Look for a popular weight loss methods called Custokebon Secrets (do a search on google). Thanks to it I’ve lost lots of fat. • Anyone tried the Custokebon Secrets? I’ve heard several incredible things about it and my sister lost lots of weight with Custokebon Secrets (look on google search engine).

  • This is good for delivery drivers btw. I have back issues but I also drive for work and your videos are so on point every day it’s like I’m Truman in the Truman show some days.

  • Hi guys, thanks a lot for your videos they are really amazing. I have a question please I’m in so much pain right now. I had 2 disc herniations and I did surgery for one they said the other one doesn’t need because it is not causing pain. Few months after the other one started to cause pain and sciatica it was a bearable amount, could walk with a cane etc (old one couldn’t even walk with cane). So i followed your McKenzie method videos and all the sciatica was gone! I only got back pain after walking for a while. Suddenly, a few days ago my pain level shot up and today I am at a point where turning is painful, coughing is painful, everything is SO SO painful! And the sciatica is there but not toooooo strong. i want to know please what happened?? What can I do? I was doing much progress with McKenzie but now it hurts too much to do what I was doing almost effortlessly last week!

  • I don’t like games. I just like to watch YouTube videos. The only exercise I get is to the Shopping Centre and back. Sorry Dear Margaret I don’t have anyone showing me how to play those games and how to access them. I have Chinese friend that I didn’t like how she is obsessed with games.

  • American Mah Jongg is so much more than tile matching. It is not what is on your site, which is simple matching. There is a lot of thinking and planning involved and requires learning the new card of hands each year. There is a big difference between Chinese Mah Jongg, with no card and American Mah Jongg. Great game requiring memory, and tactics.
I still love Backgammon, and Scrabble. All very social and fun.

  • Loved this video esp the past where he said “how you do anything is how you do everything”. My fav tip was brushing with opposite hand. It was just brilliant. Needless to say all the other tips were fantastic too. xx

  • Just a personal observation as a “senior,” is that these (for those who are restricted or perhaps sedentary senior or not) could be done 3 x a day (at least, depending on one’s situation) and that could be very beneficial and decent low impact exercise, in my opinion. Maybe you don’t concur, but I am going to add it to my daily routine for leg circulation ( I have mild CVI in my right leg due to trauma), and staying loose otherwise!

  • I sense another scam routine here… Ive already had to jump thru 3hoops just to get here. Im sure at some point with this money will be required at one step. Jeez I learnt that quick.

  • Yes, I too am guilty of jumping through diet plan to others as well, I do believe that I need to have tested every single weight loss method that was available, but eventually not one of them helped me to lose and maintain the weight off. I ended up trying for the very last time with the Custokebon Secrets because my cousin who told me great things about it and so far to date I’ve effectively dropped 17 pounds in 3 weeks!

  • Write down dreams, brush teeth left hand, make bed, breathe, count things that money things can’t buy grateful, brain tea journal, run, rebounding, brain powder smoothie avocado blue berries, read a book a week. Brain friendly start to each day. Cold face splash.

    2. Make your bed.
    3. Drink lots of water.
    4. Brush teeth with opposite hand.
    5. Deep breathing exercise.
    6. Tea.

  • I have this problem of thinking all about information. Like very random things e.g. The string theory, math, accounting, politics, and investigating crimes inside my head and more forensic pathology stuff. This all happens at night and before I knew it, it’s almost three in the morning. Can someone help me to stop that habit?

  • Simple to understand..Practical, direct, and easy to get done. Beautiful and clear voice. No choreogrphy to confound elderly.. I am 70 and English is not my mother language, and understood all you explained. Thanks,

  • Thanks Jim, when I was sharing with a friend two days ago about how learning actually retards aging because I listened to you a year ago, I remembered how not subscribing to your channel was a gold mine I left behind in my success journey. That’s just the way I put it…thank God I’m back this time to the most out of your teachings

  • 1 year ago when I first saw this video, I thought that this routine was very difficult, but now I realized I pretty much do all of them.

  • I’ve been deprived of a good sleep ever since I reached my adult life. This sleep program has demonstrated me good results even on my very first Seven days of usage. I believed there is no solution to this ailment I have got. I thought acquiring 8 hours of sleeping is unattainable to achieve. The treatment about how to remedy insomnia is definitely impressive. It reveals various reasons and a method for several circumstances of insomnia. It has a lot of solutions or ways for you to select from. I researched Google and found this guide on a website.. • Instructor assumes that the participant can do 10 sit to stand exercises with arms crossed. My quads are very, very weak and I can only do about 4 reps without tilting and straining. Why do some instructors use a base 10 number all the time? How about 7 or 9?
The video should also show a front view of the participant doing this exercise.

  • hey,if anyone else wants to discover exercise program for seniors try Loctavan Senior Fitness Strategy (should be on google have a look )? Ive heard some decent things about it and my buddy got great success with it.

  • what kind of book do we have to read like any restrictions is there
like I am a student so if I read my coursebook…. Is it beneficial reading coursebook or not??
And if not then what kind of book do we have to read

  • Maybe this would be good for someone in her late 80’s or in her 90’s. I am only 70 and hike regularly and take yoga classes so it was boring and not challenging at all. Also I don’t have a theraband. I am looking for something less demanding than the HIIT for younger people but still challenging for an older person.

  • Your model looks to have some serious issues with her neck, including the neck going forward excessively, and compromised posture at that level. I found myself worried about her, while doing these exercises, to be honest.

  • i have moving disability. calcium deposited in my hips joint,so it fixed
i sit on high chair,it has long back support and shoulder rest (handle),tell me upper body exercises that i can do. I cannot move by my own, stand with someone’s support and can’t move my legs

  • If you wish to slim down, you should check out Custokebon Secrets on google. They’ll make it easier to get the body you should have.

  • Hi, my Mum isn’t quite this able. She’s 86 and has had several strokes which have affected her balance and mobility very much. She was able to do the seated ones, and she may be able to do some of these, but not the first one getting up and down from a chair 10 times. Do you have any slightly easier standing exercises videos that last about 10 minutes?

  • This is a horrible display of beginning to stand on one leg without support. No!No!NO! A good starting point would be using both chairs for support and hold stance on one leg for 3 to 5 seconds. 30 seconds is a very advanced move and most seniors with balance controls issues cannot stand on one leg unsupported for 2 seconds.

  • I really like these habits! I do stretches every morning definitely hydrate, just need to work on the journaling again. Thank you for your inspiration.

  • 1 dream remembering
    2 make bed
    3 water hydration
    4 brush teeth opposite hand
    5 breath
    6 brain tea
    7 graditude journal
    8 brain smoothy
    9 exercise
    10 reading 20 to 30 min

I can’t believe i done all them from memory using the journey to ur office you taught before
    Bridgekill ANTs
    Elevator exercises
    Hallway brain nutrients
    Closet positive peer group
    Receptionist clean environment
    Fish tank sleep
    Door brain protection
    White board new learning
    Bonzi tree stress management

Also its amazing that before i couldn’t remember now its i can’t forget
    Fire hydrant hydrogen
    Balloon helium
    Batteries lithium
    Barrel beryllium
    Board boron
    Dimond carbon
    Knight nitrogen
    Ox oxygen
    Toothpaste flourine
    Sign neon

I also used a journey i take to remember all the chapters in order of a book and as i mentally walk through its like all the notes and key ideas and concepts of each chapter appear to me. So i would just like to say thank you so much and i know one day we will meet and it would be so impressive if you remember my name. To help you remember just think of Frosties cereal commercial that has Tony the Tiger saying ” they’re great”

  • I watched your video with the gentleman doing sitting exercises and they were nice and slow great for people who haven’t exercised in ages. Then I watched this video and I felt rushed doing the leg exercises. I had to stop looking at the woman exercising because she was throwing me off. Your instructions and her motions didn’t jive.

  • Good information you are provided, Are you looking for the elder care services? I suggest you Heritage Medical Centre it provides you best health care services for your loved elder one.

  • The first exercise (a chair squat) is excellent, but the demonstrator didn’t follow the spoken instruction “scoot to the edge of the chair”. It is important to sit near the edge, not fully on the chair. This makes it easier to rise, which means that elders will be more likely to do the exercise on their own. Even this first exercise alone, if actually taught to elders, could prevent many falls.

Please add some exercises using stairs.

These are EXCELLENT exercises for preventing falls!

  • Not certain about the points made but,if anyone else needs to find out about how to cure panic attacks and anxiety try Loctavan Amazing Simple Stress Strategy (do a google search )? Ive heard some great things about it and my work buddy got cool results with it.

  • Thank you so much! I teach a combination yoga and dance on chairs for seniors. Your clear directions, noting the muscles involved, and adding timing is immediately going to upgrade my class! We all thank you!

  • Some of these were very easy for me, but I was surprised that I really needed the balance practice, Thank you for posting this series.

  • Gradual build up of muscle strength. Easy to follow. The shoulders to neck to top of head and chin positions need to be relaxed. Enjoy the whole body when exercising,. This can help to flow the energy. Clear demo. Alternative, Hover hands over a counter top or table doing the balance exercise. Help your balance to get better rather than challenge. Halfway tandem is good, one foot, beside, your other foot. Simple routine, will bring well being…. just “do”…..

  • thanks good advice awsome video please and more brain food for us who cannot eggs meat fish because of iodineand not alges, seafood as choclate, flaxseeds, chia tofu nuts greens fruits that i read is good for the brain. Please let these videos coming, I did that and was successful and then my stepfateher, my ex husband and others.I was too beautiful they said and ruined my face too rich and then they ruined my economy too succesful at work and tried to destroy it etc etc.I got stolen, violated, they destroyed my family, lost my home.etc etc
