Do These Guys Have Rad Bods or Dad Bods?

Video taken from the channel: The Late Late Show with James Corden

The dad bod is a new trend and fraternity boys everywhere seem to be rejoicing. Turns out skipping the gym for a few brews last Thursday after class turned out to be in their favor. While we all love a sculpted guy, there is just something about the dad bod that makes boys seem more human, natural, and attractive. Try to relax more.

In my experience things always turn out fine, sometimes even better than expected, and none of my worst fears have bared any fruit (only in my head). And when things do go wrong, try keeping it in perspective, it’s good for your health. Try feeling more blessed about having children, and you will easily fight the dad bod.

The Dadbag resembles an actual dad bod belly, featuring a pudgy sack and a print of a hairy stomach that’s just a little too realistic. Similar to a. 1. It’s Easy. Maintenance on your dad body is so easy that you’ve been doing it this whole time without even noticing.

The diet is simple. During the week, eat a few square meals, ripe with fruits, veggies, meat, and other healthy stuff to keep you regular. “Very excited for someday when my career ends just to have a ‘Dad Bod’ and be able to let go for a minute, see how things turn out, because this is getting a little bit exhausting.” IndyCar, during each race weekend, requires drivers to weigh-in at technical inspection so the amount of ballast that must be added to create a common.

Turns out, Clare doesn’t mind a younger man vying for her heart, but wonders if they’ll be ready for someone her age. (Yeah, that was my thought exactly) I remember my parents telling me about. This was strange, I thought, since he was 6’1”, a tad bigger, and extremely hairy—literally a dad bod. We discussed it a couple times, and he always landed on the word being OK for me to say.

You don’t have a dad bod AT ALL hahaha. I kind of like the dad bod but you look great! You’re fucking hot man!

In defense of dad bods, I just read an article about how it’s a biochemically real thing. View entire discussion ( 3 comments) More posts from the normalnudes community How most of my nude pictures for reddit turn out.

p>If there is one thing that I have learned in the past couple of years with all of my travels it is that you cannot cheap out on. Dating the Dad bod means that you won’t be tied to a Paleo-led conversion that is championed by from-generous-to-gaunt Pete Evans. You will be free to indulge in the odd pizza, to not run screaming from a basket of something fried and there will be no more demonising of the defenceless carbohydrate.

  • I work in food service and I never actually thought anything would ever change about this place. But… I tried lucid dreaming. I ended up doing the same tasks over and over in my dream that I would do at my work. Until I tried to experiment like I couldn’t do at work. When I came back to work. It was all the same. I actually learned nothing… Foodservice sucks.

  • So if the effects of lucid dreaming amplify things, if i succesfully lucid dream and then go to sleep in my dream I could unlock ultra sleep

  • The whole “dad bod” thing was started by ONE woman, I highly doubt the majority of women prefer men who look like they’re in the middle of transitioning.

  • To the people in the comments saying women are judged for being not fit while men get a pass I’d like to remind that people like Lizzo (who btw is morbidly obese) get praised while I never hear a fat male celebrity getting the same approval.. enough with the paranoid victim mentality.

  • Jealousy is crazy…. That man was young and talented. Didn’t bother nobody and it’s really sad how jealous mofos move… Long live THE WOO From Jersey!!!!!!

  • Bro I had this really weird dream once where I was like growing fish. There was a fish tank and an air tube and the air was creating fish and like one got super big and it popped and flew into my mouth and I remember thinking it tasted really bad and then I woke up.

  • In my opinion, the perfect body is the body you can look down at and be happy with no matter what. We’re humans that change, not Barbie and Ken. When it comes to bodies, health and happiness is what matters, you’re stupid if you spend your life trying to get someone else’s body and waste your time disrespecting your own.

  • Imagine if they did this to women. Literally making it a game to guess and make fun of men who don’t live in the gym. Men are fine in any size.

  • Man I love your guys podcast. But I find myself skipping the first four or five minutes. Do we really need a run down of what your going to talk about before the show starts? Just start chatting at the get go..

  • I used a paper in my pocket that read, “Your a wake!” I checked my pocket as much as possible while awake durning my day. If you check it in your dream and it reads something else you can control your dream, and do what ever you want.

  • Do they really have to give a stupid name to everything these days, in hopes of making it “trendy”? News flash, an it’s an average body, in other words what most people have.

What they really need to make trendy is MY sexy bod. Who wants to oil my belly

  • today’s society giving props to lazy fat fucks over people that work their ass off building muscle

nevermind, I forgot this an ‘merikkkkkkkkkkkunt thing

  • I did exactly this (lucid dreaming) when I learned how to ride a bicycle. I got a job and didn’t have a car. The bus didn’t go nearby after a couple of hours before I was off work…so I bought a bike. At 26 I didn’t know how to ride it, so I read an article about it, concentrated hard about it, dreamed about it, rode around the block on it, over and over again. There was a dog that ran after me each time I rode past his yard, startling me. I was his event of the week, I guess. I started the job, and rode to work each day, and home each night.

  • I know SF Group Guys that epitomize the Dad Bod. Unhealthy you say? These guys could work a triatholon while chugging a 12 pack with ease. Its not an excuse to be unhealthy. Its fit. But not I can see every muscle fiber in that dude’s stomach fit. Dont get it twisted. Not, Im gonna meal prep for the week on Sunday fit. Younger guys already seem a bit jealous.

  • These ladies are so late to the party… I been after “dad bods” for years… The fact that it now has this disturbing nickname is, well, disturbing. It takes away the beauty of it.

  • I’m not sure about lucid dreaming, but I had a bad acid trip back when I was young. I thought I was a glass of orange juice and was terrified that someone would tip me over and I would spill! I’ll tell you one thing, I was sure wishing I could get control of my self and my thoughts then. It would have been nice to be in control of my mind during that trip!.. It was rough few hours to say the least! Lol.

  • some girls rather have a compatible gut relationship because it allows them to be more lazy and lay back in their insecure mind, while they knows the fit guy will get on her nerves because he is fit and the center of attention, they than conclude us being too self centered and therefore incompatible. So the gut is the ideal option for their lazy habits and insecurities. (since alot of girls assume that being a fit attractive guy means that he’ll probably cheat on them with other girls anyway..) so ye lets just make unhealthy trendy ayy

  • I lucid dream almost every next day… first i realize i am in a dream, then i do a reality check and then the fun begins. I love lucid dreaming.
Edit: lucid dreaming is Not a fake thing it is a easy thing anyone can do. Some people can do it very often and i think i am one of “them”. Try it out for your self, you will not regret it.
Edit. I have been dreaming all the time even as a young kid. And sometimes if my cats or whatever wakes me up for a small amount of time i can get back in to the dream, i have been doing that for years now.

  • Yeah it is just you playing tennis with Stevie Wonder… but have you ever been taught how to fly by Gordon Ramsay in your backyard? XD

  • I did this the first night and and I realized I q dreaming and a literal shockwave shot throughout my dream all around me time to be optimus prime to night

  • If anyone is interested in the very last guy “Roy” and how he maintains his body and what he does for workouts and fitness start with following him on Instagram @mosesfitness!!! His wife is also an AMAZING makeup artist, you can follow her at @beautyby_karol!!!

  • I accidentally did the induced version of “sleep paralysis” or “lucid dreaming”. I was about 8 or 9 years old and could just make up whatever I wanted in my dreams from then on. I’ve noticed now that I’m 26 that I don’t dream as often. I’m not sure if that’s because of a grown tolerance to being exposed to a lucid dream state as a young child but that would be my guess.

  • ATLEAST: i have a dream trice with superman abilities and when i sleep i wish i will dream it again because i will go to mars next, Atleast in my dreams.

  • Sorry, but I like to live a little. Idc about the gym, following diets, counting calories, all is wasted time to me. But keep yourself to an acceptable size, dont be flat out lazy, and keep an eye on your health. Don’t let it get out of hand

  • My issue with lucid dreaming is, as soon as I realize I am dreaming, before I can take over, I wake up.
How can one force one’s self to stay in the dream state? My “tell” that I am dreaming is that I am walking and my right leg feels about 4 6 inches longer than my left, or I am walking with my right foot on the curb and my left foot on the street.

I am getting to where every time I experience that in a dream, I immediately realize I am dreaming. But then I immediately wake up. One time, I was able to move all the way to the side walk, on to solid, even ground. But then I immediately woke up. But ever since, I wake up as soon as I realize I am dreaming. It is very frustrating. Because I really want to visit Jupiter and Saturn in a lucid dream state.

  • i had repeat dreams when i was a kid about jack the ripper, in the end i told him he could not hurt me no more and made him tell me his name, he never bothered me again after that

  • I think there is many types of dreams.1)dreams as messages from extra dimensional beings.2)dreams that are manifestation of desires of the self 3)messages from the origin of existence(some ppl call god).now i can be wrong.can u pls do a video on astral projections

  • I’ve done computer programming in the past. And a lot of times when I was having some really difficult times solving a problem, it would end up in a dream, or two or three. Then afterwards when I went back to the problem, I was able to figure out the answer. I have programmed large chunks of code in my sleep and it “almost” worked flawlessly. But this could of been a lack of remember exactly what it was supposed to be.

  • is it weird because i remember my dream, even the possible continuations like my brain is broken the boundaries of reality and dream, and also when my dream told me to wake up, i woke up, this is strange and terrifying

  • I find it very hard to believe that people can actually invent or think of something that hasn’t been invented by lucid dreaming just cause…you can’t know something you don’t know and just imagine it to be so and make it true. If that makes any sence….However it can be a spark to realizing somehting IRL and it can lead to major discoveries. Again IRL, and not while sleeping. And i am a big lucid dreamer myself, and all i can tell you is that’s the best high you can get out off anything!!!

  • I once dreamt that my mother turned into the stereotypical green long nose with a wart on the end witch and that everyone else in the world apart from me had been turned into these witches, and then I just jumped out into the porch of my house and thought “hol up.” Then I woke up

  • 3:30 this dude made me feel uncomfortable on the highest level. Not bc his body is soooo amazing or something but maaaan is this guy unsympathic….

  • Normally corny late night talk show games don’t bother me, but thats because they’re normally harmless. This is possibly the stupidest game on one of these. The sell of taller versus shorter is that it’s hard to tell. Here, in this stupid knock off, the game is judgemental, awkward, and just lacks energy from the audience, guests, host, and participants. The thing about taller or shorter is that what’s engaging is not that the question is “is the person tall or short?” It’s “is this person taller or shorter than the last person?” THAT question allows for more viewer engagement, and because it’s fun to wonder; “can this person be taller than the last?” (or something of the sort). It’s not just a game of “lets watch celebrities use somewhat judgemental terms to classify someones characteristics based on no clues or logic”.

  • I’ve learnt how to lucid fly in my dreams by letting wind pick me up if I run quickly. It’s extremely disappointing waking up lol.

  • I can do it in my dreams, but it is not that nice, because I know it is only a dream, and that I will wake up to this shit reallity.

  • I’m very good at drawing and painting art, almost every night I dream of amazing art iv never seen before in my life but, my parents say you probably did see it somewhere but I know I didn not. One of my art tasks was from a dream and I got full marks.

  • i am a lucid dreamer and tried learning from it, it is actually true but exhausting af. every time i wake destroyed and just wanting to sleep…when i just leave my dreams do wtf ever they want, i wake up feeling better so f it lol

  • I got into lucid dreaming pretty naturally when I was a teenager. I was dreaming that I was at a pool, and I just suddenly realized that I was in a dream. Since it was just a dream, I didn’t have to hold me breath when I was under water. I tested this by sitting at the bottom of the pool and breathing normally. Since then, any time my dream involves water, I remember that I am in a dream. I also have done reality checks, but only while dreaming. I’d test it by doing something that is not possible in real life, such grabbing somebody by the arm and pulling them in two, so that that person becomes two copies of themselves like an amoeba. But as I’ve gotten older, for some reason, I remember fewer dreams, and don’t seem to lucid dream as often.

I’ve also noticed that while I how more control over my dreams when lucid, I still have limitations. I can still have nightmares, in which case I can try to wake up, usually resulting in me convincing myself I have woken up, when I’m really still dreaming. Being in the dark or looking out windows are things to avoid, as they often trigger my dreams to become nightmares.

  • I used to have lucid dreams as a kid. Once told my best friend that we were in my dream right now then flew out the window. Hadnt had them since until the other night. It was short. I was talking with a girl and she was telling me something I had to do. I suddenly realized this was a dream and I told her “That I would do that except this is a dream and you’re not real.” She then got very quite and had a look on her face that said “I’ve been caught”. That’s all I remember.
Oh and one more thing. I once asked my friend in a dream how do you wake up. He said “it’s easy all you have to do is look up.” I looked up and bam I was awake. It turned out to be really useful for nightmares after that.

  • Last time i had such a dream i remembered they could be then emediatly loud static and creepy cartoons, i remebered to stay calm and i did stay stoic i was able to move my arms but it was weirdly hard. Thinking quick i reached for my water bottle and poured it onto my face and then i became fully awake, i found it more annoying and weird than scary

  • Imagine becoming so aware of your lucid dreaming that you get stuck in that state for legit forever and live an entire life just to die and come back to the real world

  • Well i had this dream, i named it “meteor crushing down from earth”
Like literally. Meteor crushing down from earth
I was inside of my house doing nothing just standing i dont hear anything so i just randomly go outside and i see people looking up and there was a BIG meteor the size of a building flows by and the temperature didnt change its like its not hot
After that 15 small meteor came down and crushed down
The other left side of my home and there were a meteor with yellow lightning i tried to touch it but yellow lightning is zapping my arm but i dont feel anything (its a dream ofcourse) later that night (it instantly goes night) i came out and break the shell and took the juice and thats it, thats the end of the story.
    I cant go back.
I wanted to continue but its impossible

  • When I Lucid Dream its usually in response to something nasty happenng in a normal dream. I will realise I am dreaming and avert the nastiness.. or am I only dreaming that I am Lucid Dreaming? After averting the nastiness I usually let the dream continue, I am so boring!

  • i miss him really really much but when i see the all videos of him thats little broke me i cry a little guys wheres missing him one like one miss:(((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((

  • I never really listened to pop smoke i thought he was alr but since his death mfs thinking they cool playing pop when they kno nun abt him ive known him since welcome to the party smh

  • If I have a lot of work to do sometimes I’ll do work in lucid dreams, got a little trick to remember the solutions I think about for the problems.. also when I do like sober october I’ll drink and smoke in lucid dreams. Super useful.

  • Ey serious question here. I’ve been trying to lucid dream for a while now and then once I realized that I was dreaming and I tried summon a mountain dew bottle in front of me and then it didn’t work. Nothing happened. What do I do? How do I summon things??

  • I did do this on a regular basis, i seen the hurricane coming, the fire’s, and all the riots happening!! for real I’ve been to another part of the world.!!

  • This is REALLY important you guys.

You can do absolutely anything you want but you have to believe it to 100% or it will not happen. The very second that you have even the slightest bit of doubt you will not be able to do the thing that you would like to be able to do in a dream.

So think it, decide to do it, and LET it happen.

  • I had the first lucid dream at the age of 15, now I am almost 53 years old.
    I’ve got some useful suggestions.
    1) During the lucid dream never have sex or other interactions with people you know in your awake reality. At a certain point your mind could confuse dream and reality and make you acting funny with the people you met. In your lucid dreams choose unknown people for your adventures.
    2) Keep in mind that the people you meet are projection of your self, so be always kind to them. Never use violence, in any case.
    3) The worst nightmare can be controlled just kindly saying to the ‘Monster’: “Hi whats your name and what’s your message?”. Then listen and chat.
    4) You can give to your unconscious kind orders such as: ‘Unconscious, please bring me on an alien planet”, “Unconsciuos, be so kind to stabilize the ambient”, “Please Unconscious improve my vision”, and so on.
    5) We all know what is the first thing we would like to do in a lucid dream: fly.
    Oooh no, that’s the second.:-)
There is another, more important thing to do. It’s a secret.
Do you want to know it?

  • Hey guys, my friends and I have created a vine account in hopes of wonderful people noticing it. please help our dream come true. search “all girls empire” on vine. we will follow back. thank you for your time, I really appreciate it.

  • It’s not a dad body because they like to drink beer, and eat pizza, Jimmy…

IIFYM, you can eat whatever you’d like and still look defined.

  • You forgot tell them how to do everything they want to do. Once they realize they are dreaming, next step is to imagine what you want your current dream to be or do. Yes, imagine in that instant what you want to be. And the dream or nightmare will change before your sight. If, you see someone working in any trait tell them, teach me. And when you wake up you’ll know that trait instantly. Practicing the trait by yourself with no help it will take you several, several times to master it. You’ll be as powerful as an angel of god. That’s if you haven’t sold your soul. Anybody can do this with proper training, even children.

  • I was singing with Axl Rose and then he suddenly turns into my friend we were walking down the Street and I score the goal for Chelsea and everybody was cheering for me then they all turns into zombies i couldn’t run my leg felt so heavy.

I will from 1:am starting tomorrow

  • Poshmark of you greatest rap he was my famous rapper in the town good and stuff I like your song mini mini me but I always be with you if I ever die up I’ll meet you there love you man❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️⚰️⚰️⚰️⚰️⚰️

  • Before women didn’t have to be in shape. It was the guy who had to impress. Arnold Schwarzenegger among many other fitness icons have really brought on a sort of fitness crusade where pretty much everyone wants to workout now. Mix that with the anti-feminist movement, and as a result, guys realize they have options and don’t have to take whatever they can get. Now the out-of-shape women, fearing for their lives, claim being healthy isn’t attractive. Well, I for one think society is going to change its gender roles. It might become more common for girls to ask guys out, and foot the bill on dates, be the bread winner in the family. Or, maybe, simply equals.

  • Oh..it happens on rare ocasions. From what i’ve noticed alot of the times also when i am under stress and i go to sleep. Also yeah i can agree with thoughty2 here..if i go to sleep too early and wake up at 4 or 5 in the morning i stay awake for few hours then go back to sleep.Sometimes during day sleep as well. Some of them are like extremely weird but with some small content what allready happened(for example it might be something that someone told you..a phraze that just got stuck in your head somehow. That person might be there as well but the scenario would be totally different.:)

  • One time I realized I was dreaming, so I thought that I would ask the other people in my dream some questions. I went to this lady and asked “where will I go after I die?”
The lady looked off into the distance and said “probably the middle school with Kylie”
it was not anything close to what I was expecting

  • I remembered a dream that always stuck with me where i was in a moto cross racing event in an indoor arena with travis pastrana and he won that and i fell

Funny thing is i didnt know travis pastrana was an actual person at that time i only saw him in this game

  • I’m like… Half way through. I know I am dreaming, but I can’t do anything. Just pause the dream i was having, trash it like in the pc, and start another one.

  • I used lucid dreaming to change my eye colour from dark brown to bright green. I used to lucid dream every night from about 12 to 17, stress takes that away from you. It is amazing.

  • Jimmy Fallon is a dad, but he looks pretty fit. #dadbod He’s 40 but he looks 30-32.  He doesn’t have six pack abs, but he’s not fat at all. So must work out a little probably does the treadmill on weekends since he’s probably super busy during the week preparing for the show unless he has a private gym at the studio to use. And, although he likes to drink beer and wine a lot according to him even does it on the show from time to time playing beer pong etc, he must balance that out by eating pretty healthy and working out otherwise he’d have a big beer gut at his age and man boobs, but he clearly doesn’t.  And considering that comedians are known for being funny but not Hot, I’d say Jimmy is pretty Hot Dad for a comedian and talk show host.  Think about Jay Leno, Jimmy Kimmel, Will Ferrell, Adam Sandler, Jack Black, Kevin James etc yep I’d say Jimmy is best looking and has one of best male bods for a comedian probably about on par with Eddie Murphy in his hey day the late 80s, early 90s. He’s not a Brad Pitt type, but he’s hotter than most dads walking the streets i’d say a solid 8 out of 10 maybe 8.5 if he wore something sexy. lol

  • i did this once when i was 10 and my wish was to wake up i never lucid dreamed again but u can do it before going to sleep remember ur going to dream and while ur dreaming remember that its a dream and ur lucid dreaming it doesn’t work the first time tho u should kinda work hard for it
