turkey needs flavor to be in my taco. I’ve never had a piece of boiled turkey in my life and I just don’t want to it doesn’t sound like a good idea to me. Maybe if there was butter and seasoning in the water. But I do want to see healthier snack options something that I can eat while I’m driving or take to work. The beef and noodles is something I will try, and even the tuna pasta and falafel.

environment. I recommend you to watch “The Game Changers” in netflix.
Have a look to the yourubers: “Nimai Delgado” and “Bryan Turner” how
they eat and maintain a good phisique too. Watch “Dominion” in youtube
to see how cruel to the animals are the industries. Use your strenght to

  • I tried the flavoured olive oil ice cubes hack today and it turned out just horrible. The cubes simply would not get out from my ice form. I guess noone wants to have an ice form forever filled with flavoured olive oil (even if it’s unbelievably tasty), so I had to proceed with shaking the form desperately till it literally cracked into pieces. Rest in peace, ice form. 0/10, Wouldn’t recommend this hack. I hope someone finds this comment and saves their time.

Thanks for your genuine knowledge and sincerity about food and diet. Much appreciated brother.

  • I order bulk food online but NEVER fresh fruit or veg from supermarket. They always give you the least fresh items. I have a local milk delivery company (glass bottles to your door) they supply fresh local fruit and veg. Amazing.
    Love the hacks!!!!

  • Everyone’s complaining about how she seasons her food, like they have to do every exact step she does. And use every ingredient that she decides to uses. She’s just showing y’all the process and tips, so YOU can do it yourself. Everyone has different tastebuds if you want to add more seasoning do so! Great ideas.

    I have a few questions:
    1) Do you wash your broccoli and brussel sprouts? And if yes, do you just give them a rinse while whole?
    2) I noticed that you are not shy of using many tools, pots, pans, bowls, cutting boards… Do you have some tips that make your meal prep fast to clean as well? (ie: rinse with hot water right away if it didn’t come in contact with protein, or anything else that comes to your mind…)

Thanks again. I loved that video:)

  • I really liked this because most of the “quick and easy meal ideas I see turn out to be complicated. I will try the salad in the mason jar idea and see if shaking it mixes the sauce but -people, just put it into a bowl and it will be fine.

  • Crunchy Thai Salad? >>> Crunchy Peanut Salad
Normally, Thai people do not cook Som Tam (Thai Salad) with Peanut butter and Soy sauce.

  • Why would I create a diet plan myself when there are people who certainly do that better then me? Visit NextLevelDiet and get your personalized meal plan.

  • I bet this method is also a lot cheaper than eating out all the time too. I’ve been struggling on what to have for my lunch everyday at work and this seems like a good option. My only thing is with veggies is they can taste so bland right out of the bag. I’d rather add some seasonings to mine.

  • Hi Rachel, I’ve been making some of the recipes from your previous videos (I am obsessed with the tuna patties, which last me all week and they are so great with many different options like salad, eggs bene, etc). I always enjoy watching your Meal Prep videos especially, because they are delicious and aesthetically presented (videography, music, editing), which for me makes for an overall inspirational and yummy experience. Thank you! Also for your next video I vote for snacks. I am a such a grazer, and in my healthy eating journey, I find that my biggest struggle is with finding healthy snacks.

  • Hey @RemingtonJames, If you throw away your chicken pieces, here is an idea, throw it in a stock pot with carrots, celery, onion, garlic, whole peppercorns, and even some whole bay leaves. The stock makes a great breakfast and with the remainder “waste” can be used for composting, but be quick, it does draw pests. “waste not want not”:)

You showed me that in reality I have so much more varieties of meals when eating healthy and cooking doesn’t have to be this boring chore I must to do daily but it is something full of creativity and new ideas. I want to eat helthier now and even if I don’t succeed I will try however I can because it’s worth it. Thank you again for this video and I definitely subscribe and look forward to your next videos.

  • I knew which foods I need to eat to lose weight, but I didn’t know how much. Diet plan I got from Next Level Diet contains portion sizes for every meal. Fantastic!

  • Hey, dude. I just have to ask (and I mean this in the most respectful way)What’s the point of a “meal prep” tutorial? I mean, *shouldn’t something like this be obvious?-

1.) Cook a bunch of food.

2.) Put cooked food in plastic food containers and attach lids.

3.) Store containers of cooked food in the refrigerator for later.

This, of course, is not an attack on your channel or the importance of meal prep. It is, merely, a question of the absurdity of wasting your time with such content when it can, instead, be spent telling us something that is actually useful.

    *Are people REALLY this clueless?

  • OK, those Egg White breakfast cups are probably going to happen for me soon, but that Pesto Chicken and Veggies gonna happen this week. Damn, that looked so good. Thx for posting.

  • Dyo microwaving sweet potato significantly increases the glyxemic index essentially defeating the point of using sweet potato which is low gi. You just added a big serving of sugar by microwaving it.

Bake them or boil them. Only microwave briefly to warm up.

  • You’re a big inspiration to me..I’m in love with your personality, your lifestyle and your recipes are amazing I’m so depressed right now because of my pcos acne and you’re really helping me..thank you!

  • prechopping onions and storing them raw is so dangerous as onions absorb so much bacteria from the environment. They say that when u go to a new city, eat raw onions of that place.. it will build up immunity against bacteria /viruses of that place and u will not get ill like flu or diarrhea.

  • Snacks would be awesome. I have the hardest time finding good and healthy snacks that aren’t chocolate bars or just fruit which can be so boring all the time.

  • A turkey, bacon, cheddar breakfast sandwich only has those ingredients on it. That egg concoction had broccoli, red peppers, red onion, garlic powder, and milk! There were a lot more ingredients than what was written on that wrapper. Just list everything since all of this stuff freezes for a month.

  • The stems of the veggies are also eddible! I always use to throw them away. Just take out the top layer that may be dry and the back tip of the stem and it can be cut and cooked

  • Cutting the fruits and vegetables decreases their nutritional value. The nutrient that suffers the heaviest hit in cut fruits and vegetables is probably vitamin C, although some vitamin A and vitamin E get lost as well. These vitamins are antioxidants, which means they react to oxygen. The peels and coverings naturally protect the antioxidant vitamins inside. Once you break through the protective coverings, the flesh inside is exposed to air and the oxygen reduces the antioxidant vitamins.

  • Kinda new to weight lifting and meal prepping so I have quite a few questions lol. So you save those 9 containers for 7 days, how do you split them up over those 7 days? Also is this meal for dinner specifically, what about breakfast and maybe a lunch meal? I’m just trying to meal prep for dinner, eggs for breakfast and something for lunch idk like steak or that might be too much, it seems so complex and hard at first to get the right foods and the right amounts.

  • most videos are very time consuming with meal prepping and special ingediants and so on, that is why I did not try it yet, but THIS is SO easy and I love it, I will try today evening for next week

  • The ice cube thing is a great idea! But are fresh herbs and lemon juice neccessary? Because I wish to use if for my vegetable soup so just onions garlic chillies and olive oil would that be ok as it is or fo I still need to add the lemon juice to make it last longer or something?

  • I love your ideas, I will put them to good use as I am trying to loose some pounds I gained due to my total hysterectomy, I had to be in bed rest and stay away from excising and that made me gain some weight and with hypothyroidism it’s very easy for me to put on weight and I am always looking for good and healthy ways to keep me as healthy as possible and this channel has given me new and refreshing ideas, so thank you very much. Stay safe and thank you again.

  • I like this videovery informative! However, you should NOT mince/dice/chop your garlic ahead of time. It degrades the nutrients in the garlic and makes marinades more bitter. For quick chopped garlic/onions, you can buy a hand powered chopper it’s a game changer!

  • why does a recommandation have “taco seasoning” in it thats not a flavour. could humanity get real some time please, yes? so much stupidity as well.

  • I just started watching your videos and I need to say that you’re amazing! Thank you for uploading. I’m gonna check out your store now:)

  • This might be a dumb question, but the blender shot had me thinking… how do you blend something without the lid on it while also not letting it splatter all over the place?

  • I don’t understand why you can’t listyou don’t list the ingredients and the recipes how to make these other than just a quick flash in the video why isn’t there a link to getting the recipes written out

  • WHERE HAS THIS BEEN ALL MY LIFE. This is so much easier than those other videos where they ask you to do shit like climb the Himalayas to grab some original salt from the source.

  • I make Buddha bowls too! They’re a hit at my house, and rice is really easy to throw together last second on a weeknight. Great suggestions!!!!

  • I hope you didn’t throw away all the broccoli stems and the pak Choi stems… It’s all good to be eaten and taste the same as the leaves. Even better actually. For the broccoli, just peel off the outer skin, chop them, and cook them. They even taste better then the broccoli themselves. Try and let me know. And please, don’t throw away what don’t have to be thrown away.
I follow, and like you since the beginning, but I keep seeing this, and since you also share zero waste living videos, I really hope you understand this.

  • garlic will turn green after its cut and having chopped onions and garlic in your fridge is gonna smell everything up including your milk and juice which is gross unless you have a separate refrigerator for those….

  • Another amazing video Rachel! Love how all these look super quick and easy. You’ve definitely given me some inspiration.

Would love both packable lunches and snacks pretty please!

  • I can’t wait to try and make the cashew milk! I’m lactose intolerant and I had no idea making my own milk could be so easy, thanks!

  • I tried to do meal prep for a week but everytime I do it my rice won’t hold up more then 24 hours. its getting watery in day 2 and I don’t know what I did wrong coz I did cool it down before put in the fridge.
