On some challenges, you get to choose your toppings, and then some challenges already have the toppings selected for you. Even though there are many different variations that you may encounter, the basic strategy you need to have remains the same for each and every team pizza challenge. The 2019 Cicis Pizza Challenge was a huge success thanks to everyone who attempted to eat their way through a 28-inch Pizza and a 32 oz Drink in one hour or less. Here’s a quick recap: We had 36 team compete in 8 different cities. Of those, only 6 team completed The Challenge.

Pizza props to you all! But there can be only one. Some challenges involve a thinner but larger diameter New York-style pizza, and others involve a thicker but smaller diameter Chicago-style deep dish pizza. Some pizzas are loaded with different toppings (supreme/deluxe) or they feature gourmet/specialty pizza options, and then others require you to choose just one or two toppings. If the pizza exits your body at any time, you will be disqualified.

Any beverage is allowed during the challenge (Soda, Water, Beer-if over 21,ect.). Challengers must remain in the dining area the entire challenge (No bathroom breaks). The challenge consists of creating a pizza with unusual toppings including M&Ms, anchovies, cookies, ketchup, fries, chips and virtually anything else you can think of adding.   • I don’t want to comment on the toppings of these pizza, but the crust looks really bad, you need pizza oven with atleast 350 C degrees, poor competitors, they been asked to make pizza in normal oven, and that Chef says the crust is perfect, hahaha, the standards on pizza are so low.
