Portobello and Black Bean Breakfast Burritos 4 large flour tortillas 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon olive oil 1 cup diced onion (from 1 small onion) 1 tablespoon minced fresh garlic 2 large portobello mushrooms, diced 3 tablespoons lemon juice 1 tablespoon brown rice miso paste 1 tablespoon hoisin. Portobello and black bean breakfast burritos Serves 4. Ingredients: 4 large flour tortillas 1 Tbl. plus 1 tsp. olive oil 1 cup onion, diced (from 1 small onion) 1 tsp. fresh garlic, minced 2 large portobello mushrooms, diced 3 Tbl. lemon juice 1 Tbl. brown rice miso paste 1 Tbl. hoisin sauce 1/2 tsp. kosher salt. For the Black Bean Filling. 1 tbsp. olive oil; 1 onion diced; 3 garlic cloves minced; 2 cups cooked or canned black beans drained and rinsed; 2 tsp. ground cumin; 1 tsp. ancho chili powder; 2 tsp. lime juice; 1/2 tsp. salt; 1/2 tsp. black pepper. Assemble burritos: Place 1 tortilla on work surface.

Add ¼ scrambled egg mixture, ½ cup bean mixture and ¼ cup cheese. To roll burrito, fold in left and right ends over filling. Then, holding the closed ends, fold tortilla. Ingredients.

10 large eggs. 3/8 teaspoon kosher salt. 2/3 cup part-skim ricotta cheese. 1 tablespoon canola oil.

2/3 cup refrigerated fresh pico de gallo. 2 Unit (15-oz.) cans unsalted black beans, rinsed and drained. 1/2 cup chopped green onions. 10 Unit (8-inch) whole-wheat tortillas. Spread on about a tablespoon of black bean mash and a tablespoon of harissa sauce onto each tortilla.

Then, add sweet potatoes, egg, a tablespoon of corn, a tablespoon of green chiles, and a tablespoon of chopped onion. Wrap like a burrito. To prepare the burritos: Spread about a tablespoon of goat cheese down the center of each tortilla. Top with a scoop of eggs, followed by black beans and sweet potato hash, equally dividing the ingredients between the burritos.

1 red bell pepper, sliced 2 jalapeños, minced I large onion, sliced 2 cloves garlic, minced 3 to 4 portobello mushrooms, sliced 1/4 t Himalayan sea salt 1 can (16 oz.) black beans, drained 1 cup cooked quinoa 1/2 cup chopped cilantro 1 T ground cumin. Assemble the burrito by pouring 1/2 cup sweet potato and black bean filling into the middle of a tortilla. Evenly pour 1 Tablespoon of salsa on top of the sweet potato mixture, and roll the tortilla into a burrito.

Once all of the burritos are assemble, heat a large skillet up over medium high heat.

  • I know you can exclude the chile but every freaking recipe Jamie and his friends always load on the chile! This dish is so overpowered by the chile that it has no taste but hot! Look at his partners first bite reaction! I look at Jamie’s dishes and exclude the chile every time and it makes the dish so much better tasting!
