I would not personally recommend multi-vitamins to everyone. If you have a high dietary variation, you are probably getting most of your vitamins already. And some vitamins can be harmful in too large a dose. The most common side effect of a vitamin overdose is nausea. It’s far better to find out what you’re deficient in, try to fix that in your diet, and if you can’t, then add specific vitamin supplements.
