  • I need those sandwiches! yummm! I completely agree whole heartedly that sandwiches taste better cut into triangles! Why is that? It’s a mystery to me.

  • Just chop the cucumber into cubes, mix it with your favourite protein, add salt and a drizzle of olive oil, fresh leaf parsley, done. and, you won’t waste half the cucumber that way

  • thats a good sammich, but i propose some modifications, as follows: carve the cucumber even more so you get more space inside, then replace the turkey slices with bacon slices, switch the cream cheese for mayo, add a leaf of salad, add a chunk of chicken breast, then put the whole thing between 2 big slices of bread that you have fried a bit in butter. enjoy your cucumber club sammich:)

  • Wow! I’m game on trying this samwich, cucumber/cream cheese, chopped mint and butter but this is so foreign for me, nothing like a good ol’ baloney or pb&j samwich! XD But the upload was well done, keep up the IRIE work Chef Fernando!:)

  • Made this a couple of time so far, kinda messy, but so delicious. Would never have guessed this would be so good. The Herb and Garlic Cream Cheese is especially good on it.

  • What’s a good alternative for the cucumber? I think my braces will break if I bite down on it and I don’t want to use bread cos it’ll have a lot more carbs and mess up the macros

  • i am going to make these for tomorrow afternoon tea,,.. and my manservant is on vacation, so I have to make it myself, and my last manservant ran away with my silver plate also.
