Premenstrual Syndrome (PMS) and Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PPD) Many women may experience transient physical and emotional changes around the time of their period 1. These symptoms are usually mild and tolerable but when it becomes uncontrollable and debilitating, it may interfere with a woman’s quality of life. Trauma and PTSD in Young Women Many young women in treatment are struggling with unresolved emotional reactions to traumatic events. These events might be recent and dramatic, or much older and subtler. If you suspect (or know) that your young adult is struggling with post-traumatic issues, the following information may help you help her.

But for 40 million Americans, anxiety disorders are debilitating and omnipresent, and women are twice as likely to suffer as men, according to the Anxiety Disorders Association of America. “There. • I’m sad to hear she didn’t manage to get rid of her illness but very glad to see she managed to get rid of that hideous husband. Nothing worse than being invalidated by the person who is supposed to love you and be there for you no matter what. He’s the type of guy that would tell someone with depression to “man up”

  • I am only 4.23 minutes into this video and crying so hard. My 7 year old is laying next to me. It is as if you are talking about my life. I have been in a psychiatric hospital twice for 3 months each. ‘Convulsion’. ‘Trauma’. ‘Nothing physical’. I am 42 now, a single mother. This is going on since I was about 17 and it gets worse and worse. It has ruined my life.
You are very strong and brave. It must feel so lonely. Now I know I am not alone.

  • Thanks for uploading this. I found it so moving and nearly cried at one point because I can relate to so many of the things she talked about. It really is a horrible illness and so many are suffering yet being ignored. ;( I hope I (and all of the other ME/CFS sufferers) get better one day. We can only hope.

  • I have heard a few times from healthcare professionals that the life expectancy is considerably lower than the average. I have heard numbers like 43, 45, 48. Does anyone know what the age of life expectancy is for M.E. patients who are house and bedbound? I came down with it in November of 2003. It has permanently progressed several times since then and im now having severe cardiovascular and breathing problems. My loved ones have said that they dont see my chest rising and no breaths coming in and out while I sleep. Its always been hard catching my breath but I now have to make an almost impossible attempt every second no matter if im laying down and resting. I have so much weakness now that I cant make it to the bathroom or kitchen. I use to be a devout powerlifter and athlete for 15 years. No lift, run or exercise comes close to the effort I put forward now just to rest or sit in a chair. What hope do I or any of you have with treatments now or the future? Does anyone have any suggestions, encouragement and treatment options? Is there any supplements and vitamins that have made an impact on yours or your loved ones lives? Is Ampligen available yet or any other medicine that could alleviate symptoms? Please help.

  • When I watched this, her enlarged thyroid gland was obvious and it looked like a lump was also present. It looks like she did have her thyroid gland removed in 2018 due to cancer.

  • Watching this in 2020 and while I’ve never been as badly sick as Brea CFS fucking sucks. Its name also just messes with the view on it. I always thought it was just similar to iron deficiency or insomnia but it’s so much worse and so much more complicated.

  • What about all the infections? There is nothing without a cause. What causes CFS? I have confirmed Lyme and other infections and have CFS symptoms except that I have horrible flares of pain, inflammation, and even had encephalitis from it.

  • Whole food plant-based vegan diet for the win! Educate yourself folks.
“The body’s ability to heal is greater than anyone has permitted us to believe “

  • There is still a lot of misunderstanding about whole foods plant based eating, and many believe that diabetics cannot eat the starches/sugars on this plan. But the good news is that this diet can be adjusted from beginning to end to regulated the starches if need be at first, and then as blood sugars come down, more starches can be added as desired. All this should be under the supervision of a doctor, of course, as medication will be reduced as the diet continues. If more calories are needed, nuts, seeds and avocados usually will provide them without overdoing the starches.

  • I don’t know how Janet lived like that for so long, especially while trying to take care of young children. Her story was so heartbreaking to listen to

  • My doctor, a specialist in work and environment medicine,

  • Nice Video clip! Apologies for chiming in, I would love your opinion. Have you heard the talk about Dinanlinson Rebooting Health Approach (should be on google have a look)? It is a great exclusive product for getting rid of chronic fatigue syndrome without the normal expense. Ive heard some interesting things about it and my m8 after a lifetime of fighting got excellent results with it.

  • when i see this it reminds me to appreciate what i have and teaches me to be kinder to people. how many times have i seen people with rare conditions and disabilities getting stared at so bad its just not nice we are all humans all we want is to feel like we fit it

  • As someone who suffers from Chronic Pain & Fibromyalgia. I share my experience and advice, this video might help you understand what a love one might be going through.

  • now the cause of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome  is found: radiation of microwaveoven.(magnetron)
To stop you have to eliminate the oven out of the house.
The plug out of electricity net because the oven has also radiation when it is not in use.And out of the house because the oven has a high voltage capacitor.
The distance between an oven and a person is very important. After a 2 weeks without microwaves health becomes better.

  • I have the same sensations. After years and many tests by many different doctors I was diagnosed with a seizure disorder (epilepsy). I am an RN and have never had a patient describe their seizures like this. Now on anti-seizure medication every day.

  • 1st case the guy leaves his wife because he is frustrated with, her! Didn’t your marriage vows say through sickness and in health for better or worse!! He just packed up left his wife. Absolutely disgusting

  • iv been undiagnosed with multiple symptoms for 6 years now. Appointment with the rheumatologist today to only be told you have nothing we can deal with. I feel like I am going mad my symptoms are real but no one has any idea what causes them. my bloods are slowly becoming less normal more inflammatory with each set, more irregularities. and yes they keep trying to pin some of it on anxietyhowever i didn’t have anxiety until I had the symptoms for 2 years. I feel like giving up a lot. chronic pain among other things is wearing.

  • There is a thin line between helping yourself and a wrong self diagnosis. I think it is not the doctors to blame, but rather the information they can get and the time they have for each patient. Some don’t have time to stay up to date on research, they are 20 years behind. This hurts patients wellbeing, the health systems and more…
If more patients are diagnosed correctly, more can participate in research and the better knowledge can progress. It is a downward circle that must be broken.

  • This is my life….I’m struggling….8 years hopefully we will find the causes and exact treatment for it…you made me cry…love from Pakistan

  • Thank you for sharing, it helps to hear the words, that can be so difficult to find sometimes, and even be able to share or explain. Especially to thoses who don’t want to understand.
I was working at a day spa, for a chiropractor and working on my ND. When I first started getting chest pains, swelling in my legs, months followed with horrible pain, Inability to feed myself or lift my cell phone to my ear! The days, weeks and months in bed. Sigh
    Thank you for sharing

  • This really explained everything I was feeling, I’ve been sick for 2 and a half years now with no official diagnosis and the battle with not only doctors but the people around you who don’t understand or comprehend is probably one of the hardest. Despite knowing I’m not well like many others I’ll get into my own head and start to doubt myself and my symptoms because people tend not to believe you until you have been officially diagnosed, the whole “you don’t look sick” / “you don’t seem sick” stigma is ridiculous. Thank you for doing this TED talk and shedding light on what it’s like to battle with an undiagnosed illness!

  • This is so hard to watch. I know I have this. Not to this degree. But I have such fatigue for unexplained reasons. I can drink 3 red bulls back to back and feel nothing. I am so desperate to feel any kind of energy. On good days I try to exercise. I eat right. Its so hard to push myself to get through each day. Doctors laugh at me and tell me it’s not real. I feel guilty for watching this and being relieved that I’m not alone. Its makes me sad to see others going through this and knowing first hand how painful it is trying to live your life this way. I have not recieved any treatment or diagnosis because I cannot find a doctor or even close friends or family that believe me. I have found myself at the point of suicide because of it. God and my daughter are the only reasons I have not taken my own life as a result of this condition. It is truly unbearable.

  • Well you have it much worse than I am and that makes me feel a little better
I’ve suffered from a lot of health issues and even when everything comes back as normal I can still suffer from extreme fatigue even from doing a very simple activity

  • I was just diagnosed with POTS Syndrome. I went to 8 ER’s & 3 911 calls over a period of almost 2 months & was always told it was anxiety. Thank God for my new neurologist. He’s literally saving my life with this diagnosis. Shame on doctors who don’t listen when we are begging for help.

  • wish I started this sooner. I’m a few days shy of a month in and I have never felt better. Today, I had a craving..and I went for it:/ I had some pasta with cheese, ranch, and chicken. I feel like absolute crap right now and cramps all over my abdomen. This is the first time I’ve really played around with my diet and I’m learning so much. My body is truly speaking to me!

  • Stop having kids if u cant take care of yourself, you know you are sick and noone can tell you why, you know u could die… So you have 3 kids? Smart

  • Nice talk, shame about the feminist chip on the shoulder. The truth is that men are not less likely to suffer from ME, rather they are less likely to be diagnosed with ME, as they are with many other conditions such as depression.

  • I’m legitimately going through something similar but not like with your symptoms. But my doctors dont know what’s wrong either. I’m taking pain pills now

  • Doctors don’t know what I have in my country, and I have all these symptoms; body weakness, body pains, gastrointestinal problems, problems with my urinary tract, dizziness. Makes me want to give up to drink or eat because I feel weak regardless. What is the purpose of food if I don’t get energy from it and no i don’t only eat carbs, I eat proteins and vegetables as well and lots of fruits. I always question if I’m lazy but I literally feel so weak. I bleed almost everyday or every other day and it’s frustrating because I feel like I can’t control my moods.

  • I’m recovering slowly. I didn’t have it as bad as a lot of you, but it wrecked my life. Having to start over again at 48, with maybe half the strength I had before…

  • This was great, I’ve been looking for “do i have chronic fatigue syndrome” for a while now, and I think this has helped. Ever heard of Diyadelyn Ziyily Idea (do a search on google )?
It is a smashing one off product for getting rid of chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS Also known as myalgic encephalomyelitis or ME) without the normal expense. Ive heard some super things about it and my mate got cool success with it.

  • I am consuming a whole food plant based diet for almost 4 months now and I am so excited and so happy b/c of the many benefits I have experienced. Such as: much much improved digestion, lost 19 lbs quickly and without trying and maintaining, my handwriting is sooo much better, more energy lasting the whole day, 20 points lower in my blood sugar readings, no longer being pre-diabetic, no more foot pain. All of that with so much delicious foods. Finding new recipes all the times. Pat on my back!

  • i watched it three times i have no idea what what she disease actually got, the myalgic encephalomyelitis or the conversion disease?

  • BMJ is launching a new journal; BMJ Nutrician which, I understand, will be free and available online:

  • The male to female ratio for CFS is 1 to 4. An identical ratio to that of Munchausen’s syndrome. May-be there are psychological issues at play here as well? Perhaps there’s
a combination of physiological and psychological factors?  How do we explain that CFS was unknown to medical science until just 80 years ago? What happened in the thirties and forties when
the first cases were reported? Why are recorded cases now increasing? How do researchers account for females comprising the majority of sufferers? To dismiss there being a psychological element out-of-hand is a mistake in my book. Every stone needs to be turned-over.

  • It’s true most Dr’s don’t know about diet and health so out comes another freaking Big Pharma pill.A lot of Dr’ s don’t give a shit about their Patients and just turn a ‘blind eye on their Patients health. I have never heard Any of my Dr’s say hey have you ever heard of healing with foods or plant or herbal based diets. I did research and found all this on my own. All my Doctors are from University of Cincinnati medical Center never found not one that gave a fuck just pill after pill after pill it’s like going to a pill mill. Gave up Started going to Christ hospital now my Dr, and I are learning together those U.C.H.M.C Dr’s didn’t even want to hear about herbal or plant healing..

  • We are poisoning our bodies with gmo foods, chemicals in cleaners, medicines and pills we dont needs, gels and skin creams that we slather on that the liver has to process etc etc this is what is causing all the autoimmune.

I was reading an article and it said that women are more prone to getting autoimmune because more chemicals are marketed to them -make up that isnt tested for health, finger nail polish, skin creams, birth control pills that disrupt natural hormones, hair dyes ( they are finding now that hair dyes can cause some cancers) and the list goes on. We are paying for big pharma and places like Dow chemical to kills us.

  • There are comment replies for everybody except me. Thumbs up for everybody except me. I am invisible. Why was I even born? I have no food. I am homeless.i have no one.

  • Nice video content! Apologies for chiming in, I am interested in your initial thoughts. Have you tried Dinanlinson Rebooting Health Approach (probably on Google)? It is a smashing one off product for getting rid of chronic fatigue syndrome without the headache. Ive heard some unbelievable things about it and my friend after many years got astronomical success with it.

  • Average life span, and even strength, of some herbivores far outmatch the the best among carnivores.

Don’t believe me! Checkout the numbers, and physical strength, of animals like Rhinos, Elephants, Tortoises vs Tigers, Lions and others

I know I am triggering a Pandora’s troll box here:)

  • Science doesn’t study us and and doctors can’t treat us. Dear I too have the following conditions for the last 8 years

    1. Unwanted and irritated Musical hallucination
    2. very bad concentration
    3. chronic Insmonia
    4. Easily fatigue and most importantly brain fatigue
    5. flashes of lights on eyes all the time.
    6. Extremely sensitive to sound. I feel heavy sound in my ears.

And doctor says no illness with me. I really don’t know what to do and where to go.

  • Kudos for the video content! Forgive me for chiming in, I would love your thoughts. Have you heard the talk about Dinanlinson Rebooting Health Approach (should be on google have a look)? It is an awesome one of a kind product for getting rid of chronic fatigue syndrome minus the normal expense. Ive heard some decent things about it and my old buddy Taylor finally got great success with it.

  • Nice video content! Apologies for the intrusion, I would appreciate your opinion. Have you considered Dinanlinson Rebooting Health Approach (google it)? It is an awesome exclusive product for getting rid of chronic fatigue syndrome without the normal expense. Ive heard some super things about it and my close friend Aubrey at very last got excellent success with it.

  • It irks me beyond belief that doctors are so quick to say that physical symptoms that they can’t find a diagnosis to is “just anxiety,” “psychosomatic,” or “conversion disorder,” or to hear them say “it’s all in your head.” Just because a doctor is UNAWARE of a physical diagnosis doesn’t mean that a diagnosis doesn’t exist! I am a RN who hopes to continue on to become a nurse practitioner so I can help people with undiagnosed chronic diseases and LISTEN to and VALIDATE them.

I had been tossed around by many specialists who all said that I’m fine, other than my neurologist who diagnosed me with conversion disorder. Thankfully, my functional medicine doctor listened, ran labs (which came back abnormal), and diagnosed me with a newly recognized disease called Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS). I have started to read “Never Bet Against Occam: Mast Cell Activation Disease and the Modern Epidemics of Chronic Illness and Medical Complexity” by Lawrence Afrin, M.D., and it is the most validated I have ever felt in my life. If you are having “mysterious,” “unexplained,” or “bizarre” symptoms that doctors can’t seem to diagnose, look up MCAS (different from Mastocytosis) and see if that might explain your symptoms. Most doctors have never heard of MCAS, so if you suspect that MCAS may be responsible for your symptoms, also look up the associated labs to diagnose the condition (a blood test and 24 hour urine) and ask your doctor to order them.

Hang in there! You are incredibly strong! Knowledge and education is power, so learn as much as you can, and advocate for yourself. And for all you that have been suffering for years just to hear doctors repeatedly invalidate you and put you down: I believe you!

  • i might never understand how she feels as i was diagnosed with juvenile R.A. right off the bat (i was diagnosed when i was 22 and it’s been almost 6 years since), but you can’t tell someone it’s in their head when they have a fever of 104

  • This is a brave woman. She climbs a mountain every day. How would these debilitating symptoms NOT affect anyone’s mind. How would not being able to do normal small daily things you take for granted every day, NOT affect anyone’s mental state. Given what she deals with every single day, and still being able to share her story, she shows that she has a remarkably strong powerful sound and intelligent mind.

  • I’ve learned that Beans have way more Calcium in 1 cup then in 1 cup of chicken. I was plant based for two months. I have not felt good since. But am back on it. I believe this stuff can work. I have acid reflux and I get headaches, and sinus issues. I’m hoping going Plant Based will help all this.

  • it’s stupefying how many times i’ve seen these shows where the patient or the parent does the incredible research and finds an answer. the MD’s couldn’t be bothered!! ✨

  • plant only nutrition is not healthy, period. 85% of vegans quit their diet because of health issues. Vegetarian diet though can be very healthy.

  • 39 minutes of 20 to 30 second sound bytes from several different experts. This video format is terrible. The message is very important, the delivery method here is abysmal. Very poor video. Im totally turned off by this video.

  • First case, I do feel sorry that no Doctor could find a diagnosis for her balance problems. I also couldn’t believe that her husband left because of it, this is the most important in marriage, to stand by and support the partners this is a true marriage, not to leave in such situations.
The second case I somehow feel so sorry that her mother didn’t supported her in any way! She had to struggle through her whole life with this pain. And I can understand that her mother didn’t played any role in her future. I am glad that she found out what she had and now can have a normal life without pain. Thanks for the upload

  • I understand that doctors were not taught about nutrition in med school but now I feel that some, not ALL, use it as an excuse. I’ve researched and educated myself. I’m a registered respiratory therapist. I read the China Study,How not to Die, etc! Plus about ten more books and watched hundreds of webinars and just a few documentaries. I think where I live it’s a financial motivator to not pursue WFPB diet. The info is out there, some refuse to listen.

  • thank you so much jennifer brea! You give me so much hope (and tears) and you have done so great work for the patients with myalgic enzephalomyelitis. Raising awareness about this disease and finding words that contain so much power and tell the truth about the tragedy of this ignored suffering. with all my thoughts i am with you and all the other patients and i hope we can fight together for justice and ultimately find a cure to bring back the beloved life of so many that are dealing with ME. #MECFSresearch #millionsmissing #openmedicinefoundation #DeutscheGesellschaftfürME/CFS a hug from germany

  • I haven’t been diagnosed with ME but I can identify with what she said. People say its all in the mind but how I feel is very real!

  • I have fibromyalgia, and when she had to stop, and said her brain isn’t what it used to be, I cried with her! The biggest struggle with chronic illness is not being able to be the person you used to be. Most of us were active, vibrant people.

  • This is a very useful and inspiring video I put in my diet and health playlist.

It’s possible to switch slowly and I followed the general dietary advice of eating no sugar (Lustig) although I didn’t buy into the low carb deal. Then, with Mcdougall I discovered starches and did the complete switch. I frankly think the biggest difficulty for me was getting rid of diet soda. I drank it into my whole food-plant based diet, and that’s technically a banned item. It was very difficult but with care, I pulled it off.

Another thing is the signs at the fast food places. At first I avoided driving by them. I think the temptation when entirely away after over a year. However, it got less and less, and I never did eat at one of them. I buy coffee sometimes.

  • I don’t think conventional doctors want to heal people. They need you to be their lifelong customer.
Their income depends on you to be sick. Healthy people would put doctors in the poor house.

  • Great! Makes perfect sense to me. Been on this for a short while and building up to it fore some time. Slimmer fitter healthier and much more energy

  • Cops also need to be educated! I have this, I am homeless. I’ve been bouncing from motel to motel for the past 15+ years, often having to move every 28 days until I ran out of motels. Recently, I starved for 3 weeks, I had no food. Finally 2 weeks ago, after I had the flu, I was able to drag myself to the store got there 7:30 am. Long line. I cannot stand in line. I talked to security who called the cops on me because he demanded my “disabled card” to let me in. Of course, I don’t have one, having bounced from free clinic to free clinic. I have been ill since I was 22. Well, I almost got arrested for starving.

I showed the cops how loose my pants were, now 2+ sizes too big still they would not help me. I told them I had no food for THREE WEEKS! They told me the mgr didn’t want me to shop there. and I had to go: they would not drive to a store. This is the only store closest to the motel, several blocks away: I barely managed to get there. So I got on the phone told them I was calling the NEWS, because it’s all B.S. the COMPASSION, the “HELP OTHERS” just for show on the news giving food away to people in Lexus and SUV and there is never anything for me to eat or ANY help whastoever! When I’ve called hotlines they don’ believe me and tell me to call mental health services.:-(

When the cops saw me dial for the news, finally they let me get my food. Now it’s been 2 weeks. I have almost no food again. I ate it all! I can’t go thru this. I never know when I have energy to go anywhere. Living in a motel is brutal and being brutalized by cops. I can’t take it anymore. And unlike this lady, I am old, I am ugly and I am alone with no family and no friends. I come from child abuse and I also have severe PTSD and can’t stand people touching me.

Before I went to the store, I tried to get help I have no one. No family, never had any friends. I called the local food bank. I explain to them that I’m celiac and special food needs due to severe allergies they would not help me. I called the fire dept: same thing.I called every charity: all they do is give me a phone number of another charity. It’s a merry go round of phony charty numbers who refuse to help but are quick to take your money. Homeless shelters I can’t be at due my severe allergies and I’m bedbound: they kick you out in the am and come back past 6 pm have to attend meetings etc. I am exhausted and scared. I have no one to help me. I can’t contineu like this.

  • If veganism is so good for you why do vegans look so bad.
Look at this guy does he look healthy? You want to look like Pam Popper? How about grey man Mc Dougal? Mc Gregor? Oh and Campbell? No thanks….

  • I have a habit of bitting my fingernails but when I looked at the first girl arm I almost puked not trying to be mean I feel bad

  • I will alway remember the way my doctor looked and me and said that’s not normal we will figure it out. Took 6 months but diagnosed with Chronic Lymes. Treated and while I can’t afford to continue the natural path treatment I’m functioning just can’t find a doctor with my insurance that knows anything about it! Just insane.

  • Imhotep. The father of medicine said this even before Hippocrates who to his credit said he got his philosophy from this giant execution over excuses once you know how can you turn your back on this information

  • Its meats, eggs and vegetables, milk is only needed at infancy until the teeth come in that’s it, humans are the only species dumb enough to consume it after were winged off it to solid foods… but I’m keto and healthier and happier now more than I ever was when I was strict plant based vegan. My sugar would skyrocket on strict plant based vegan and A1C was over 10. On keto I’m not even diabetic anymore with a 5.1 A1C and constant perfect blood sugar with no meds as on a Strick ketogenic diet, I’m even healthier, tryglicerides are even lower than before when I was strict plant based vegan and I feel amazing with good energy.

  • Thanks all the doctors who participated in this wonderful video to enlighten the masses to this wonderful alternative to healing body of chronic diseases thanks love you guys

  • Thanks Jen for this video. I been dealing with similar symptoms. I use to have so much energy and now am barely able to go to work. I lay in bed after and most of the weekends. In muscle pain and extremely tired. I will go to my doctor again and see what more can be done. Keep strong. Sending much love.

  • I’d strongly recommend looking for answers and cure in the Ancient Ayurvedic Science and Yoga/Pranayama..there’s ALWAYS a cure there, always!

  • I loved hearing all these doctors with so much passion to heal us, not to mask symptoms. These are the real vocational doctors that give meaning to medicine!

  • I have to comment something before this documentary ends. When her husband married her,he promised to stay with her for better or for worse. But he only signed up for better times. It’s not an excuse for you to leave your wife while she’s still suffering. Can you imagine what she was going through when her husband was telling her,she was just making it up or get over it.What a selfish man!

  • The second one just shows all those idiots that say “periods aren’t that bad” that they are so wrong. She dealt with that every month thinking it was par for the course. I know girls who throw up and pass out and then just continue on as normal cause that’s just life.

  • I’m going through this now and it is the most lonely place to be. “You’re too young.” “You look good.” “You look healthy.” I’m not a depressed person, but now I am.

  • Check if you have the D6PD because if you don’t then legumes nuts and some drugs will give you chronic diseases such as organ failure and brain failure. Don’t be fooled by the food industry and science.

  • Been a practicing hospitalist (exclusively caring for adult patients who are hospitalized) for over 17 years…I cannot recall admitting and treating a single vegan….that is enough to turn this doc vegan and love it!!!

  • I know all of the videos are scripted/actors (aside from interviews), however for people who are chronically and/or seriously ill, in and out of hospital, working, or are educated in the medical field, it really ruins shows, episodes and movies when even subtle little things are medically incorrect in the videos. Her husband going into the mri room with her to hold her feet is most definitely something that can be done (depending on the staff or facility), but the actor was wearing jeans in the little clip of him walking through the doors. In real life you cannot have any sort of metal or whatever while close to an MRI. They are very dangerous while on/in use, because they are literally a big magnet.

  • Dr. Scott there is a treatment for pain that literally burns out the nerve causing the pain. It is available in the Philadelphia area. The problem is you need a series of treatments but perhaps it might help.

  • 35:24 Wow. It seems like doctors are really just number crunchers. They look at history, compare to other people’s histories, but if they cannot find a match, it’s generic advice.

  • Only in Today’s world in a modern society like in America where you have a grocery store that provides these foods can you be plant based year round, prior to industry every on this Planet had to consume animal foods because plants are seasonal not year round. Meat has nothing to do with cancer but processed sugars and processed carbohydrate foods and processed oils are

  • Yes. This works. I’ve had chronic health issues since 2009. I’ve been 100% plant based (no animal protein and no refined sugar) for just two and half months. The worst of my problems (headaches/insomnia) are gone… after 2.5 months of a total plant, whole food diet. This works. Do it. No temporary pleasure that meat, dairy and processed foods can bring will ever top the benefits of this lifestyle.

  • Doctors not knowing about nutrition, is not done by accident OK. They are trained by the pharmaceutical companies to distribute you guessed it the drugs not healthy food.

  • Lovely video content! Forgive me for the intrusion, I would love your initial thoughts. Have you ever tried Dinanlinson Rebooting Health Approach (do a google search)? It is a good one off product for getting rid of chronic fatigue syndrome without the hard work. Ive heard some unbelievable things about it and my work buddy got great results with it.

  • This will NEVER happen. In the medical/pharma community, where low cost health practice vs money flow, money will win EVERY TIME. It’s up to us, the lay people, to educate ourselves and do what we can to STAY healthy.

  • Incredible information.  So glad I took the time to watch this.  As well, thank you for creating this video.  Dr Kim Williams is brilliant.

  • Its still astonish me just how a lot of people have no clue about Erectodom Secrets despite the fact that a lot of people solve their erectile dysfunction problem with it. Thanks to my personal pal who told me about it. I have last longer in bed.

  • First husband ” yeah…make sure you leave in sickness out of those wedding vows” Not down for that!! What a P.O.S.!!!!
So sorry, must have found my X’s twin!!

Second husband…real deal!! Lucky lady, hope your well!

  • Thanks for the Video! Sorry for the intrusion, I would love your initial thoughts. Have you ever tried Dinanlinson Rebooting Health Approach (google it)? It is a smashing one of a kind product for getting rid of chronic fatigue syndrome without the normal expense. Ive heard some super things about it and my old buddy Taylor at very last got great results with it.

  • According to the specialist Chronic Fatigue Doctor, my recovery so far from severe ME/CFS has been somewhat miraculous (I know every case is different, but i hope my story can give some hope).

I’m a 22 year old male and I’ve had ME/CFS for nearly a year now.

Before I got sick, I was in the gym 6 days a week. I could run half marathons without a second thought. My resting heart rate was 46bpm. I’ve never smoked. Never done any drugs and drank alcohol once a month (if that).

I was hospitilised with severe tonsilitis 10 months ago.

After being discharged, my health slowly declined over the next 6 months to the point where i lost 14kg bodyweight. I was bed bound, sleeping 16 to 18 hours a day. If i ate anything more than a bowl of soup, my body would go into paralysis for 30-60 minutes. Every time i got on my feet i felt like vomiting. My whole body would ache to the bone 24/7. I had brain fog, difficulty speaking at times, tinitus so extreme it felt like my head was going to pop, headaches and no mental stimulation because any form of concentration made me sick.

My parents spent thousands of pounds on doctors fees, specialists and every blood test available but there were no abnormalities/ notible results.

I thought my life was over because of the lack of answers and became depressed. I admitted this to a doctor and infuriatingly, they then blamed my illness on mental health issues. It was only recently i got my official diagnosis.

Nowadays, i’m back in the gym and can run 3/4 miles on a good day. I’d say i’m about 70% right compared to what i used to be but i’m getting stronger each week.

I can’t pinpoint an exact thing that sparked my recovery, but i believe there are a few significant factors.

    1) Mental wellbeing. I read that having (understandable) poor mental health while chronically ill can amplify symptoms by 600%!
I then escaped my depression by imagining my worst enemy was torturing me, pressing a button which triggered all my symptoms so he could laugh at me. Sounds silly, but instead of dwelling in self pity, i changed my mindset to “i’m not giving him the satisfaction”. This completely changed how i looked at my illness. Instead of a massive, ominous burden on my life, i saw it as more of a sick and twisted contest/competition.

    2) Diet. Processed foods triggered my paralysis. I kept my diet as clean as i could possibly make it.

    3) Chinese medicine. I was lucky to have a local doctor qualified in chinese medicine. I am still having accupuncture and cupping to this day. She also prescribed chinese herbs (tea) which i also took throughout my recovery.

    4) Exercise within your limits. (The one i was least disciplined with) My eyes start going blurry when i’m reaching my exertion limit before eventual crash, so i know my parameters. Set loose targets depending on how you feel that day. Could be walking 10 yards. Small victories.

I’m far from an expert/doctor. I know every case is different. I’m just speaking from personal experience of recovering from ME/CFS. I wish you all the best of luck with your recoveries.

  • Government Research Funding are granted to the certified research scientists. Not all MD candidates able to pass the certified research scientist qualification. MDs whom they conducted their research may not have to use standard procedure. Because, no government personnel will perform an audit on them. So, they can get their best for their intended results. Plant foods diet, organic foods! Which bring the price up trifold. Good job. But, I am not persuaded. I am still relining on the US government recommendation. 2030 will be medical meltdown, be prepared.

  • Thank you. I am dying inside. No one can figure what’s wrong with me. They keep pushing me off to this doctor and that doctor. I’m so tired of being in pain. Thank you

  • I live a plant based lifestyle, I am university trained in medical sciences and will be the first to admit this video is bullshit. Meat is not the devil. Don’t be so gullible. It’s the source of the meat and how you prepare it that counts. I eat a very small amount of meat from healthy sources prepared appropriately. My reasoning for reduced meat intake is for the environment. Meat is NOT the definitive marker of a healthy diet. I have had this discussion with so many misguided people who watch videos like these that misrepresent the research. If you remove processed foods of any form (plant or meat based) your health will benefit. Simply removing meat is not the answer, nor is simply adding meat to a diet.

  • I understand this exactly. Lyme disease. CFS. And others. I want to give up. I have to give up.

Side note; shes beautiful. Model beautiful. And she seems to have a beautiful soul. I wish her health.

  • yep ther is no cure but we give them a medication like serc wich help a little but saddly it is not preferc since this medication is mostly use for meunier syndrome

  • So what up if it’s backwards? Everything gets off balance when I’m moving…like in a car or a boat… specially when I turn a corner…everything starts spinning out of control or feals like everything is going up or down for like 5 mins…or longer?!

  • I love the idea of what you’re presenting. but at the same time, I can’t help thinking to myself, Wow, I wish I looked like you. You are super pretty.

  • I’m a man who has ME/CFS, and I can tell you that many people believe that only women can get this disease and dismiss all men with this disease as malingerers. I just want to point out that men can get this disease too, and should not be dismissed as malingerers.

  • Did anyone else notice how it’s so sad that she asked him to come in to MRI room??
. I was in hurry to read the comments of the husband.

  • Unfortunately, the pharmacy corporations, the meat, dairy and egg industries all make huge impact on physicians.
You must fight the battle and help us as patient-consumers, to make the changes so we can reverse of our chronic diseases and be REALLY well!

  • Been a practicing hospitalist (exclusively caring for adult patients who are hospitalized) for over 17 years…I cannot recall admitting and treating a single vegan….that is enough to turn this doc vegan and love it!!!

  • This is my story. I too have been on the ME/CFS continuum since my early to mid-30’s. 30 years of living with this without doctors understanding my experience. I admire your work. Profound! Brave!

  • Judy Mikovits research may just hold the key for many illnesses, and especially CFS. Plague was her first book. Plague of Corruption is her latest book.I just ordered them. Won:t be available till June. Selling faster than they can get them.

  • Doctors get their education from the pharmaceutical industry. Obviously there is a conflict of interest.
Bring down medication = bring down profits.

  • I am transitioning to a whole food plant based diet. I am trying to get rid of my hashimotos, fibromyalgia, and hypoglycemia. Does anyone know if this is possible?

  • Voor iedereen die geïnteresseerd is in onze Nederland-Belgie tour, hier de 3 Facebook links:

  • Excellent video PBN I will definitely be sharing this one. Keep up the great work ☺️ I might have a couple of stories for you to share soon enough

  • I also have a chronic illness. The doctors initially thought it was CRPS but I was lucky and I “only” have CPS (Chronic Pain Syndrome).

  • That is absolutely true. My wife about 10 years ago was diagnosed arthritis and she went and see specialist. During the visit she asked if she needed a change of diet and the doctor said that food won’t change the situation except losing weight. And of course she started taking medicines with periodic liver tests to see if she was damaging her liver with those meds.
Now after 5 years vegan she is off arthritis and asthma meds. That specialist knew only how to push pain management meds.

  • 8 year sufferer here, with a few semi-recoveries and relapses. I’ve come to believe its not “just in your head”, but that the brain does indeed play a role. Probably a mixed bag (and I too started with CFS after a virus). All this fuss and arguing over psychological vs. biological, when perhaps it could be both…mind-body and integrative. Not hypochondria, not made up or imaginary. But I do believe that we learn certain neural pathways and that these are linked to chronic stress or emotions, and that these can exacerbate the biologically or virus based symptoms. I mean, its just my own experience, but I have found that my CFS symptoms are rather correlated with periods of chronic stress/anxiety, especially these last few months. The PATH approach didnt help me, in fact it set me back. In addition to addressing the stress response, I have also found helpful changes to diet (low carb) and supplements like coenzyme q10 and carnitine. I wish you all the best

  • Curing something that you’ve prevented? That’s quite the trick.
Quantum medicine brought to us virtually through quantum computing no doubt?

  • Dr. Sebi figured this out in the 1980’s, but I assume the media did not want to credit a African man for the cure to all chronic diseases

  • Her husband was horrible. This happened to me as well when I was having debilitating chronic migraines. He’d tell me that I was faking it and if it was real, to just take an aspirin and deal with it. His name was Chris too coincidentally. It was so frustrating when people never believed me.

  • I’m switching to plant-based nutrition. In a few short weeks, with about two or three ingestions of fish and a small piece of cheese, my total cholesterol dropped by almost 30 points. LDL normalized <100. I take it one day at a time. I am enjoying new recipes and eating healthy plants and vegetables. Soon I will be animal free.

  • I went vegan and feel so much better at 62 with multiple diseases resolving. I got my husband to who has stage 4 cancer, and my 82 yo mom. But I haven’t gone wfpb because I don’t want to lose my hair! Plus I don’t think I could succeed on that restrictive of a diet for long. I still need some oil although far less than I used to. But vegan has been amazing for our health!

  • It’s amazing how they presented two opposite examples of a husband: 1) A useless spineless one and then 2) An outstanding committed devoted one!❤️

  • All predators should go plant based diet!! Did any of the speakers quoted a single scientific paper? Did any of the speakers have an approach about how our digestive system is designed? Do we have the same digestive system as a cow so to eliminate cows as “middle man”. Are sugar, carbs and processed foods the real problem

  • Ahhh they always walk out.. mine walked out on my when I hurt my back.. Left me homeless and pennylessI had to sell my home that I bought, and give him half the money. My half went on my bills, his went on a trip to Alaska. Years later, Karma came… He has a bad back now.

  • The first husband is insufferable. He said it was unbearable for HIM that she was so sick, and would have shouting matches with her.
The second husband, on the other hand, is a gem! He didn’t care if she had an illness or not, he loves her in sickness and in health.

  • love how they flesh out the stories…hire no actors and film random clips of random people doing random things, but film it out of focus to desguise the fact NOTHING is happeing…job done! post to TV and make money.

  • Get non vegan ppl, 2watch The truth about dairy by Doctor Neal Barnard: Cowspiracey, forks over knifes, Hope, The Best Speech You Will Ever Hear by Gary Yourosky: If you want to expose males to a healthier life, Gamechangers is [email protected] now, the rest are all on utube. Get your families to watch these u tube videos, every1 deserves to know &see the truth, help spread these truths.

  • Just goes to show that a nerd with no common sense who became a doctor just because their parents said so, doesn’t bode well. That goes for many professions, but in this profession hiring people not suited to the job can cost lives.

  • I have the exact kind of dizziness… mine is from supra-ventricular tachycardia, I haven’t watched enough to see what hers is from but I’m guessing it is either a heart or lung thing…
Edit: this is why I am not allowed to wear a lab coat!

  • I couldn’t agree more! We need a new approach to how mental health is taught and understood in our country and our schools are the place to start. Thank you!

  • Many thanks, I’ve been looking for “is chronic kidney disease stage 3 reversible?” for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you ever come across Cetoofian Astounded Control (do a google search )? It is a great exclusive product for healing your kidney disease minus the headache. Ive heard some super things about it and my friend got great success with it.

  • Okay i am behind everyone on plants for a good life. however. the statement if you have lung problems…. no vit A.?? that doesn’t sound write given the facts it helps heal the lungs. so break it down for me please.

  • I got dizzy and vomit at the first day on whole food plant based diet even though im 28 years old. And i had to back into the old way i eat.

  • This discussion asks why many doctors have not had sufficient training on the effects of diet on the body, where it is understandable that there is a direct correlation. So how are we supposed to expect dentists to have knowledge of the effect of fluoride on the brain when their role is to concentrate only on the teeth?

  • I had it. Don’t know how old this program is. It was years ago, and I am totally healthy now. I just sat (doctors ordination) in the middlle of the beside, with my feet on the floor. Then I throw myself, fast and hard, to the left. 5 seconds pause, then I sat up and throw myself to the right. I repeted three times. The whole thing was then repeeted three times /day. I did this for a week, and have not felt it since then.

  • All in my head, lupus, ehlers-danlos, hypochondriac, just like going to the Drs. I have never heard so many Drs say I don’t know, and leave it at that, being ok with that answer. Blows my mind. Not even sure why most of these Drs became Drs.

  • The last statement by Dr Williams was worth watching the entire video. You’re eating poison and then the poison stops. Perfect. He is an amazing guy to watch. Intelligent, articulate, and just gets it. Why are these doctors not getting awards for their work? Reminds me of a cartoon where a medieval king states” I have no time for silly salesmen”. And the salesman outside has a brand new developed machine gun. What a shame.

  • Anyone have advice on how to be diagnosed? I live in the u.s. & am too poor to afford insurance. The doctor from a free clinic I go to believes I have ME, fibromyalgia, & G.E.R.D. She is the first doc that has actually listened to me, but because it’s a free clinic, they don’t have the means to properly diagnose me. I truly feel like I need to be on at least partial disability. I work full time, but that is literally all I do. My home is an utter disaster, & I have lost most of my friends because I never have the energy to do anything. When I’m not at work, I sleep, that’s it. I dont have anyone who can take care of me. Most of my family is already dead. I understand why so many ME sufferers take their own lives, it’s like your body is decaying, but your mind doesn’t fully realize it. I can’t live like this anymore, it is not life. (I have no plans of s*icide) Please, if anyone has advice, let me know.

  • i kind of know how these people feel. It took the doctors 9 years to diagnose me with autoimmune progesterone dermatitis. I had hives the size of softballs before they figured it out and treated me with an allergy shot

  • So nobody gone talk about how it took 40yrs for doctors to give this woman a simple blood test?
Loving tha love in the comments section for how this woman was treated by her first husband. You lovely little lot you. Here have hug

  • OMG. This is so moving and having chronic fatigue myself, I can relate to everything she was going through. I actually cried after watching this. ;(

  • I feel terrible for Janet knowing that she has this stomach problem and not being able to do anything for her that is wrong the doctors need to diagnose her from the start or go back to medical school and learn how to diagnose live diseases

  • the doctors that say nothing is wrong are the same type of person that her ex-husband is…someone who is selfish and self-centered. having a ‘defective’ person around them they feel is a reflection of themselves. they feel uncomfortable. its sad

  • Just wonderful, been searching for “myalgic encephalomyelitis” for a while now, and I think this has helped. You ever tried Diyadelyn Ziyily Idea (just google it )?

It is an awesome exclusive guide for getting rid of chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS Also known as myalgic encephalomyelitis or ME) minus the hard work. Ive heard some unbelievable things about it and my mate got great results with it.

  • I feel terrible that you have to go through a lot of things just to find a specific diagnosis cuz I’ve been your doctor I would have done the research to help you and I would have gotten extra problem in two shakes of a lamb’s tail

  • What is that gem stone, that she is wearing.
Never wear more than one of each stone.

Take off all the jewelry for a while and see if It makes a differance.

  • A lot people keep saying this is veganism, it’s not. This diet does not promote absolute abstinence from meat and dairy. You can still eat these things, but you should minimize consumption. Though hopefully you would want to reach a point where you would not want too.

  • I have this it started when I was 24 my legs Started cramping the muscles got very Tight and it was very hard for me to walk as years Went by and I ended up getting on disability i Stay most days in bed

  • Chronic fatigue: difficult to find something. The radiation of microwaves (magnetron)oven creates tension in the muscles. That causes pain and  also bad working of the guts: food is absorbed badly,so you have to little vitamins in the body. Also bad feeling in throat and tension in the rest of the body. Tension in the muscles is also bad sleeping.

  • 3 years ago I went whole food-plant based to lower my LDL, which indicates heart attack risk. It went from 120 MG/DL, elevated risk of heart attack (100 is cutoff), to 65, in the ideal range and virtually heart attack proof.

    Mission accomplished in just weeks.

I lowered my blood pressure and resting heart rate enough to come off the beta blocker. Now, bp is 120/80 last I checked and heart rate is 71. Previously before I was on beta blockers and on standard american diet, it was like 160/100 and heart rate was over 100. Very bad.

Weight is a solid, healthy 150, dropping from 193. It was as low as 135 but I ate too much bread. I am very, very happy with these results. I feel good. I go up 2 flights of stairs and don’t breath heavy. I sweat far less quickly on hot days. I’m not in great shape; a little better than sedentary I would say.

    Very happy!

  • OMG.. I feel so sorry for these people.. But the second man looked like something out of a horror movie! It was so startling and shocking to see! I pray these people can find help and comfort.

  • I have CRPS 2…so the treatment in Italy won’t work. Its beyond awful and horrific and I keep going for my kids. The drug trials are hard because shutting your immune system down is trading one issue for another

  • My friend took medicines from many doctors but could not get positive results for his chronic fatigue syndrome. He came to me and on seeing his condition I took sympathy on him and took him to Planet Ayurveda and they gave him Chandraprabha vati and Ashwagandha capsules and he retained his health within a few weeks.

  • To all my friends who suffer from me, these have helped me gain a lot of energy after suffering from me / cfs for a few years
    1. Co enzyme q10
    2. Magnesium & Zinc
    3. Dribose (check shine protocol)
    4. Strong probiotic
    5. Low dose naltrexone
    6. Omega 3,6,9 supplement
    7. Vitamin E
    8. Vitamin D (it’s usually low in people with cfs)
    9. Also check ebb sleep device approved by the FDA, helps with insomnia
    10. Curcumin with bioperine
    11. Nutritional yeast.
    12. Olmesartan medoximil
    13. Go keto reduce carbs completely.

This has helped me live a near normal life and hope it does help all of you.

  • Aloha Braddah!

I’ve been a fan of you and Haley’s channel for some time. I am a whole food plant based advocate. Your body requires nutrition from whole food plants and when you are ill, more living raw fruits and vegetables, not chemicals. With the current misinformation out today, fear and confusion, unfortunately, forces patients into life-threatening procedures faster. It’s a business and unfortunately, experimental drugs and revenue goals need to be met! NUTRITION is the ONLY way the body can HEAL ITSELF! Please educate yourself… follow the money and do the research, you will see. You have TIME! Don’t let them force you into a procedure. Good Luck and God Bless you Will!
