    so i was really tired of them being dicks to me, saying im skinny and i have noodle arms
    so i decided to make a change

    i grew strong and i got a 6 pack to show off to girls (best part smh)

    anyways, i switched schools for 2 years and when i came back to that school they didn’t recognise me
    when they realised it was me i put the 2 meanest of them in a headlock and told them not to bully anyone again
    the ‘nerds’ and other kids that normally got bullied were fine after and i even got invited to the popular group of kids, which were actually nice

  • Now, I should preface this by saying not to take too much stock in my comment as I am morbidly obese (26 yo, 6,5”, 260 lbs) But Videos like this are wild to me. I have never, not once, in my entire life had a positive experience working out and I’ve certainly never felt “good” after. I think people need to stop lying and say that working out is fun or makes you feel better when that simply isn’t true. Will it make me healthy? Maybe? Will it make me lose weight? Maybe. But don’t lie to my face and say it will make me feel like anything other than utter garbage after. It always has and always will. Working out is something people need to treat like going to the dentist or doctors. It won’t be mildly enjoyable in the slightest. But it is mandatory for health. Some people just can’t break the cycle. Some people just can’t find that motivation. And before you start shutting on me, save it. I already know trust me. Just decided to die on my own terms on my 30th birthday so don’t worry.

  • Just a thing for all of you to keep in mind. To keep strengthening ur abs you have to use FITT. Iether increase the frequency so how often you are doing the workout. Or you can increase the Intensity of the workout, or the time you are doing it or the type. It’s great if you do this and workout and it does get you abs but if you can already go through this entire workout and your and don’t really burn you should change one of the components of Fitt.
    What I do is I do it once a day and I switch it up between all of her ab and 6 pack workout and sometimes I do yeh Ryan Graham 7 min ab workout because his has exercises for 1 min instead of 30 seconds. If you want to keep getting better you can’t just keep doing the same thing.
    Another thing you can do is go to her Instagram where once a week she posts workout routines for the week and you can choose to workout 30 or 45 mins with different difficulty options and that includes an workouts that are switched up.
    Hope this helps if you read it all the way. This is the only way to get really ripped abs. Pls like so others can see this too.

  • Gained the majority of the weight I loss and kept of for four years all during the quarantine/shut down. I’m finally getting back to the gym nutrition is a bit of a struggle but I’m reflecting on what I use to do that pushed me through and these vids are one of them! ����

  • Some people just don’t get it, they cannot understand that eating healthy & exercising is essential to living a happier life… you can have this and that, all the luxury things you think you want, but without your health you will never really feel good. And it’s the truth. You know it is. Sometimes we need an extra push, sometimes we do let ourselves slack off because of whatever reason (working too much, exhaustion, stress, etc.), sometimes we need that motivation back: sometimes we need that slap in the face that makes us remember how important it is and that WE CAN DO IT again! I love how he refers to ourselves (individual human beings) as our own ecosystems. I love that. It’s so true people! Think about the food you eat, for example. You know the organic, natural food grown from the ground is what is truly the most healthy. The food farmers grow on their own and the food we really can grow ourselves too! It’s not convenient, and there are a lot of things so many of us would have to change and get used to… but really think about your health. Do you truly want to be the healthiest you’ve ever been or ever could be? Because I think it’s a worthwhile investment!
