  • I think you can still eat the foods you love and get in shape. It’s called a carb confusion diet. Where you shred fat and gain muscle while eating foods you love and doing less cardio.

  • what’s your opinion on plant based protein? you think it makes much of a difference in terms of effect to have plant based rather than whey?

  • The demographic watching this program (mom’s or people 50+) probably look at creatine as a steroid so I don’t find this surprising.

  • this is funny…”11% contaminated with stimulants” no shit sherlock pre-work supplements will have caffeine..but nope gotta make it sound extra dangerous for the news..fucking idiots..

  • 7:11 committed to a diet of junk food This reminds me of that one video from bodybuidling.com where they say that gummy bears are a great post-workout food, in which the “actor” is seen eating gummy bears with mad intensity

  • Will I loose hair if I take creatine as my dad is bald and i heard if u have genes of a bald person u will lose hair if u take creatine

  • Lifestyle…from 14-40 range dramatically.
Make sure that your not taking supplements believing “an increase in supplementation makes up for a lack of time”…big waste of money!
… however, supplementing to “enhance your precious time to train”…
“It’s necessary for any long term (lifetime) success!”

  • this is exactly the video and honesty i was looking for, i am not ready for supplements. thanks for your help on a path to a better way to get where i want to go.

  • Do you really need something, which will play with your natural brain chemical system, I mean this is just too much. Do not smoke, it’s not good for brain, no mater how cool they show weed smokers in the media, it’s all propaganda by evil medical system, make you sick first and them make money from you for medicines. Choice is yours.

  • I’m 17 and have a very strong body and weigh 200 pounds but I been trying to lose weight and gain more muscle. This is true everything about this video is true. For every teen out there do what this guy says. It is true my mom feeds me good and very good. Don’t take the extra crap they are trying to give you. Teens we are strong and naturally have a ton of hormones that allow us to build a good body type. Keep it going and stay strong. #CLEANBUILD

  • Check it out. Its seems creatine helps kids with ADD. Perhaps Rx2 could be given at a younger age? Here is the article: http://www.primarilyinattentiveadd.com/2011/04/creatine-for-inattentive-add-and-adhd.html

  • I’m fifteen and totally agree I was gonna buy supplements like this because I seen my older brothers doing it my brother told me not to and helped eating healthy and nutrition. Subscribed

  • Bruh u do realize that some ppls cultured don’t have foods with every single nutritional values they need. This video is so flawed bro. Ur protein powder is shit first of all I’ve that and bruh Gold Whey is better. Some of us teens go to school and do after school school stuff for college resumés and we don’t have time to eat a good nutritionally balanced meal. Some teens’ parents don’t have time to go grocery shopping every week for vegetables and shit. It’s more convenient to just get a whey a protein. And I’m not saying supplements are the shit either. Obviously they aren’t as good as actual food but now a days ppl don’t have time on their hands ESPECIALLY high school and college students

  • Hello there, have you considered Custokebon Secrets yet? Simply just do a google search search. On there you will find a great suggestions about how exactly you can lost lots of weight. Why don’t you give it a shot? maybe it will work for you too.

  • I love how they didnt even have a fact or reason why protein could be bad for kids. I also love how they said that protein is a gateway to roids.

  • I’m 13 and 234 pound I use 50g of Protein 3 times a day no food that’s for wimps and I have only had about 4 strokes I think it’s going well.

  • It’s crazy how they’re all okay with everyone eating junk food but when they want to get fit and want to have a protein shake to help replenish and recover muscles after exercise, they’re all saying they shouldn’t!

  • Tip guys organic plant protein for anyone from the age of 11-17 creatine and whey is unhealthy for anyone including teens that are still developing puberty wise

  • THE FACT THIS MAN SAID FRIKING DING DONGS MEANS THIS GUY HASN’T LITERALLY NOT TOUCHED JUNK FOOD IN 2 YEARS. LEARN FROM THIS GUY. HIS BODY IS PROOF OF HIS STRUGGLE AND PROGRESS.

  • My mate laughed when I told them I was gonna reduce weight with just implementing Custokebon Secrets, but after I showed them extraordinary effects right after I used it they are begging me to share with them about it. Of course I won’t let them know the details about this diet plan, hahaha

  • When you ‘train’ every day; you don’t have the money nor the stomach to purchase and eat these boring foods. It’s expensive! Whey protein power is a supplement. For those who don’t know what supplement means, it is something you take as a extra to help you so you could achieve your goal. (and we are talking bout dietary goals aka macro’s). So whey protein powder is Whey extracted from milk and converted to power. Then used to not replace your diet but use it as a supplement to your diet. This has nothing to do with anabolic steroids or calories intake. It just helps you reach your macro

  • bro these boomers are getting to my head, I’m 15 5″10 67kg and trying to build muscle and lose fat, is whey protein okay for me to take?

  • With the right diet, none of those supplements are needed until your age starts to interfere with absorption. If you’re 19 and loading on supplements, you’re wasting your money. I trained 6 days a week in wrestling and judo, squizing in gym workouts from 17 to 21 and ate relative crap (compared to my immaculate diet now). Full 8 pack shredded 180 lb 6’2 frame. Now at 37 I work out 3 days a week and run 3 days a week and it’s all downhill:(

  • Creating and Protein shakes are great for a developing body. Proteins have amino acids and taking them directly will help your body use them quicker for better muscle growth.

  • Jeff, what is your opinion on CAFFINE FREE bang energy?

I sometimes use that as a creatine supplement for working out, mainly because it seems to work for me, but is it actually healthy? Should I be using something else?

Please note, I’m asking specifically about the one with no caffine. I do not like the idea of 300 mg of caffine in my system before or during, or after workouts. I’ll stick with 0 caffine.

  • Hey Jeff what do you say to the guy (me) who has trouble with nutrition? I have a six pack and a put on muscle pretty easy (115-150 in 6 MO) but I hate cooking and when I get bored you’re right it’s easy to just grab a pb cookie. I’m working on having better discipline but sometimes the cravings get to me and I pig out. I feel like because I don’t see what it does to me I don’t understand how bad it is idk. Anyone’s advice is welcome!

  • Hi Jeff. I personally think that your videos are very helpful and inspire for people who really want to get in shape and get results, are very professional, and very detail. I honestly would like to work with you guys, that’s a passion of my life, I love fitness, sports and dancing, all that have a relationship. I wish you all the best and bless for you, your family and your team.

  • The only people that will know if L-Glutamine is working for them is if they are suffering with a Leaky Gut So constant diarrhoea, food intolerances, runs after drinking milk, no lacaste enzyme. lower back pain.

  • Hey new subscriber here I’m 15Yo and I’m so skinny I started pushup and situp can I take mutant mass I really want to gain weight I eat a lot but still skinny please reply help me

  • but what about people saying guys under 18yrsold must not take any whey-creatin supplements? what about that? I am 17 yrs old and I will be 18 in March,I like working out but I dont eat enough to get mass, when I started looking at supplements everyone told I should not get because im still in growth!

  • yyeeeahhhh, no, sorry.
Guys, you need none of that shit, but if you wanna get into supplements, the only 2 things you should
focus on are protein powder and creatine, the rest is a waste of your money as long as you eat healthily.

These kind of videos are disgusting, oh wow what a coincidence that these supplements are all from his sponsor
and he tells you that you need them.

Disgusting practice to get young teens to buy your sponsor’s stuff so you get money.

  • what people don’t understand if a person is on the bigger or taller side may not get enough protein in their food. Protein should not even be coming in tablets but in powder form.

  • Does this apply to 14-19 teenagers girls?? I´m 16 and I´m struggling if I should consume creatine or not…. (you know because of hormones, complexion, fat %, body development, etc) and all the “intern” factors and stuff happening at this ages… don´t know if i explained myself but…. help please

  • pure protein does not contain any dangerous substances. label protein under supplement makes protein power sound toxic by claiming supplement is steroids by showing off drug pills. this is just disinformation and a medieval propaganda. in the medieveal times they would say the power was the work of the devil and that it contained demons. its the same scare propaganda back then as today, only the language is different but the meaning is the same. pure protein power is perfectly healthy and increase sperms production and fertility. it also help produce antibodies agains cold. the body is made of mostly protein. many people don’t get enough protein in their bodies and can get muscle pain. protein power can help reduce this pain. just be aware of the fake products that pretend to be real protein power that can be dangerous. make sure you have a reliable supplier before using the power.

  • If i choose to consume my creatine thing Post-workout, should i keep consuming it post workout or is it fine for me to use it as a pre workout from time to time as well?

  • Great review!! I’ve started a CANNABIS REVIEW CHANNEL in KOREAN. To educate and eradicate social stigma with weed in Asian communities.
    HAPPY PUFFING

  • Did you also have narrow shoulders in your teenage years bc thats what im dealing with tried hitting the lateral delt and lats and not getting wider

  • This is really cool but you know what is even much better pain killer than CBD? KRATOM
And if you have tried kratom already, it was probably farmed kratom, and there is a HUGE difference between farmed kratom and wildly grown kratom. And here in Indonesia is a project called Borneo Energy that supplies only the wild grown original kratom, more than recommendable. You can find the websites on www borneo (dot) energy

  • I would not personally recommend multi-vitamins to everyone. If you have a high dietary variation, you are probably getting most of your vitamins already. And some vitamins can be harmful in too large a dose. The most common side effect of a vitamin overdose is nausea.
It’s far better to find out what you’re deficient in, try to fix that in your diet, and if you can’t, then add specific vitamin supplements.

  • It’s all breeding, and breeding this hempy hay “bud” is a travesty to a thc lover. I’m sure they get ripped off a lot more often now that this garbage cbd fad is in stores on every corner. It’s like popping a 12-yr-old aspirin for a headache.

  • I am 29, I am starting to take whey protein now. I am very regular with my workouts and I eat healthy. Can I just continue this supplement forever? Or is there a time or age I need to stop at?

  • As specialist, I believe Custokebon Secrets is actually good way to lost crazy amounts of fat. Why don’t you give it a chance? maybe it is going to work for you too.

  • A-Z Multivitamins
    Glucosamine and Fish oil.
    Whole foods. Meat/veg/eggs/oats/fruit
    Coffee.
    The odd serving on pre-workout.

The rest is bullshit, what I noticed is most guys with shitty physiques take the most supplements. FACTS.

  • So I used to box so I was always trying to stay lean and fit but I’ve started trying to build muscle. I have 3 high protein/calorie meals a day and for after the gym, my protein powder with some things I add to it like oats. I also have pre workout. Sound good?

  • WTF is this, I’m vegetarian so meeting my protein intake is very hard with veges. so I I’m planning to buy some whey, but everybody are against me, and they said it’s not for teenagers. smh

  • What exactly is Custokebon Secrets? How does this thing really work? I notice a lot of people keep on speaking about this popular fat burn diet plan.

  • I am 14, and working out to gain weight/muscle. My mother is very supportive of it, but she doesn’t want me to take supplements. She suggested blending banana, peanut butter, and unsweetened almond milk. Not only is it safe, but it’s healthy and delicious. That’s about 300-500 calories added to your meals. I am also exercising. Hopefully I see results. I am going to be in Highschool in a few weeks, and on the dance team. I’m not confident being a weak twig and dancing. Have a blessed day! ♥️

  • Jeff you need to get back to normal body fat levels like in this video! You look so much healthier man. Too low body fat just makes you look aged and worn out.

  • Oh man, this only came out a year ago and it’s already outdated. I love that we have more in depth research on the cannabis plant now then we ever had

  • Can someone tell me,if I’m bulking or just normally working out and taking whey or creatine, what happens if after few months I keep working out,but stop putting the protein supplements in my shakes?

  • I’m 14 and really want to get muscular, I was wondering since this video is about not taking supplements, is it still OK to take pre and post workout and Omega 3’s

  • The thumb nail is wrong more CBD the more “slumped” you are and more THC the more”hyped” you are.
“This comment was based off of research from google” please do your research before you comment or make yt thumbnails

  • Very informative. It makes me wonder though. Say you injested some high THC edibles and got too high, would vaping CBD help alleviate the side effects? Since its reaching the brain faster than the THC is presumably then it should ‘jump the queue’ to brain receptors. Albeit there may not be many left after such a influx of THC that would cause the mal effects but I don’t know how long the chemical process is before the receptions become free to mingle again..

Anyone care to SCIENCE this shiz for my lazy self and other peeps who may have thought the same thing?

  • Im 16
Im 6’0 and I weigh 167 lbs and I wanna try to lose weight but also gain muscle too

  • Hello there, have you thought about this diet plan known as the Custokebon Secrets? My sister says it helps people lost lots of weight. Is that possible? I also heard many great review relating to this diet plan. Thoughts?

  • Most of the time back then even when i woke up in the morning i still have a little hang over from smokinga thc strain. Then that means smoking cbd strain will remove that little hang over?

  • This magical plant should never have been made illegal anywhere on our beautiful planet!?! If there is a god he or she put it here for us all to use!?! Sure tobacco should be illegal absolutely everywhere!?! It’s madness really!?!

  • Question about IsoPept, and protein after a workout in general really. I’ve been lead to believe that protein should be consumed within half an hour of a work out, and EHPLabs say on their website that IsoPept should be consumed within just 10 minutes of a workout. How true is this? You’ve spoken about you post workout meal, being oats/porridge, which contains IsoPept; do you plan to eat this within that 10 minute window after working out, or do you break it? Is this an additional protein source that you have after having an IsoPept shake in the car on your way home from the gym?

    Thanks in advance!

  • What exactly is Custokebon Secrets? How does this thing really work? I notice a lot of people keep on speaking about this popular fat burn method.

    Thanks, HARRISON MANNING:)

  • Just stumbled upon this video and it’s some propaganda B.S. Protein supplements act as a muscle recovery after a workout and are totally different from creatine.

  • That moment when you lay on the floor demolished after an Athlean programmed workout and you realize “Train until you die my friends”

wasn’t motivation, but a command… I knew ye all well.

  • I was one of the guys who asked you this. I admire your honesty. Thank you for answering on snapchat and thank you for doing what you do. You are the best

  • Just saying guys, Beef Protein powder is better than Whey, Whey is just waste that is separated from curd when making dairy products, Beef protein doesn’t taste as nice however is much better

  • Nice Video! Excuse me for chiming in, I would appreciate your thoughts. Have you heard about Mackorny Marijuana Paradise Blueprint (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now)? It is a good one off guide for giving up smoking weed without the normal expense. Ive heard some unbelievable things about it and my buddy finally got great success with it.

  • Teenagers should NOT be taking any supplements. PERIOD.
Their DIET should make up for what they “LACK”. Not pills or the BULLSHIT you’re feeding them.

  • All this is, is desperate news reporters trying to gain attention to get the good money with their shitty job. This is all news does nowa days

  • Hi I hope you read this
I’m 16 yrs old and I’m a vegetarian and also lactose intolerant. I’ve tried reaching the recommended amount of protein for my body and no matter how hard I try, I just can’t do it without some kind of protein product (protein yogurt and so on…)
Is it ok for to use protein powder in that case?
(When I say the recommended amount I don’t mean anything crazy for body builders, I mean the recommended amount for a normal person).

  • If you’re ready to give up the burden of your belly fat and wants to bring excitement then this US.Secured.Kim is for you that marked no 1 in USA… The principal is amazing. I’m the visual example of this and got amazing result.

  • Protein = promoted muscle growth. You think people got money like that to be spending on food. 4. 5 times a day. Protein powder is big help to make sure you hit your protein goals. If a footballer weighs 170 pounds they need that much protein or more… sometime the news trust researchers over actual body builders

  • Im smoking for years, but dont know if releasing through my nose slowly or holding in my lungs longer supposed to get me more high…

  • I’m actually confused cause, which species of Cannabis usually grow in Bangladesh. My studies says, “indica”. But when I take a trail,I feel anxiety. It’s THC.
But still confused ” indica” or “sativa”.That’s why,I love my favourite synthetic compound. No confusion.
Synthesized compound vs. from Nature it doesn’t matter.

  • You heard it here first protein powder is a gateway for steroids I will never use protein powder ever again thank you dishonest media you guys suck

  • I respect Jeff for all his work but I don’t agree at all with this video.
    My take on it:

  • hey athlene, i workout 5 times a week doing a push and pull routine, im thinking about creatine and BCAA’s, in a simple way for me to understand what would u say they both do? as i have heard good and bad things about both, thanks in advance

  • I mixed alcohol with thc. Starts out funny. Then everything slows down almost as if time itself stopped. Hands start melting/burning. Feels as if you’re going to die any moment.:D

  • Saying whey protein powder is dangerous, and then in the same breath saying dairy is a good alternative protein source should be enough to demonstrait how ignorant of this subject these people are…

  • Guys please read this, i need help!
I have whey concentrate and it says,,add 1 portion (35g=1scoop) tot 150 ml of water.”
But the cup has 90 ml.
Should i add a full cup of should i add only half of it?

  • This explained so much, thank you. I really need to be taught like a child with things like this so I can fully understand everything. The visuals help a lot as well.

  • Cheers for the Video clip! Forgive me for butting in, I would appreciate your thoughts. Have you heard the talk about Mackorny Marijuana Paradise Blueprint (do a search on google)? It is an awesome one off product for giving up smoking weed minus the normal expense. Ive heard some super things about it and my close friend Aubrey finally got astronomical success with it.

  • It’s still shock me just how a lot of people have no clue about Custokebon Secrets (just search it on google) despite the fact that lots of people lost a ton of weight using it. Thanks to my buddy who told me about it. I’ve lost tons of fat.

  • What do you think of lost a lot of weight using Custokebon Secrets? I notice lots of people keep on talking about Custokebon Secrets.

  • I didn’t know how much strains mattered until now, but they do. Had one that was definitely very strong in THC and the one I bought for myself is hybrid. The strain my friend shared with me made me quite paranoid and very very hungry, but the one I have for myself makes me feel like my heads up in the clouds and I’m calm and just one with the world. Plus it’s strong so as a beginner the gram I have will last a while. It’s rolled into 4 joints and I don’t even need a full one to feel the effects.
If you’ve ever tried weed and thought “I don’t like it that much” keep in mind different strains have different affects. I think this one is Guava or something, really mellow high. I’m probably a stoner in the making.

  • Guess I gotta start taking some supplements! LOL. I work out and train for endurance sports. I’m 40, and I’m just now starting to truly learn about the benefits of creatine!

  • If roided up bodybuilders who use roids and protein powders live for 70+ years some with no health problems some with health problems I could care less what people have to say

  • CBD is interesting. I have been consuming THC for around 20+ years and recently crossed over to CBD to understand it a bit more. CBD just makes me so tired I cannot function. It’s very unpleasant. It may be useful as an anti-emetic for sure, possibly for seizure reduction, but it’s totally opposite of the feeling experienced with THC. The smell and taste are another thing. The terpenes are so much less pronounced in CBD than THC laden marijuana that it makes it almost not enjoyable to ingest/inhale. It’s dank and heavy to the mouth receptors and lungs. “Hemp flower” is basically bad non-alcoholic beer. It gives nothing to the user except frustration.

Now there is this. I have found CBD to be useful in other aspects. Drug withdrawal is painful. My experience is more dealing with a more unassuming form. Alcohol. When the physiology of the body is disrupted by over consumption of “booze” it makes everything horrid. Sweats, clammy skin, sleepless nights, and just overall disgust for one’s self. CBD can assist in reduction of all of that. Whereas it may not get you high, it may be able to save lives in a more holistic way than Librium or Ativan. The need to sleep after a large amount is taken seems appropriate and needed for the body to “reset”. I have nothing to say about tinctures or other consumables under the guise of “CBD infused” as I am not into micro-dosing to hope for some feeling to occur. I speak only from the perspective of smoking.

Overall I can say from what I have learned in my own experience is what I shared. Nothing more. Every human body reacts a different way than the next. Be safe. Only use supplemental things if needed. Above all, don’t die.

  • Are there supplements you shouldn’t mix? I’ve had some friends tell me you shouldn’t mixing things such as glutamine and creatine? Is that a real thing and/or are there other supplements that shouldn’t be taken together/within a certain amount of time

  • i only drink protein shakes, gold standard, i cant get all my meals with food because i have an active job so i only drink 1 on workdays but i dont think you need preworkout or creatine to be honest plus creatine will get you just water weight which is a waste of time in my opinion since it goes away when you stop drinking it

  • TEN seconds in and already miss informing Cbd and THC come from CANNABIS. NOT Marijuana which is a derogatory term and not a plant. The cannabis plant has genetics that can have high levels of THC and low CBD and vise versa, High cbd and low THC. It’s all the same plant, CANNABIS.
Just like HUMANS. Some of us are light skin some are dark skin some have blue eyes some have brown. It’s that simple.
