  • This was great, I been tryin to find out about “what are the causes of constipation in adults” for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you heard people talk about Qaneah Neynna Takeover (should be on google have a look )? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my brother in law got cool success with it.

  • Every food you mentioned bloats me like hell.

    Dont know what to eat.

  • My grandpa always said “eat lots of turnip greens and that should loosen up those hard brown logs” but in spite of this information, we always had problems flushing his fecals down the toilet.

  • Please guy’s do as I say and some of you might get rid of this problem cause I’ve gotten better
1: by all means avoid refined wheat flour products this is your real enemy
2: avoid all types of meat go vegan
3: avoid dairy products instead use substitutes like soya milk
    4: avoid fast foods strictly
5: try to add clarified butter in every meal possible this helps to soften the tool this helped me
6: try eating wheat flour products I’m Indian so I use to eat roti instead of rice and if you want to have rice have Brown rice it’s rich in fibre.
7: drink water double the amount you use to drink before, drink hot water everytime and drink 2 to 4 glasses of hot water slowly in the morning in an empty stomach.
8: avoid fried foods, avoid potatoes.
9: have seasonal fruits increase the amount of fruit intake but avoid banana it’s a strict no, peach can do wonders for constipated stool.
10: atleast chew food 25 times and increase if possible cause most of the digestion took place in the mouth itself.
11: have cucumbers alot and water rich fruits like watermelon it’ll help in digestion.
12: avoid cabbage as when I used to eat cabbage I would see little spikes on my hard constipated poop which lead to anal fissure. So, I avoided cabbage it’s my real enemy.
13:avoid chocolates it’ll slow down digestion.
14: even if the problem pertains after all this effort go see a physician ASAP and you should see if the blood in stool is very frequent in large amount than its alarming go see a physician you could die of it if you won’t.
15: after the medical prescription follow the things mentioned above as it won’t harm you anyway.
I Hope each and every one of you gets totally recovered and be healthy as you were before
I’ve been getting this problem again after having cabbage so I am starting again hope I get well soon.
Well if you have read my suggestion this far thank you and god bless you

  • Thank you for your video, it is excellent. Yesterday I had constipation so bad that it led to an anal fissure. The previous day I had eaten lots of popcorn, a large raw apple, cheese and pasta. I drink alot of tea but no water. Is it possible to eat TOO MUCH fibre? So that rather than fixing my constipation, a high fibre diet is actually CAUSING my constipation? Thank you.

  • I’m suffering to much it’s been 2 days that i can’t poop I’m very xonstipated and it hurts my butt and my back I’m crying i don’t know what to do pls help

  • Hello, Thanks for your great video you have a very friendly manner! I have regularly stool type 2 OR 1! But I eat muslie for breakfast and snacks. I eat lots of vegetables and only one or two pieces of fruit a day. I limit white grains, sugar and processed foods. and I drink 1 2 litres of water a day. I eat milk kefir about 2 litres a week and cheese, do you think that is bad for my poop? After watching you video the only thing left for me to do is eat more fruit (prunes!) and perhaps cut down on the kefir (it is white)? What do you recommend? Thanks again for your video

  • You shared very good information. My uncle was suffering from this problem. He was very upset at that time. He went to Planet Ayurveda and started his treatment. Now he is fine. If you have this type of problem or any other type of health problem. You must go to Planet Ayurveda.

Have you heard the talk about Melubras Physique Patenier (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now)? • I eat tonnes of fruit, fair bit of veg, eat mostly healthy food, drink lots of water, tried the moo to poo technique and still NADA… wtf is wrong with my bowel. I can basically only go once a day and at around the same time every day and if I dont get it out during that time window then thats me done for the day. And also I always feel like Im just getting the overflow amount of turds out. Like not a good full bowel clear out. Always loads of pressure. Very annoying. Today was one of those days. Laxatives work but eventually stop working. Im training for a marathon now and noticed long runs get my bowel working but even those have stopped working as well now. Its like my bowel has a mind of its own……. ITS ALIVE!!!!

  • Quick question: im about same age as you and have very bad cellulite like terriblenoticed from far away terrible. Read a lot into it no conclusive answers but mainly it seems diet&body movement are massive contributors. Can you PLEASE PLEASE help.

As a teen i was depressed angry and ate a serous amount of (junk) food and since then have a dairy sensitivity (who doesnt).

  • That day I had like 3 bowel movements(not much content though). The next day, sun 3 may, I had about two. The only problem is that my anxiety has skyrocketed. I feel too anxious now for no reason. Are my anxiety attacks a sign of detox from the lemon that I squeezed and mixed with water? I have some ibs-c but my estimation, but it could be any other thing since I am currently undiagnosed. I hope you get the time to take a look at this comment and reply, because I feel worried now:/

  • Guys if anyone out there is experiencing hard stool. Trust me Drink Pineapple Juice.
I just drank s few cups of it and waited for about 5min and than i had the urgent to go to the toilet and it passed gratefully.
    Iam relieved.

  • I’ve tried to eat lots of fiber foods everyday and went on a colon cleanse very 2 weeks and took mirlaax and exlax. But my poop is still hard. My constipation is mild and it’s not that I don’t poop it’s that it can be hard and I’ll have the return to the toilet and poop little bits out throughout the day. It’s just annoying because it interferes with daily activities and I will get stomach pains every now and then. I hope you can answer and help me out a bit. My poop can range from pebbly, hard chunks, or very stringy.

  • Hello! I’m late but I have tried a powder to help me empty and it worked, but I still am having it and I don’t want to take that powder all the time, I’ll tell you what I had to eat today
    Breakfast: Oatmeal
Lunch: A sandwich with lunch meat
    Dinner: Some French fries
I don’t know if that’s good I’m gonna try and start walking some days, I have a good sized water bottle and I drink too of those a day, but it really sucks when you feel like you have to go to the bathroom but you can’t.

  • Thank you so much for your channel and your video showing the effects of an enzyme on oatmeal. I had not seen it before. Really good video and so I will try using an enzyme. Should you also take a probiotic too? You give information in an easy way to understand and fun too..Appreciate your responding to me. Keep these videos coming!!!

  • I’m always scared to go to the bathroom when people (Even the people I live with) are upstairs or even in the house I’m 12 and have some serious privacy issues but I’m home alone for 20 minutes and let’s just say. The gods have been good to me. Also were having pizza when they come back owo.

  • First of all, what are your personal top picks? Second, are eggs or spam okay? Cause one day I had eggs, spam, and white rice for breakfast, skipped lunch, and when I “had to go” around the afternoon, it came out pretty fine. And third, how does meat affect your stool? Like does it increase the amount you produce or the size of the lump or does it lead to one of those Types you mentioned?

  • Winner of a video, I have been researching “cure constipation home remedies” for a while now, and I think this has helped. You ever tried Qaneah Neynna Takeover (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now )? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my colleague got excellent success with it.

  • I was taking tylenol for tooth pain. The medicine caused me to get constipated. Both tooth pain and constipation are extremely uncomfortable and hurt.

  • Thank you so much for all the brilliant information you freely give to the world.

  • I’ve read about citrus being a bladder irritate, been wanting to start drinking lemon water, but am scared my bladder with react. I went on a chocolate and soda binge a few weeks back and definitely felt it in my bladder. Keeping a food diary is a good idea!

  • Tip 1: Stay hydrated. Water, herbal teas, eliminator drink (recipe in notes below).
Tip 2: Fiber. Oatmeal, broccoli, best place to get fibre is fruit & veg rather than bread and legumes if you have digestion problems.
Tip 3: Eat more smaller meals rather than larger to help digestion. Small meals spread throughout the day. Aim for 25g fibre a day.
Tip 4: Smoothies and mucilage. Chia, flax seed, okra, kiwi. Soothing for digestive system. Add MCT or coconut oil.
Tip 5: Magnesium. Consider supplementing, speak to your doctor. Helps with stress and stimulates bowel. “Natural calm” is one brand. Helps with calcium absorption. Consider a digestive enzyme if problems with digestion.
