  • You can tell nobody here cooks. That is a touch of olive oil. You can turn the bottle upside for 5 seconds and it’s still just a tiny bit. The nozzle makes it impossible for the oil to pour out so you have to pour it for awhile. The teaspoons and tablespoons are accurate as well. The terms a chef uses are completely different from what we assume they mean, so no point in making these observations.

  • Many of these look great! Although I would eat a few of these ( 2:49, 5:13) with some bread or crackers on the side; and replace the tahini sauce ( 4:04) with a meatless source of protein like cheese, an egg, nuts, legumes, or tofu.

  • A nice tip that my mom showed me was buy the tray of chicken breast and put one into a ziplock bag and store it in the freezer. Now you don’t have to thaw the whole tray. Since the chicken breast is thick, I cut it in half and that’s lunch and dinner. The chicken tray has average 6 pieces for less than $10!
