Recipe: Slow Cooker Paleo Taco Soup 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil 1 yellow onion, diced 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 lb beef or chicken, ground 2 bell peppers, diced ½ c diced zucchini 1 15 -ounce can of diced tomatoes 2 tbsp minced canned chipotle peppers in adobo sauce (optional) 1 4.5-ounce can.   • This sounds delicious and would love try but my other half unfortunately cannot eat chillies, spice etc is there any alternative or would that change the flavour too much?

  • What your doing is great, but please, if your promoting healthy food it would be great if you used whole foods instead of canned food.

  • Not certain about the points made but,if anyone else wants to learn about fat loss cookbook try Ichordo Fat loss Fixer (do a search on google )? Ive heard some super things about it and my work buddy got amazing success with it.
