  • These are good tips to share. They’re all things I naturally do but then I’m very OCD but I know how important routines and self-motivating techniques are for people with ADHD or on the autistic spectrum. I love making lists and I even put things down I’ve done so I have the satisfaction of crossing it off and motivating me to carry on with the list!

  • Hi Maria, love your videos I’ve printed mine and then laminated it so I can add things on with a whiteboard marker and then rub them off when finished.

  • I’m trying to concentrate on what she is saying, and my mind jumps from “oh what pretty eyes and great makeup” to “I wonder if that kind of nose piercing hurts a lot” to “the color of the neck tattoo matches her eye color really well” to “oh wait I need to rewind”… the irony is that I’m here to learn how to focus and organize my mind… doomed.

  • when you put on this video to learn and help yourself organize and then do 4 other things while watching it, completely missing everything she said. We love being neurodivergent.

  • Organisation comes super naturally to me and always has done, but my husband has adult ADHD. Its easy for me to get frustrated at him because I tend to expect that his brain works like mine, so seeing this video is good to help me understand what he might struggle with, and I can share this with him. Thanks Rhian!

  • Hi Rhian, many thanks for your efforts. What are your top tips to get things done? Especially for those tasks that are daunting and boring. I feel the more I procrastinate them the more mentally challenging for me to tackle them, even that I know they might take few hours to be done.

  • I do not believe anything in life is an accident I stumbled upon your page while searching for organization tips after my mother in law came in and dog me and said that my messy and un organization is ME being lazy and my ADHD is just an excuse! But look at you girl!!!! Ur a true Inspiration to me you have shown me there is hope. I’m sorry this is so long and I have lots more to say!! And I have some information on adhd and law of attraction cognitive thinking but I suck at making videos maybe you could help me if nm nothing else I get u:) please reply or message me at [email protected] gmail.com

  • I haaaaaate having to put clothes away. I like doing laundry and folding (maybe because it’s satisfying seeing the piles dwindle and grow). I do not move in my sleep. I can slide out of bed in the a.m. and it doesn’t look like anyone was even there. It baffles friends. I honestly think it’s from all the years of sleeping with my clean folded laundry on my bed. ‍♀️

  • I’m starting as a freshman tomorrow in college
I’m gonna miss school ngl, I lost most of the semester of senior year because where I live we had big earthquakes which school was cancelled for a month and then it got cancelled one month later again because of coronavirus )):
But either way I’m happy about starting college tomorrow.

  • I love your sense of style and organizing, such a nice set up you have and so neat! You’re inspiring me to declutter and organize ☺️. Thank you for sharing this with us ☺️❤️

  • I was diagnosed with ADHD last year at 23 years old. Ever since then, I’ve been trying to figure out what I can do to make myself more consistent and able to solve problems before they come up. This has been the most helpful info I’ve gotten this far. Thank you ❤️

  • I think there’s a message with so many missing sentimental and valuable earrings don’t go out for drinks stay home for drinks instead . I don’t know ‍♀️
