On average, one cup of cooked pasta has between 180 and 220 calories. But that number can change depending on how long you cook it: The more water it absorbs, the fewer calories it has by measure. • I’m sorry mate but brown rice is a nono for me. I bought that trash and it tasted and felt like plastic in my mouth. May have been the one i bought.

  • Fortunately, I developed celiac disease a few years ago where in the hospital there was a 300 pound man on the other side of the curtain who bellowed, “I ain’t doin’ no exercise because exercise is for liberals.” Almost all fattening foods have gluten which gives me violent non-stop vomiting, diarrhea, and dehydration. What remains to eat I like much more than what I used to eat which threatens to increase body fat. I have always been a blimpophobe.

  • Winner of a video, I been tryin to find out about “how many carbs are in whole wheat pasta?” for a while now, and I think this has helped. Ever heard of Dansaac Unflappable Dominance (do a search on google )? It is a good one off guide for discovering how to find the best food to balance your hormones and blast away your fat spots minus the headache. Ive heard some incredible things about it and my mate got amazing success with it.

  • Pasta/spaghetti is a Chinese invention stolen by Marco Polo who brought it back to Italy and introduced it to the the Italians. Please get your history right Sir!

  • Speaking about weight loss, does anyone know how to decrease glute and leg muscle mass because I grew up with thicc muscular legs and I’m tired of always struggling to find the right pants that fit without having a hump on my ass. I’m a 17 year old guy and my upper body is lean and I don’t ever work out legs. I use to play a lot of sports back in the day but now I don’t

  • This is amazing really, never seen it before, so much more likely to be done on the long run than counting calories, which I didn’t even do for a whole week, but kept eating healthy. Thank you very much Jeff!

  • Hi, could you tell me how you know the calories of each plate you made? It’s some kind of app? I would love to know the name! Thank you

  • People get fat due to being too lazy to make healthy foods like that.. it takes time and effort to do it consistently. This is why fast food companies do so well.

  • What do you think of lost a lot of weight using Custokebon Secrets? I see a lot of people keep on speaking about Custokebon Secrets.

  • I think only non-italians struggle with getting fat eating pasta and it’s probably because you made up your own recipes that have nothing to do with Italy adding fat ingredients like butter or creams.
If you eat like an average italian you won’t get fat, i guarantee you.

  • Strength training can be an important weight loss strategy and may help reduce belly fat. Studies suggest it’s even more effective in combination with aerobic exercise. This is my personal experience through my fat loss transformation from 130 kgs to 69 kgs in 3 years.

  • Dope! Thanks. I agree This is the video is was wanting. Was going to start counting calories. I still will have to as I crush my snack eating (all day long) habit. Any videos on how to wean yourself from snack eating? Is being a “grazer” ok?

  • I feel that after my 30th i’m in my 32nd year it is so much harder to have gains as it used to be and i know that with aging it gets harder and you got to be dedicated day and night if you wanna look like a beast and focus your eating on protein as much as you can afford but eat like a beast but train all day. That is ofcourse if you wanna do it natural way.

  • Why you do not stick to your field of expertise? Is anyone paying you for this, which lobby groups? Your main argument that the low carb diet is not viable in the long run…. can be usefully used as the counterargument against the carb rich diet…. Mind you if you are on a low carb diet say 50 75 g / day it is ok for years. If you are on a true keto diet ie below 25 g that is a different story. Also everybody is different and in your own country ie the USA you have the diabetes epidemic and from what from fat (?) I do not think so mate…:(

  • Guys. lost a lot of weight does not need to be hard (I used to feel it did). I will give you some tips now. Get a popular weight loss secrets called Custokebon Secrets (just search it on google). • My nerd self just showed up while this. Notice the red flame in the burner he’s using. It looked weird so I Googled it. Google says it means that the fuel he’s cooking with isn’t properly combusting, which means it’s not burning efficiently and it can be fairly dangerous. Does anyone else see a red flame?

  • Cheers Sir.. am still in the process to understand the real and most honest relationship between food & exercise, still learning..but i realized many not aware..love & peace from malaisie..land far away.. howaever i have some questions if dont mind..so does that means 90% is food and 10% only exercise to reduce weight & how about belly story? why is it so difficult to see results to reduce belly fats & sincerely which what could i do the easiest way and yes without being a slave to the process for above 45s or 50s age? (i like this reminder really do..many of us are slaves now to soc med & hi techs stuffs already hehehe..no more rel connections & feel)..hehe.

  • I think people should learn how to count calories and macros before doing this method. You can jam a lot of garbage into those same portions.

  • Tell me, which fat retarded bastards are giving this video a thumbs down? Is it because their thumbs are so fat that they cannot hit the LIKE button and accidentally hit DISLIKE?

Starve yourselves for a month and ask for forgiveness, for you have sinned, you greedy swines.

  • So when the Japanese had a food shortage after WW2 there was a wave of malnutrition in Japan. The USA had a surplus of grain…so the Japanese started eating bread daily. Now bread is actually more popular in Japan than rice overall, especially with the baby boomers and now the younger kids.
If white bread loses its nutrients and fiber…why is it always the go to for starving people?
Also since the depression of the 30s, the government mandates that vitamins and minerals be added to bread. They found that a huge percentage of kids had malnutrition in school.

  • Guys if you’ve ever heard of Cinderella Solutions you should definitely try it because my mom was able to lose weight really easily it was crazy! • There is something to eating real food that is not processed and pumped with antibiotics and growth hormones and pesticides. A life with much less stress also helps with cortisol levelsWhen I am fortunate enough to visit Paris, I never watch what I eatI indulge at every mealI always come back looking 10-15 years younger, my hair grows and shines, I loose a couple of sizes and feel like a million dollarsit is all in the quality of the foods we put in our bodies!

  • Are you a supporter of intermittent fasting? I was born with Spina Bifida and my doctor told me to avoid intermittent fasting because it is a starvation method that cannot be maintained. Thoughts?

  • Can you make the meal plan available to buy separately from exercise plans? I’m using an injury recovery exercise plan right now so I don’t need another one but I’d love to try your meal plan.

  • Hey, I hav always wondered how much glucose can my liver extract from the gluconeogenesis using amino acids, versus glycogen, versus various carbohydrates and ketones and fatty acids? Is the extraction of energy from different diet sources the same for every human, or maybe it is ethnicity-based or the length of an individual intestines or is it the morphology body habitus that everyone inherents differing calorie metabolism?

  • How sexier can this man get? Jeez! I’ve been following him for years now because I love his passion for cooking and it seems he’s getting sexier every year…

  • When it comes to eating healthy, you have to try not to fall victim to modern day fad diets. Extreme diets undoubtedly are a threat for your health, especially ones that seriously limit your daily nutritional intake. Many of these fad diets work for a short time period and then the benefits decrease after a while. It is best to search Custokebon Secrets on the google search engine as it is not just another fad diet where you starve yourself.

  • I’ve been working out for almost a month now and although I feel stronger and lighter, I’m not seeing any physical changes. Will try to do this starting today. Thanks Jeff

  • I’ve been on keto diet for 2 months lost 40 pounds. I have 17% body fat and now looking to gain muscle this is a perfect way for me to add healthy carbs to my diet, thank you, I was looking for something like this.

  • Will I loose weight if I eat a unhealthy meal such as tacos read beans and rice as my only meal a day and go to a 2hour football workout 4x a week

  • This is glorious, I been tryin to find out about “is corn pasta better than wheat pasta?” for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you ever come across Dansaac Unflappable Dominance (should be on google have a look )? It is a good exclusive guide for discovering how to find the best food to balance your hormones and blast away your fat spots without the normal expense. Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my mate got cool results with it.

  • This plate approach instantly eliminates so many types of home cooked foods that are formed out of a combination of ingredients, rather than just laying down 3-4 very plain foods separately. What if Im having lasagna? Or stew? Or soup? Or a casserole dish? Or things with fillings like pancakes and cabbage rolls? Im not gonna eat fried chicken and pasta daily.

  • Anyone tried the Custokebon Secrets (do a google search)? We’ve noticed numerous awesome things about this popular fat burn method.

  • I really love the avocado pasta but i have to admit i added like a spoonful of parmesan cheese and garlic powder…but it was soooo delicious!

  • I cut out pasta 65 days ago since I’m on a cut cause it’s too calorie dense and I’d have to eat a lot of pasta to fill satisfied and even then I’d probably still not be full. And it’s like what do I eat with pasta? Spaghetti? I also found that whenever I have pasta I’m always craving other things afterwards cause it doesn’t fill me up.

  • When considering eating healthy, you must try not to fall victim to modern fad diets. Extreme diet plans are a danger for your health, especially ones that seriously limit your daily nutritional intake. Many of these fad diets work for a short period and then the benefits decrease after a while. • After years of living off the grill and smoker this is incredibly inspiring to get back on the stove! Gordon certainly is an amazing chef and teacher! Thank you for the videos, I love them!

  • Who else has been watching since 2010 but still not completelt fit? lol Not saying his methods don’t work but rather a realization that I been lacking really bad.:(

  • Did two takes of this video and somehow my fat recommendations didn’t make this cut. As always recommended, healthy fats are essential to a balanced nutrition plan. One of the biggest mistakes I made earlier in my youth (as I stated in a video on the topic) was following a no-fat diet. Now, I am sure to include them in every meal. In the example provided, you want to either cook with them (pasta in a cracked red pepper and olive oil red sauce) or add them directly (sweet potato mash with added butter). If fibrous carbs were spinach for instance, I would never eat them raw. I’d instead sautée with garlic and oil and mushrooms for more flavor. Remember, if it’s not tasty you won’t eat it long term. This defeats the purpose of establishing a game plan for PERMANENT healthy eating! I’ll publish the unseen footage on my instagram @athleanx for those interested in watching!

  • That food needs way more seasoning! 1 pound of meat start off with 1 teaspoon of salt and play with your seasonings!! Flavor is everything!

  • Do anybody know about Custokebon Secrets? Does it really work? I hear lots of people burn their fat with this popular fat burn secrets.

  • Thanks love your videos i been watching since yesterday so i am new here. I so agree with loving the food u eat or it does not work. I tryed but i do have a question. Where do you leave fruit? I love fruit i wonder if thats what i am doing wrong as they r high in sugar???

  • I eat penne pasta with tuna and sweet corn, shrimp spaghetti and macoronnni and cheese, I’m still losing weight. In the past I put on weight eating either of those cause I was doing it the wrong way, this time I make sure I watch my other two meals then I can enjoy pasta, I don’t believe in cutting food group out, it’s not a race don’t care how long it takes me as long as it’s sustainable, otherwise I could easily do keto for few months n end up binging

  • Yes, I too am guilty of jumping from diet plan to others as well, I do believe that I need to have tried every single weight loss method that was available, but in the end not one of them made it easier for me to shed and keep the weight off. I ended up trying for the very last time using the Custokebon Secrets because my friend who told me great things about it and so far to date I’ve successfully dropped 19 lbs within 3 weeks!

  • Hi, have you considered this kind of diet plan called the Custokebon Secrets? My work buddy says it helps people lost tons of weight. Is that possible? I also noticed a lot of excellent review relating to this diet plan. Thoughts?

  • This actually deserves more dislikes. Wasting so much time for a display
No son. Ain’t no Chinese foods near here to steal decorative napkins from.

  • Also good to remember that eating is a ritual. Italians have a 1-2 hour break for lunch, they go and eat in peace, chew slowly, laugh with their friends/family/coworkers. Same eating hours everyday, no chaos, no rush. Colazione is also done the same way. You drink your coffee and eat your cornetti slowly, start your day the right way my friends. Their general health and especially mental health is always more important than desperately making money and wealth. You don’t see them buying expensive sh*t and showing it off. You’ll never be able to look at a person and tell if they make a lot of money or not… at least in most cases, ofc there are exception, but they only enforce the rule. Take care of your body and mind, treat it with respect.

  • At last someone talking sense!!.. Saying pasta makes you fat is a silly statement. What makes you fat is to many calories in then out. Pasta could be part of those calories.. However you could be in a calorie deflect.. Less calories in then out and lose weight. Pasta could be part of those calories.

  • I mean all kinds of Italian pasta are literally in weight loss diets… I never gain bad weight with Italian pasta dishes. Maybe a little healthy extra but nothing unhealthy. I have always loved our Italian counterparts of humanity moreso than others.

  • Can someone explain to me why my maintenance calories according to a TDEE calculator are at around 2700 yet I have eaten about 1100-1500 of it and my weight has maintained despite being active 7 days a week.

  • Winner of a video, I been tryin to find out about “what are the best noodles for spaghetti?” for a while now, and I think this has helped. • I love rules of thumb. Simplifying the progress definitely helps with sticking to it.

Strange that fats have no place on your plate. Definitely makes it harder to feel
full for a mostly vegan / vegetarian diet.

  • I eat 3 bowls of barilla whole wheat pasta a week and I feel great……… it’s loaded with fiber and lots of nutrients too……..

  • If you look at diets compared from Eastern and Western civilizations in conjunction to ancient diets of both sides, studies show not only do you get more weight loss/ no weight gain from eating less meat and more starch, you also find the death rates are of less disease in eastern civilizations. Specifically the ancients.

  • This is just superb, I’ve been looking for “is it okay to eat pasta every day?” for a while now, and I think this has helped. • AL DENTE PASTA IS LOWER GLYCEMIC BUT THIS DOES NOT MEAN YOU CAN EAT AS MUCH AS YOU WANT. INSULIN IS DOSE DEPENDENT. THE MORE CARBOHYDRATE YOU EAT AT ONE SITTING THE MORE INSULIN YOU SECRETE. COOLING PASTA CREATES MORE RESISTANT STARCH BUT AGAIN IF YOU ARE A CARB INTOLERANT PERSON BEING PRE DIABETIC OR DIABETIC. YOU STILL HAVE TO WATCH THE PORTION SIZE.

  • Way to go Italian love your food of course European food is the best. If American’s would stop eating too much junk food it wouldreally help them

  • Hello there, have you considered Custokebon Secrets yet? Simply just do a google search. On there you will discover a great guidelines about how you can lost tons of fat. Why don’t you give it a shot? perhaps it will work for you too.

  • I do not have a gas cooktop. Not an option here:0( I have a flat glass electric cooktop any recommendations with heat and cooking? Thanks!:0)

  • White pastas, tortillas, white rice and breads are not bad carbs…………the carbs you should stay away from though or at least heavily reduce are, candies, sodas, cake, pastries, beer….etc……

  • Pasta has literally zero nutritional value whatsoever not to mention most all grain crops are now sprayed with that Monsanto piss called glysophate. Who would want to eat toxic, non-nutritional “food” like pasta, while trying to get lean and healthy? Besides, the building blocks of muscle are essential amino acids found in high quality animal protein. There are no “essential” nutrients in carbs and the body makes all it needs through the process of gluconeogenesis. Also, protein and carbs have the same 4 calories per gram and protein is the “essential” along with fat (essential fatty acids).

I might add weight loss is more than calories in and out but also how the body metabolizes the nutrients we consume. Not all food that we put into our mouth provides the same bioavailable nutrition. Bioavailability plays a key factor in how one will achieve optimal goals for body composition and overall health.

I’ll also say that unlike protein and fats, carbohydrates do not shut off the “hunger trigger” but make you want more and more. There is valid science surround why this is and this is why eating a low carb, high protein, moderate fat is optimal especially for those wanting to build lean muscle of which carbs are trivial in doing so.

  • just like my biochem teacher at college use to tell me…. correlation is not causation, let’s repeat it together guys “correlation is not causation”

  • Simple: be an italian and eat the REAL italian sauce: un tablespoon of oil EVO, one slice of garlic, and tomatoes.basil and chili pepper if you prefer. STOP.Ando don’t overcooking the pasta damn!!!Ten minutes Stop!In italy we’ve 3 step: 1) pasta OR rice.2) second: meat OR fish OR chees OR eggs wiht vegetable.3) sweet or fruits. THOSE ARE THE STEP. NON BIG PORTION.LITTLE OF THEM. No 3 big hamburgher but 1. and non in the same dish of pasta!!! The pasta have 10000 sauce, a small quantity of sauce, non 1 LITRE OF SAUCE and 1 LITRE OF BUTTER AND HEAVY CREAM. THE ALFREDO PASTA IS NOT ITALIAN, IN ITALY IS UNKNOW! Spaghetii whit the mittle ball are UNKNOW! and then, MOVE YOU BOTTOM NO SOFA STEP!

  • Another good video by Lee. Thanks. Another low cal alternative to pasta in recipes is sauteed cabbage. For example a pasta, meat and cheese casserole. Just replace the pasta with the cabbage. Cabbage works for breakfast too. Instead of an omelette and toast, heat up the cabbage with some ham, add in some eggs, toss in some cheese and mix. I’ll saute a complete head of cabbage with onions and keep it in the fridge to add bulk to my meals. Parenthetically, I like zucchini but have a tough time paying over 2 bucks a pound for it when it has no nutritional value. But that’s just me.

  • Steps not clear:
Folded spinach leaves into little dolls and once cooked they started running around. Do not recommend if you don’t like demons running in your house.

  • Many people just talk about how to get a healthy diet and training plan. No one talks about what impact the technology have on the body. It affect the sleep which is the most important thing. It is when you are asleep the body repair and fix itself. I will link a very informative video. https://senanfitnessclub.com/video

  • Thanks Jeremy! This is very helpful! When’s the best time to work out in the day if we’re going with the front heavy diet? Before a heavy breakfast or later?

  • 4:37 if you look closley you can see the chunks of teflon he strategically added while scraping the pan with his tongs like a madman

  • Do natural popular weight loss methods like Custokebon Secrets really work and if so, how effective are they? We’ve heard many amazing things about this popular weight loss method.

  • Great recipes and super healthy too, I think the 2100 calorie mark is going to lead some dieters astray though especially if they don’t live active lifestyles. Would recommend anyone watching to really double check your maintenance calories before starting this as some people may actually gain wait eating 2100 calories daily. I’ve personally had to target 1600 for my weight loss goals.

  • Excellent, you giving actual calorie numbers for gain, loss or maintenance. Who does that? Very helpful. Also Lee, I read where the average Sumo wrestler has the same measurable body fat level of an average individual. The way they train and eat causing the increase to be in visceral muscle fat, not subcutaneous fat. I’ve heard that several times. Makes sense, I guess.

  • these are great recipes but it really depends on portion…small portions. You have to think calorie burning. Carbs like noodles burn fast as do veges. They burn like sugars. The protein is for cell repair and not calorie burn. The source of long burn cal is oil. You’ll want oil. Include fast, medium and slow burn cals plus cell repair protein. How it works. Burn cals you’ve eaten with exercise. Muscle will then burn fat.

  • It’s still astonish me just how a number of people have no clue about Custokebon Secrets even though many people with it. Thanks to my personal pal who told me about it. I have lost crazy amounts of weight.

  • Who else is watching this when you are supposed to be asleep and this mad you really hungry so now you want food. No just me okay

  • My mom showed me your channel! She is a big fan and she loves and liked all your videos!!! She started to have an interest for healthy food when my two brothers became sick… Unfortunately both of them became very sick so she tried and still tries her best to make them healthy food… She wants to help them as much as possible the way she can so i want to thank you and your amazing channel because you are helping us… My mother and all my family are grateful! Thank you so much

  • Gonna replace my breakfast with a smoothie since I have the least amount of motivation to cook in the morning
    1 1/2 cup almond milk
    1 banana
    handfull of strawberries
    1/2 cup oats
    2 tbs peanut butter
    1 scoop of whey

  • This is so damn helpful. Now i don’t have to tell my friends/family that i won’t be eating that (rice, potatoes) because i am a workout diet.

  • i eat pasta regularly and consistently lose weight, haha. it’s the only type of carb that when i eat a full portion of, it doesnt flare up my gastritis, unlike rice or potato. portion and ingredients used defo play a significant role. i rarely use store-bought sauce or anything alike, mostly bc thats not the way me dad who’s italian taught me. safe for the pasta itself, everything’s home made. as for the portion, i use an espresso cup to determine the amount of penne i cook. if it’s noodles, then simply make a circle with index finger and thumb, with the tip of the index finger rests at the base of thumb. however much fits in that circle is one portion.

not trying to “”debunk”” anything or whatevs; at the end of the day everyone’s body and eating habits are different. i happen to process pasta much slower compared to any other carbs, and since i personally find eating to be a pretty boring and tedious activity i’d go for anything that can fill me up throughout the day, lmao.

thanks for the vid anw, still found some good info in it.:D got this recommended to me and clicked bc pasta is p much all that i eat, hahahaha.

  • Subscribed! I hate counting calories with a passion and have lost zero weight with my fitness pal. After watching this I’ve realised it’s probably due to the fact I’m eating low calorie but so much carbs. I only have 5 kg to lose but it’s so hard. This sounds super simple and I can still have my little pasta portion in the corner of my plate

  • Guys. lost crazy amounts of weight doesn’t need to be hard (I used to think it did). I’m going to give you some tips right now. Get a popular diet plan called Custokebon Secrets (look on google search engine). Thanks to it I have lost a lot of weight. I shouldn’t even be speaking about it cause I do not really want a lot of other guys out there running exactly the same game but whatever. I’m just simply in a excellent mood today and so I’ll share the wealth haha.

  • You’re the reason I have started this journey for more then 1 year ago and only recently have I realised I was not subscribed…
    Shame on me!
All the respect for you and people like you who provide the internet with valuable information for free!

  • Ill take notes for the awesome recipes but im downvoting the vid for wasting time with irrelevant napkin folding that has nothing to do with the subject….

  • This is glorious, been searching for “does pasta cause you to gain weight?” for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you heard people talk about Dansaac Unflappable Dominance (should be on google have a look )? It is an awesome exclusive guide for discovering how to find the best food to balance your hormones and blast away your fat spots without the normal expense. Ive heard some awesome things about it and my colleague got amazing results with it.

  • I like your content as well as your explanation compare to other somany youtubers. I am searching for good content, so from my browsing I came to know about this, it may also helpful to our other viewer, I am requesting you all that atleast once you gothrough it and if you dont like then dont go into them: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HdjV_tKpRuM&t=6s

  • Great video Jeremy! I keep working out man, but I can’t lose the weight. My entire life is in order, except my weight. And it’s not that much, you know? It’s like 20-25 lbs over. I’m going to follow your video and see what happens.

  • if i need say 2000 calories to maintain my weight, and im on a 500 deficit, after eating the 1500 calories that day do i also need to take into account the activity i did that day like say i burned 600 calories, do i need to get that 600 calories back in food to make sure i am at 1500 no matter what?

  • Cheers for this, I’ve been looking for “what is the healthiest pasta to eat?” for a while now, and I think this has helped. You ever tried Dansaac Unflappable Dominance (do a search on google )? It is an awesome exclusive guide for discovering how to find the best food to balance your hormones and blast away your fat spots minus the normal expense. Ive heard some awesome things about it and my work buddy got great results with it.

  • I divide up my meals to equal a total of 2000 calories
I usually make a snack equal 250 calories
    a meal equal 500 calories.
    Three meals, and two snacks
Or I change it up depending on the day. But I always drink plenty of water, and I do cardio to get the breath moving.
Fat is shed from your body through exhalation of CO2 and through water in urine.
My goal is to loose weight. Once I get to 200 lbs I will reasses, and probably adopt The athlean diet.
My goal is to run a marathon with my budy in California before the age of 40.
I am 275 lbs, 6’3”. I ran alot when I was younger. So I know that once I get down to 200lbs things will get interesting with the running distances.
    can’t wait!

  • I do appreciate this video. There was another video that commented on taking a good look at yourself in the mirror and speaking out loud as to why I am not losing the fat. Well, I did and it comes down to pride. My line of thought is, “I worked out so hard that I should not have to say no to ANY food.” Now I do try to eat clean during the week, but the weekend is usually a bust. I’ll munch on chips (2-3 servings) with hummus while watching a movie at midnight. Overall, your videos give me hope and help me stay in line a bit more. As a healthcare professional, I appreciate all the medical/anatomical aspects of your videos. I love to train like an athletejust wish I could look closer to one, lol. I’m tired of weighing my food, or punching in the foods to the app. I just need to reach a happy medium. Thanks for all you do. Keep up the good work and stop using fake weights (Iol, just kidding-how in the hell can you look like you do w/fake weights-give me a break!) I’m having my 13 year old son watching and learning from your vlogs as well. I want him to have a healthy lifestyle from now until old age. I appreciate any recommendations you might have. Thank you!

  • also appreciate if you could simply advise the best meal plan as for normal human being to have all around lean from Am till PM..any tips or simple menus and easy to get stuff not a unique out of this world ingredients..heartfelt thanks if can get some kind reply sir..GOD BLESS YOU & FAMILY..

  • The culprit is eating too much. People hate the idea of self discipline and control but that can’t be overstated. Majority of people don’t have exceptional genetics. They need to work at weight control. Practice under eating and your body will adapt.

  • Having more pasta or carbs in your diet can cause bloat depending on your activity. Aside from weightlifting I sit on my ass. If I go over 100g of carbs a day and subtract from my fat to keep calories the same I start to lose definition which is just water but I think that’s what confuses people.

  • I’m looking for a simple and affordable healthy meal plan for people (like me) on a fixed income. The amount of content on YouTube overwhelms me.

  • Maybe you can help me out. I lived the avocado pasta dish, but the nutrition facts panel listed this entire recipe as one serving for 300 calories. Am I reading that wrong? 4 ounces of whole wheat spaghetti alone is around 350 calories plus half an avocado which on the average adds another 100 calories. Your recipes are wonderful but I’m confused about your nutrition facts.

  • i hate that i am so small (5’1 and about 99 lbs) and have skinny fat so a calorie deficit for me would be eating like 800 calories per day so i struggle so much losing fat cause it is such a little amout of food!!!

  • Why do I sense that the old cook speaks perfectly good English but just exagerating on the Italian accent here just for the show!!!

  • I used to snack all day now I count my calories I try to eat under 1000 every day and been working out every day I’m not weak and it’s been good and I’ve lost 17 pounds in about 50 days

  • everyone over the age of 12 has one or more shapes of pasta they absolutely DESPISE (but for no particular reason). I don’t know why but it’s life.

what’s mine, you’re asking? those goddamn shell kinds of pasta. I hate them so much, just looking at them makes me wanna throw up. I luv spaghetti though:)

  • I read many good opinions on the net about how Custokebon Secrets can help you lost crazy amounts of fat. Has anyone tried this popular lose weight secrets?

  • When someone pronounces the word e.g longitudinal, it makes me feel the person is just reading information. Like a “spokes model” instead of actual anecdotal experiences.
    Good information tho.

  • Love the recipes! Look super yummy. However I have one question, how much is one Oz in grams? I keep getting such weird answers like 28.56 or something, but we all know people don’t measure their food like that. How much is one Oz then?

  • I read loads of great opinions on the net about how Custokebon Secrets can help you lost lots of fat. Has any one tried using this popular weight loss diet plan?

  • Does anyone here know if rice flour can be used instead of the plain flour to make the potato gnocchi as a gluten free option?Any suggestions will be appreciated.

  • Hope you enjoyed this one! What’s been your experience with “front loading” vs “back loading” your calories? What do you prefer and why? Comment below.

    .
P.S. – I somehow managed to totally forget to list the macros of the meal plan and each meal. My apologies. Here they are below:

    Breakfast (with toppings):
    900 calories, 50g protein, 123g carbs, 32g fat
    Lunch:
    450 calories, 29g protein, 53g carbs, 11g fat
    Snack (orange + shake):
    150 calories, 24g protein, 16g carbs, 2g fat
    Dinner:
    350 calories, 39g protein, 16g carbs, 16g fat
    Yogurt Parfait:
    200 calories, 20g protein, 21g carbs, 5g fat

    TOTAL:
    2,100 calories, 163g protein, 230g carbs, 66g fat

  • Calories in v calories out isn’t the be all end all. Keeping insulin stable and low allows you to release fat, this can only be done by cutting out simple carbs. Aka pasta

  • Although I find pasta can take you extremely far and you can work very hard running on it. You wont gas out for hours and hours. Hunger will not bother you. You wont feel weakness and I turn it keeps you from snacking on less useful choices for fuel later. So in the long run it works very effectively. It’s tough to eat straight boiled potatoes too much. Adding topping and oils which is practically needed makes them fattening. You just have to keep the pasta sauce cleaner. No fatty cream sauce. More like a tomato vegetable sauce to take the sting out of the blood sugar Spike and slow it, with some leaner meats.

  • Anybody tried the Custokebon Secrets (look on google search engine)? I’ve noticed several awesome things about this popular weight loss secrets.

  • Winner of a video, I have been researching “is it ok to eat spaghetti on a diet?” for a while now, and I think this has helped. Ever heard of Dansaac Unflappable Dominance (search on google )? It is a smashing one off product for discovering how to find the best food to balance your hormones and blast away your fat spots without the headache. Ive heard some incredible things about it and my partner got excellent success with it.

  • There has been too much emphasis on no carbs, low carbs, or keto diet of late

The Mediterranean diet is the healthiest in the world. They eat full fat, eat pasta, lots of fresh fruit and veg, drink water. Don’t deprive themselves.

There’s a reason they say French women don’t get fat or Italian. Their diet is so much better, they don’t eat junk food. Portion sizes are smaller too.

How is it they can eat such rich food and carbs and not gain weight?

Yet, there’s keto diets and low carb diets being plugged everywhere alongside intermittent fasting.

  • Tasty food is a gift of God, the greatest, free gift is heaven to those who believe God Jesus died n arose on the 3rd day. C Living bread in Google…
