  • i think there is a place called twigs tavern and grille in rochester MN there is other things there to i will have to check if i can i do not know about the chain bit for all but i will send you what i can

  • I went keto and now I feel great and am the slenderest I have ever been since becoming a teenager!!
No sugar, No starch, nothing low-fat, no polyunsaturated “vegetable” oils really made from seeds and the weight simply melts away. Yes, bacon and eggs!!

  • They never get a diagnosis…They always think they are their own doctors! It is very rare to have ciliac Disease but apparently every fat girl thinks thats the problem!

  • Thank you for the video. I know this is for people with celiac but my so just got diagnosed with Chron’s disease & needs to go gluten free. I’m happy that I can still take him out to eat.

  • I’m vegetarian, not vegan but I’ll order the salad and ask for no chicken, hamburger crumble, steak, etc. whatever meat is in the salad. They’ll usually knock down the price since I’m getting it with no meat. Some fast food places will knock off 25 cents, others will knock off $2.00. And they’ll usually give me more veggies instead.

  • Vegan fast food, challenge me…there is no vegan options in fast food, or takeaway…all cooked in meat fat…do you believe, think, they are going to cook vegan separately………’

  • I’m still in high school and live with my parents so every time I try to go vegan or pescatarian they purposefully won’t buy things that work. I’m lactose intolerant and almost everything I eat makes me feel so sick. I was able to raw for three days and I felt amazing.

  • Did it occur to you guys how come a cardiologist shifts gears completely and becomes a writer on food and esp on a digestive problem and he has no idea what he’s talking about???!!!
Was he kicked out of practice or did he get involved w a law suit that ended his career for good????

  • This is one of reasons I rarely eat out, especially fast food. I’m not going to order a naked baked potato, a plain side salad and then be charged $5.00 +. Not gonna happen! I can have all that at home and still have a far more delicious meal for a fraction of the cost. I don’t trust fast food restaurants to be truthful. I have boycotted McDonald’s for 20 years bc they lied to vegan customers about what oil their french fries were cooked in. They SAID it was vegetable oil when in fact, it was lard! YUCK!!! Boo on you McD’s! And BTW, McDonald’s said their French fries are no longer made using lard, which they withheld that info from vegans. They are STILL lying! The fries are made using vegetable oil but, the seasoning they use on them has an animal based ingredient. You can do whatever you like…..I’m boycotting McD’s for the rest of my life. I don’t care if they have menu items that are vegan. When a company bald-face lies that their fries are vegan when they aren’t, how can I trust that they are now telling the “truth”? I can’t, because they are STILL LYING!!!!!

  • Chronic candida was also present in everyone tested for schizophrenia too. I had this fungus caused by antibiotics, too much sugar and stress. Symptoms of candida: bad depression and anxiety, white coating on the tongue, skin rashes, athletes foot and toe nail fungus, bad breath, leaky gut, hayfever, sugar and dairy cravings, many turn int alcoholics because of depression and sugar cravings. I too experience strange things like words popping into my head i was not thinking and the same song playing over and over in my head all night and sometimes day too, when i treated candida it went away, weired!

  • I have mostly given up wheat the other day I hat some flour tortillas seams every time I do wheat..tired and shaky there is another suspect for that so I cannot be sure…it is Kratom that I use for anxiety is also binds with opiate receptors so that may be the problem

  • Wheat free and sugar free for 15 days. My face has lost that inflated look of a ballon. Finally I’m able to see my face slimming down.
Knee and back pains have diminished and I can run down a staircase with so much ease.

  • Oh. You have to pay to see his recipes? Sites like Diet Doctor are free and have great low carb recipes. I was just curious if his recipes were low carb.

  • here’s another fast food vegan option! i work at domino’s pizza(ironically), and our crunchy thin crust is vegan! you can get that with regular pizza sauce in any size expect XL(ask for no cheese). the sauce has such a nice flavour you won’t even miss the cheese, load it with veggies and you’re good to go!

  • I wonder if these people that say we spray glyphosate all over the wheat realized what they are saying. I live right smack in the middle of kansas and farm wheat. Wheat is all around my house and have grown it since i could drive a tractor.. But ive NEVER seen anyone spray glyphosate on their wheat. Glyphosate kills EVERYTHING except genetically modified beans corn and a few other crops. So whyyyyy in the hell would you spray glyphosate on your crop!? Do they realize it would KILL the wheat!? Yeah theres is a very small part of wheat farming in the Dakotas where their growing season is so short they have killed it right before it ripens to speed up harvest but i dont even think its even a very popular practice. Like rare! Our wheat never gets anything sprayed on it other than liquid fertilizer. Not saying I dont agree with the whole grains and gluten deal but the glyphosate on wheat is silly..

  • Great video but luckily there have been some updates to a lot of chains menus. A lot of restaurants have since started making vegan and vegetarian options like Burger King, Carl’s Junior, Del Taco and Chick Fil A.
All have decent vegetarian options. I find as far as eating vegetarian goes sticking with Mexican restaurants usually allows me to get a lot of flavor, nutrition and variety while still sticking to the eating requirements I have.

  • That’s why when I go to restaurants I don’t really ever get gluten free pizza and stuff like that I just get a lean meat and vegetables

  • Thanks for telling me in n out has a gluten free menu!! I had no idea and its my fav fast food place. I cant eat gluten, soy or fry food and it sucks bcos when i do eat it my throat and my right earlobe feel discomfort. Btw, another place where they have a gluten free menu and bread is Denny’s and its delicious

  • So, basically Big Ag, & the processors, has poisoned our food. Sodium Azide, how do you know there isn’t just enough small residual in the processed wheat products, that also causes problems, which go undiagnosed?

  • If you guys are saying that your “digestive problems” went away overnight when you stopped eating wheat, how can that be and those who fictitiously claim all ills happen as an “autoimmune phenomenon”!!???
For everyone’s knowledge, autoimmune disease does not stop “overnight” and not even over a short period of time!!! This takes the whole theory up in the air and back in the face of its promoters including “Dr Davis”!!!
I hope he’s reading your comments and laughing at you for believing him and your taking the bait!!!

  • I wanted to like Magic Spoon but honestly it tasted terrible. The crunch was to hard and even if left for 30 min (yea i tried) your left with a feeling of eating legos. Seriously harsh. Then your finished with a bland flavor, not sweet. Hey i get it. Its trying to be different. Here is a thought. Just dont eat as much or any cereal. I mean i love a good bowl of Lucky Charms. But do i buy it? YES i mean NO. Definitely no…But when wait where was i going w/ this? Just pass!

  • If it’s American…you can bet it is some crap corporate processed meat altered to make the most profit at the cost of customers health.

  • The 7 Layer Burrito at Taco Bell fresco, add potatoes, red sauce, onions with Diablo and Hot sauce. My favorite when I have to resort to fast food in a pinch.

  • UNTIL I have listened to this man, I have struggled with this addiction… and TIS TIME now.. after having a mild stroke due to my RA, autoimmune disease.. thankfully I was able to have carotid surgery and saved my life..tis time to GET SERIOUS..this is deadly.. I want to see my grandchildren grow up IF POSSIBLE.

  • The more I hear about Vegan and the corners ya’ll cut with the diet the less I feel like it’s really that healthy. You allow cooked food and seeds like potatoes & beans on the diet.

  • At Red Robin you can get a lettuce wrap for your burger or chicken!!SO GOOD!! And Jimmy Johns is also GF you can get any sandwich in a lettuce wrap!!

  • I realize something I take a legal herb that connects with the opium receptors for anxiety. I couldn’t figure out why somedays it didn’t work.. I had a cheese sandwich the other night. the next day it didn’t work. then it clicked..today it was fine.. Could be that wheat is causing the anxiety.. going to do with out it for a while see what happens.

  • Sugar, wheat, ‘vegetable’ (processed seed) oils and rhubarb crumble (added oxalates, anybody?). The four most vile and disgusting entities ever to have existed on planet Earth.

  • Dr Davis in his own words in a candid interview (war on wheat) admits he writes because people like the way he tells his anecdotes and take the bait and make him rich and famous!!!
So you whiny kids keep his pockets fat and keep feeding this frenzy

  • Katie your actually the person to make me aware of gluten and it’s possible affects. I figured out I am gluten sensitive and I can not thank you enough. for the first time in years my joints don’t ache, I don’t get migraines, my depression has gone way down practically away, I have way more energy and other things I may not be aware of I’m sure. so with deep appreciation thank you Katie for bringing awareness and making my life better then I once thought possible. love the vids and the general attitude towards life you show.
trying not to get emotional, I love you Jesus loves you, Steve:D

  • Man, I can’t even have the fries at most places because they’re thrown in a frier that’s been used for other gluten containing foods like breaded chicken strips.

  • Interesting how the best company had all those food poisoning outbreaks in recent years. Panera would be my go-to so good to know they are second. Thanks for the information.

  • had joint and muscle pain in 7 years, took 4 meds and couldnt walk because of stiffness…listened to him on another site about wheat…2 weeks No wheat today feel great no pain no meds

  • A good talk undermined by the Luddite scare stories about caustic chemical used to cause genetic mutations and anti-GMO bias generally.

  • You mentioned Buffalo Wild Wings. I love my wings on my keto diet. Maybe you can do a video about better wing options? Or how to find better options local to us? Or recipe /cooking tips?

    Cool videos. Thanks for sharing.

  • Hey guys as someone who works at McDonald’s ask for the cooks to change their gloves because most the time they don’t change it and the fried onions are cooked in the same vat as the meat. So be warned.

  • I’d rather eat a banana to tide me over than any of that junk. Meat is so bad, especially processed, cancer causing. Why fast if you’re just going to then eat that.

  • Wonderful presentation, only note that Dr. Davis did this presentation in 2012. It is now established by many medical journals and doctors that gluten (a sticky protein) can bypass your gut and and present you with leaky gut that causes havoc. Yes, do enjoy your garden. Watch out for nightshades though. Peel and deseed your tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, squashes and avoid potatoes. You can pressure pot your tomatoes to use in salsas. I peel my tomatoes by boiling water and adding raw tomatoes for about 30 seconds then adding to a wonderful dark green salad. Soak beans and other legumes. Change water about three times then pressure pot them. Most lectins are destroyed this way. If interested check out Dr. Gundry’s books.

  • What’s wrong with gluten bread you human stick figure? Lol ‍♂️‍♂️ Calories in vs calories out.. you can eat chipotle all day but if you’re over your daily caloric maintenance = you’re going to get fat = I’m healthy

  • Antibiotics haven’t been given to chicken in this country for over 10 years. 100% antibiotic free is a marketing scam to make you feel good and charge more

  • During the first two years of being vegan I ate from a few of these places except McDonalds. Overtime these foods nearly killed me. Much of this food is processed. I had to go thru a healing process..these foods wrecked havoc on my gut. So, I am now preparing all my meals fresh from scratch. Research all ingredients in these processed foods and you would be blown away!

  • Panera now has a vegan filter on their website menu so you can see there are a couple soups, sandwiches and salads to choose from. A big improvement from before!

  • It’s funny that she mentions sugar so much but never mentions fat. Like that peanut butter spread. Jeez. Remember fat is the most energy dense macromolecule at 9cal/g making it more than twice the cal/g than protein and carbohydrates. That’s really what you want to be weary of.

  • A chain of restaurants in Wisconsin called “Culvers” has a gluten free option. I have a gluten sensitivity.

Craig and the crew get it done for me.

    Tell’em “Jake” sent you.

  • I think it is a matter of location.
In India, the McDonald’s there is divided into two sections: the vegan/vegetarian/plant based side and the meat (chicken) side.
In Puerto Rico, Burger King sells 10 piece chicken with tostones.
Over here where I live, Burger King sells veggie/vegan burgers. (Although the fries weren’t that good the burger was really good)

Overall, the best way to find out wether or not is to go out there yourselves and find out.
I was so so surprised when they had a veggie burger in Burger King it felt surreal

  • Can Freedom of Information Act shed some light on questionable food? After seeing this, it might be time 4 me 2 be a vegetarian

  • Because you mentioned the makeup on your brow area, I stared the entire time to the area. I see it is actually a frown line. Sorry. I have OCD and couldn’t stop trying to figure it out.

  • So this gentleman is really talking about current wheat being modified genetically therefore we aren’t getting the real benefits from natural/original wheat. So I’m assuming that the ancient grains such as spelt, kamut etc… Should be fine fine? I’ve been eating them for years now and I feel awesome

  • i’m a huge fan of panera. go there weekly, usually for the greek quinoa salad, but sometimes the beef or tuna sammich. good stuff. i always thought taco bell is sketch af, but sometimes ya just gotta, lol. surprised about mcdonalds though. wendy’s with their “never frozen” beef is interesting. dunno why never frozen is such a big deal. whatevs.

  • In & Out & Carl’s Jr. Are the best meats in my opinion. And it’s easy to order protein style (lettuce wrap) Delicious

Oh and I forgot, The Habbit is also good meat.

  • Just because a bunch of pigs on a farm have MRSA and the people who work with them do, too, doesn’t mean that if the pork from those pigs is ingested by humans that people will contract that virus, nor does it mean that you’ll develop resistance to the antibiotics that they receive. Surely, there must be one or more objective study out there that makes the connection that you hypothesize.

  • I have no kitchen and have to eat out instead. In order to keep the cost down I find supermarkets that have hot food sections. I get semi-home cooked meals for less than half of what eating out costs. I can have a roasted turkey dinner for the same price as a burger and fries at a fast food place. Metropolitan market is my go-to on a daily basis.

  • I want to make gluten free bread but don’t like nut flour as find it drying, is millet flour safe to eat or not? a bit scared to try this stuff after healing a leaky gut and candida. I love this doctor, so great to find some good ones out there!

  • Thomas DeLauer, maybe you should do a little more home work before you talk about an industry. As someone in the cattle business on a daily basis for a life time your comment about the beef industry are just incorrect. I have enjoyed your videos until now, I’ll be getting my information somewhere else. Your viewers come from all walks of life maybe think about that.

  • What about 5 guys and in n out?
And btw chick fil a pumps there stuff with soy! It use to be my go to till I found out about the soy.

  • A Whopper taco is the best. Throw the bottom piece of bread away and fold up the Whopper like a taco and make sure you don’t know what her mayonnaise. We lived on these things when they were 99 cents

  • I wasn’t clear what scale the ratings were out of and why 4.4 was highlighted red. Looking it up, apparently Zagat adopted a 1to 5-point rating scale in 2016 in place of their 30-point scale for each component. I don’t know what the red highlight indicates.

  • Eh I dunno about Waffle House. I don’t feel super confident about eating there. I go there with my family and I only get the hasbrowns (bc I cant have eggs) and I’m like PHEW lucky I dont get sick bc when I watch they WILL GRILL TOAST on the grill for some orders and they dont really do any cleaning of the grill. so…

  • I’ve become a huge fan of intermittent fasting since I started 5 months ago but there’s one problem. I have a terrible smell from my mouth which I didn’t have before. Can it be the consequence of autophagy?

  • Off wheat for two weeks now. No withdrawals whatever, belly getting smaller, mind clearer, more energy with less sleep needed, digestive system working better. I look forward to the next few months and more changes to come.

  • My sis has celiac disease and I wanna find places to go for her, also anyone that’s gluten free, GO.TO.SALATA. It’s really healthy, gluten free, and there’s dairy free options too, and it’s so delicious!! I hate salad, but they’re salad is really good!!

  • PF Changs has a gluten free menu. Boston market’s poultry gravy is gluten free. Nothing Bundt Cakes has one of the best gluten free cakes.

  • We Italian eat grains from ages and we have the lowest % of obesity in the western world and one of the blue zones…tired of people that sell books with sensational titles….more science please

  • Not all of the fries are actually vegan, they often make them with animal grease, thats why they actually taste so good and make you addicted.☺️

  • We eat at old Chicago, Pie five and at Wendy’s the chili passes my gluten detection service dogs check as long as you dont get any cheese on it!

  • it always amazes me how the Bible is quoted but the message of the Bible is ignored. Adam and Eve were whole food vegetarians. There is no mentioning of hunter gathers in Genesis the The diet in the garden of Eden was fruit and seeds and people lived for hundreds of years even after sin changed the paradigm to include the herb of the field. evolution and creation don’t mix with me.

  • So happy you made this video! My boyfriend and I are going on a 13 hour road trip in a few months and I’m an ethical vegan, but I like to stay healthy too.

  • Ivor Cummins and David brought me here. Dr William Davis is wonderful. Grateful he decided to heal people instead of cashing in on conventional recommendations.

  • was eating panda express while watching this, had a rude customer service experience because I forgot my mask… This video on top of that ensures I will not be returning. From now on it’s either #Chipotle #PaneraBread @ChickfilA

  • Coming from a farmer family we have been growing wheat for hundred of years and also been eating too all our lives. We don’t have any allergies, cancer, or any other health issues at all..We are not fat! maybe we don’t use any chemical spray on our food but then I visit America. I learned most of food in America is so bad and unhealthy. And also first time I ever heard “Gluten Free” food. So problem is not a wheat but chemicals you spray and genetic food.

  • Anybody who thinks is having problem from wheat or any food product, simply stop it and stop nagging about it like little children.
This is not the first and certainly not the last food that some people have problem with!!!

  • Thank you!!! You just saved my life! I recently found out that I am gluten intolerant and I thought I would have to say goodbye to fast food but Red Robin can be my friend! Yyyyaayy! I’m doing it! I’m so going to keep going!!

  • You and I actually went to a Red Robin together once in like 2010 or so. Haha. Found this video totally by accident searching for gluten-related stuff

  • All I know is that when I have quit grains, I have became much prettuer. My face have became much more beautiful and skinny. And I are healthy, whole grains, gluten free grains as well!

  • Thanks for this video I am intolerant to gluten and I thought I had to give up fast food, but so glad that I actually can eat at a few places without having to worry

  • Sometimes just removing gluten is not a cure all as a leaky gut and low vitamin levels is a huge possibility as we are all deficient in magnesium, selenium, iodine. Vit D in the UK is another one! Many may feel not all symptoms go away and fatigue, allergies like hayfever and arthritis pain is due to a leaky gut so L -Glutamine for 2 months will heal a leaky gut and bone broth too! Dr Sircus has great info on why we need to take magnesium, selenium and iodine and even bicarbonate of soda.

  • Hi Katie! I have a pretty severe gluten allergy. Sweetgreen, Tasty Burger and B.Good are also good options for us GF people. Their food is great and I don’t get sick when eating at those places. If you find yourself near one of those chains and you haven’t tried them yet, you should.

  • Taco Bell Power Bowl veggie HOLD: cheese, sour cream and avocado ranch but keep fresco and guacamole. I get this all the time and LOVE it. It’s my GO TO fast food plant based meal that’s FILLING. I always get 2.

  • Yes! Omg this was so helpful! my husband was just diagnosis with celiac disease and is tired of chicken and misses having “soft” breads…lol if you find any more restaurants please share! I asked McAllister and they said they were but have not yet tried it.

  • Your pushing that processed cereal company as your sponsor! The stuff is loaded with sunflower oil “PUFAS” which are extremely detrimental to human biology and health! Come on Thomas don’t sell junk for $$$. Most your sponsors are legit and I respect that. Also respect your hard work on these videos.

Guess ya gotta make some bank HRT ain’t Free

  • ‘Institute for Human and Machine Cognition’??? Ummmm……this gave me pause. Why is such a group hosting this? I’m on-board the no wheat train though…no grains necessary. But the IHMC???? Weird.

  • Better choices
    1. Chipotle
    2. Panera
    3. 4 way tie (Burgerfi, Chick-fil-A, Subway, McDonalds)
    4. Wendy’s
    5. Taco Bell

    Bad Choices
STAY AWAY FROM THIS MEAT AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE LIST
Starbucks, Burger king, Domino’s, Applebee’s, PizzaHut, Sonic, Olive Garden, Buffalo Wild Wings, Little Caesar’s, Arby’s, Dairy Queen, Jack in the Box, Chili’s, IHOP, and Panda Express.

  • I’m gluten free & dairy free (celiac), can’t eat soy products… and I don’t eat meat. Sooooo, you pack a cooler full of things you’ve prepared when you go on vacation. As for travelling to other cities, I’m taking my chances. The best places to shop when I was abroad were grocery stores. Health food stores didn’t even have much. I pretty much forget eating out.

  • The apple pie at McDonald’s is vegan. Which goes great with coffee. Breakfast idea tip. But, their fries are not vegan. Other pies in the market that are vegan are Sara Lee’s frozen apple pie and Krispy Kremes cherry pie. Burger Kings fries is the only vegan food they have.

  • The only one of these 5 places you mentioned near me is Red Robin. There is a Chipotle in Boston but I live 45 mins away and don’t have a car. We have a Moe’s.

  • Thanks for this. On the lighter side, I figured out how to eat delicious food in a gluten intolerant world Instant gluten! Glutens are nasty little animals and we should make them extinct but they are SO delicious! Please check out my video: https://youtu.be/3K7aMHWRgUM
    Thanks,

  • Right around the 5 minute mark he mentions EINKORN, an ancient wheat. Coincidentally, I recently came across a company named Jovial Foods that has reintroduced that wheat in their products. I am not interested in trying it since I have been on a Keto diet and OMAD for a few years.

I may try a carnivore diet soon and see how I feel on that. We have gotten so far away from our ancestral diets that it’s no wonder so many are fat and sick. BTW, this doctor doesn’t look all that healthy to me. But just my opinion. Interesting presentation nonetheless.

  • Please don’t eat Pigs they are smarter than dogs. I know they taste good but Its almost like canabulism(sp) they are that smart.

  • pretty often they are preparing their gluten free options using the same utensils, oils, counters, bowls, etc that have touched their other products. those suffering from celiac disease really need that extra step and care in preparation.

  • Was wheat free then couldn’t get my alternatives due to pandemic. Feeling lousy…put on weight. Disabled, over 65, no longer drive. Depend on delivery services for just about everything. Glad this popped up in my feed. Followed years ago but fell out of touch. Subscribed now. Easier than following by email.

  • My only issue with Chipotle is that they cook their chicken/beef in olive oil. Which increases inflammation? I am trying to limit pork and chicken consumption because of the Omega 6 profile. What about Five Guys?

  • I notice right off that this man has a double chin and a sweaty pale complexion. I’m trying to keep an open mind but I can not find a talk he gives where he has anyone to debate his claims. All the claims within the comments of better digestion, BP, cholesterol, blood sugar and weight loss I have obtained eating plant based with huge amounts of wheat and grains of all kinds including white bread, white rice and pasta. The Doctors promoting plant based eating do not agree on every detail but they show up in forums and site study and evidence. Doctor Mcdoogle, Joel Fuhrman, and many others are lean and fit. I would like to see this guy sell his theory with his shirt off. LOL

  • I had a pyeloplasty, basically an operation because of hydronephrosis of my right kidney…urether was too narrow. Both my kindeys are working fine after surgery. But scared of Stones.

    Is keto right for me??

  • Going gluten free appetite has reduced or should I say ‘returned to normal’ and I was a compulsive eater,
Skin is smooth, hands with arthritis feel better. Yes I am having cornflours etc and gluten free bread and pasta but at least I am not having wheat.

  • Thank you so so soooo much! I have been sick for a month and we didn’t know what was going on but recently I found out i have celiac and it has been so hard to adjust so this really helped!❤️

  • How can it be vegan when its been cooked on the same grill as the meat or fried in the same oil as meat products sorry but this is a fail.

  • Hi,

A few months ago, I had * x the third guy in my life I wanted to marry, and now I have herpes. I couldn’t believe it because he wasn’t a random guy, he’s a guy I had as a friend, but it’s been an endless nightmare ever since. I have always believed in God and asked him for forgiveness, which is ironic.

I felt like I was killing myself by learning to have a husband and family, it would be quite difficult and I felt like I wasn’t in the room when people were talking. I didn’t know what to do, and every day I pray and pray to God for help and look at my family with such love and the feeling that I have let them down, even though they don’t know it. Until God leads me to DR. IZAZA online, which promised to help me cure my disease through herbs. At first I didn’t believe him, but to my greatest surprise I was treated with whole herbs, which the doctor also verified that I had been cured. Special thanks to DR. IZAZA.

Don’t be discouraged, because the one who did it for me will do it for you and you can contact him via his e-mail address ([email protected]) or send him to the phone number WHATSAPP +2348103355314

  • If you are a proper vegan….get a chemistry food test kit, it’s expensive, but samples…if foods you are told are meat free…you will be horrendously fucked….there’s no fast food vegan…

  • It is weird seeing this now. With in last two years there are so much vegan and vegetarian options coming to fast food. From Taco Bell to Burger King. Even Panda Express is trying more plant based options. I’m excited to see what will change in a year from now.

  • Today I was diagnosed with celiac disease and thanks to this video I can kinda figure out what I can eat at my favorite restaurants thanks!

  • Can I just have the list? I didn’t learn anything.. break it down faster.. less talking please. As you mentioned the restaurants why not mention a rating?

  • Believe it or not that’s what Ive been looking for plant based fast food joints. But she pretty much subbed up everything in her first minute answering all my curiosity.

  • The Waffle House thing isn’t a good idea if you’re really sensitive to wheat (like allergic to wheat as well as gluten) because cross contamination on the grills. They never clean them. Denny’s is good though.

  • LISTEN….you criticise “lectins” and then at marker 4:29 you give a list of foods good for you, and yet some of those foods you recommend contain, YES YOU GUESSED IT “LECTINS” So I see double standards here!

  • There is no such thing as a “vegan” fast food restaurant. In FACT, any restaurant that serves anything but NON-organic plant based food is not vegan. This comes from my 15 years of working in kitchens. Eventually, EVERYTHING gets cross contaminated in some way with meat and/or dairy products. Guaranteed. So if a restaurant serves meat it cannot be vegan, vegetarian options perhaps at best, but not vegan. i don’t care what dieticians or doctors say. They want to make money from your illness and obesity, i don’t give a fuck if you wanna kill yourself with fried chicken like a moron. i’m just giving you all the straight facts. There’s always a “Johnny” on the line. And Johnny doesn’t give a fuck which spatula he uses during a Friday night dinner rush or that he just repositioned a steak on one plate then prepared your side salad by reaching into an insert with his meat juice covered fingers. Get the picture? Not vegan.

  • I have magic spoon ads on my Netflix for months but I didn’t try them until you mentioned them. I’m glad I did! Seriously good stuff!!!

  • Not hard to determine. Go to a livestock auction i have. He is what I have seen. McDonalds buys all the worst looking sickly cattle. No lie. Who buys the highest quality meat? Dog food companies. LOL! No lie. Wendys buys the better quality meat as a whole out of mcd, burger king and Jack in box. So there you have it. Chow down with your dog

  • Wheat which is in the grass family can only be digested in ruminates most humans has a gluten intolerance to today’s wheats eat it if you have 3 to 4 stomachs,my opinion avoid it if you want good digestion

  • Freddie’s and smashburger also offer vegan patties (black bean). Goodtimes in Colorado offers a Southwest veggie burger and the green chile is vegan (505 brand). Del taco is gearing up for their launch of vegan/vegetarian tacos on 4/25 (skip the cheese on the tacos).

  • I was diagnosis with Celiac Disease and here is a good web site about being Gluten Free. https://celiac.org/
    Also check out Subway Restaurants.

  • Nearly 4 years of living gluten free, changed my life forever. I have been bothered lately by products containing glucose, glucose is made from wheat and barley. That crap will kill you. Beware, I’m not sure when sugar was replaced with glucose-fructose in pop but they did that. Why???

  • If you would be kind to download the app EATWISE GLOBALLY, and review GF restaurants, that would be helpful. This a crowd-sharing app for people to input dietary restrictions/preferences and allow users to find safe places to eat! Thank you. Available on apple and android…in English, Spanish, and French! https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/eat-wise-globally/id1462019126?mt=8

  • Please consider all the GMO micro-organizisms like yeast, dairy cultures and rennet as well the entire lose of soil health (good micro-organizisms missing) which make incomplete proteins. All of which are imflamatory.

  • 36:53 Guessing those Twizzlers are lollies… that are full of sugar. Of course that’s going to encourage over-eating. Sugar is also in everything (to make you eat more of it).

  • New note: they’ve added starbucks peanut butter packs with no added sugar and one is NOT honey so it is vegan. It’s not super sweet, but I’ll sprinkle a little raw sugar or stevia on it.

  • subway heads up! at least where i’m from, the 9 grain wheat bread CONTAINS HONEY. so if you’re religiously vegan (☺️) you may want to avoid that! however the Italian, Hearty Italian, Roasted Garlic, Sourdough, and Wraps are actually vegan

  • FALSE. ALL of these meats are from feed lots. ALL Proof: Contact ANY of these businesses and ask for the address and contact info. they get their products from. The conditions, feed and processing is unsafe and inhumane. They ALL have medication injected in the animal. The FDA does not care.

The color, design, location, of all of these buildings and advertisements is pure marketing. Not healthy by ANY means. You want safe, real and healthy meats? Raise the animal yourself or buy local from a trusted and transparent source. Angus, cage free, organic, vegetarian, gluten free, natural, etc, are all marketing words and phrases. The FDA does not care and will work on shutting down natural farmers and their meats, dairy, fruits and vegetables. Shop, support and buy from local farms, filter your own water. Or…become a cancer statistic and support the pharmaceutical industry like the FDA does.

  • Dr Essystyn was a cardiac surgeon at the Cleveland Clinic and he began treating his patients with a high carb low fat diet and it was successful…..more so than by pass surgery. The Cleveland Clinic is the number 1 heart clinic in the world and they use a high carb diet…..not a bad recommendation.

  • Thank you so much for telling me about Red Robin I looked on their website and it says they have a fryer dedicated to french fries!!!!!! Hell ya! Oh, and btw, Arbys has a really good Farmhouse Salad with Carved Turkey and Bacon gluten free!:)

  • Nice approach to gluten free. At least I have a better shot since February last year at avoiding gluten with the gluten testers out in the market. Makes my day, and the day after dining out.

  • Ok in the thumbprint bottom lf corner is In N Out. CLICK BAIT! The only fast food I’d consider and Thomas, you dont mention it. if anyone is interested in a better explanation of fast food effects, watch High Intensity Health “Virus test comes w/ Mcdonalds happy meal”

  • Great video…..all we need to do is find god replacement as most of us will miss bread, Keto bread is good. Fat is not the killer. You need to be careful also about foods with high pesticides in them, my video on the “top ten dirty foods ” covers this!

  • As a researcher I am disgusted by all this superficial information that people spread without any consideration for the human being

  • At taco Bell you can make any menu item vegan by subbing whatever meat 2 beans rice potatoes or black beans and also asking for it fresco style with me to replace all dairy options with pico de gallo so like nacho cheese sour cream are sauces all of that can be replaced with pico de gallo when both of these are of no charge

  • Anecdotes don’t make science or medicine!!! I had shoulder pain same as anybody else and it went away without medicine only with time!! I cut out nothing in my diet, lost no wt and even gained some wt, and I never whined and never read others’ stories!!! Just plain old resting the inflamed joint and allowing it to heal naturally.
People nowadays have no patience and no faith in their own body or in themselves and want a straw to cling on to say it saved them!! They want a quick fix!!!What a time we’re living in!!!!
Too much quackery and paranoia and mistrust!!!

  • I eat whole wheat all the time, at least daily and I’m 73. I’m on a whole food plant-based diet and I look a helluva lot better than this pudgy doctor does. I think he’s promoting BS to make money without any real evidence or even good reasoning.

  • Chick-fil-a has grilled nuggets and gluten free waffle fries! When you tell the cashier they will flag your order as gluten free so there is no cross contamination!

  • thanks.
P.S I came here cause I’m working on a mega video like this, but i will focus on “funner” foods (e.g. Subway’s new Beyond Meat 12 inch VEGGIE meatball sub) while mentioning how veggie protein is more healthy/environmental/humane/economical, and I’ll show famous people who agree n support that, etc.
Click my sub n bell icons but be patient, I’m busy, so this long video can take around a year maybe.

  • Let me tell you something people. I stopped eating all refined wheat products (white flour) and white foods ( rice) for one week and I lost 12 lbs. It is very addicting and inflammatory. It is in cereal, cookies, zucchini breads, fig newtons, croutons, bread crumbs, doughnuts, scones, pies, cakes, muffins, sandwiches, etc. You get the picture? It is in almost everything!!! Combine that with what they do to fatten up animals for slaughter, is it any wonder why so many people are fat?

  • am a follower and am quite certain that you have some wonderful answers to a whole slew of significant medical problems. Thank you for your information. At 76, I lost 20 pounds in 2 months and am aiming for lots more. But I was wondering if your plan could have a impact on periodontal disease which is causing me to have 6 mm pockets in some of my rear teeth. I had surgery on them 25 years ago, and don’t look forward too a replay.

I realize that lowering sugars must help, but is there any other thing in your plan that might me. Thanks a lot.

    Dan Feldman

  • Thank you, I really enjoyed this presentation and will be making some serious changes in my diet as a result. FYI, for anyone concerned with the inflammatory effect of grain products you may be interested to know that our immunizations have two forms of aluminum and mercury in the form of thimerosal as adjuvants. Each of these substances are neurotoxins. Pharmaceutical companies stirred these substancesq into the broth to cause an inflammatory response at the time of immunization. The purpose of creating an inflammatory response is their belief that it provides a greater immunity from the viral fragments in the immunization. The amount of virus present in each immunization can differ a great deal. The basis or result of auto immune disorders is inflammation. My daughter had respiratory distress after her first flu shot then spent the day in the emergency department receiving IV steroids, Benadryl, IV epinephrine and inhalation therapy. She now has asthma. She also has MTHFR gene defect & cannot metabolize folate and other B vitamins. Synthetic B vitamins are in every enriched grain product.

  • It’s bacteria—not people!—that become resistant to antibiotics. The effect of consuming antibiotics in food is populational, NOT individual.

  • It’s too much headache trying to restrict yourself from eating damn near everything on the menu just to stick to your vegan ideals YOLO

  • I started the ketogenic diet 1.5 years ago, which means no wheat or any other grains. I have no more back or knee pain (after years of chronic pain, and thousands of $ spent on chiropractic care). I sleep MUCH better. I lost 15 pounds of belly fat, effortlessly. I don’t even car about calories. I eat as much as I want.

  • I just stumble on this article, and i also thought like this Dr, but learn that its not wheat what is the problem, but first of all its instant yeast, and high fructose corn syrup. Again i am writing this on my own experience i did on my own body. I came from Europe in 1994 and at that time i was 30 year old and my weight was only 110 lb and my height is 5’9. In first 6 months i gain so much weight eating how i was eating back in home. My weight went up to 164lb. I tried diet high protein low carbs, nothing, ate lots of veggies not so much fruit still couldnt lose weight. Also i need to add i do not exercise in gym, i am not big fan of gyms. I love my garden i do my home work cleaning house work. But after i learn about HFCS that this could be a problem i start buying things what had no HFCS in it. My weight went down to 125 lb only in 1 year. I do eat now bread and pasta and everything what does not have corn syrup. I bake my own sourdough bread and bake once a week some sweets but here in USA sugar is used way too much in baking sweets. I dont have any health issues and now i am 55 year old. I am going through hormonal changes, but i am still 130lb.My grand daughter 3 year old love sourdough bread and no complaints there. What i believe from my own experience that wheat as i first thought was the enemy for me its acctually not
