  • I actually did almost all of this for a month straight, and as a result i can now carry a 155cm tall electric fan with a weight of 25 kg with one hand while walking upstairs, and im still 13 btw

  • Wow, this was a great workout!  Thanks, it was a tough one for me. I appreciate the modifications on some of the more difficult exercises, as well as the instructor’s clear examples and explanations of the different movements.  I hope the instructor gave the background guy a good-natured rib about all his dramatic pauses and breaks during the workout.  Hilarious to watch.  Maybe he was just there to make me feel better that I was still doing reps while the buff guy had to take a break.

  • Great, challenging workout.  As a fitness professional, though, I think you might want to try using the term “modified” and “standard” or “traditional” push-up, instead of saying “the male way”.  I’m a woman and I can do more traditional (or reptile, or plyo) push ups than most of the men I know.

  • you should never train “until you’re ready to throw up”, that will definitely not help you see improvement in a healthy way. very dumb thing to even mention, there are other ways of emphasizing that training hard and pushing yourself is important. gives people the wrong idea. train hard AND smart.

  • Been doing some of the Infographics workouts and the ab one actually works. I’m very thin but I noticed an extreme improvement in my abs. Also do some running or biking, here’s why: as you become fitter and lose more weight, you’ll notice an improvement in definition of your muscles!
