Scientists have now proven that when you manipulate sleep, you manipulate millions of variables in the body from hormones to central nervous system activation, memory and cognition, and, lastly stress hormone (cortisol) secretion and circadian rhythm. We now recognize that chronic sleep deprivation has a devastating effect on both mind and body. Deep, restorative sleep (called delta or slow-wave sleep) decreases in your late 40s, making nighttime awakenings more frequent. Working out more may help. Your muscles and tissues.
We’ve all been there. But a growing body of research suggests that your best bet is to sleep on it. That’s because sleep helps strengthen memories you’ve formed throughout the day, and links new memories to older ones. Some findings suggest that sleep can do more than strengthen memories: it might even help with problem solving and creative insight. Set aside no more than eight hours for sleep.
The recommended amount of sleep for a healthy adult is at least seven hours. Most people don’t need more than eight hours in bed to achieve this goal. Go to bed and get up at the same time every day. I know many of you out there have wanted to see a better world for humanity. When this crisis is over join me in improving the world by doing something for those around you not just yourself. What change is it that you would love to see happen? How can you help bring about that change? Eg: I would like to see us one day no longer have to pay for the basic needs of food, water, and shelter, but to do this in my current experience I need to start quite small. I plan to bake $50 worth of bread each month. that’s plenty of ingredients for me to not only have enough bread to last me all year, but plenty to share with our human family. I work nights. 6p-6a. I got up to let dogs out about 12:30. When I got back in bed, I tossed and turned. After about 30 mins I decided to listen to this. I have it saved on my phone. Idk when I went to sleep. But was able to sleep til my alarm went off at 3:45. Love listening to this.

When this works better than my Xanax and sleeping pills, he’s got a gift. There should be a mini juke box next to the bed, with customers being able to push a button to show which meditation to choose. Even better, get different lighting options plus aromatherapy. As the person finishes the meditation, have them choose ahead a white noise for the rest of the evening.

I love all your meditations and sleep hypnosis I listen to them every night this one is one of my favourites I love the combination of rain and music, sleep sounds are my favourite and especially thunderstorms so when I discovered this gem I was so excited. I suffer from insomnia due to anxiety PTSD and my agoraphobia and these help me get a good 3-4 hours but I wake up feeling like I have slept for much much longer as I have had such a deep sleep. Thank you so much. I saw comment earlier from someone saying you should get your own app I think this is an amazing idea as I’m sure millions of people would download it. Thank you again.

It says to use headphones but I don’t have them. Also it must be uncomfortable and impractical to have headphones in when trying to sleep. They must fall out too. Why headphones? Will we benefit without them please?

I’ve been doing this now for a few weeks and I’ve suffered for almost 6 years with pains no medication could appease but meditation and other tricks like pressure point stimulate has really helped and im almost pain free so thank you I have fibromialgia and other complications

Hi Sarah, thank you for your videos. They’re kind of saving me right now. I’ve been going through a personal tragedy and have been having so much trouble sleeping the past three months that my immune system has started acting up against me. So I noticed I went into some kind of zone(30 mins into the meditation maybe) two nights ago which was new to me so I got scared and woke up.my body was extremely relaxed but mind was super attentive. Last night, the same thing happened but I went with the flow and I had vibrations throughout my body and particularly in my throat. Should I continue with the meditation? Xx

If I don’t listen to guided meditations I cannot fall asleep. I would stay awake all night with my anxiety. On the other hand, if I listen to these and fall asleep I get nightmares, horrible horrible nightmares. Sometimes even sleep paralysis for a few seconds. I don’t know what to do anymore
I am very very new to this. Why whenever i start listening to this my leg starts itching, my finger hurts, i get too hot or too cold, my eyes burning, i start yawning like crazy or my mind starts going wild or some other little stupid thing happens…lol. is it normal? Or it just takes time and practice to be able to meditate like normal people

Just discovered this 4 days ago, and I’ve used meditation apps before ( Calm etc), but never have I woken up so rested and peaceful since listening to this. Wow.
The content is fine. The production is okay. I am extremely sensitive to plosives. Basically, certain consonant ending sounds are amplified by microphones in this audio that’s S & B. There’s just enough on this recording to keep me from relaxing. It’s often the difference between a recording studio and a home job. Usually, a foam can stop that.
I am playing this for my Mam as often as I can who has lung cancer(spread) I really believe there is power in these meditations to help heal ourselves. Thank you from my heart mindful movement please keep doing what you do it is so very much appreciated ❤ xxxxxxx

You guys are amazing! I’ve been struggling to sleep due to generalized anxiety, depression and add. I tried one of your guided meditations a few nights ago, fell asleep within 20min after the session started. Today, took a nap earlier and the same thing happens. I usually sleep with your weight loss meditation and last night I slept with this one. They are really working for me and I love your voice, btw. Today I received a text from a completely random person that follows me online and never talked to me before, that said: “About your body, everything there is beautiful, because everything that exists there is you”. I asked them “Hello?? Are you ok?” and they answered “Yes, so are you.” Just wow.
I tried several similar but found urs the best. The primary reason is ur voice which is clear, gentle and very soft, which is perfect when it comes to listening something just before sleeping. One does not hv to force to listen or understand what is been said. Bonus part is the music. Very very soothing. God bless you for this great service. I think the point of this, is to fall asleep, and to let his voice into your subconscious. I haven’t managed to get to the end of any of recordings, but have found myself having positive words come into my head, now and then, randomly, and I know that’s not the norm for me… So… Is something to it… I put my trust in him, and I am recovering slowly I think. Any progress is good.

I love all your meditations and sleep hypnosis I listen to them every night this one is one of my favourites I love the combination of rain and music, sleep sounds are my favourite and especially thunderstorms so when I discovered this gem I was so excited. I suffer from insomnia due to anxiety PTSD and my agoraphobia and these help me get a good 3-4 hours but I wake up feeling like I have slept for much much longer as I have had such a deep sleep. Thank you so much. I saw comment earlier from someone saying you should get your own app I think this is an amazing idea as I’m sure millions of people would download it. Thank you again.

It says to use headphones but I don’t have them. Also it must be uncomfortable and impractical to have headphones in when trying to sleep. They must fall out too. Why headphones? Will we benefit without them please?

I’ve been doing this now for a few weeks and I’ve suffered for almost 6 years with pains no medication could appease but meditation and other tricks like pressure point stimulate has really helped and im almost pain free so thank you I have fibromialgia and other complications

Hi Sarah, thank you for your videos. They’re kind of saving me right now. I’ve been going through a personal tragedy and have been having so much trouble sleeping the past three months that my immune system has started acting up against me. So I noticed I went into some kind of zone(30 mins into the meditation maybe) two nights ago which was new to me so I got scared and woke up.my body was extremely relaxed but mind was super attentive. Last night, the same thing happened but I went with the flow and I had vibrations throughout my body and particularly in my throat. Should I continue with the meditation? Xx
Your sleep meditation with the delta waves work the best for me. Keep’em coming. I’m going to listen to this again tonight. I have a job interview tomorrow, so I want to be very calm and communicative as possible. That starts with great sleep.

If I don’t listen to guided meditations I cannot fall asleep. I would stay awake all night with my anxiety. On the other hand, if I listen to these and fall asleep I get nightmares, horrible horrible nightmares. Sometimes even sleep paralysis for a few seconds. I don’t know what to do anymore
I am very very new to this. Why whenever i start listening to this my leg starts itching, my finger hurts, i get too hot or too cold, my eyes burning, i start yawning like crazy or my mind starts going wild or some other little stupid thing happens…lol. is it normal? Or it just takes time and practice to be able to meditate like normal people

Just discovered this 4 days ago, and I’ve used meditation apps before ( Calm etc), but never have I woken up so rested and peaceful since listening to this. Wow.
The content is fine. The production is okay. I am extremely sensitive to plosives. Basically, certain consonant ending sounds are amplified by microphones in this audio that’s S & B. There’s just enough on this recording to keep me from relaxing. It’s often the difference between a recording studio and a home job. Usually, a foam can stop that.
I am playing this for my Mam as often as I can who has lung cancer(spread) I really believe there is power in these meditations to help heal ourselves. Thank you from my heart mindful movement please keep doing what you do it is so very much appreciated ❤ xxxxxxx

You guys are amazing! I’ve been struggling to sleep due to generalized anxiety, depression and add. I tried one of your guided meditations a few nights ago, fell asleep within 20min after the session started. Today, took a nap earlier and the same thing happens. Also, the scripts have plenty of useful stuff to master by myself as well, and there’s alot of real practices even professionals give, such as anchoring with different entities, breathing techniques and such. Some people on their meditation videos have birds and ocean wave noises you might have some I don’t know this is the first one I’ve started to listen to and I just want to thank you for not having all that background noise even though I hear a little bit of music but it’s not enough to annoy me. I usually sleep with your weight loss meditation and last night I slept with this one. They are really working for me and I love your voice, btw. Today I received a text from a completely random person that follows me online and never talked to me before, that said: “About your body, everything there is beautiful, because everything that exists there is you”. I asked them “Hello?? Are you ok?” and they answered “Yes, so are you.” Just wow.
I tried several similar but found urs the best. The primary reason is ur voice which is clear, gentle and very soft, which is perfect when it comes to listening something just before sleeping. One does not hv to force to listen or understand what is been said. Bonus part is the music. Very very soothing. God bless you for this great service. All of a sudden these videos have just a blank black screen and are shutting off as soon as my screen times out. They used to have a scenic photo and would play til the end. Did I mess up a setting on my phone? Can anyone help me fix it?
Life has been full of negative thoughts and energy for me. It’s been very hard. Something brought me to this and I decided to give it a try. 12 minutes in I’m laughing with joy… the feeling I felt was like I had no worries like someone took all my pain away.

I had a disease called Subacute thyroiditis, I couldn’t sleep because of the pain every night. I found this video here, and there are other videos about healing body and mind in this channel. I listen to these videos every day before I go to bed and fall asleep. It seems that these videos have a power, I quickly recovered from my illness. Thank you.
I think the point of this, is to fall asleep, and to let his voice into your subconscious. I haven’t managed to get to the end of any of recordings, but have found myself having positive words come into my head, now and then, randomly, and I know that’s not the norm for me… So… Is something to it… I put my trust in him, and I am recovering slowly I think. Any progress is good.
