  • Anyone living with anxiety, depression, chronic pain and other mental and physical struggles.. I highly suggest looking into Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). There is an 8 week program you can take. Some hospitals host the program at no cost due to its proven success. I’ve struggled with anxiety and ptsd for many years and have done lots of therapy, EMDR, etc. My therapist recommended MBSR to me and it changed my life. I now know that you do NOT have to live a life stuck in the trenches of your mind or in a sea of anxiety every day. You can be free. It is an everyday practice and so, SO worth the time and effort..
