Instead consider weighing yourself once every week or two, and make sure to do so at the same time of day each time. Make Things Easier for Yourself If you’re starting out with a new fitness schedule it’s usually fairly easy to find the motivation to continue. 1. Enjoy what you’re doing—find fitness activities you like. The fact is many people don’t have the internal motivation to work out, and say they’d rather do something else. The trick is finding a “something else” that just happens to have fitness benefits.

2. Become a master to feel comfortable and competent, and gain a sense of accomplishment. 7 ways to stay motivated and achieve your fitness goals according to the experts Keep your body on its toes Rethink how your attitude to exercise Work for the endorphins Workout with like-minded people Turn on the radio Use your coffee habit Remember health it’s just for January. There is no perfect way to reach your goal. At some point, you will miss a workout, or not stick to your diet for a day.

Be gentle with yourself. Because your next workout, your next meal, gives you another opportunity to stay committed to your why – stay committed to your goal. A few mantras to try: “You can do this”. “Just one leg in front of the other”. “Slow or fast, a mile is a mile”. “Train smart, train strong”.

Yes, they are all a little cheesy but repeating these positive quotes can help you reach your fitness goal, especially when you’re in a rut or lacking mental toughness. Motivation is a fickle thing. When it comes to exercise, finding the motivation to move your body can be tricky. It can come in bursts where you feel motivated to smash out your workouts to meet your fitness goals and quickly ebb into exercise feeling like a chore.

I can do it for a couple weeks, then I hit a wall, or the program ends, time.

Understanding how your body changes when you go from being sedentary to exercising regularly can be tremendously motivating. • Don’t let failure bring you down, failure is an opportunity for us to grow and learn and become better at what we do ♡ keep trying and you’ll get there! Believe in yourself and your purpose

  • This was very encouraging. The last part especially spoke to me. Every second is an opportunity to wipe the slate clean. I don’t have to put myself down just because I didn’t do things perfectly or I didn’t fully commit to things before. Every moment is an opportunity to align myself with my goals. Also, having a game plan to navigate the harder moments when there is a lack of motivation is essential. Thank you for making this video!

  • Just purchased your e-book after watching this! I’ve been needing to switch up my routine for a minute (running can get very boring, very fast). I can tell these workouts are going to kick my ass haha

  • Just wanna say you motivate me! I’m so happy I found your channel.
My goal right now is to move my body every day. Whether that’s a workout, going for a walk outside, yoga, dance party in my kitchen. Anything!

  • Baby girl when I was your age I was thin. I was 112 at 31, then I had my son and weighed 120. Now at 53 I weigh 140. What I’m trying to tell you is to be happy with your body image. God made you the way you are. Weight WILL definitely come with age.☺ Now about that booty…..look at your shape and the older women in your family. If they don’t have one then you may not get one. If you don’t have a booty bump now, then you won’t have one later. It’s genetics. Exercise to be fit. God made you beautiful.☺ This is what I would tell my daughter if I had one. God bless you and take care sweetie.

  • I got the notification that you posted and i was like “I cannot watch it until i finish this homework” thanks for the motivation to get homework done!

  • Excellent video! We are in our 80’s and feel better than ever! Still work for a strong body and a calm mind. Doing some research for our tiny new healthy-aging advice channel. Learned a lot. Keep it going!

  • Ignore the haters! People are going to hate no matter what you do and what you look like. Keep doing you!! You are beautiful!!! ❤

  • hi, a little question, would it be a good idea to bring my dog with me when I’m doing long distance running? Or would that not be good.

  • Needed this!! With school starting, it’s been hard for me to find motivation for other things. I actually run barrels, which is the main reason I started my fitness journey, and I haven’t been keeping up with that like I should. You’ve lit a fire under my butt, and I’m here for it!! Your super inspiring in many aspects and I love it. Thank you sooo much for this!!♡♡

  • Okay but I had so much time during quarantine I was working out for 2 hours everyday and now I am so so busy I am only working out 2 times a week who else has the same problem by the way I love you Kylie you are such a big motivation to me

  • I LOVE THIS. I completely agree with striving for progress and to start out by just focusing on how to get motivated. I’m a few years into my fitness journey and now it’s so routine that it’s not hard to just get up and do. But when I started I would REALLY not want to a lot of the time. It changes over time for sure!

  • As a dancer, I SO recommend joining jazz or hip hop classes that you can go to a couple times a week. It’s super fun and it makes you SWEAT! Thanks for the motivation Kristina. Love and support always! <3 maddi

  • so I was eating aha and I was watching YouTube and came into this video and no lie I put down the fork and was like damn I need to get up and run but I was hungry af so I finished my food and finished the video as well haha

  • Thank you for this video I have been in a unmotivated rut for two years as someone who is experiencing burnout from taking classes all year long (spring, summer, fall semester) currently a senior in college and trying to get back into motivation

  • Your videos are always so closely related to how I’m feeling at the time that they come out! Appreciated this one definitely needed the boost

  • Hey does anyone else like not have any motivation (I mean duh that’s why you’re here) like ugh yeah whatever I can’t be bothered. Let let me selit down all day and go on my phone ‘motivated’. See none? Does anyone else feel this way? #lockdown2020

  • This is so inspiring and I can really put this into so many aspects of life. Cambria you honestly make me a better person and sometimes I think God is just talking through you. Thank you! <3

  • I just re-watched this video because it is so amazing! I think this is one of the best videos Cambria made. She is truly awesome!:)

  • So I just found you today and have been catching up on some of your videos and I really appreciated this one for where I am today. About a year ago I started getting serious about my health and fitness. I started running… counting calories and weighing weekly. I wasn’t overweight at all. I just gained about 20 over the last 18 years of being married so i decided to make a change. I’m still at it today but I find myself at times obsessing about it. I’m afraid to gain it back. But your video was such an encouragement. I was blessed by it. thank you for your words of encouragement and being used by God.

  • One of the biggest helps for me in keeping working out is doing “two things at once” while at the gym… meaning I listen to an audio book or read an ebook on my ipad while I’m on the elliptical or recumbent bike or treadmill. I find that helps a lot, because I don’t feel like I’m wasting time and I know I’m doing something good for my body.

AND It actually pushes me to go longer because if I’m nearly done a chapter, i’ll take the extra 5 minutes on the machine to read the rest of it!

Also I find joining the gym within walking distance of my home has helped. I can walk there in less than 5 minutes, workout, and walk home in less than 5 minutes so I can have a shower or bath in my own home.

For the past months and a half I have been working out 5 times a week, the last 2 weeks I’ve been at a gym. And I LOVE the gym, I used to hate gyms and they always had toxic environments (as in the people were toxic), but this new gym has been so great and lifts you up.

I even decided to start working on weight training for my upper body. And already I have gone up weight for my triceps! I’m only working on triceps and biceps right now, but that’s because I’ve never done weight training before, and soon I will be adding new muscle groups.

I am going to lose weight, and I am going to get healthier, and I’m going to lower my blood pressure, these are my goals.

  • Kristina, when you first went fully raw did you struggle to get enough volume of food in?(being a small person)
What steps did you take to increase or did you just start eating, for example, 10 peaches at one sitting?

    Thanks beautiful!:)

  • I love how realistic and understanding you are. This is what I needed to hear. I’ve been feeling very frustrated lately because I am not seeing the results I want to see and I get to a point where I just want to quit. I feel so guilty if I skip a workout or I do not follow my diet all the time. Thanks for sharing this with us Maryana!

  • THANK YOU SOOOOOO MUCH FOR THIS VIDEO!!! You have no idea how it has touched me. I have a busy life…2 boys 2 and 5, my husband travels (a lot) for work which leaves me home around the clock and I work. I’ve been needing this motivation to get my body back prior to pregnancy. Your words have inspired me to do everything you mentioned and to take the time to get there. I’ve been down on myself bc I feel like I didn’t have the time. But with this video I learned to take a step back to create my time when I can and to be ok with it. So THANK YOU AGAIN!!! Please make more videos like this! God bless your heart! ❤️

  • Thank you so much for this video, you have no idea how much I needed to hear this. I have struggled with my weight pretty much my whole life and losing weight has always been why I wanted to workout, so of course  I was always getting down on myself whenever I didn’t go to the gym everyday which resulted in eating more and gaining more weight. Watching this video and hearing you say all of those things really made me think about the reason as to why I want to start living a healthy lifestyle. It isn’t because I want a “perfect body,” but because I want to be healthy and happy with the life that I live. I absolutely love all of your videos and I am so happy that I found your account. You inspire me to become the best version of myself that I can be.

  • Dear Kristina! I have got loads of questions which I hope you will like!
First a funny one: do you know if eating fully raw will stop you from snoring?
What is your skin-care routine? (What do you do with your skin in the morning and/or evening? How do cleanse your face, what creams/oils do you apply on your face, how many times a day do you do that, what kind of make up from what brands do you use etc.)
This is a question I’ve been wondering for SO long! Do you drink tea!? If so, do you think boiled water is ok? Or if not, why not?
Do you know if eating fully raw will affect stretch marks positively (for example, make them less visible or even make them go away!?)
How did you manage to eat fully raw when you would stay over for dinner at a friend?
    How tall are you?
Do you have any tips on getting more energy (apart from eating more fully raw meals 😉 )?

And some more personal questions and of course it is up to you to decide if you will answer these questions:
If you were to have children, would you raise them fully raw vegan?
Should a man be a fully raw vegan in order for you to start a relationship with him? Put differently: could you possibly be with someone who is not fully raw vegan?
What is your opinion on party nights? Do you ever go out? Have you gone out much when you were younger? How did you do that with (not) drinking alcohol? Do you like clubbing etc.?

I’d love to hear your answer on these questions in some future videos Kristina! Love you, keep up the good work, and stay your beautiful, wonderful self because I really look forward to every single bubbly and sparkly video of yours! Love xxxx

  • The scale is a BIG thing!!! Got rid of mine last year. Also got rid of the big mirror in my bathroom.:D I swim, tried running but felt it was so hard on  my knees. You can also do workouts in the pool with pool weights that are also easy on your joints.

  • One thing that works in my favor is that I don’t have a sweet tooth. Unfortunately I love red meat. I could eat a steak Burrito every day.

  • I do wonder though, what do you do if you really need to focus on something you don’t only have 0 motivation to do but dislike doing?

  • So motivating, I love working out I have no issues working out I find saying no to comfort foods difficult I can’t find the balance

  • Girl from TX talking about running in the cold lmao.. it’s definitely like 70 degrees in TX in the winter.. try coming to the north East and you’ll get an idea of what cold is haha.. no offense though

  • you know what makes working out challenging? when you need $80 sports bras because of your size. sucks. but now i have 2 and i interchange them, and i workout every other day or every 2 days depending on the intensity of the workout i did.
lately I’ve been doing the Jillian Michaels workouts on youtube. they work really well for me since running would mean having to buy a jogging stroller to bring my toddler. i do love running though.

  • Yessss how tall are you, Kristina? We have the exact same body and hair. I’m 5’8″ but I can’t tell how tall you are. you’re so inspirational!!

  • haven’t weighed myself in years and it’s been one of the best things I’ve ever done! yes, it’s how you feeeeel not the number below. We’re all different!

  • Kristina, I love your videos. You look fine for your age. When people make comments about your wrinkles (crows feet) it is the sun that is the cause. I am of Irish/English descent where fair skin and red hair run in the family. I am 38 and HAVE to protect myself from the sun. You may want to look into this.

  • I am a night shift STNA. I eat a meal before I go to work at 6pm & I get off at 6am. I take things in my lunch box I snack on Bc I can’t really take a lunch. I bored eat SOOOOO bad. Can you give tips??

  • Am about to be 27 years and am 5 5. I workout 30 minutes 4 days a week, am trying to lose weight because I was 185 but now am 180. I try to lose 1lb a week and so far its working. My motivation is using the calendar. What I do is weight myself every Sunday and write down how much I weight. So now when I look at the calendar I can see how much I weight in the past week and now and it makes me want to continue to lose weight because I see progress. I also put a check mark on each day I workout so that I don’t forget how many days I workout. I don’t go to the gym I workout at home with different youtube videos like fitness blender ( but not only just fitness blender videos) I also don’t want to be too skinny so I use muscle videos as well and slimming workout videos.

  • you mentioned on snap that people were making negative comments in regards to your body. and I am literally blown away. your body is perfect. how can you even think something negative?????????? you look healthy and happy and that’s what matters!

  • Hi:)
I’m a PhD student… and is super normal for me to work 8h to 9h a day. After a long day, I just want to have a nice dinner and sleep xD
How can I motivate myself?… It’s very hard to find time when a day has only 24hrs…

    Love your videos <3

  • I’m surprised you polish your finger nails.  Is this just traditional stuff or do you have some all natural stuff you use.  Your nails do look nice, just surprised you polish your nails but don’t use make-up.

  • Thank you, Thank YOU, Thank YOUUU! I planned the rest of my week to practice self love aka “Work out” and I let my fitness buddy at the gym know when I’ll be there. I will tell myself “I love you I’m doing this for you!”:-) thanks Chica

  • Kristina, I need this… like really need this. I haven’t worked out in 3 months and I truly want to finally reach my goals. It’s early… I’ll go for a hike, work a little, and then focus on putting it out on paper. It is a challenge to stay motivated. I don’t want to do it tomorrow, I want to do it today NO I will do it today!

  • What else could u use instead of dragon fruit for the chia breakfast pls someone answer I’ve asked a few times I have
My chia soaking as we speak!

  • You look great Kristina & I love your personality!!! I have been slacking w/ my workout for 1 1/2 weeks now… I have been working overtime & taking care of my younger brother (who is recovering from a disorder). When it is time for me to workout I feel so tired, I put it off… Do you have advice on how to workout or get through a workout while feeling tired? Please let me know, thanks

  • Can you do another 21 day challenge?? I saw it after you did it a long time ago and I think it would be awesome to do one and have one with other people doing at the same time for support!!

  • Thank you very much Kristina, this video came out right on time! Keep those motivational/workout videos coming, there are super great!

  • Thanks to you, I enjoyed this video and wanted to share this related topic that was interesting to me with your dear ones. It may be very appealing to you.

  • I have a question how come kristina has wrinkles when she eats such a healthy vitamin rich diet? Look at the crows feet at the corner of her eyes and she’s just thirty right?

  • Just found this channel and ngl I thought it was just another girl vlog channel, but to find out your a college soccer athlete and ur into fitness is so cool! Awesome content!!! Dropped a sub! U seem super cool!

  • literally love that watching your videos makes me feel like we’re sitting together talking like best friends! always scared to take a rest day cause i’m scared i’ll make every day a rest day after that LOL thankful for you and your videos to keep me going!

  • Love this! So needed it today x can you please do some shorter videos because I don’t have ages to watch YouTube bc study:( haha & I have a really short attention span lol xx

  • I wish I had your abs…and your hair….and your brows…okay can I be you? but seriously girl you are killin it thank you for keeping me company on the elliptical

  • my biggest struggle is caringb too much in the day and eating very healthy but then at night i just say f*ck it and binge eat junk food

  • I am at 143 and I am trying to get to 130 that’s my goal and I working toward it doing my work outs I will get there I know I can do it it will happen definitely happen.

  • One thing that always helps me is to remind myself where I want to be in a year or ten so I know that I have to keep going and not let small fails derail me.

  • Yaass I find routine is number one..I’m done school at 3, so right after that I go straight to the gym cuz Laying down and looking at my phone right after school is just not enjoyable anymore

  • This was amazing! Thank you so much for the reminder! I get so caught up in everything I have to do that I forget to show myself the love I need, the kind of love and care only I can offer myself.

  • I love love love every tip you gave. You are so right! My goal right now is just to make it to the gym every day. After just a week I feel so much better and more energized. I was definitely setting unrealistic goals when I started my journey March of last year. Now I’m just tracking my progress with how good I feel and how much more active I’m becoming. That alone is what is getting me to the gym daily! Definitely feeling more like a lifestyle change now!

Thank you for your videos! Honestly always so informative and inspiring. ✨

  • I absolutely loved this video! You spoke with such kindness and understanding for the journey, and I hope you’re able to speak the same way to yourself more this year! One of my New Years resolutions was to try couch to 5K, and it’s been a great way to track my progress. Two weeks in and I can already run way more than I could before!

  • What im struggling with is ive been trying to lose weight for about 3 years now, and everytime i gain it back, im so tired of counting macros and weighing things and some days im too lazy to weigh my food and end up not eating and binging later in the day. Im sick of having food consume my mind even when im not “dieting”. Anyways thats my rant lol

If anyone has any tips feel free to share:)

  • I’ve said it before but arghh I needed this. My rut has been going on since July! (I am traveling too so it makes sense but still) I am slowly making my way out of it… I am in New York right now and every morning I do my job for 3 hours before having time for my own projects but by then I’m just so tired already… Its hard to be productive while you’re also traveling and I completely underestimated that. I feel I am getting afraid of setting goals because the last few months I’ve just failed them most of the time…

  • Thank you:) it’s been terrible for this new year. Last year around September I began and lost some weightbut then I got surgery in Novwhich put me off for about a month, December I restarted but on the 31st I tore a ligament in my knee which put me off for the new year. I gained my weight that I lost since September, slowly it’s crawling back and it’s one of those points where you just don’t want to do anything anymore. Dec was going so well I was on a roll and now I’m not allowed to walk or put pressure on the knee for at least a month…..
But this was great to hear thank you:) Dedication is what I need to stick with

  • I hate this I thought it is motivation but they say have some realistic goals so does that mean that you can not achieve the big goals

  • I tried daily harvest last year and bought I don’t know how many smoothies and I think the only one that was tolerable was the cocoa mint… all the other ones were so hard to eat and were nasty

  • this is random, but do you have seat covers for after you workout? I am always so sweaty from CrossFit and always come into the car sweating

  • I am a 17 year old girl who is trying to make new fitness goals and lose about 35lbs this 2020. I’m looking for someone who wants to be my fitness buddy (give each other motivation, ideas, and just overall support). Comment below if you’re interested:))

  • I wish more people would have more awareness & specify that they ship here in CA, not all places. Unless your specific audience is meant to be for Cali ppl…

  • Thank you so much for your content. Your way of framing various ideas that you’ve synthesized is super unique and has honestly helped me improve my life a lot in the past few months. Don’t let anything stop you from going after everything you want! Xoxo from the big apple <3

  • I believe you! I have such a hard time with self love sometimes.. I am plant based, but recently have been gaining a little weight because I haven’t been as consistent as I normally am with my workouts and it is SO hard sometimes to love myself because of the changes I see in my body. I know very good and well that I SHOULD love my self no matter what… but sometimes these things get the best of me.. I love hearing your stories about self love because they really help me a lot.

Thank you Kristina! You are amazo:) lol

  • I literally love your videos and this video was so helpful. My husband survived a heart attack last year and I finally have him on board to a healthy lifestyle. We went out today and bought so many of the foods you recommended in your previous videos, thank you for your postive videos.

  • I just recently joined a yoga studio and I have never been happier. I used to try to go to the gym and run on a treadmill and lift weights but I couldn’t stay consistent. Now I walk my dog daily for 30 minutes and do yoga for an hour. This includes walking there and back for 40 minutes! Thanks for being one of my inspirations.

  • My goal this year is to be confident enough to wear swimwear again after 7 years and trust me it’s harder than it sounds after being bullied like 20 years of my life fighting

  • This really spoke to my heart and encouraged me!! You are such a light in this world, and I know that God led me to this video for a reason

  • just finished up a 3 day digital detox and disconnecting from the online world and i feel so refreshed and inspired to achieve my goals, this came at the best time!

  • I keep on coming back to your channel because your videos are just so encouraging and inspirational! It is so unusual to find a fitness and health channel which is revolved around Christ rather than appearance!! Thank you so so much ❤️❤️

  • I wanna say thank you for posting the videos you do, I’ve struggled a lot with losing weight whenever I feel like all hope is lost I rewatch your weight loss story because how relatable it is. Thank you for what you do and for being my fitness inspiration as well as just an inspirational person overall!

  • Bruh I was just looking for quarantine motivation this long term goal stuff is so far out for me lmao I was just trying to figure out how to clean my room and put my plate in the dishwasher a great video though.

  • you should have a podcast where you just talk about this change. LIke I have watched this video so much just to refresh my thoughts on myself and my goals.

  • Such powerful words! I love this video so much! I just wrote down like 95% of this video so I can use these quotes as affirmation for myself. I have struggled to get out of this negative thought process I believe a lot you said will get me through it. I was just beautiful words. So thank you so much:)

  • I love you ❤️ you make my day everyday and u have inspired me to go on a fitness journey and change my life completely. I want to thank you for everything

  • haven’t watched your videos in quite a while and coming back now, I feel like your video quality and the quality over all has improved a lot! keep it up

  • I like the idea of creating a mastermind. I heard this idea initially from Even Pagan. I was thinking of making one for personal development, business and learning.

  • It’s so sad that you’ll probably never read this but this video, this channel, you, honestly and sincerely changed my life. I love my body, I love who I am, I love my life as imperfect as it is, you inspired me to try to dig deep and find my passion for religion, I’m so so healthy…the list goes on..I just love you Cambria from the deepest part of my heart I do❤❤❤ have an amazing day!

  • Training to music makes me wanna gym and sing in the gym so I stick with storytimes or audio recording… Works for me

  • Kylie, I absolutely love all your videos and have been loving your ebook!! My legs are SORE 😉 I absolutely love your sneakers!!! Where did you get them and how do you like them for running?

  • Thanks for this Muchelle. I didn’t know what to call it but was finally planning to just buckle down and get as much done as possible on a research proposal assignment that I am kind of dreading. My goal is to finish by the end of the weekend so I can stop feeling like it’s impossible for me. Now today I see this video from you mentioning sprints. Now I know what I’m after. Thanks for another well timed inspiration! xo

  • i love this video. Now I’m inspired!:) It’s true that considering health comes before having a desired body figure or image. I have accepted by body and how I look like, and I actually find myself beautiful. For the last 4 years I stopped myself from feeling pressured to lose weight or look a certain way. However, things have changed now. I, again, have the desire to lose weight (now that my BMI says I’m Obese type1 and I easily lose breath even for small walks). Thanks to this video I have come up with my WHY: I want to be healthy because I love my body and I want to make it better…..I want to be health & functioning well for myself, for my fiance, and my future kids. Now I’m going to work on making goals and plans… There is truth to what you said, that I bumped into this video with a purpose.

  • i am restarting my fitness journey and i have so much more weight to lose this time around. it is extremely frustrating and i beat myself up for it all the time. i hope that i can keep going even when i feel like nothing is changing. thanks for making this video!!

  • What a great video. I really needed this. I am the person who exercise for two weeks and fall off the wagon even if I really love to exercise. Thanks for this video <3

  • I can’t tell you how much I appreciate this video. It came to me at a time in which I really needed it. I will make sure to come back to it for inspiration often. You are a truly gifted young lady!
    God bless!

  • I’ve just found your channel, and I wish I’d found it sooner! You are so inspiring ❤ and I love that you focus on health and fitness for happiness rather than looking good. This message is so good!

  • You have really inspired me! Thank you so much! This video just totally put things into perspective. This is what I needed to hear! Thank you so much!

  • Basically tonight I cried to my boyfriend over the phone about how i feel worthless (it has to do with my past and relationships I had with others) and I watched this randomly and I know it was God. Thank you for showing me that I’m beautiful and worthwhile

  • You are such an inspiration to many people from all over the world and you deserve millions and millions of subscribers!! Keep doing what you are doing because you are amazing and your motivation pushes us forward. Love you so much!!!

  • Cambria!!! This truly inspired me and changed the way I think it was very motivational and I love it! I love you you’re the very best!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

  • My goal is to lose weight and not be scared to use the clothes and make up i like
I feel like anything in my chubby and full of acne face looks awful, I have such a bad relationship with myself and I really just want to change it a bit
Let my hair grow, go down 2 sizes is enough and I’ll finally have the confidence to even paint my nails as i like…

  • Just what I needed today. Truly appreciate your genuine love and care for others. I praise God for God-fearing woman like you! That is exactly how you let your life speak Christ. Best wishes!

  • I can’t stop myself watching your morning routine video daily over and over again. i was wondering what is so special in u which makes u so attractive. finally i got answer in this video. i studied a lot about mind and listened to a lot of motivational speakers. i can name the personalities u was quoting in this video. Cambria u r so logical and i feel like u r a blessing..thank u so much 4 every word u said online. now i am more curious about ur personality type. are u INFJ?

  • I like every single person who is commenting right now be positive be a good person every single person don’t forget to give this a big thumb up let me get to 100K love you guys ❤️❤️❣️

  • an amazing activity I do as exercise is ariel pilates/fly gym/ariel yoga. i do it for 3 hours a week but it’s so fun that i want to do more! I don’t think of it as exercise or a chore, but as a fun activity that i look forward to!

  • Thank you so much for this video! You have inspired me and your words have certainly not fallen flat! I am in awe that God moves in such interesting ways.. So thankful that i “stumbled” across your channel. Cant wait to watch more of your videos, keep up the good work!!

  • Cambria your videos are truely spoken from the heart and has helped me to see another side to me and begin to over come the felling of in severity of my body and my mind. I cannot THANKYOU enough for the pleasure of watching your videos.

  • Perfection is the best you possible. You are not like any other person and no other person is like you. Embrace it and love it and let your light shine.

  • i don’t know if you can help me. I know perhaps you’ll have a lot of questions, but I admire you, and i need a little tip. Seven years ago I quit smoking, then I began yoga, then workout, and then i change my food to vegan and then to 80% raw. I feel great, but, when I quit smoking I gain 55 pounds. I’m trying to get rid of them since March. I don’t know how to say it in English but i get rid of 33 pounds. I still need to get rid 22 pounds. But i can’t. I do 3 classes of gym every day, dancing, step, yoga. I wacth the calories, I eat a lot of vegetables and fruits. But i’m still in the same weight. Can you tell me any tip to get down my weight?

  • Cambria, this video is WONDERFUL!! Simply amazing and beautiful because it is what SO many people need to hear, including myself! More than hear… Really Listen and take it in. I put it in my favorites folder because I think I need to watch it once a week until I really think this way consistently.

I have decided to accept myself and my true desires, especially around fitness. I have no desire to exercise Everyday. I desire to exercise CONSISTENTLY, and feeling like a failure for not doing it 6 days a week.
I would rather be consistent in exercising 4 times a week, than to only workout in spurts with months in between! I intend to alternate periods of time where I will workout 6 days a week with times of 4 times a week until I’ve released the excess weight and am fit. Perfection keeps me from being consistent because then I feel like a failure for less than 6 days a week and it feels like a chore. I want it to feel fun again!!!

  • I wish every girl watched your videos. I believe you could help so many girls change the way they see working out. Absolutely love you and your videos.

  • Hi Kylie! I love your videos, thank you for sharing your tips! I definitely need some motivation since I started school. Also, I’m into candle making and you should probably trim the wick of your candle everytime you light it, just for safety:)

  • Christina, thank you so much for being such a beautiful and positive person and sharing your love and passion with us. I wish I could meet you one day and hug you for making my life better with every single video of yours. Please, always be yourself and don’t ever care about people who don’t understand what you do. I’m sending you thousands of kisses from Poland and wishing you everything the best!

  • why am I watching a video about a story of a made up person? Use appropriate amount of example instead of ONLY using examples, TopThink.

  • But what if your so unmotivated to even do the basic tasks in life? Like taking out the trash, brushing my hair, and getting dressed out of my pajamas? At least I’m motivated to take a shower everyday still

  • I feel like Maryana is one of the first gym influencers I’ve heard say that motivation is fleeting, and to not rely on it… I didn’t realize how much I needed to hear that from someone until today, thank you

  • Welp I got stuck in a dead end job of hard labor, why? Because I grew up rather poor, had a child young and so I had to put food on the table. No money to back me up and send me to college or start a business, so I had to go to work and 13 years later here I am still working the same type of job as I’ve always had making 5 more bucks per hour than when I started.

Life is tough, if you’re just starting out make sure you wait to have kids, try to work a part time job while going to school so you can get the career you love, if you hate your job you cannot be happy because you will spend more time at work than your hours off not counting sleep time.

  • wow thank you so much for this very nice tips..this is so helpful for people that needs motivation. So kudos to all of you. excellent.fantastic

  • ugh im like a carbon copy of you same height and weight. im done to do this challenge with you good luck to the rest of the weight gain family

  • Avoid activities that are too stimulating, they will give you too much of dopamine hit so stuff like reading becomes boring. Human beings are way to stimulated (social media, TV, video games, drugs, junk food, porn, etc…) today hence why so many people don’t get anything done in life! It’s also the reason why so many people are becoming depressed! Try to live a natural life more like our ancestors and you will be a lot happier! A tough environment makes tough people!

  • 0:41 the maze has no way outside on the 3rd way layer from the center hahahahaha so yeah where? why?
anyway nice content and Thank you! <3

  • You are literally so amazing and inspiring. I have had the “wrong mindset” of being healthy. All I wanted to do was lose weight so I could look prettier. And honestly thinking about that now, I’m actually ashamed of that thought. That’s what the world teaches us today, and I can now ignore that. I am now healthy and I love my body and take care it so much. Beautiful message btw!!!

  • It just makes it harder because my mom likes to unmotivate me by telling how useless i am and i will never reach my goals and that’s literally stuff she have said sometimes even worse. And my grade aren’t even that bad my avarage grade is 8.5 which is like B in american grading.

  • Wth is this?! It’s ruining any motivation I’ve had left in me! The guy sounds like a hopeless person who is trying to tell u that doesn’t matter how motivated u r, it’s never helpful! I am definitely not watching this!

  • you motivate me so much to keep going in my fitness journey and also on my soccer journey and I am so grateful for people like you thank youuu!!!❤️❤️

  • This is a fantastic video Cambria. It is God’s will that we take care of our selves. A long as He is first in our lives and we are seeking first His kindom; we can indeed do all things through Christ (according to His will) who strengthens us. God bless you. I’m a fairly new subscriber and I love your videos. You are of such a cheerful disposition. It is so motivating to watch you’re videos in the morning to help me wake up with my tea after first hearing the word of God preached and also in the evening to wind down. I have sciatica at the moment so working out for me to the extent I’d love to is something I refrain from but I can do a few things which I’m so grateful for. My physio and hydrotherapy are helping so I hope by spring to be much more active. You’re motivation for exercise is excellent! I love you guys and urge you to keep growing in Christ whether you have much or little or whatever your circumstances; remember that growth the fruit of the Spirit in His eyes is much praise worthy than growing in the gifts of the Spirit as such were the words of Paul the apostle:
If I speak in the tongues[a] of men or of angels, but do not have love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal. 2 If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have a faith that can move mountains, but do not have love, I am nothing. 3 If I give all I possess to the poor and give over my body to hardship that I may boast,[b] but do not have love, I gain nothing. 1 Cor 13:1-3. The reason I say this is because many a young person and even older people in the church are fooled into believing that the gifts of the Spirit are mire inportant than the fruit of the Spirit but I tell you according to His word that God the Father wants us to grow into the likeness of His Son and you know He was full if every fruit if the Spirit and grew up learning obedience. We cannot run before we can walk and in order to know how to use every good gift that comes from God we must grow in His fruit but I do not say this to judge or critisize or undermine you but in love, in care, in hope and i preparation for yet further growth and armouring you further to keep you from any alteration of the truth of God’s word and teaching. You and your fiance are such a blessing to see and the laughter that you have with your friends and sister is wonderful. You and your comical videos (out takes) are so funny and make me laugh so much. God bless you. ☺

  • You truly understand that not everyone can jump around do high impact, your workouts are well put together, short & get results but more importantly sustainable.
Iam very surprised you haven’t got more subscribers tbh.

  • An amazing trick to become motivated is, paradoxically, just to start doing what you want to feel motivated to do. In other words, don’t wait for motivated to come to you: go to motivation, by beginning to do the activity that you want to feel motivated to do in the first place. Motivation naturally follows. I explain how and why here:

  • thank you for this video I was told by my doctor to exercise twice a day if possible but at least once and I am prediabetic  you really encouraged me

  • wow.. you’re such beautiful soul. nothing has ever hit or sunk to me as much as this, thank you so much for putting everything you believe is right into this video, I feel very appreciative towards this video, and definitely has helped me have a better understanding of who I am.

  • This is so much helpful in every way because when we set a goal we get too excited and then after a long period of time you lose the excitement so you have to do something to keep you going. Thanks a lot ❤️

  • I remember the launch and I had loved your video and notebook that went with it. My own life was just so busy I didn’t follow through beyond then. Now that you have researched more on how to better launch it, there’s no reason why you can’t relaunch the content and put to use what you learned.

  • Hey Muchelle! Are you wearing no makeup in this video? Your skin looks amazing! Your hair also looks so cute when you tuck it behind your ears

  • I’m going to (refuse to say try) lose weight this year. I may not lose as much as I need to, but I will get a good head start this year. We got this!

  • You described perfectly what’s been happening on my fitness journey. Ugh…Thanks for the video, you mentions some nuggets that sparked the fire.

  • You are a role model for girls! I am so thankful that I have you and your videos…Although you live far away from me, I feel like we are good friends!!!
    Love you!

  • Do you ever have soccer be your workout? I’m a senior in college and I feel like I’m going to want to still play pickup at least sometimes for a workout after I’m “retired”.

  • Thanks Michelle! I need motivation to finish my essay. It’s my last thing I need to do to finish my cbt diploma and I’ve been procrastinating. I’m going to put a day in my dairy for next week and just try and get it done because it’s definitely important to me

  • Remembering your “why” it’s crucial. It is so easy to lose sight of why we started this journey (which ever one it is). Reflecting on our why brings joy. The process isn’t always smooth, it actually rarely is. Always remember your END goal!

From a self love content creator to anothergreat video Muchelle. I appreciate your videos! ❤️

  • I have a natural big butt, but giiiiiiiiirl I have such trouble toning up. I’m such a fatass lol
All I do is eat. I to get this 6 pack right before the summer

  • Needed to hear this today. I have been so hard on myself with my progress. I have lost 45lbs so far and I have hit a plateau. So this video helped!

  • I love that you were so honest about how your launch was basically a flop. I feel like most people will ignore things flopping and act like everything went great/fine/perfectly. I’d love to hear more about your experience with that and the steps you took/have taken to do better next time (if there is a next time!). Or even what your plans are with the course now?

  • What are your podcast recommandations about launching a product? I realize I haven’t done any research either and you could make me avoid the mistakes you made <3

  • Watched this video for my first day back at the gym in a whiiiiiile & it lifted my spirits thank you for being so honest and real and pointing out that the way we speak to ourselves and look at ourselves is an extremely valid “resolution” to try to make healthier and kinder. So hard to remember this one and to remember that it, like physical/physique goals, take time, patience, and hard work. So much love to you and gratefulness for the light you exude!! <3 from Glendale CA

  • What series is your Apple Watch? I saw your activity watch face one day that I don’t have on my series 3 so just thought that was a new series thing love all these tips! I really needed some motivation this week

  • Really struggling through med school at the moment and this has inspired me to think about why I’m putting myself through this and was some motivation to keep studying! Your videos always come at the perfect times in my life, thankyou so much

  • Your videos and content changed my life FOR REAL. I wouldn’t be where I’m at in my business and personal journey if it wasn’t because of all the prime quality advice I find through u. Thanks a million <3

  • I honestly love your videos so much they always put a smile on my face and I just wanted to thank you for all the effort you put into your channel:)

  • Hello, I got notified about another video posted on this channel but YouTube says it’s set to private. Did something go wrong or was this supposed to happen?

  • I love your channel you deserve so much more it would be absolutely amazing if you had a podcast. Every single one of your videos motivate me after watching them so much
