  • So since refined sugar is so bad, not saying it’s good for me since it’s still high in sugar, but what are your thoughts on like cane sugar or coconut sugar or liquids like maple or raw honey? Aside from the high sugar content, do these “sugars” cause the same damage like wrinkles as the refined sugar does?

But i Found it really hard saying no to sugar and stuff like that. I stopped eating vegies because it took so Long preparing, and forgot to eat fruits. Then i just gave up, i really didnt Care cause i thought “a little piece is not going to Ruin my skin”. The Day after i ate more candy, and more, and the next Day nothing happened to my skin. But that didnt last so Long. The point is… My skin is looking like shit and i really hope i Can get into this routine again. Thanks for reminding me

  • Please suggest supplements for healthy glow skin I am 24. I want to add collagen,Vitamin A,C and E and biotin supplements into my diet! Please reply must xxx

  • I concur with the elimination of dairy and sugars from the diet, because when I did that my acne, and breakouts, and other problems, and issues went away almost completely! The other thing I had to eliminate was high fructose corn syrup! I also had to find out which foods I was allergic to. Hope this helps!

  • I’ve had a healthy balanced diet for awhile now and my skin is still not like it used to be. Im pretty sure I have some hormonal issues due to my depo shot and smoking nicotine. Maybe not drinking enough water. Also just getting rid of toxins in my body through working out would probably help me a ton. I’m going to try getting rid of dairy just in case that’s what’s causing my worse skin.. I added a zinc supplement to my daily vitamins and I’m thinking of getting evening primrose in case its a hormone reason. I clean for work right now and I notice the chemicals really effect me as well but that’s why I bought some natural cleaning supplies to see if it’d help. My skins been better since I added hyaluronic acid serum and aloe vera, but its mostly near my neck, jawline, and around my mouth which is rare for me.

  • Thanks so much for posting! I want my skin to look healthier and I will definitely be using these tips! I love all the scientific facts that you shared!

  • Is jaggery considered as sugar?

    About the glycemic index that you mentioned: is it just rice CAKES or rice in itself raises sugar levels;
And about Oats: all oats or just instant oats?
    Thanks.

  • Thanks for the dairy tip. I have been struggling as I have dairy yoghurt but mostly my diet is vegan although my milk is organic n kind to cows.

  • I absolutely LOVE your videos, you are not just talking to kill time and upload a video (like many youtubers do), but instead you provide educated and science backed information, brought to the point. What would be really helpful would be something like a printable “guide”, or just your slides, so we dont´t have to take notes during your videos:) Thanks again for your great work!

  • So I have combination AND sensitive skin…. I told my mother she just said it’s puberty which I do believe has an effect but u have had oily skin since I was little and it has gotten worse. I thank goodness have no big pimples, only a few small blackheads and texturized bumps. I want to go see a dermatologist as fast as possible because I do feel icky when my skin isn’t right or doesn’t look good. I have self respect for myself so I am always researching but being extremely careful. Just today I put on a body butter made of almond and my skin was so dry to the point it was peeling off. Only under my nose though. I put the residue of the butter of my nose and forehead since it was dry. A few hours later it started burning more than ever. Not only that but my cheeks also started burning. If anyone has any advice I would appreciate it. My skin is so sensitive to the point I can feel a pimple coming and know the exact spot.

  • Idk if I have kidney problems because no matter how much water I drink I’m always dehydrated I eat all organic btw (for the past 4-5 years)

  • so i have white bumps on my forehead and i’ve tried cleansing and washing and popping them and they just won’t go away any advice?

  • Ma’am when I applied aloe Vera to reduce pimples I noticed that it is itching and instead of reducing pimples it increased so what should I do?
    I am 14 yrs old

  • I have a normal skin i just use soap in my face. Then i learned that we should use sunscreen for anti aging purposes and after months of using it i felt that my face turns dry and have dark spots and blemishes it seems like it was not the usual face that i have and i was bothered what should i do

  • Hai Glamrs team I have prepared my own bath powder using orange peel powder, multani mitti, besan, oats powder, rice flour n turmeric. I am using this daily. my doubt is that will this powder acts like an exfoliator n how often can i use this powder.
    Thanks in Advance

  • I really enjoyed your video ❤️❤️I sell a face oil in my Etsy store that has helped me achieve clear skin. It’s literally the only think I use & I rarely get any pimples if any. Here’s the link if anyone wants to check it out https://www.etsy.com/shop/Skinbytae

  • It‘s not only about the water and what we do or don‘t. Hormones are a huge factor! Some people naturally/genetically have these better balanced than others unfortunately.

  • Hii mam..I don’t recognize my face typ.. Sometimes it gets oily and get allergy too by using lemon,Lotus/Lakme cream, papaya, milk, curd, max creams etc..I m using only Himalaya facewash other Himalaya product too creat allergy typ acne..plzz mam can I get rply..I need ur advice

  • Hey! You may want to use a cleansing balm instead of makeup wipes. 1. THEY ARE TERRIBLE FOR THE ENVIRONMENT 2. There can still be makeup in your pores if you don’t scrub hard enough 3. If you do scrub hard enough you could be damaging your skin (not terribly but yeah)

  • Hello mam,

These hormones could be present in the milk. Hormonal fluctuations can cause acne.

I eat clean for the most part, but because I’m not genetically blessed with clear skin I experience breakouts about twice a month

Your information is so well researched and beautifully presented. Thank you so much

  • I’m a guy and I stopped using all products and I just use a washcloth and gently wipe my face in the morning and at night my skin is really good! No moisturizer, no cleanser, nothing

  • Tips of mine: 1: Wash your face without water, then add water to activate the wash, then rinse with water 2: Pat dry your face 3: Dont put oil on your skin 4: Use sunblock 5: Wash your face when waking up and going to bed 6: Use little amounts of products that are good 7: Dont use cotton pads 8: Dont use peel off masks 9: Pat things into your skin don’t rub (unless it’s cleanser or moisturiser ig) 10: Buy products that are right for your skin type 11: Use korean skincare as it’s usually so much better for your skin than US/UK products hope this helps some of you

    1. Stopped eating fruits and vegetables and started eating only meat, milk and dairy.

    2. Began eating plenty of fresh butter, beef tallow and lard.

    3. Started grounding every morning and evening out in the pasture.

    4. Started changing my pillowcase every morning with a freshly laundered one.

I also use my grandmother’s tallow balm during the winter months when my skin feels more dry. 51 years old, no wrinkles, no pimples or blackheads.

  • All excellent tipsPLUS living here in very sunny Arizona☺, lots of mineral SUNSCREEN every, single day and always sunglasses to protect our delicate eyes:)

  • Dermatologists do nothing. They prescribe steroids and antibiotics. The bacteria eventually becomes immune to them and it will always come back and f*cks up your system overall.

  • Also others tips are:
    1. Try not to touch your face since if you have bacteria and dirt on your hands it will just get all over your face. 2. Make sure you have enough vitamin A and vitamin D 3. Drink at least 4 cups of water a day because water helps to hydrate your skin 4. If you have dry skin dry to use a oil product 5. Wash your face with warm water

  • I dont really have dairy but sometimes i go through a period where i will have milk in the morning and i have always noticed a massive difference in my skin a couple of weeks after i have been drinking it. As soon as i cut it out again, my skin goes back to normal.

  • If you’re too lazy to change your pillow cover like me/or dont have enough pillowcovers, you could use freshly washed t-shirts (or any recently washed clothing) over the pillow and change it every week or so.

  • Hi Ria! I was just curious about the dressing you were using on your quino, cucumber, purple cabbage, and almond salad in the video clip. Was it something you made or bought at your grocery store?

    Water
    Vaseline
And I have good skin but lately I have not been massaging soap in my skin and I have spots

  • 1. Eat healthy fats.
    2. Less is more, use less products.
    3. Wait it out, don’t pop pimples. It takes 4 to 5 days to form a pimple and the same days to get rid naturally.
    4. Wash your pillow sheets every 1 to 2 weeks.
    5. Vitamin deficiency or diet imbalance
    6. avoid acne products. They strip your natural produced skin oil. Use: Dermatologist advised products.
    7. Makeup Detox. Let your skin breath.
    8. Own your skin. Try to be confident.

Reminds me of a star trek episode about a distress call from a planet, recorded hundreds of years before it reached The Enterprise. But off course, all had been lost on the planet when the ship finally, arrived. Turns out, it was a computer generated call on repeat….

  • My boyfriend is so bad for popping pimples. He asks me to do it for him and I’m like naaaaa mate it will go by itself but he doesn’t listen and I end up doing it because he doesn’t stop nagging. When he sees a spot on my face he tries to hard to try and pop it, I have to fight him. He doesn’t understand how bad it is

  • I have some news for you, insulin shoots up just the same with whole grains. Your recipes mostly spike insulin due to the whole grains and fruit. Use a glucose meter before you eat to know your beginning number, then again 30 minutes after you eat and prove me wrong!

  • She knows what she is talking about!! Love how she mentioned about the acne products. I tried all them when I was a teen and they all made it worse. It’s bad how they advertise it and she is so right!! Less is more. You are very clever as well as beautiful ❤️

  • Just started watching your channel.
Thank you for simplicity, it shouldn’t be a mathematical course to figure out good nutrition and lifestyle.

  • Can anyone knows about sunscreens for each skin type?? I have a combination and sensitive skin type.. Suffering from sunspots on my face

  • This is misinformation. Complex carbohydrates are starches, whereas the other type of carbohydrate simple carbs are sugars. Pasta, wheat flour are complex. White sugar(sucrose) fruit sugar(fructose), lactose (milk sugar). These are simple sugars. The complex, fibrous take the body longer to break down and release energy.
