8 Unhealthy Habits That Make You Age Faster. Certain lifestyle choices can make you look and feel older than you are. Steer clear of these saboteurs to stay younger, longer. Some People Do Age Faster Than Others.

At 38, the biology of some adults was 20 years older, study finds. By Alan Mozes HealthDay Reporter. MONDAY, July 6, 2015 (HealthDay News) Adults who look older than their years may be aging at an accelerated pace, new research suggests..

A study of 38-year-olds in New Zealand found their “biological age” the state of their organs, immune system, heart health and chromosomes ranged from as young as 30 to as old. Some subjects were aging normally, at a rate of one year per year. But some were aging as fast as three years per chronological year.

In addition, those people who were aging faster often exhibited other age-specific problems like trouble with balance or problem-solving. The latest study, based on an analysis of blood samples from 13,000 people, showed that some people are propelled along life’s biological tramlines much quicker than. Some people were biologically older and aging faster than others, despite being the same chronological age.

Not only that, but the researchers showed, by giving the 20and 30-somethings the same. Why is A Healthy Lifestyle so Important, Especially in Old Age? Today, people, in general, have a longer life expectancy.

Moreover, according to research analysis led by Mini Jacob, who completed the study during her doctorate, the correlation between a healthy lifestyle and minimal years of disability is undeniable. There are several positive lifestyle factors that can promote good health if you want to live a long and healthy life. Certainly, you can’t change your genes or much of the environment around you, but making educated and intentional choices when it comes to diet, activity, sleep, alcohol use, and smoking can reduce your health risks and potentially add years to your life. And it’s never too late to start on the road to better health. Eating a nutritious diet goes a long way toward insuring good health.

For instance, getting enough calcium and vitamin D at any age will retard the onset, and the progression, of osteoporosis, a bone disease that causes pain, fractures, hospitalization, and even death in the elderly. a. the most common mental health problem in the United States. b. characterized by deep and persistent fears of specific objects, activities, or situations. c. most prevalent among adults over the age of 65. d. the least costly of mental health disorders to treat.

In addition, older adults who used alcohol or tobacco in the past have higher mortality rates, so fewer have survived to be included in the current data set of older adults.6 Older adults, however, are less likely to engage in regular physical exercise.

Among men who are healthy at age 60, for example, only about 30% are expected to be alive and healthy at age 80, but those destined for good health at age 80 are typically healthier than average at the age of 60 years (Metter et al., 1992).

Although in some studies (14, 69–71) the risk of developing MA was higher in children with onset of diabetes at or after puberty, suggesting that prepubertal duration was not a main determinant, other studies have underlined the contribution of prepubertal duration to the risk of developing MA (72–75).

And while there are some physical aspects of aging that can certainly lead to health problems, the next section will examine how social factors such as communication problems can actually create more difficulties for older adults than physical problems associated with aging.

  • Everything you speak of are the same things God has shown mewhat bird is that in the background? Also, have you ever gotten Botox or filler? Just curious! Your skin is so amazing!

  • Great video. I had to cut out foods as you did. Because of me having to change things Im 85% vegetarian. There is some food I just cant give up. It all comes with moderation when it comes to things you cant give up. I lived at the gym years ago and gave it up when i had my last baby. I just dont have the time or money to be at a gym. I love to work out but I dont do it any more. That is where the moderation comes in to keep off the 75 lbs I have lost.

  • I’m 15 years old and it’s my Dream to be A Psychiatrist. I’m extremely worried and not confident enough cos im not that smart lol, but now I’m kinda relieved because of this cos it’s one of the easiest specialty

  • Pm&r was one of the top 10 most competitive speciality to get into in past surveys. Based on scores yes its less competitive but due to the surge in applicants and the minimum amount of residency spots it has a low match rate. Scores aren’t the only factor for that speciality and a poor predictor for “competitiveness”

  • I’m surprised there isn’t a specialty that deals with patients who have severe phobias of needles, doctors, blood, etc. Not the people who are just slightly averse, but the very problematic cases. This is a real disability, just as real as not being able to leave the house, and has very negative consequences due to lack of routine health care. Survival/avoidance behavior is as old as life itself, and my guess is this probably sits in large part in a pretty old part of the brain. Not only has the healthcare system not acknowledged this issue, many doctors actually respond in very demeaning ways. It’s sad because most patients do not have enough background in neuroscience to know those doctors are completely ignorant regarding the science of this issue, and patients are made to feel this is a character failing on their part. You cannot reason a person out of this because this is happening at least as low as the mid brain, and there just isn’t the wiring for higher order processing areas to reach in and tinker with the malfunction. Talk therapy in reality has very little success with this issue (despite what the psychology community would like to believe) because a patient cannot, on command, direct their brain to repair a wonky post synaptic receptor protein configuration issue in the upper brain stem. On the business side of things, there are plenty of medical codes to weave some sort of practice out of helping these people, there is, at the moment, almost no competition in the area, and patients would pay quite a premium for this type of service.

  • The most intelligent people in my medical school class are doing family medicine. They could’ve gone into almost every specialty to be honest.

  • I am quite surprised about these. I am a doctor from Denmark, and here the most competitive specialties include pediatrics and anesthesiology. It is practically impossible to get into these specialties without a PHD.

  • Could you make a video like this but with the military medical options? Such as field surgeon, pilot physician, military family med etc?

  • they all make more money than the most competitve and highest paying specialities in the uk like cardiothoraic and trauma and orthopedic. wow

  • I guessed the first lady at 72. She looks fantastic! But my mother is 75 and also looks young for her age, there are subtle things we can’t control that give away a person’s age.

  • Thanks for sharing! For those interested in working from home teaching English to children, please use this link

  • Thank you for explaining.. I like your videos.. our society does not make it easy or support to eat healthy.. especially in the Midwest.

  • $200,000 is low? You kidding me! I’d be good with even $150k lol going into medicine was never about the money for me but anything over $100k is more than enough since I don’t prefer the “fancy” lifestyle.

  • Anyone know any recipes that are completely sugar free that can be used as a treat. Got to have something with my tea last thing at night. All the recipes I see are using sugar alternatives like monk fruit and stevia but I’m sure there’s something out there that doesn’t have to any sugar at all except fruit if that’s in the ingredients.

  • Watching this gave me so much anxiety wonder why people choose to become doctors:(( so much commitment and sacrifice of youth to just catering for others:((( so sad for doctors

  • You failed (on purpose?) to mention that fructose does not need a carrier (insulin) to enter the cells. It is the far superior sugar to anything else. Every one of your 100 trillion cells need sugar to give you energy and to stay alive. You would die in three minutes if you had no sugar in you. Only when you need to heal from ANY ailment, be it physical or mental, do you do need to be 100% fruit. A healthy fruitarian lifestyle is 80 20, 80% fruit and 20% salad. Hummingbirds drink nectar which is primarily glucose. You conveniently left these facts out and/or distorted them.

  • Insulin is released with the introduction of all carbohydrates—sugars and starch—with the exception of soluble and insoluble fibers. Insulin is ALSO released when large meals are eaten, regardless of who much carbohydrates, proteins and fats are present. The more calories consumed beyond satiation, the more insulin is released. BTY, another excellent video by Markus. Much appreciated.

  • … not to mention that regarding the formation of advanced glycation endproducts fructose is about 10 times more reactive than glucose. Although plasma levels of fructose can be expected to be a lot lower than glucose, in a high fructose diet I think this should still be a concern.
    Good video!

  • The audience is trying to be nice. I thought the first lady looked around 50, 55. The second lady looked her age and the last lady looked around 50ish too.

  • hey there people, i just want to say dont trust everyone story is sad but i got to say it,some days ago i was scammed and the scammers got $9100 from me…..i was really frustrated and had to tell a friend, she told me about a hacker that helped her husband recover his scammed money and also had the india scammer arrested for a little amount of money.i Dm him @hacksting on IG and he asked me some questions with proof of me being scammed, screenshots and all that after 24hrs my money was recovered,i can never thank hacksting enough.with the experience i had i am never getting scammed again……….

  • 30 years specializing in osteopathic manipulative medicine. All cash practice, super high demand, great niche, and 45 min per patient. I get paid 100% of what I charge and make more $ than I could spend. No call, no emergencies. Chill medicine. Very high demand.

  • Hmmmm. I wonder how Med School Insiders obtained their conclusions about this. I know they mentioned they looked at match rate, STEP 1 scores….etc. But still, doesn’t seem to pass the ‘eye ball test’. I’m an anesthesiologist. Although I’ve been out of residency for 10 years now, I’m still hearing that matching into anesthesia is still very competitive. At any rate, Med School Insiders seem to focus a lot on specialty salaries. Keep in mind that there is no guarantee that if you go into a certain specialty that you will be guaranteed to make the money that was stated in this video. For example, I know some anesthesiologists that make only around $100k per year. These are moms with small children and work only half-days, only one or two days a week (not bad for working part-time, huh?). On the flip side, I know some anesthesiologists that make around a $1 million per year. They hustle and work for it though.

Also, I know some plastic surgeons that make far below the $500k that this video states. Yes, there are some plastic surgeons that make millions per year. But they are the exception, not the rule. The good plastic surgeons not only produce good work, they also have a beautiful office, surgery center, business manager and marketing team AND they have offices in affluent areas like Beverly Hills and Manhattan. But most plastic surgeons are not this successful and struggle to make ends meet. I know a lot of plastic surgeons who take-call at community hospitals to make extra income. They get called for cut fingers/hands (yes, plastic surgeons operate on hands) and cuts on faces (assuming the patient’s insurance qualifies for plastics closure….otherwise the ED physician will do the suturing himself/herself), washing out wounds on various parts of the body, closing wounds….etc. Not very glamorous stuff. But they help pay the bills.

As it goes for all specialties, salaries vary drastically. Depends on how hard you want to work (how many hours) and where you work (geography). I love my specialty of anesthesiologist. Very satisfied. I don’t know a single anesthesiologist that would choose a different specialty if they had to do it over again. All of us love our jobs (even the ones that seem to struggle being an anesthesiologist seem to still love it). But I know A LOT of surgeons who hate their jobs and would choose something else (like anesthesia ;-). In my opinion (based solely on my observation alone) the specialty with the least job satisfaction, the ones who HATE their job and would love to change specialty if they had to do it over again is…..OB/GYN. Wow! I don’t know many OB/GYN who would do it again. Their lives are miserable. Anyways, my 2 cents.

  • I’m glad I get the same results from a push of the button on my water filter ionizing machine! 6.0 pH BEAUTY water that’s high in antioxidants feels so lovely on our skin. My 2.5pH button gives me the benefits of eliminating stinky, dirty, yuk (being CDC compliant). I love drinking my 9.5 pH ionized alkaline water cuz it helps intercellularly rehydrate me and I’m still keeping the vital minerals our bodies need too. How much water are you drinking? Do you buy yours or filter your own and carry in a non plastic container? I prefer stainless steel or glass personally. Bottled water has traveled in hot conditions leaching bad chemicals causing Endocrine system disrupting effects. We deserve better!

  • There is a joke in my country
Newsreportes crew started to search oldest people on planet.
First destination: China. They found a man so old, he had height for 4-5 feet, his skin was good looking, he had all hair on his head. They asked him what is the secret. He said: Rice, tea, walking for couple of miles per day.
Next stop: South America: They found old native American woman. She had all her teeth, no gray hair, and her sight was like a falcon sight. They asked her what is the secret? She said: Alpaca milk, raw young corn, and climbing up to the Ands mountains.
Next stop: Belgrade downtown, capitol of Serbia. They found man so old, that you could barely decide is he a male of female. Crispy skin, almost blind, no teeth, whispering weak voice. They asked him what is the secret? He replied: In the morning I light up a cigarette. Then I drink couple of home made plum brandy shots. I watch TV all day long. I eat bacon, cheese with a lot of milk fat in it, a lot of white bread, and steak meals. Newsreporters: That ‘s impossible! Sir, how old are you? He: I “ll be 40 in october.:)

  • Curious to see if these assessments are based on any particular survey or simply metrics that you picked at the beginning of video as these do not seem to add up in the real world.

  • Negative stigma with psychiatry you say? It has to do with the fact they still have no fucking idea what they are doing. It started out with Lobotomy and electroconvulsive therapy and ended with using drugs pedaled by snake oil salesman (aka big pharma). Do you know how many drug trials these companies do until they find results that favor their product? They have TOTAL control over the trials they do and LET the FDA see. Awwe imagine having to talk to a patient for an hour! My god you mean you actually have to spend an hour (first appointment) speaking with a patient before sending them out the door with a prescription? Man you are too fucking much dude. I think doctors need to learn to think for themselves and quit accepting bribes from drug companies.

  • Can you do a video on the potential for being a part time physician? After being a physician for a decade or so, I’d like to know if you can drop down your hours, or even go in part time off the bat

  • I went off the vegan diet because some people who advertise it looked so old. So why do some look so old. I would like to go back to the vegan.

  • Thank you this helped me understand why I have inflammatiuon, as I eat healthy food, but had also candies. I was always wondering, and not enough sleep and stress from strange people, the sugar makes me weak, cannot stay awake all day or walk the stairs. I will not eat suger any more, now I can do it. You saved my life! I also realized how to do it, as all is explained here, about getting hungry or wanting something to eat every two hours, its just the sugar!!!??!! No deal, I can do it now.

  • Thanks for the link. But stats from 2020 NRMP MATCH Outcomes for US Grads and IMG states otherwise…EM is still competitive.

Do you have any data I can read?

  • Judgment Unlike Any Before
Why would the God of love permit disasters such as COVID-19 pandemic to occur? Why is He executing such deadly judgments in our age? Hear the eternal gospel, the new covenant to turn away from your sins and return to the perfect Truth!

  • I like to know if does anyone think that anesthesiologists could be replaced by AI?.. Two days ago I read at pubmed that invented a bot to assist intubation.. the Kepler system…. Therefor could be less competitive

  • Revisiting this video to remind myself to be conscientious about what contains sugar, and to avoid.

You seriously look 35yo at the most, it’s amazing, I am 30….so….I wanna remain looking 30-35 for a while!:D

  • Linda is 74? That’s incredible her skin is taunt, not wrinkled. I’m going have to try unprocessed. I can afford the best food but the worst food is just more appealing sometimes
The 2nd woman looks in her 20s. Her skin is flawless.
I didnt watch beyond that so can’t comment on the rest.
I stopped watching when it got to OMG No waaaay are you that age..

  • Markus you have no laugh lines no droopy lips I am 39 years woman I have all these issues beside me trying to eat as healthy as possible.
Can you please help with this issue of mine.

  • Could you tell me how it is that I look 20 years younger than I am I’m 71 and look about 55 that’s what everyone tells me and I grew up on nothing but sugar I have to change my diet since then or at least in the last 10 years but I still eat some sugar which I’m trying to stop but how is it that I’ve stayed young looking I sure never ate healthy???? PS I don’t wear any makeup either at one time I wore some mascara that’s it nothing else I don’t know why Kara puts so much on her face I would like to see her with a bare face and no makeup I think she probably still look good but just saying

  • You can look at people from any race and find those that look younger and those that look older than their actual age. Certain races are not generally considered to look younger or older.

  • Thank you Markus & Cara, that was great! Your explanations are so clear, it really makes it easier for me to control myself & my diet towards optimum health! A good message needs repeating!

  • Because sugar is an oxidizer, have you ever seen a piece of fruit wither and rot, its the sugar. When you eat a lot of sugar you literally are oxidizing your cells. The only cure to make sugar harmless to you is insulin. Your body can only make so much insulin after a while you pancreas will be come inefficient and fail at its job.

  • I worked with a chinese guy in an office. He was 40 but looked 25. All the ladies working there were always asking him about his exercise and beauty regiment. Turns out he was a daily smoker and drinker. Its all genetics.

  • Gunning for EM!
“In the ED we see the most exciting 30 minutes of every specialty, then hand them off to the appropiate department”
I heard that once, and after i started volunteering during my 1st and 2nd year at my school’s hospital three times a week, i definetly share the feeling.

  • PEOPLE!!!
This video is saying the least competitive specialties!!! He is not saying that these specialties are the easiest to practice!!

  • One of the most important points is overlooked in this video that has some very good information. The nutrient density of the food is absolute KEY.
Eating plants and fruits that came from nutrient depleted soils is FAR DIFFERENT than eating NUTRIENT DENSE VERSIONS. Don’t let your eyes deceive you.
Where are you getting your magnesium to fire up your Mg-ATP? That’s right, your body doesn’t even recognize ATP as energy until that Mg is added. It isn’t in NPK fertilizer.
Where are you getting you copper from in order to activate your body’s MASTER ANTI-OXIDANT ENZYME CERULOPLASMIN (with FERROXIDASE function)? Not in NPK either!

  • The first thing I said when she said 74, was, WTF!!! I’m usually good at guessing ages but sheesh! I didn’t see that coming!
And that was an unwelcome hug from Pat.

  • Can you do something with laryngology? That’s the field I want to go into but I can never find videos about the program or any details. Thank you!

  • I love the way how you explain. I don’t know why there are some dick heads who are not agree with you.Anyway well done. Carry on with this

  • Those average salaries are quantifying salaries even lower than the average obviously.

In Miami, I know quite a few physicians who earn half of the average you state. Family physicians in Miami Florida earn 100 K and I know of one earning less than 100 K.

Kids better think twice about medicine before they rack up a debt load which their salary will not be able to pay for.

  • Am 52 years old. people say l look much younger than I look. I only eat once a day. at night I drink a glass of milk. I love eating nuts. I do sex 4 times a week.
Almost 30 years never been to a doctor or taking any type of medication

  • Thanks for sharing vital information with us. You truly care, Markus! I want you to know how mush I appreciate you. Your positivity and light radiate straight from your heart and it resonates and ignites others to remember that we were never designed to be sick and die an early death. • I’m a former nurse and have recently started an anti inflammatory diet. I’ve watched many videos and have to say your video was so engaging, and honest. The information you imparted was just wonderful. Thank you for the inspiration to learn more and grow younger!!

  • Great video, and super informative & true! I gave up all processed sugar in the 90’s (and hydrogenated oils) I have no cravings for it. (And I loved my sweets). Once you give it up, you will lose the addiction and lose weight.

  • Markus, I think that you are a wealth of imperative information! Jehovah God has designed everything that we need! Everything God gave us pure fruits and greens to eat!!! Jesus actually said in a scripture that he felt hungry and he wanted to eat some figs off a treejust figs! We need balanced diets! Xx

  • Peds & emergency medicine! so very interested in both. I love kids to the death of me, too adorable I love them so much. While emergency medicine I love a fast paced exciting environment where I have to use logic medicine and tools to help an individual in an emergency situation so they can survive

  • Sugar doesn’t age you what the heck we have to have sugar in our diets at some point. Also being vegan long term must suck. I can understand not eating animal products often but I mean at some point needing some kind of animal product sounds healthy to me. There is not one human on earth that is 100% healthy. I follow my plate and I couldn’t agree more with the food pyramid. Apples have a ton of sugar fruit has a ton of sugar, carbs turn into sugar once consumed.

  • We’ve all waited a long time to see this example. Hope you’ll think about barley because it’s powerful for good bugs and has a strange way of making you feel full longer than oats. Keeps you from wanting sugar. We need a way to eat it cleanly. You solved the phytic acid problem for me.

  • I know doing cardio while still fast it is a good idea. that’s what I do on an empty stomach in the morning. But what about lifting weights and if you’re lifting heavy and exerting yourself. What time of the day is best for lifting?

  • I just subscribe to your channel and Omg I’m so glad i found you guys!! You and your wife are the Best people out there.. (: you guys are motavating me to a hole new knowledge (: to continue healthy base of a plant bese diet.

  • I have to disagree with Anesthesiology here regarding competitiveness and having many open spots in the match. This year there were 2-3 spots in SOAP which were NOT in desirable areas or programs.

  • 19:13
Yes, this is too fun stuff, Markus! I like these videos that really lay out the nutrition knowledge in layman’s terms! Nutrition for Dummies! Like me!

I wish I had a coach or a mentor to help me learn all of this stuff! Trying to learn on my own is a struggle!

I need a Markus to hang out with for a couple of months! Or a support group for health and fitness, kind of like the Alcoholics Anonymous people have for staying sober!

  • This was really confusing towards the end, but clear in the beginning so I guess the conclusion is eating a lot of greens is fine not too much protein and not too much sugar at once.

  • Mark is the Truth, and you can jus look at the guy and see the lifestyle he looks like a 30yr old… This channel is the holy grail ☀️

  • I am now in medical school. Both my parents were doctor they were specialist. One Neurologist, and Nephrologist. So I want to be a specialist in oncology and Nephrologist
    Please advise.

  • To be fair, while I understand and respect trying to stay off this topic with the abundance of videos in your library, you know how ppl are. They will only see what they want to see (the recent) so please do consider for the sake of the uneducated or new to your channel to revisit when you feel like it needs to be revisitedbut u know keep it periodical lol.
With that said, THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU for this short but abundant video on sugarfor those who havent watched this is a must watch as it highlights more than just sugar but crucial functions of the body in response to foods as a whole.
Keep up the great content you two, I am blessed to have your channel to guide me into middle age and a healthier youthful energetic life into maturity.

  • Not True, Trump has allowed all this. The United States has been giving money to Wuhan China for year’s. They’ve been working on VIRUSES long before Obama. They wanted to shutdown the U.S. down when Obama was president with N1H1 and other viruses that he had to deal with but he did his homework and didn’t allow them to shut the U.S. down one day.
This is facts Mary. Trump has created this himself because he already tweeted that he is not leaving the white house if he is not re-elected again, stating that the virus was created by Wuhan China but Trump is using it to stay in the the white house.
He is the ONLY president who is capable of this atrocity.

  • Choose the speciality that you see yourself doing. You are happy in and see yourself waking up to go to work happy and feeling fulfilled for the next 25 years. All physician are very handsomely paid and it is well respected profession. Never make it about salary you will paid more than a senator.

  • I think its fun to talk about. I’m even taking notes! This is long overdue for me. I have not been great to my body. I intermittent fast, with one 24 hour fast per week(most weeks), eat no meat and lots of veggies, but lots of junk too. That ends now. Thank you so much for all of this priceless info.

  • So I know this video was about sugar but you seem to be down on carbs and beans and whole grains are full of fiber. And a good source of energy and nutrients. But many people lump those foods into the carb category and then people won’t eat them.

  • If you guys watch the film name Fork over knives on Netflix you’ll understand more of why we been following the wrong Foods which is the American diet is fake… the pyramid we been told to follow has been teaching us to get sick and die.

  • After watching this I have not had any candy or chocolate, only coffee since 5 days. I never could do it before. I am sure it is this video that helped me and it was easy. I have not had any cravings either. It’s incredible. I understood how to do it I knew it also before, I eat healthily and have seen many of those before, but some info was missing that I got here that made it easy. Thanks for doing just ONE more. It is the best one I have seen.

  • PM&R residency, Psychiatry and ER has gotten significantly more competitive. Particularly PM&R, the secrets out about the specialty, my PM&R friends love it.

  • But fructorians don’t juice fruits, they juice vegetables and drink carrot juice or spargus juice. Fructorians eat fruits as a whole.

  • PM&R is extremely underrated. In fact, the specialty is more high-tech than what is explained here. You have TONS of things to do (including injections and robotics) and you can pick whichever you want according to your interest. They deal with several human systems: musculoskeletal, neurology, and even cardiopulmonary system which is not mentioned here. Their patient ranges from babies to elderly patients. Their way of thinking is very different from other doctors, very patient-oriented and not just focused on “curing” the disease. Therefore, their relationship with patient is often great, not to mention their satisfaction rate of their lifestyle. It is truly a hidden gem that looks like a lump of mud for a medical student.

  • This explained so much I’m a sophomore in high school and everyone’s like what do you want to do, and I wasn’t sure what I wanted to do. First it was PT, then sports medicine physician, and then ER physician. I still wanted to be involved with sports medicine and I have researched and researched and couldn’t find out if an Er doctor that specializes in sports medicine was even a thing. Your video was awesome and explained so much!!

Also I always thought I had everything planned out and now I’m in high school and want to be in the medical field but have never taken any medical classes and I don’t have any room in my schedule while I’m in high school so if anyone knows if that would be a huge set back in the future that would be awesome to know!

  • I know you don’t like making these videos, but I really like them and learn from them, so here’s a compromise: make 1 series to go through everything in detail (using this video as a template) and make it fun! That way, it covers topics and also is enjoyable to make. I don’t want to get in the way of what you do you do you it’s just a suggestion for a happy middle.

  • Good video but PM&R is more that just modalities. It is not the same as PT. PT is just a part. Physiatrist use a combination of tools as OT, psychology, interventions and/or prosthetic. There are leaders trying to keep and preserve function in patients body:)

  • The only reason why I think I would survive medicine is because I been through it all..I been through a lot of shit in my life that anything that comes up will be not too bad..but I am just so lazy sometimes:( help!

  • Thank you for your effort and willingness to share your knowledge.
Originally fruits was more sour. Todays hybrid fruits are more sweet.

  • Just the opposite with men: i am dreaming of putting on those wonderful majestic wrinkles of an old man. I would be disappointed if wrinkles won’t come to me with age….

  • I’ve started intermittent fasting and cutting out sugar. I start eating at 11am till 7pm. However I’m drink warm water with lemon before 11am. Is this allowed or recommended? Even though its lemons I’m now concerned that it could contain too much sugar? Any suggestions?

  • nice summary of the previous videos. I like the scene because of the whistles of my favourite bird(which I also have no problem communicating with). Due to my kneecap problem running is out of question, and my aquaphobia prevents me from going down the pool. Still, due to advice of my physiotherapist, I took up cycling and managed to build up stamina to cycle from Bedok to Jurong Point and back, total time 7 1/2hr. Sleeping early is not possible. Truth is, my mind never rested, as i will even dream while closing my eyes for just 10 sec! Still doing my carb-free diet, and once in a while taking in a bit of rice but usually just 1 meal and 1 veg. Will see how I can include the oil in the menu, although this is the one thing I hated most.

  • I just found you todayloved this video and I am wondering are you familiar with Benjamin Greenfield? If you are not you should totally do a collab with him or go on his podcast. I think it would be a wonderful union since he covers very similar topics as you.

  • I’ve read a lot of the comments that only asian/black people can look young. Well, i’m 44 yo and my picture here is from a last hear. No filter. So…for me I follow my grandma suggestion. She told me: Don’t be too sad or too happy. All of the mood swings makes you tired. So just accept things with calmness…

  • the stigma against psychiatrists is there bc nowadays a lot of people will just stay “take x pill” for literally any mental problem

  • Real tips: you need to take the supplement MSM. You need to take Vitamin A for your skin and unfortunately you need to stop your piss poor eating habits.
