  • i think there is a place called twigs tavern and grille in rochester MN there is other things there to i will have to check if i can i do not know about the chain bit for all but i will send you what i can

  • I went keto and now I feel great and am the slenderest I have ever been since becoming a teenager!!
No sugar, No starch, nothing low-fat, no polyunsaturated “vegetable” oils really made from seeds and the weight simply melts away. Yes, bacon and eggs!!

  • They never get a diagnosis…They always think they are their own doctors! It is very rare to have ciliac Disease but apparently every fat girl thinks thats the problem!

  • Thank you for the video. I know this is for people with celiac but my so just got diagnosed with Chron’s disease & needs to go gluten free. I’m happy that I can still take him out to eat.

  • I’m vegetarian, not vegan but I’ll order the salad and ask for no chicken, hamburger crumble, steak, etc. whatever meat is in the salad. They’ll usually knock down the price since I’m getting it with no meat. Some fast food places will knock off 25 cents, others will knock off $2.00. And they’ll usually give me more veggies instead.

  • Vegan fast food, challenge me…there is no vegan options in fast food, or takeaway…all cooked in meat fat…do you believe, think, they are going to cook vegan separately………’

  • I’m still in high school and live with my parents so every time I try to go vegan or pescatarian they purposefully won’t buy things that work. I’m lactose intolerant and almost everything I eat makes me feel so sick. I was able to raw for three days and I felt amazing.

  • Did it occur to you guys how come a cardiologist shifts gears completely and becomes a writer on food and esp on a digestive problem and he has no idea what he’s talking about???!!!
Was he kicked out of practice or did he get involved w a law suit that ended his career for good????

  • This is one of reasons I rarely eat out, especially fast food. I’m not going to order a naked baked potato, a plain side salad and then be charged $5.00 +. Not gonna happen! I can have all that at home and still have a far more delicious meal for a fraction of the cost. I don’t trust fast food restaurants to be truthful. I have boycotted McDonald’s for 20 years bc they lied to vegan customers about what oil their french fries were cooked in. They SAID it was vegetable oil when in fact, it was lard! YUCK!!! Boo on you McD’s! And BTW, McDonald’s said their French fries are no longer made using lard, which they withheld that info from vegans. They are STILL lying! The fries are made using vegetable oil but, the seasoning they use on them has an animal based ingredient. You can do whatever you like…..I’m boycotting McD’s for the rest of my life. I don’t care if they have menu items that are vegan. When a company bald-face lies that their fries are vegan when they aren’t, how can I trust that they are now telling the “truth”? I can’t, because they are STILL LYING!!!!!

  • Chronic candida was also present in everyone tested for schizophrenia too. I had this fungus caused by antibiotics, too much sugar and stress. Symptoms of candida: bad depression and anxiety, white coating on the tongue, skin rashes, athletes foot and toe nail fungus, bad breath, leaky gut, hayfever, sugar and dairy cravings, many turn int alcoholics because of depression and sugar cravings. I too experience strange things like words popping into my head i was not thinking and the same song playing over and over in my head all night and sometimes day too, when i treated candida it went away, weired!

  • I have mostly given up wheat the other day I hat some flour tortillas seams every time I do wheat..tired and shaky there is another suspect for that so I cannot be sure…it is Kratom that I use for anxiety is also binds with opiate receptors so that may be the problem

  • Wheat free and sugar free for 15 days. My face has lost that inflated look of a ballon. Finally I’m able to see my face slimming down.
Knee and back pains have diminished and I can run down a staircase with so much ease.

  • Oh. You have to pay to see his recipes? Sites like Diet Doctor are free and have great low carb recipes. I was just curious if his recipes were low carb.

  • here’s another fast food vegan option! i work at domino’s pizza(ironically), and our crunchy thin crust is vegan! you can get that with regular pizza sauce in any size expect XL(ask for no cheese). the sauce has such a nice flavour you won’t even miss the cheese, load it with veggies and you’re good to go!

  • I wonder if these people that say we spray glyphosate all over the wheat realized what they are saying. I live right smack in the middle of kansas and farm wheat. Wheat is all around my house and have grown it since i could drive a tractor.. But ive NEVER seen anyone spray glyphosate on their wheat. Glyphosate kills EVERYTHING except genetically modified beans corn and a few other crops. So whyyyyy in the hell would you spray glyphosate on your crop!? Do they realize it would KILL the wheat!? Yeah theres is a very small part of wheat farming in the Dakotas where their growing season is so short they have killed it right before it ripens to speed up harvest but i dont even think its even a very popular practice. Like rare! Our wheat never gets anything sprayed on it other than liquid fertilizer. Not saying I dont agree with the whole grains and gluten deal but the glyphosate on wheat is silly..

  • Great video but luckily there have been some updates to a lot of chains menus. A lot of restaurants have since started making vegan and vegetarian options like Burger King, Carl’s Junior, Del Taco and Chick Fil A.
All have decent vegetarian options. I find as far as eating vegetarian goes sticking with Mexican restaurants usually allows me to get a lot of flavor, nutrition and variety while still sticking to the eating requirements I have.

  • That’s why when I go to restaurants I don’t really ever get gluten free pizza and stuff like that I just get a lean meat and vegetables

  • Thanks for telling me in n out has a gluten free menu!! I had no idea and its my fav fast food place. I cant eat gluten, soy or fry food and it sucks bcos when i do eat it my throat and my right earlobe feel discomfort. Btw, another place where they have a gluten free menu and bread is Denny’s and its delicious

  • So, basically Big Ag, & the processors, has poisoned our food. Sodium Azide, how do you know there isn’t just enough small residual in the processed wheat products, that also causes problems, which go undiagnosed?

  • If you guys are saying that your “digestive problems” went away overnight when you stopped eating wheat, how can that be and those who fictitiously claim all ills happen as an “autoimmune phenomenon”!!???
For everyone’s knowledge, autoimmune disease does not stop “overnight” and not even over a short period of time!!! This takes the whole theory up in the air and back in the face of its promoters including “Dr Davis”!!!
I hope he’s reading your comments and laughing at you for believing him and your taking the bait!!!

  • I wanted to like Magic Spoon but honestly it tasted terrible. The crunch was to hard and even if left for 30 min (yea i tried) your left with a feeling of eating legos. Seriously harsh. Then your finished with a bland flavor, not sweet. Hey i get it. Its trying to be different. Here is a thought. Just dont eat as much or any cereal. I mean i love a good bowl of Lucky Charms. But do i buy it? YES i mean NO. Definitely no…But when wait where was i going w/ this? Just pass!

  • If it’s American…you can bet it is some crap corporate processed meat altered to make the most profit at the cost of customers health.

  • The 7 Layer Burrito at Taco Bell fresco, add potatoes, red sauce, onions with Diablo and Hot sauce. My favorite when I have to resort to fast food in a pinch.

  • UNTIL I have listened to this man, I have struggled with this addiction… and TIS TIME now.. after having a mild stroke due to my RA, autoimmune disease.. thankfully I was able to have carotid surgery and saved my life..tis time to GET SERIOUS..this is deadly.. I want to see my grandchildren grow up IF POSSIBLE.

  • The more I hear about Vegan and the corners ya’ll cut with the diet the less I feel like it’s really that healthy. You allow cooked food and seeds like potatoes & beans on the diet.

  • At Red Robin you can get a lettuce wrap for your burger or chicken!!SO GOOD!! And Jimmy Johns is also GF you can get any sandwich in a lettuce wrap!!

  • I realize something I take a legal herb that connects with the opium receptors for anxiety. I couldn’t figure out why somedays it didn’t work.. I had a cheese sandwich the other night. the next day it didn’t work. then it clicked..today it was fine.. Could be that wheat is causing the anxiety.. going to do with out it for a while see what happens.

  • Sugar, wheat, ‘vegetable’ (processed seed) oils and rhubarb crumble (added oxalates, anybody?). The four most vile and disgusting entities ever to have existed on planet Earth.

  • Dr Davis in his own words in a candid interview (war on wheat) admits he writes because people like the way he tells his anecdotes and take the bait and make him rich and famous!!!
So you whiny kids keep his pockets fat and keep feeding this frenzy

  • Katie your actually the person to make me aware of gluten and it’s possible affects. I figured out I am gluten sensitive and I can not thank you enough. for the first time in years my joints don’t ache, I don’t get migraines, my depression has gone way down practically away, I have way more energy and other things I may not be aware of I’m sure. so with deep appreciation thank you Katie for bringing awareness and making my life better then I once thought possible. love the vids and the general attitude towards life you show.
trying not to get emotional, I love you Jesus loves you, Steve:D

  • Man, I can’t even have the fries at most places because they’re thrown in a frier that’s been used for other gluten containing foods like breaded chicken strips.

  • Interesting how the best company had all those food poisoning outbreaks in recent years. Panera would be my go-to so good to know they are second. Thanks for the information.

  • had joint and muscle pain in 7 years, took 4 meds and couldnt walk because of stiffness…listened to him on another site about wheat…2 weeks No wheat today feel great no pain no meds

  • A good talk undermined by the Luddite scare stories about caustic chemical used to cause genetic mutations and anti-GMO bias generally.

  • You mentioned Buffalo Wild Wings. I love my wings on my keto diet. Maybe you can do a video about better wing options? Or how to find better options local to us? Or recipe /cooking tips?

    Cool videos. Thanks for sharing.

  • Hey guys as someone who works at McDonald’s ask for the cooks to change their gloves because most the time they don’t change it and the fried onions are cooked in the same vat as the meat. So be warned.

  • I’d rather eat a banana to tide me over than any of that junk. Meat is so bad, especially processed, cancer causing. Why fast if you’re just going to then eat that.

  • Wonderful presentation, only note that Dr. Davis did this presentation in 2012. It is now established by many medical journals and doctors that gluten (a sticky protein) can bypass your gut and and present you with leaky gut that causes havoc. Yes, do enjoy your garden. Watch out for nightshades though. Peel and deseed your tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, squashes and avoid potatoes. You can pressure pot your tomatoes to use in salsas. I peel my tomatoes by boiling water and adding raw tomatoes for about 30 seconds then adding to a wonderful dark green salad. Soak beans and other legumes. Change water about three times then pressure pot them. Most lectins are destroyed this way. If interested check out Dr. Gundry’s books.

  • What’s wrong with gluten bread you human stick figure? Lol ‍♂️‍♂️ Calories in vs calories out.. you can eat chipotle all day but if you’re over your daily caloric maintenance = you’re going to get fat = I’m healthy

  • Antibiotics haven’t been given to chicken in this country for over 10 years. 100% antibiotic free is a marketing scam to make you feel good and charge more

  • During the first two years of being vegan I ate from a few of these places except McDonalds. Overtime these foods nearly killed me. Much of this food is processed. I had to go thru a healing process..these foods wrecked havoc on my gut. So, I am now preparing all my meals fresh from scratch. Research all ingredients in these processed foods and you would be blown away!

  • Panera now has a vegan filter on their website menu so you can see there are a couple soups, sandwiches and salads to choose from. A big improvement from before!

  • It’s funny that she mentions sugar so much but never mentions fat. Like that peanut butter spread. Jeez. Remember fat is the most energy dense macromolecule at 9cal/g making it more than twice the cal/g than protein and carbohydrates. That’s really what you want to be weary of.

  • A chain of restaurants in Wisconsin called “Culvers” has a gluten free option. I have a gluten sensitivity.

Craig and the crew get it done for me.

    Tell’em “Jake” sent you.

  • I think it is a matter of location.
In India, the McDonald’s there is divided into two sections: the vegan/vegetarian/plant based side and the meat (chicken) side.
In Puerto Rico, Burger King sells 10 piece chicken with tostones.
Over here where I live, Burger King sells veggie/vegan burgers. (Although the fries weren’t that good the burger was really good)

Overall, the best way to find out wether or not is to go out there yourselves and find out.
I was so so surprised when they had a veggie burger in Burger King it felt surreal

  • Can Freedom of Information Act shed some light on questionable food? After seeing this, it might be time 4 me 2 be a vegetarian

  • Because you mentioned the makeup on your brow area, I stared the entire time to the area. I see it is actually a frown line. Sorry. I have OCD and couldn’t stop trying to figure it out.

  • So this gentleman is really talking about current wheat being modified genetically therefore we aren’t getting the real benefits from natural/original wheat. So I’m assuming that the ancient grains such as spelt, kamut etc… Should be fine fine? I’ve been eating them for years now and I feel awesome

  • i’m a huge fan of panera. go there weekly, usually for the greek quinoa salad, but sometimes the beef or tuna sammich. good stuff. i always thought taco bell is sketch af, but sometimes ya just gotta, lol. surprised about mcdonalds though. wendy’s with their “never frozen” beef is interesting. dunno why never frozen is such a big deal. whatevs.
