Consider personality. “Pick somebody who you really want to spend time with, because that’s going to motivate you to Make joint decisions. Find someone who shares your same exercise interests and whose schedule is similar to yours. When possible, match skill levels. If you walk for exercis. The greater your self-confidence about performing regular activity or keeping up in an exercise class, the more motivated you’re likely to become, Brehm says.

That boosts adherence—your ability to stay with an exercise regimen beyond the start-up phase. Working out is hard as hell—even before you hit the gym. Sometimes the best intentions, like setting an early alarm or packing sneakers in your work bag, won’t be enough to get you psyched about. If that gets you the outcome that you need, then that’s an okay process,” Haden told them. “You can still work to improve your strike rate, and you can get better at pitching. 3. Delete Guilt.

Get real. You’re going to miss a day or two. If you accept that there will be some side steps on your fitness journey, you’ll be better prepared mentally to deal with setbacks. Got a bad case of the exercise blahs?

Can’t find the motivation to get your booty off the couch and go for a run? We’ve all been there. Luckily, these inspiring workout quotes will remind you. 4. I find ways to fit in exercise. You don’t even have to do a workout to get a workout.

Every time I pick up laundry or a toy (which is approximately 12,342 times per day), I squat instead of bending over. I do calf raises while I’m standing at the sink. I walk around with my stomach sucked in.

I run around with my kids. The Motivated Fit Program was designed with You In Mind! Brandon takes his years of experience in high net worth celebrity training to bring you the ultimate workout plan for the price. This plan is committed to results.

Exercising with a friend is a great way to keep you motivated. It’s also a great way to meet new people. It can even save you money.

Exercise with someone around the same fitness level as you so you can spur each other on. Ask a family member or a friend, or join a sporting club or group. Fortunately, behavioral scientists have been busy trying to determine what actually works to boost exercise motivation.

The next time you’re tempted to make excuses and skip your workout, try one of these science-based strategies to get moving. Stop making exercise about how you look. Of course you’d like to lose 10 pounds or firm up those arms.

  • I am so doing this!!!!! I need to shed 10 kgs, get out of depression and quit some other addictive behaviour that i won’t mention

  • Now, I should preface this by saying not to take too much stock in my comment as I am morbidly obese (26 yo, 6,5”, 260 lbs) But Videos like this are wild to me. I have never, not once, in my entire life had a positive experience working out and I’ve certainly never felt “good” after. I think people need to stop lying and say that working out is fun or makes you feel better when that simply isn’t true. Will it make me healthy? Maybe? Will it make me lose weight? Maybe. But don’t lie to my face and say it will make me feel like anything other than utter garbage after. It always has and always will. Working out is something people need to treat like going to the dentist or doctors. It won’t be mildly enjoyable in the slightest. But it is mandatory for health. Some people just can’t break the cycle. Some people just can’t find that motivation. And before you start shutting on me, save it. I already know trust me. Just decided to die on my own terms on my 30th birthday so don’t worry.

  • Just a thing for all of you to keep in mind. To keep strengthening ur abs you have to use FITT. Iether increase the frequency so how often you are doing the workout. Or you can increase the Intensity of the workout, or the time you are doing it or the type. It’s great if you do this and workout and it does get you abs but if you can already go through this entire workout and your and don’t really burn you should change one of the components of Fitt.
What I do is I do it once a day and I switch it up between all of her ab and 6 pack workout and sometimes I do yeh Ryan Graham 7 min ab workout because his has exercises for 1 min instead of 30 seconds. If you want to keep getting better you can’t just keep doing the same thing.
Another thing you can do is go to her Instagram where once a week she posts workout routines for the week and you can choose to workout 30 or 45 mins with different difficulty options and that includes an workouts that are switched up.
Hope this helps if you read it all the way. This is the only way to get really ripped abs. Pls like so others can see this too.
Sry if this is badly explained I can answer any questions you have in the comment section.

  • “You should’ve broke me a long time ago, I’m unbreakable now”

I PHYSICALLY felt something on the inside ignite when he said that!

  • 80% of the workout was me screaming “WHAT IS THIS” “HOW YOU EVEN DO THAT” “OUCH” i literally sound like i’m doing the deed with someone.

  • the first couple of minutes BURN LIKE HELL I know but it gets easier as soon the planks start.

  • Some people just don’t get it, they cannot understand that eating healthy & exercising is essential to living a happier life… you can have this and that, all the luxury things you think you want, but without your health you will never really feel good. And it’s the truth. You know it is. Sometimes we need an extra push, sometimes we do let ourselves slack off because of whatever reason (working too much, exhaustion, stress, etc.), sometimes we need that motivation back: sometimes we need that slap in the face that makes us remember how important it is and that WE CAN DO IT again! I love how he refers to ourselves (individual human beings) as our own ecosystems. I love that. It’s so true people! Think about the food you eat, for example. You know the organic, natural food grown from the ground is what is truly the most healthy. The food farmers grow on their own and the food we really can grow ourselves too! It’s not convenient, and there are a lot of things so many of us would have to change and get used to… but really think about your health. Do you truly want to be the healthiest you’ve ever been or ever could be? Because I think it’s a worthwhile investment!

  • Who is STILL doing this in september???
YOU CAN DO IT YOU JUST NEED TO BELIEVE:)i am going to add a quote everyday

It takes real courage to do this most people quit in just 2 days.

Don’t quit now then all your effort you put in before is waste.

Change “one day” to “day one”

The pain you feel today is just weakness leaving the body and it will be the strength you feel tommorow.

Pain is temporary, quitting is for EVER.

Your mind is so much stronger than your body so if you tell your self you can do it you WILL do finish doing it.

Do what makes YOU feel happy.

  • You know david laid is famous when people talk more about him and less about my boy Cbum who is mr. Olympia winner. Although they shows him for just one frame but still he deserves more recognition.

  • I started working out 7 years ago. Had a purpose for it and everything. Now I workout just because it’s something that I do. Like cleaning the house or something. It’s a chore.

  • Calories are your friends. They are the fuel to your body.

    To read more check:

  • Best way I got motivated to work out was because I was tired of having back pains. I’ve worked a desk job for five years now and I was starting to feel those effects. Fortunately, I’m only 30 so I can still save my body, and I fully intend to do so. I started and failed a few times over the course of about 4 months, but that’s fine because I never gave up. You eventually learn to deal with “The Wall”, as I like to call it. This….ugly, physical manifestation of negativity that nags at you, telling you it’s too much work. I like to think of it as just another part of my routine in the day, like getting a shower, working overtime, or doing dishes. All that matters is you never give up completely, and you’ll eventually find a way.

I’m about a month and a half into my journey; back pain is almost gone, arms and especially my thighs feel thicker. No visible muscle, but I can feel some toneness. I have more energy overall, and I feel less miserable, some days I even feel pretty good. I used to feel really exhausted after workouts, and the day after, I would feel the soreness. Now, I don’t feel much soreness in general, and right after the workout, I feel a little more alert after I’ve gotten my shower. I used to really struggle moving around those 15 pound dumbbells, and now, while they’re still a bit annoying to move, I can move them around with less difficulty.

  • i put in maybe 5-6 hours a week at the gym and try and not eat like a total piece of crap and i’m in better shape than the majority of guys i see, like it truly does not take THAT much time for pretty great results.

  • Hi. Where is longer version of this. The one called believe in the dream. I listen to that almost every day. Don’t see it anymore.

  • Use to go to the gym for 2 years and loved it, then the pandemic took it away, now I continue to work out at home. It’s tough, but I still get that amazing feeling after working out

  • Do you know why it says get motivated bcuz these are fun exercises and after this video you will realize that exercises can also be fun
    Love you Pamela
Lots of love ❤️ from India

  • Whoa, Democrats are triggered when you say hard work pays off and exercise is better for you than sitting on your butt and accepting yourself as a fat slob

  • Hi Pamela. I’m that kind of guys never giving any feedback on a YouTube video but today I want to say thank you for all your videos.. I have been training almost every day isi g your 10min videos.. I’m going one day to share the result (need a descent camera). I really appreciate the no break exercices vidéos. Thank you Thank you

  • You know what, I really cried when I hear this. I ask my self so many ques. Who I am, who I want to be, for what I’m dreaming for and why do I waste time, why??? Now I’m really motivated but I don’t know what to do.

  • I want to be motivated to workout throughout this quarantine cause I want to prove all people wrong. That I am not a “QUITTER”
And I have many people to prove wrong so i won’t give up until i am satisfied about it.

  • I don’t consume sweets, don’t eat trashy food yet I’ve always hated exercise. It’s just boring and I don’t get any dopamine rush from it. I mostly swim and cycle, the gym and other sports are painfully boring to me

  • Oh, I’m passing exams on this and the next week and your videos help me just to unwind my brain and feel the body; thanks so much, I love you and what you’re doing!

  • To Anyone Reading To This, You’re Bigger Than Your Obstacles, Keep Pushing Toward Success, God Has Believe In You, You Are A Champion!!! Give Yourself A Meaning! Work On Every day, You Can Have It!!

  • Its insane how much working out has mentally enlightened me. Joe is 100% right. You feel invincible. You see things for what they are and you push through them.

  • Sometimes told me about a car now I know where it came from, you. The concept of the car influence my thinking greatly. You talk about discomfort being a friendship I think it could be. A friend sent me an email that really shocked me in what she said, my thinking how can you not know. As you say you are in charge of your car or your ecosystem make it work for you. I got the idea she does want to learn or get better. She does not live in a f dark world what can I say say more.

  • With the pandemic going on, do you feel like all plans you had will fail? Feel like things will not go your way? Worry no more, now is the time to get back on track and work on whatever has been left dragging. Listen for a minute and be motivated, inspired to attain greatness. Share with friends lets help uplift each other.

  • a year after this video was posted i weighed 250 lbs as a 6’1 kid at 15 years old. i’m now 17 6’1 180 with mental stability my predecessor self could only dream of. thanks joe, jamie’s cool too

  • Holy shit….I literally started to cry half way through. This was what I needed to hear in life. IT’S POSSIBLE……I CAN DO THIS! Screw the haters that are jealous of you. It’s because they don’t have the same FIGHT IN LIFE. GIVE IT YOUR ALL…IN EVERYTHING! peace out fokes I’m gonna get off my ass right now and continue to fight the fight with myself and my fitness. I’ve been working out for three months and I needed this to just keep going. Results don’t happen overnight. They can take months or years but in the long run I’d rather be grateful for fighting every day towards my goals rather than live with regret that I stopped!

  • If u go to sleep and don’t work you ain’t aloud to sleep you gotta work go out there be better then anyone on god ride da wave

  • Exercising isn’t the end all be all of making your life perfect. It’s the mentality and changes exercise leads to that will impact you the most, we don’t need to be physically strong or athletic for survival anymore, however the ability to overcome a great obstacle does still matter. The ability to pursue greatness and not settle for averageness matters. The self dedication youll hopefully acquire will matter. If you want to feel better physically and acquire a better mentality then exercise is a fantastic starting point, not to many things will teach you both at once.

  • I NEVER care what happens I will work till I collapse…till I die..BUT NEVER EVER GIVE UP. Everyone like “ Messi, Ronaldo, neymar, EMINEM, MIKE TYSON, Muhammad Ali, xxtentacion, John cena, THE ROCk) they all became legend only because one ☝️ thing…WORKING LIKE HELL. ( every) legend have work hard as hell. My dream is to became boxer. AND I WILL TRY TO SUCCESS

  • For who ever is reading this keep fighting keep chasing your dreams and never give up you fall down get back up don’t give up❤️

  • No quitting. Hard work really pays off. I have experienced it. it’s my transformation video. I have dreamt of transforming myself since a long time and during these quarantine months I did it. Yet to achieve more. Keep moving forward and never give up people.

  • Just did this for the first time this morning when I first woke up!! Wow deff some motivation to start my day! So glad I found her workout videos this is the heaviest I have ever been after having 3 kids I started waist training and now going to do her workout videos every day till I hit my goal weight

  • That was David Laid in the golden days… I miss the old Dave he’s not coming back. Loved it when he used to bang out good content vid after vid inspiring the thousands. Now he’s different… not quite the same Dave that gymshark signed years ago

  • I was grinding so much in quarantine. Everyda, countless hours literally in my garage and the park playing basketball. Now it’s like I only grind here and there like every 3-5 days. Basketball doesn’t feel the same no more. I’m always the only one out there and it just gets stale everyday. I’m trying to get back into but I have no motivation. I don’t know what to do… I wake up in the morning and I’m like “ I gotta do the same stupid workouts again.”

  • I’m going to give this a go. I was given 12-14 months to live in February, because of a grade IV glioblastoma brain tumor. I don’t know if I’ll fall into the 75% who don’t live longer than a year. The odds are against me, but that 25% has to filled with those who didn’t. I’m going to get in as good shape I’ve ever been, with however much time I have left.
And what Joe Rogan says is true. Whichever route you take, slacker or doer, your brain rewards you either way. Only the healthy route is free of guilt and remorse that come with letting your body go to shit. I’m nearly 20 lbs overweight. I’m confident that I can complete some of these 30 day challenges, and get into shape.
    Thanks, Joe Rogan.

  • I am a Athlete (Basketball Player ).. I have nothing to do at quarantine so I stayed lazy for 4 months now I am out of shape…. I dont feel like working out.

  • Does anyone else feel there should be a difficult rating on these workouts? Like 1 bicep beginners, 2 biceps intermediate, 3 biceps experts and then a thousand biceps for this video???

  • You will be able to know hard work if you follow this vertical jump method. Seeing the results will require you to follow and execute a challenging exercise routine. It break you down to rebuild you better is i would put it. I had to spend 2 months to add 10 inches in my vert. I discovered this jump guidebook on Google. The jump guidebook is Julian Jumρosen

  • Absolutely love this video good stuff. I have to add to this and please correct me if I’m wrong…. Not saying country is different then city or may say gym? But if ya can’t get to a gym go for a drive where there’s Hills, trees and whatever else to train your body in a whole new aspect. Same goes the other way. Just saying…. There’s never a gym but there’s always nature…

  • Great tip when you need to do a workout that involves “lifting your neck high”, is: don’t lift your neck high, lift your shoulders high, sure it does heart your neck somehow, but the higher you lift your shoulders high, the better your core & abs will burn, and the better your neck doesn’t hurt.

  • i am 14 years old, 5’5 and i weigh 193 today’s the day i change my life for the better, this video motivates me so much. i’ll try my best! stay strong everyone!!!

  • Had the best rope skipping session of my life. I’m literally drenched with sweat and blinded by my profuse sweating but changing your mind and believing in yourself is the key to a successful life worth living. Praying everyone here achieves everything they truly desire in this world

  • This hurts because I had the greatest teacher, and knowing what Now that if I took the last 3 years seriously, I could have been big now, but I was lazy

I’m here now and mature enough to push to where I should have been and beyond, I will succeed. I don’t belong at the bottom, he taught all he could and now I will put it into practice and show up and smash everyone, it just takes time

  • Watching this after slipping off my workout routine and this has been so helpful. I am realizing that I am they’re of person that thinks of the pain before I workout and I feel like I’ve learned one of my triggers! Thank you!

  • I am not here for information, but to help those who are seeking answers and help! Not too long ago, I was deeply plunged into internet searches and videos in hopes of understanding WHY despite all my efforts, I could not lose weight! I have tried everything under the sun from the modest diets to the extreme and nothing worked. When I say extreme, I mean going for months and months on 200 to 500 calories and not losing a single pound! Not 1 pound. Now, if that sounds completely impossible to you then my comment was not meant for you! This is for those of you who know exactly what I am talking about, because you’ve been there or are currently experiencing this phenomenon. After a while, I could not find anymore motivation. After the ups and downs of my weight, only to end up where I started I thought my mind and body had gievn up. I just did not have it in me to exercise, even though I continued dieting. I used to search “low motivation” and “weight loss plateaus”. I even tried the reverse diet trick, only to be disappointed. After a very long time, I have uncovered the reasons I was unable to lose weight and that’s not to say I may not discover more reasons to my slow wright loss down the line. Anyways, I want to share some of the things I learned about myself and that I am currently getting corrected with medications. Maybe you might be experiencing these problems too or something similar? You just never know! Do what I did and keep asking questions until you discover what is wrong.

    1. PCOS which caused a horomal imbalance amongst other things!

    2. Severely deficient in vitamin D! Even though I was prescribed a mega dose vitamin D weekly, I had my levels checked a year later and the levels were exactly the same! So they changed the type of vitamin D prescribed, as well as the dosage and frequency and I feel like a different person. I feel normal, motivated and energetic. I had become so used to feeling tired and fatigued that I did not even know something was wrong, because it became my normal! But nothing is normal about an absence of motivation and energy!

    3. Depression, but I knew that already!

    4. Severely Anemic (I don’t experience heavy bleeding, so my doctors are stumped) I get iron infusiomn every few months now to remain stable.

    5. Metabolic Syndrome (hopefully this was caused by the hormonal imbalance and can be corrected).

Now obviously I’m a weird case (why me?) and I don’t expect anyone to be this screwed up. The only point I’m trying to get accross is that I had no idea all of these things was wrong with me, let alone preventing me from losing weight and attributing to symptoms I came to believe was normal, such as increased hunger, mood swings and insomnia. If you find it impossible to lose weight, there might just be a medical reason for it. By the way, I have lost 57.2 pounds in 3 and a half months. Good luck and never give up!

  • Diet+exercise=losing weight. I mean I can do some exercise, the hard part is the diet one. Some say count your meal’s calories, avoid eating this and that, etc. But I don’t wanna live my whole life like that, I wanna eat some delicious cuisines and delicacies as I explore diff. places. I want to stay fit but I don’t want to restrict myself much and be conscious of my flabby arms, bloated stomach and belly fat plus the calves

  • I would totally like to workout outside, but I’m just the type of person who gets afraid of everyone judging me so I just lock myself in my room and workout there lol

  • Would this be considered a HIIT workout, strength training or something else?… trying to figure out what to classify it as on my watch lol

  • I just made a song for all that persons who has been struggling with depression!
    Talking to myself”

  • Whenever i need motivation i come to this page it is great and love to watch the legends working out and it makes me work even harder to achieve same

  • As a Mexican it’s just super weird listening to Spanish speaking music doing this workout. I have no idea if they are Mexican too, I really avoid Mexican and latinoamerican music a lot, this music type is called reggaeton (the last 2 songs).

  • I appreciate your videos and really enjoy them. I don’t know if you get to choose who or what advertises on your videos but, as long as those anti-American, socialist/communist democrat ads run before and during your videos, I won’t be watching and I certainly won’t be sharing because I don’t want anyone who knows me to thing I associated with any of that trash.
    Great videos, though.
    Good luck.

  • The average is the income, fight you’re way trough it! Everyone blaming you’re results doesn’t see the hardwork, they only see the bullshit they will adapt, never give up #gymshark
