Moderate cervical lesions—formally known as cervical intra-epithelial neoplasia grade 2 (CIN2)—are abnormal cells on the surface of the cervix. High-Grade Squamous Intraepithelial Lesions. HSIL is sometimes called moderate or severe dysplasia.

It may also be called CIN 2, CIN 2/3, or CIN 3. HSIL means that there are more serious changes than LSIL, in cervical cells. These changes are caused by HPV and may turn into cervical cancer if not treated. If you have HSIL, it means the changes to cervical cells are more severely abnormal. Without treatment, HSIL may develop into cervical cancer. At this point, your doctor might recommend other tests.

Cervical spondylosis is a common, typically age-related condition that affects the joints and discs in your neck. It develops from wear and tear of. Neck pain (cervical pain) may be caused by any number of disorders and diseases. Tenderness is another symptom of neck pain.

Though treatment for neck pain really depends upon the cause, treatment typically may involve heat/ice application, traction, physical therapy, cortisone injection, topical anesthetic creams, and muscle relaxants.
