    1breakfast is water with small sandwich of turkey or low salt cheese and an apple and 1 cucumber during work
    2when back to home i have my lunch with protein and plate of salad or soup
    3i go to gym and my calrori burning increase from 600 to 950 and some times 1100 calories /hour only on treadmill
    4i didnt start lifting yet
    5will start to take fat burner like hydroxy cut
    6move in the office during work day
    7after the workout i drink lot of water
    8almost no dinner except fruits if i feel hungry

    when i started diet i was very heavy, hard to move, very tight closes, now feel more active my body start to shrink, closes start to become more fitter and i am keeping on until reach my target in sha Allah

  • My metabolism is insanely fast if i am doing anything active (which is a lot) i can easily burn all the food i had in no time at all, i mean i can go from full to hungry in an hour, this is great if u need to to something physically demanding but for a short time if no food is present. I discovered this when last summer i decided to help out my close friend with his landscaping business, he is a big buy so anytime he ate he would be tired so over the years he started to not eat anything until late at night( i strongly discourage this) so it would be really frustrating as I would get tired fast but when i had food I would have basically infinite amounts of energy for the next 90-120 min haha, also i want to mention that if i am say staying home on a weekend or something the desire to eat is very minimal so without any effort i end up fasting for the whole morning and often half of the afternoon.

  • Also something about drinking water, a tip from me is, drink half your body weight! For example if you weigh 100 pounds, your going to drink 50 ounces of water a day! That tip really helped me so hopefully it will help you too:)

    Gamers who sat a lot but they aren’t getting fat easy they don’t eat a lot, Where you get your fat is on the food.

    What you eat what you are if you want to lose weight eat less and your body will not store the fat that didn’t burn.

    Eat what you can eat and a great advice to discourage you from eating a lot. Stop eating tasty food start eating vegatables and fruits.

  • Also avoid eating too much salt. Salt binds water and makes the water hold on to water, and also you have to drink more to get the same water intake as if you would normally.

  • ok instead of olive oil use coconut oil it has way better results eat 2 table spoons of that a day to get your metabolism boosted and plus its good for your skin you will loose like a 3 or 4 pounds a day if you drink 2 cups coffee a day then 2 table spoons a day plus 2 30 min jog or 15 min sprint (sprint has better results) then do 1 min of planks, leg lifts wall sits, and lunges do those work outs 5 times so 5 mins each with a break in the middle then do hard core dancing its really good for you then take a 2 min break then lift weights for 5 mins then repeat the 5 min weight lifts 4 times breaks in the middle and also for the best effect do not i repeat DO NOT eat meat or dairy

    I can only really ever eat maybe like 300 less.
    I lose weight, it’s just slow. I never really gain more than 3 pounds a year, but also never really lose more than 5 a year.:’)
